Came through the drive-thru about 3 weeks ago, was waited on by an older gal that was very rude and condescending, she was on the phone and could care less about what I was buying. Over charged me close to 10 dollars on the wrong vape pen.

This is a really cool shop. They have a good selection of incense. They have a decent selection of vape juices (nicotine salt). The base nicotine juices selection is poor. They have multiple kratom selections from smaller amounts to 250 gram selections and capsules. They also have an awesome rewards system and the staff I have met are ready and friendly.

A wonderful place. Easy to get in and out along with very knowledgeable staff, wonderful product lines and most items are fair on their prices. Also they have a dice game you can play to win a special coupon.

The service is what makes this place awesome. Everything they have, you could probably find online but I will go there just to see Doc. He is so friendly and can tell anything you need about all of the products.

Horrible experience. I bought three sandmaster footbags hacky sacks as gifts. Ive used over thirty of these products throughout my childhood and I have never experienced any issues. You can literally slide your foot over them, between the asphalt and your foot, and not rip a hole to pass it off to a friend. I havent ever ripped them. My three year old brought it to me, one day after purchase, and said it was leaking sand. Clearly a stitching problem.I tried to take it back and exchange it and was told I could contact the manufacture or buy another at half off. Im out the $10. I tried to support local business during a pandemic. Had I ordered online at least I would have had some insurance.

Completely price gouging for their Kratom. Charging 20 dollars for a little more than an ounce when you can get that for more like 2 dollars online at any bulk vendor. Taking advantage of people who need a herbal supplement same day because they don’t have time to wait for the mail is pretty slimy.Edit: If you’re making so little profits that you need to mark up your products that much, I’m surprised you’d encourage customers to stop supporting you if your ONLY advantage is same day purchases. Iv been to other headshops and I know what they charge for Kratom which still isn’t great, but for your prices I could get next day delivery and probably still pay less for more high quality product. Either you’re really struggling to make ends meet (although I can’t imagine why customers aren’t coming back), or you’re relying on customers not knowing the value of your product and/or being desperate for it. But apparently you’re making enough money that you’d rather people shop somewhere else if they have a complaint. You’re just as greedy as any corporation, without any of the benefits or advantages of a small business.

I always feel welcomed when I step into Terrapin. The shopkeepers are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I always have a good chat when I walk in, with whoever is watching the store. I couldnt find any of my hookah garments and when I came into Terrapin asking for some, they hooked me up free of charge. If you spend over $10 right now, you can get a chance to roll some dice to get a free $5 gift certificate. Theyve got some good shisha, vape juice, kratom, CBD, smoking devices, tapestries, stickers, posters, everything youd expect from a quality smoke shop. Even the non-smoker will find something to their taste here.
