Donna is amazing as always! It took me quite some time to find a good fit massage therapist but she has been it for me. She even inquired about getting trained in prenatal massage techniques because I mentioned that I was going to be trying for a family soon but wanted to continue seeing her. How amazing is that to go out of her way for one person?!

Ursula was AMAZING!!! She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My face, neck, and shoulder massages relaxed me as much as a full body massage. I almost fell asleep! I highly recommend her for a facial!

Leslie is amazing! She’s one of the best masseuse professional I have experienced in my 15 years of being a member! She is not only caring, but very knowledgeable on how to relieve pain! I recommend her highly!

Melinda is the best massage therapist that I have regularly worked with. She helped me through some severe injury last year and has been a significant positive in maintaining my health and athletic ability since. She pays attention to my needs each session and doesn’t simply walk through a routine repeatedly.

My great Danielle! My masseuse was superb. she was just the right pressure and attentive to my stressor point. She didnt mind I wanted my entire massage on my back area. Very accommodating. When I go back, I will be asking for her!!!!

Julia is the best masseuse I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting a massage from. She’s attentive and although you will feel relaxed during your sessions, you’ll feel even better the days that follow after she’s worked her magic on your sore, tight muscles.

Leslie was great! Very accommodating and attentive. I have an impingement on my shoulder which makes it difficult to turn over, along with lower back issues. Leslie worked on my problem area and gave me a lot of relief. Thank you Leslie for helping me feel better.

I have had massages from Julia for many years. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She asks me where I need to be worked on and she can usually fix the sore areas. I probably would ache all the time if it wasn’t for Julia.

Ursula is the most amazing aesthetician! She is so knowledgeable about the process and products. I just had the BEST microdermabrasion facial with her. My skin looks so much better. I can’t thank her enough and I have already made my next appointment!

I have been a member for years. If you are upfront when scheduling what type of pressure you want, they will accommodate. Most recently Brian did a massage for me when I was having lower back pain. He was able to work a lot of it out, after recognizing that which muscle groups where causing the pain. Always a surprise to find out how long our muscles are and how they are connected. Truly a real life this muscle is connected to this muscle.

Been a member for 10+ yrs and i am amazed everytime Im there, whether I use my regular therapist or a new they are all spectacular and unique. I always leave feeling fabulous.

Brian was absolutely wonderful, I had pain that was about to take me to the ER or urgent care and he was able to pinpoint where my pain was coming from immediately. I only did an hour but I felt completely changed just in that short time!

Just finished a deep tissue massage with Adam that was INCREDIBLE. Ive been looking for a good massage therapist in this area for 5 years and had just about given up the search. If yall like intense pressure to get those knots worked out, Adams your guy!

I have been a client of Adams for over 10 years so I will follow him wherever he goes. He is great and always knows how to make me feel better whether dealing with shoulder pain or back pain, he knows how to work certain parts of that muscle relieve the pain/tension.

Adam is awesome! My new go to therapist. Excellent if you have issues from prior injuries or surgeries!

Katie is the best massage therapist I have had since moving to Seminole. Deep tissue massage. I have tried many others, however she is by far ahead of all the therapist I had a great experience💯🔥.

I had Danielle for my masseuse. She targeted the areas I asked to have targeted (…you have the option of adding icy hot to your massage; I highly recommend it if you have a lower back issue, especially!) And I signed up for another massage with her next week. BTW, once a month is not enough if you have chronic muscle or bone issue.

I’ve been a member here for four years. It’s very clean, and the front desk staff are really nice. My favorite masseuse in the world is Natalia. She did my prenatal massages for both my pregnancies and she’s the best. I don’t have to tell her anything she just knows exactly where my knots are and always applies to the perfect pressure.I was about to be induced if I didn’t go into labor so I saw her and asked if she could hit the labor pressure points and two hours later my water broke 🥲💖 I’ll be forever grateful for her.It’s also really nice that you can use your credits towards a facial if you don’t need a massage that month. I recommend Christine, she is well educated in skincare and has such a good positive personality. She also gives the absolute best scalp and Shoulder massage while The product on your skin.

My massage therapist, Amber, was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire session. She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that she tailored the massage to meet my specific needs. Amber possess a natural talent and genuine passion for her craft, and it truly showed in the quality of the experience. I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Mandy was very good about making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. She is very pleasant and very easy to communicate with and encourages feedback on how she’s doing. I will definitely ask for her again

I decided to give myself a gift & go get a massage. I looked around and decided Massage Envy had the best bang for the buck. I was a little nervous because I only ever had one other massage in my life, but I put my big girl pants on and made my way there. Firstly, the location I went to (largo/clw) was super clean and beautifully decorated. It put me at ease right away. The woman at the front desk checked me in and went over the paperwork process with me, and it was super easy and fast. They really explain everything well. It put me at ease immediately when another woman came out to explain that everything is customizable. From the music/volume, to the lights, and even the massage bed temperature!! (Like how freaking cool is that?!). Anywho, I booked with Danielle and she came and got me, and brought me into our room. Again, super clean and peaceful and well decorated! she asked me about all my preferences as far as pressure and what body parts I was comfortable with being worked on, etc. Then she gave me privacy to undress and laydown. She came right back in which was nice (you dont have to lay there waiting for freaking ever), and started right away. All I can say is... HEAVEN!!!!! She was fantastic! She worked all the muscles I had issues with, and would even tell me things I can do for my problem areas. We chatted somewhat, but then she also would let me lay there in silence and just relax & enjoy which was great, too. I had 2 kids at home...Im very tired lol. Anyways, it was a great hour and then she gave me privacy to redress andeverything. I guess all this to say...I hated it... HAHAHA, Im just kidding. I loved it so much, I signed up for the year membership, and Ill be going back monthly! (probably more lets be honest!!). I HIGHLY recommend Danielle and ME as a whole! Thank you!! I needed this!!!

I have always received first rate service at Message Envy. I pay monthly and build credits while i am away. I prefer 90 minute messages. So, that works for me.

Dont get sick and not be able to go the next day after confirming. You will be charged 60.00. And you cannot use a credit to pay it either it is cash. You never know when you might not be able to make it the next day. 60 dollars is a little excessive if you ask me.

I had a really good experience with Mariah at Massage Envy. She listened to all my concerns and responded appropriately so I was able to work on all the areas I needed. She also delivered the pressure I requested which really improved my massage.

I would try a different location. Ive had too many cancellations form my therapist here as well as a hard time reaching them on the phone.

My husband and I went for a couples massage.. my massage was good! Deep tissue like i wanted. My husbands was okay, not sure why she didnt want to massage his legs and feet though. He checked all over for massage areas, and verbally told her too. Maybe she was new? I would go back.

Melinda was excellent. She targeted the areas most needed and applied just the right therapeutic pressure on my torn calf muscle which felt much better after the massage. I will definitely go back to Melinda, again!

Great massage. Even though it wasnt technically considered deep tissue, Mandy used really good pressure.

Well…… I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I have been in a great amount of pain and really needed 90 minute deep tissue. Unfortunately, my massage was only 55 minutes and definitely not deep tissue. It was a Swedish massage. I gave three stars only because the surface that I requested I did not get. But Katie did a really good job on a Swedish relaxation massage.

The representatives at the front desk are fabulous! They are attentive, personable, and professional every time I go for my massage, which is several years.I think my masseuse, Julia, is tremendous. She has helped me to rehabilitate my right leg, knee and hip, resulting in considerable pain reduction. I feel wonderful after her messages. I was very very late and wouldve had practically no time for my massage I almost completely missed but...she was waiting for me when I got there, she got back to the room quickly after our consult, she went above & beyond & gave me about 5 minutes of extra time, & her massage technique was awesome & she helped me feel a bit better with a little time she had! (like 15 mins that wouldve been less than 10) Thank you! She deserves a raise! 😊

Mariah is a true professional. I had never had a massage in my life until I suffered an injury a couple of months back and decided to go. I was a little nervous, being a larger man and not knowing the process. She explained the process, what to expect, and made me feel comfortable. Mariah then devised a plan to get my body back on track. I feel like a new man now that my muscles feel better. I will be on a regular schedule as I look forward to the relaxation it provides!!!

My appointment for Sunday was canceled so someone was nice enough to call to get me in. I mentioned over and over I needed heavy pressure. When I was given the young lady I had, I was asked to give her a try …she was OK but not what I requested, I wasn’t pleased to have been placed with someone, when I needed & requested heavy pressure due to my neck pain and I was basically given a “soft comfy “visit I feel….to me it was a waste as it was not what I wanted., more importantly, what I requested repeatedly. I will moving forward make certain everyone is aware. The entire team is fabulous! See you at my next appointment!!!

I have been working with Mandy for several years now and shes so amazing. She is very attentive and caring to my needs. She is very professional. I really appreciate someone who actually cares about their clients! I will definitely continue to see her.

This location would not allow my son to come back to the room with me and sit on his tablet and wait by my side. I’m a single mom. We have done this many other times. He is always quiet. You wouldn’t even know he is there. I also own a business myself doing massage and he comes with me. He knows to be quiet. Then, when I ask to get the owners information, the manager on the phone said she cannot provide it. Not even a email. As a business owner myself I think this is disgusting. Hopefully the people who do own this particular location will see this review. I will definitely be canceling my membership!!!!

PHIL WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! He was so friendly and I would 100% book with him again if I come back to that location! Five star service, he definitely deserves a raise! I slept like a baby, and I feel like 1 million bucks today!

I scheduled a massage for a friend at this location for 90 minutes with a female masseuse. They called her just before the appointment to change the time, cut it to only 60 minutes and made it with a male therapist. When I called to ask what happened they told me that I never scheduled the 90 minute appointment even though that is 100% not true and that I could have my friend call if she didn’t like her service. I completely understand when things happen out of their control, but typically you are somewhat compensated when the appointment is drastically different than what was scheduled, especially when it is a gift. Will not be returning here.

Ursula really knows skincare. Not everyone knows how to do chemical peels and that is an area where you need your Estetician to really be knowledgeable and Ursula absolutely is! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Julia is a wonderful massage therapist! She is always concerned with my needs and manages to make my muscles feel sooo much better! She is always cordial and friendly. We have a positive and successful session every time we are together! Thanks to Julia my retirement and everyday life has been comfortable and pleasant!

My wife booked me a massage as a nice gift after a stressful few months of a work project came to a successful close. She booked the appointment using their online scheduling service. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that my booking was not in the system and the online scheduling software doesnt work. They could not accommodate the appointment. I showed them the screen shot of the appointment summary and they said there was not a confirmation code although the date and time was displayed.Id pick a local company that has a reliable booking system.

Patrick and Jen are the best kept secrets at Massage Envy Largo. They’re more than stretch and massage therapists, if you truly want to improve, they’re life coaches! When you know better you do better, do the homework and be better!

Down here for business, have the membership and its cheaper here than my home state so why not 2? She truly knows the art of a great massage! Her deep pressure is AMAZING!Lauren uses perfect pressure without pain and effectively gets knots out! tells you to let her know what you like. Recommend her if you dont enjoy super deep.

I have been going to Ursula for a few years now and I highly recommend her if youre looking for a top notch and unique facial experience. Theyre extremely relaxing, and my skin is always left beautifully soft and glowing. She also shares useful advice on how to keep your skin healthy and looking its best. I see her about every 4-5 weeks religiously and think you should too!

Ann is a great massage therapist. I have seen her for a stretch session as well as massage and she is very friendly, professional, and listens well to my specific needs. Would definitely recommend her!

Massage Envy sends out these ridiculous surveys for you to fill out after youve had a massage therapy session. They ask for your feedback and suggestions. I have completed a few surveys, but dont bother anymore. You offer comments or suggestions or state something that youre unsatisfied with, and nobody and I mean nobody calls you back about your feedback. Or how they could rectify the situation. They do not have enough massage therapists and they need to hire more. Perhaps offer more pay to keep the ones that they do have? Its very difficult to an appointment when you want and need. Youre pretty much at their mercy as to when they have therapists available, because of the lack of staff therapists. It seems like they are hired right out of school, and get some experience and leave for a better paying job somewhere else. I have been told this several times by therapist that used to work there. I dont know what has happened over the years to see such a steady decline.

Massage was just ok. Not exactly what I thought it would be. Was hoping for a FIRM massage, but certainly did not feel like it. Therapist was super nice, but just wasn’t firm enough for my liking.

Mandy my massage therapist has magic hands. My nagging upper respiratory symptoms that kept me from sleeping well for several nights has literally improved my symptoms 98% after just one session of lymphatic drainage massage. I just realized that medication is not a cure all because the side effects are worst than the symptoms itself. Just clearing our lymphatic highway is all we need to heal. I got it from Mandy’s magic hands. I’m also very thankful to Massage Envy for accommodating me that day.The staff are pleasant and courteous. The place is clean and calm. To my observation the place and staff are therapeutic in itself. I told my friends and family about my experience and recommend to have this type of massage for our overall health maintenance. Of course there’s no other place I recommend but massage Envy. Thank you very much especially to Mandy!

I go here every month, I never get the same person twice. They have a huge number of staff but if you do like someone they can make reservations with that specific staff member. They are booked full quite frequently, as they have added more staff and raised prices that has elevated some. I enjoy this location. Staff is nice and location is clean.

It wasnt my best experience and it wasnt the worst either, but it was very close to being the worst. She seemed upset, she wasnt smiling, she didnt wait for me to leave to say goodbye like a professional, she wasnt nice, I didnt feel confortable. About her job in the massage, I give her a 3 out of 5. I dont think I would go back again.

Donna was excellent as usual. Please consider updating you massage tables and headrests. My face was pushing into a metal plate since the pillow kept sliding off. The mattresses are wearing thin as well. I have a bruise on my ribcage from the tables.

I wish I was able to have an experience here. My wife and I booked this couples massage a month ago for her birthday. We both took off work, arranged for child care and confirmed appointments through their system of confirmation. Only to be called a few hours before our appointment to be told a blatant lie that the room had already been booked and when we challenged that with No, We reserved this room a month ago. We were then told a completely different excuse that the masseuse that was offered by this company for a couples massage did not do couples massages. We had two masseuses for two people. I dont know if they dont know how math works but there is no difference between one person doing a single massage or two people doing two massages. I will never use this business again and I do not recommend that you do either.There was also no offerings of compensation or logical rescheduling.Happy Birthday to my wife, thanks for ruining this special day.

I’m Not happy with the Service ! My boyfriend was a member gave me one of his massages paid $10 to gift me one plus paid for an extra 30mins so we had 1.5 hours total couple massage . He paid over $100 if you count what he paid for each month and added 30 mins. We used this massage at another loction because he moved. This is my story about the place we went to and how Largo isn’t willing to satisfy The customer. I tried to work a deal out because they wouldnt do anything to help offset the horrible experience! My boyfriend had a few more massage left he really can’t use up. So I asked 1st for his credit back they wouldn’t. I asked if we could use up another one of his massages and just don’t charge us $10 to transfer it they said no! I asked what can you do nothing they said !The massage was in the Port Charlotte, location but we had to go through Largo to transfer the Credit.It was the worse couples room. You don’t see your partner like other places I’ve been to and the Rooms are bla . I got a guy who just rubbed on me for a massage . I told him when we stared I like deep tissue. He said ok. I asked him many times to go deeper ! He ignored me on going deeper! When I complained after the session to the front desk. I was told he doesn’t do deep tissue. I said then why did he massage me and why did you put me with him? They said they didn’t have anyone else. I asked for another 90 mins free by someone else they wouldn’t refund me or give me another person to massage me! I rather pay more elsewhere and go to a place that doesn’t have beginners and has qualified Masseuse with an upscale look. I even had to ask for a cup of water after my session was done. In the past at other places the Massage therapist offered me tea or water ! I don’t recommend this place ! They also make it hard for you to cancel your Membership as they try to steal the extra credits you have left somehow.

I scheduled this massage for myself as a treat for my birthday, but after four days on the road and not getting to sleep in the comfort of my own bed, it was very much NEEDED! I felt like a glowstick — my entire spine was cracking!! Or at least it would have helped, but my muscles were too stiff most of the time. And I had no idea the muscles in my arms were so sore..Thank you, Phillip! You definitely made it easier for me to relax and enjoy the rest of the day with my family without having any limitations on my movement. 😁 I may not be doing cartwheels, lol, but I feel like I could now 😂
