I was very apprehensive coming here because Im used to going to tubular tokes. But the minute I came in I showed her the Vape I had that I wanted and she immediately brought me to the section told me about the flavors looked them up and told me and I was like blown away from the amazing customer service I had. She also told me that they will ship items, I am moving in September and instead of having to stock up here, theyll ship it to me. I will definitely come back and I will refer people to the spot until my voice goes raw lmao.

Been a customer for a long time never had a problem when the short Hispanic guy worked here but they have a girl working there who is clearly on something she is rude and needs to be fired also saw her purchasing some type of substance from another individual outside the store this place has definitely gone down

A very nice store with a wide selection of everything. I went in for a cigar since my Mom was having a procedure down the road.A wonderful selection of name brand smokes, and a nice amount of store, hand-made selections.Purchased a four torch lighter at a great price, and cigar accessories were of a great selection.The owner was a BIG help with my selection, with knowledge and advice.The hours are VERY nice since they are local, when I cant get to my friends store.I will definitely be going back, and recommending to my smoking buddies.

Ive come here sporadically for almost 2 years now, and after trying a few other competitive places between Clearwater and St Pete, I no longer see a reason to go anywhere else. This place has the best selection, great hours, and hands down fairest prices.

Owner underpays and overworks everyone in the store. 14 hour shifts, not allowed to eat or sit down. Awful man to work for. Will be nice to your face and make fun of you or accuse you of stealing as soon as you leave the store. Nothing nice to say about it.

This shop is my favorite on West Bay. I recently moved to the area from Colorado and as you imagine I needed a top notch smoke shop. Ripoff prices!!!Consider yourself warned.Charged me $24.00 for 1.23 Oz package of Peter Stockkeby London Export tobacco that was 15 bucks at the same shop a few months ago and sells for $13.50 online...refused to refund my debit card.Wont happen again.

Unhelpful. Tried to ask a question and was cut off repeatedly. I tried to ask “do you have something in this size for about this price” and before I could finish the sentence the lady snaps and goes “what you see is what I have”I was not asking if there was other items. All the prices were covered and I was just trying to ask about prices.

Incredible smoke shop in a sea of smoke shops. My new go-to, centrally located, ample parking. Staff so helpful, amazing cigar bar (perfect for gifts). Pre roll delta 8 selection only 4.67, down the street charges $10 per pre-roll. Can’t beat the prices and service. Highly recommend!
