We recently moved to this area. I love getting massages and found this on Groupon. I am in pain right now so I desperately needed to go. Todd was very helpful. He listened to my needs, and gave me direction with exercises that will help. I felt very relaxed and much better after I left. I highly recommend this place and I will be back. Visiting from MD and friend is a regular so we went in and let me tell you about Chase! This guy is very friendly. a dog dad so we chatted about his dog Ghost for a few them he went to work and did his magic. I left feeling brand new. The technique he used was a combination of what felt like a pizza dough roller and hands that had me feeling like al dente spaghetti!! The establishment was very nice, clean comfortable and fresh lemons, lemongrass. Def recommended to those looking for a lovely day of relaxation. Great job, Chase!!

Sharon has been my masseuse for a few years now and every time she gives the best massage! Her massages feel so relaxing with just the right amount of pressure. Shes alleviated a sore neck before and other ailments. Ive had a lot of massages and I can honestly say she is the best one Ive had in this area. Not to mention that its easy to book and shes very friendly. Very happy with Sharon, five stars for sure!

Todd is an excellent massage therapist. He is knowledgeable and very professional. Every time I feel stressed and need to relax, my first thought is to book a full-body massage, and Todd is an excellent choice.

I love this spa!! I have been enjoying massages with Thomas since Massage and Wellness opened. Everything is clean and comfortable, and they continually upgrade services and facilities to keep things fresh. After all these years I still receive an expert massage at a fair price every visit. Wife and I got 90 minute deep tissue couples massage. We left feeling absolutely refreshed and ready for a nap! Nea and Chase were very professional and attentive to our problem areas! We will definitely book again!

I’m rating this a 5 because the therapist are not at fault for company policies. Had a wonderful couples massage. Very attentive to my needs and wants. Very clean and relaxing environment. Excellent massage therapist who really experts at what they do. The policy I do not like is they require up front payment I believe for the first visit only but still I was Leary simply because I did not like the service or environment which I of course would not know until the end I still would have to pay. Thankfully this was not the case. My advice… if your interested in services here then I would definitely go ahead and take the chance and make the payment. I’m very glad I did.

I have been going this spa for a little over two years now and always have a fantastic experience! Sandy is awesome and I look forward to my monthly massage. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to Massage & Wellness Spa for massages for about 4 years. My main massage therapist is Thomas, who I trust completely. His knowledge about the human body is astounding, and he treats every massage like he’s fixing all the little things that have broken down in my body since the last time I saw him. I have also seen a couple other therapists there over the years and had great experiences. I highly recommend the services!

I came here for a couples massage recently and wanted to give Darryl a huge shoutout for the best massage I’ve ever had! A lot of the times it feels like massage therapists just go through the motions with their elbows which does nothing for the pain but Darryl took the time to hear my concerns and used thorough techniques to really focus on unknotting the stiff muscles in the focus areas. He checked on the pressure and comfort level and maintained the perfect firmness throughout. He really eased my neck and back pain and I left there feeling so relaxed, it was magical. Thank you so much Darryl. I really appreciate your incredible work and hope everyone recognizes your talent there.

This business is super clean, organized and professional . LMT Chase took me in for a same day appointment at the end of his day. I am a muscular person and require some real elbow grease to get deep into my tissue. LMT Chase took me in anyways and offered to go from a 60 minute massage to a 90 minute massage. I know he was exhausted but I was in a lot of pain and he thought of me instead of himself which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this business and of course the LMT Chase for going the extra mile. Thank you again

Massage & Wellness highly recommended! Ive had a regular appt. going on 15 years with Thomas. I started out once a month, changed to twice a month and many years back decided my health was worth whatever it took. Thats when we my husband and I made once a week a priority because it helped me more than anyone else had, doctors and Chiropractors included. Thomas is so knowledgeable, and I trust him wholeheartedly.

I had a wonderful massage with Thomas, who I felt to be professional, intuitive and effective. I appreciated his explanation of the work he was doing during the session, the overall comforting environment, and most of all the result - I left feeling both balanced and aligned. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that this was the best therapeutic massage I can ever remember having. Veronica was excellent, thorough and knowledgeable. I left feeling limber and relaxed. Ive survived several car accidents over the years and suffer with tightness and pain in several areas, she really made me feel better. The location isnt great noupscale ambience but my therapist Wasabi excellent. I found them through my daughter who got me a gift certificate and I plan to go back.

We had Sandy and Veronica for a couples massage. I had bought a Groupon for Valentines Day. I have been coming here for massages regularly with a different therapist but she doesnt do clients that buy Groupons so I had to book with a therapist that did. Well,I wouldnt of ever found Sandy and Veronica if my regular girl did Groupon massages and I liked her better in some ways so I will return to her for a longer massage next time and we will do couple massages regularly now since my husband really loved Veronica too. He said it was the best massage he ever had because she also stretched him out,which he really appreciated and needed. So for Sandy and Veronica who did a couples massage for a discounted price,now made 2 new clients so it definitely paid off for them! Plus we tipped extra good because of the discount. I cannot wait to go back. Sandy did my feet the best ,and thats one thing that hurts the most so,she won me over!!!

Darryl is absolutely amazing and this might be one of the best messages I’ve ever had. I got a couple’s massage with him a few weeks back and I cannot tell you how great I felt even before I got up from the table. The pressure he used was perfect (of course, he checks in to see if you prefer a firmer or lighter touch, but his default was exactly what I prefer). He’s so thorough and really seems to read your body to know what you need rather than just going through the motions. I’ve always imagined that a great massage would leave you feeling like butter but I’ve never experienced it until my massage with Darryl. A couple of days before my appointment, I somehow tweaked my neck and my whole right side felt weird. After my massage, I felt more balanced, no pain, and much lighter. And the pain hasn’t come back. Definitely book with Darryl if you’re looking for something therapeutic beyond your time on the table, and has lasting effects! Will be booking again soon and making this a regular thing. I have had quite a few different types of massages at different places in Largo and Clearwater only to be disappointed. I found Thomas several years ago and have been seeing him twice a month for the relief of stiff muscles, or for knee rehabilitation ever since. With the correct pressure, Thomas knows exactly the right areas to work on. As part of the deep tissue massage, he also takes the time to stretch out my major muscle groups. Thomas is a professional, is very customer-oriented, and clearly cares for the experience his customers have. I can honestly say that you wont get a better massage.

I went for a 60 min massage. It was my first time. I was very pleased from the time I walked in the building and my massage. Veronica was very very good. She listened to where some of my issues were. I would highly recommend her or the massage & Wellness spa facility. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place obviously has very little customer service. I called to be a new customer and set the appointment for the next day. I was informed I needed to pay upfront since Im a new customer and a link will be emailed to my phone. Okay...disregarding the fact that expecting a new customer to pay in full before they even step foot in your location is normally a HUGE red flag. Cmon, they could easily have taken my payment from me, when I showed up! And never mind the fact that gift card scams accounted for $300M in fraud through 2023 and they are forcing me to purchase a gift card...another potential red flag. I was still willing to make the payment a full day before my appointment time.All that aside, I had a very busy day and because I couldnt sit down and make the payment fast enough for them, they cancelled my appointment before I even got home for the evening. Home...where I keep my credit cards that I needed to pay them with.In over 50 years of living, I have never been treated so inhospitably by a retailer. For the past 15 years, my wife and I have been getting deep tissue massages every two weeks. My previous Masasue moved to Georgia so we were looking for a new one. Apparently, Massage and Wellness Spa, does not want the business from my wife and me.

Ive been going to Maureen for several years and I see her every 2 weeks without fail. She plays the type of music that relaxes me, and transforms me to another place! We always talk before the massage starts to customize my treatment that day which is very helpful, since I work a desk job and always have muscle aches. Shes as gentle as you want her to be or if you want more pressure, she is ready to oblige. Shes worth every penny!!!

Had a 90 minute session with Scott, preparing for big golf outing , great work on my back and hips, really understood what I wanted/needed. Finished with showing me some stretching for the course. Highly recommend Scott!!

Maureen has THE MOST magical hands ever. She made me feel comfortable and asked if I had any problem areas that I would like for her to focus on before starting. Her massage was the most relaxing experience, and I quite literally fell asleep halfway through the 60 minute session. You won’t regret booking here, and you definitely won’t regret having Maureen as your massage therapist.As for the facial, Kayla was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and friendly, and makes sure you’re comfortable before beginning. She definitely targets the problem areas/concerns with your skin and recommends the correct products to use, ingredients, and how often you should use them based on your skin type. When the facial was over, my skin felt smooth, less irritated and GLOWING! She does a lovely job with the facial massage and scalp massage, I highly recommend!The facility is very clean and organized and just overall a tranquil and relaxing environment. You won’t be disappointed!

My facial was amazing. My skin looked and felt so soft and beautiful after the treatment. Normally when I get a facial I have redness and itching afterwards and sometimes during the treatment, but during my treatment here I had none of those issue and I still don’t. I loved the treatment, I will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Have recently started receiving therapeutic massages from Scott for my Neck and Lower back; after just a few sessions my neck has greatly improved! In fact I can now move my neck with full range of motion and virtually no pain!!!

This was my first time ever getting a facial and Kayla surpassed all expectations. Before my appointment we talked about my skin type & the concerns i had, we ended up booking a Vitamin C facial that left my face GLOWING! The environment was relaxing & I really liked that she made sure I was comfortable before starting. Kayla was knowledgeable with all products she was using and even recommended some of her favorites.I would recommend her services to any one :) !

Rude staff, unimpressive looking establishment inside/outside. After I rescheduled an appointment due to inclement weather (and already driving home) I was called back and told that I could either come in for a roughly 20mn couple’s massage or lose my money since I had already rescheduled.Updated: This merchant NEVER rendered service, and according to Groupon, he claims he did. His review is misleading because there was never a “free massage” nor was I a “no show” per the policy.***I strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

I’ve enjoyed every massage i’ve had here but by far the best i’ve had was with Scott! You can tell he does every movement with a reason and can tell he’s very knowledgeable on the body and muscles. I highly highly recommend Scott!!

Todd P. is a skilled and professional therapist. I have been training for a cross-country bike ride, and as I have added scores of miles to my training, I have been very tight and sore from the hours on the bike. Todd has been able to help me heal quicker, and I have been able to recover better and keep training due to the sessions. I highly recommend him!

I was visiting the area and being a licensed aesthetician I’m very picky about who does my face. I wanted a facial and decided to try this place out. Glad I did, Kayla did a great job with the modalities she used, and the products were amazing because when I left there my face looked so good. I especially liked the face massage, the lymphatic drainage she did was definitely proper. I’ve been a licensed aesthetician for eight years and I am very glad that I stopped by the spa. This place is very clean and very welcoming and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

I had my first ever facial 2 weeks ago with Sarah of Skin Savvy Sarah. I was a little apprehensive at first but Sarah was so bubbly and sweet that I instantly felt at ease.The facial itself was amazing. One of those things you didnt know you were missing out on until you tried it. I didnt know what to expect. I figured it would be a time of relaxation and that I would leave with soft skin, but had little expectations past that. Was I ever in for a surprise!I had acne as a teenager but thankfully it cleared up as I became an adult. The last few months Ive had all these tiny bumps show up on my cheeks, under the skin and I had no luck getting rid of them completely. When i left my appointment there wasnt a bump to be found and two weeks later, not a single one has popped back up!Ive also been cursed with giant pores on my nose and its always been something Ive been self conscious of. Leaving my appointment I didnt have a single viable pore on my nose. I still keep checking in the mirror and cant believe that they are practically invisible!One of the things I loved about Sarah was her passion for her work. She not only did a phenomenal job of doing the facial but she was very helpful and educated me on HOW to properly wash my face and what ingredients to look for in products I put on my face. She hooked me up with some products to try- an acne face wash and a skin gel and they are fantastic.I cant get over how smooth, soft, clear, and glowing my skin is now! Im obsessed about it!An absolutely amazing experience. Five stars. 10/10. Could not recommend enough! Cant wait for my next visit!

Amazing experience from the appointment placement to the facials and massages. I surprised my girlfriend with the couples massage and facial package for our anniversary yesterday. First, Hannah understood the assignment when I called in asking for this package and how can we get an appointment only 2 days prior. She scheduled us with Kayla and Max. When we got there, we filled out the questionnaire and they actually read them on the spot and then talked to us about them once we got into the hallway leading to our room. The facial by Kayla was great. We left with our faces feeling soft and refreshed. We highly recommend her. Now the part I personally was excited about, the massage. Max knows what hes doing with his hands and arms. My gf has a few physical issues from accidents and he addressed them and even made my gf cry happy tears because she got full range of motion in her arm that was hurting so badly. Max went to town on my back, knowing I work at a desk all day. I felt great all day and Im feeling sore today but it was well worth it. If youre hesitant on this location, I say give them a try. Check Groupon for any deals if youre worried about the price. You wont be disappointed.

After having a negative massage experience a few years back I decided to give it another try. I purchased a Groupon for a relaxation massage here. Veronica was exceptional. She made me feel comfortable and was very communicative about the process, my comforts and discomforts. I will absolutely schedule again with Veronica.

My masseur, Mark Hayward is the best Ive ever had. He is Creative Change. His entrance is in the back of the strip mall. Always up w latest n most effective techniques. Tries to help his clients the best possible way. Whether for therapy or relaxation u will greatly benefit from his massages. Very busy so if u r new u may have to wait. But totally worth it!

Kayla helped me feel more comfortable in my own skin, she answered any questions i had regarding which facials treatments etc that would be best for my skin! She is so patient and so good at giving great advice for my skincare. She also is great with follow ups, and letting me know pre/post procedure information. The facials have been wonderful and I would definitely recommend Kayla as your esthetician!

My husband got me gift certificates. I used them and then went back and bought a package, at a very reasonable price. This review is after my second massage. Mark is my massage therapist, I feel ultra lucky to have gotten him with his background. He did an evaluation of me standing and recognized my problem areas, that was impressive as Ive never had a therapist do this sort of thing. Ive had neck pain for a lifetime and he is working to relieve that, in 2 sessions I am much improved!!! Also, he can really get into the muscles, no worries here if your looking for a deep (deep) tissue massage. He showed me stretches to help myself at home. A professional therapist! The massage office and rooms are very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I look forward to continued improvement and a life with less pain with Marks help.

Sarah is absolutely amazing! You really get that personalized experience. She’s very knowledgeable about skincare and knows exactly what you need to reach your skincare goals. I love having my brows waxed by Sarah, she’s a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to waxing and I know my brows are in the right hands.

Steven is fantastic! Simple as that. I didnt even realize how much I needed a massage (or three) as I had just kept putting it off. I not only have been simply feeling great and relaxed since getting regular massages but, my movements and discomfort are gone. NOW, Steven is also doing ASHIATSU and it is like nothing I can totally explain. It is amazing, like getting a deep tissue massage but without any of the discomfort and only the good feeling of a relaxing massage. I totally recommend you book a session.

Best deep tissue massage Ive ever had from Veronica! My husband and I did a couples massage, he had Tammy. It was only my husbands second massage ever and he did not expect how amazing it would be. It was great all around and amazing price.

Regardless of your age (I am a proud SENIOR), I would recommend you book a stretching session with Nessie. She is amazing and so are the results! Thomas, my massage therapist, who is incredible, encouraged me to book a session with Nessie as he felt I would benefit from her expertise. OMG....was he right. I had been experiencing hip pain and was concerned I might be having bone deterioration. She identified the root cause of my problem, extremely tight muscles in my hip flexers and buttocks. She focused on that area for my first two sessions and I noticed the difference almost immediately. I see her regularly now and recognize the damage lack of flexibility has on all parts of our body. I strongly recommend her services.

I absolutely love Massage & Wellness Spa - I have been getting massages from Thomas for over 5 years and he is the absolute BEST. I am always pushing my body to the limits (running/racing, weight lifting, biking etc.) and I couldnt do it without Thomass help - he truly works magic with muscle recovery, stretching and realignment. While I have not worked with any of the other therapists here, all other staff I have encountered have all been friendly and knowledgeable - this place is truly a hidden gem.

I had one of the most amazing massages here! I found them on Groupon and originally booked a reflexology appointment with Thomas. When I got there, he saw there were other problems going on with my posture and muscles and adjusted to work on those issues instead. I will definitely be going back!

I moved to Sand Key 23 years ago. After searching all those years, I finally found a massage therapist and location I love! Massage & Wellness Spa is has a calm, clean, pleasant and professional atmosphere. My massage therapist listens to my needs and adjusts the therapy to meet those needs. He has strong hands and can go as deep as is needed. When I was injured while biking, he worked with me in a gentle manner. Best massage treatment Ive ever had! I see Thomas every 3 weeks for stress reduction and deep tissue, and have been a client since Oct 2017. Ive never felt better. I used to suffer from sciatica and chronic muscle cramps. After my second treatment, the symptoms completely went away. His experience in sports therapy, chiropractic therapy and eastern massage treatments are extensive, and is proven in his work and care for his clients. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough.

I had a massage here twice and was not impressed. The first time the room was absolutely freezing and the table warmer was not turned on. I expressed that it was absolutely freezing in the room and instead of switching rooms the therapist was like yeah they must be hot up front and turned the AC up. It was so uncomfortably and impossible for me to relax with goosebumps. The second time the therapist could not get the table warmer to work either. She expressed that it was not her room that she usually works in. You would think they would check the equipment before the client comes in. Also it is weird that the therapist has to check you out instead of doing it at the front desk.

I recently had a massage with Thomas and was extremely satisfied with the amount of precautions they are taking with the current COVID-19 outbreak. I was able to receive an excellent massage while feeling comfortable and safe. It was a much needed stress reliever and I will definitely return during and after this pandemic.

Being a professional in the health industry, I found the place to be very soothing and clean. Robert got to know my concern and began addressing it. By the second session, he took it upon himself to actually do some researching and find ways to assist me and provide recommendations on things to consider for my condition. I got 2 massages from groupon for my mom and I. We were both so happy. Addy a d danielle are amazing. So professional and their technique was amazing. I get many massages and addy was one of the best Ive had. Most places never give the full 90 and they did. I didnt even request a couple suite and they had put my mom and I in together which was very nice. The bed was comfy, the hand and foot treatment was amazing and the music was just right. Addy had the most soft hand and the pressure was great through out. We both felt like a million bucks after. I will be back with my husband next month! Wonderful place and easy scheduling.

Ive always had great experiences here. I went recently for pain/stiffness and a headache 5 days after a car accident. Vanessa was so gentle, and helped ease my headache. She also worked out several knots in my back. Though the massage was not a miracle cure, I got a lot of relief from it with less tension and hope to go back again soon!

She helped me immensely when Physical Therapy wasnt working. She really understands the body and has many techniques to help any problem you may have. I went for a deep tissue from danielle and it was amazing. I told my husband about it and we decided to get a couples massage. He got danielle and i got jason, at first i was sceptical because its hard enough getting one good therapist but jason was awesome too! We will never go to another massage place again, especially not one that has a new therapist each month.

Came here for my back issues and was very impressed with the way they have handled taking precautions for COVID19. When I arrived I texted to let them know I was there and they texted back right away to let me know I could enter, nobody else was in the waiting area when I entered. When I was greeted by my therapist he was wearing a mask and gloves as he took my temperature and screened me. Everything was very clean and plenty of hand sanitizer. They also will sell you a mask if you arrive and dont have one of your own. As for my appointment, I left feeling much better than when I arrived. I have a history of back issues and my therapist was able to relieve a lot of my pain. Will definitely be returning.

After a rough year of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, I finally recovered well enough to finally book my appointment for last Sat. I cant say enough about these two ladies. I had my massage first with Addie which was simply amazing. Afterwards, she took the time to explain to me where some of my pain is coming from and how to try to allievate it. Next came my facial with Patti, my first real facial! I have never felt so pampered in my entire life. My goal from this point is to put ME on my priority list; I am worth it and I deserve it! Thanks to these two wonderful ladies, I will be 60 and Sensational next Saturday! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Awful customer service! After my massage, while waiting for my facial I got asked to leave the waiting area with my phone call because another massage was supposedly in session (and I guess the fact they close the door during the massage isnt good enough). I stepped outside the front door, not 2 minutes later I get accosted by my masseuse telling me I need to pay for my massage. I responded by saying I was waiting to get a facial and I was going to pay for everything all together at the culmination of my services. Not good enough apparently. I was so annoyed by my mistreatment I left before getting my facial. Never again. I refuse to ever go back to this place. They need a lesson on how to treat their clients

On our honeymoon and went to Massage & Wellness and the experience was amazing. Addy was incredible. I am 6 months pregnant and this was just what I needed. This was probably one of the best massages I have ever had!

Honestly, I would give ZERO stars for this establishment if I could. Called four times to book a massage appointment. First attempt- answering service said the receptionist/scheduling closes at 2pm. Called two more times after 2pm (forgetting the office closed so early) and left messages. Those calls were never returned. Called the 4th time (before 2pm) and was finally able to speak with someone. Told them I had a 30 min massage gift card (given to me from my mom) and wanted to book an appointment, as well as upgrade to a 60 min massage. I asked several questions, one of which was what kind of massage would I be receiving. I was told that I could chose any massage. I said I wanted to book for a deep tissue massage with a little relaxation massage at the end to relax and wind down. I was asked for the numbers on my card and told that the card had a 1 hour massage on it. I was thrilled. I had a card that also stated $15 off any service for first time customers. I asked if I could use that card as well since after using the gift card- I would no longer be a first time customer. I was told that it was not $15 off any longer but 15% off...and that I could use it to upgrade during my session—to inform my LMT of what upgrade I wanted. That I could do a foot scrub, aromatherapy, hot stones, hot towel, etc. I thought it was strange that I would just “inform my massage therapist upon arrival”, but decided I was unsure at the time anyway if I wanted to upgrade or not.Upon arriving- my temperature was checked and after waiting a few minutes, the LMT I had came and got me, asked for the card and took me to a room where she told me to have a seat in the chair. She took the card to the front when after 2-3 min passed, she came back telling me that I only had 30 minutes available- so since I booked a 60 min massage, what did I want to do. Um?? I explained to her that whoever I booked with told me that there was actually an hour on the card. A lot of confusion. She came back and stated that one of the women up front remembers speaking with me and that yes, there was “somehow mistakenly 60 min loaded on a 30 min card when there shouldn’t have been”. So she said she would go ahead and do the 60 min. (Mind you, my appointment time was 12:15. It was now 12:23.) I reiterated the fact that it was a deep tissue massage and that I had several target areas. She asked where and I told her specifically my neck, shoulders, middle of my upper back near my spine...and I would like to focus on those areas but also have a little bit of relaxation incorporated into the massage as I needed to relax and de-stress. The massage did not even start until a few minutes after 12:30, and I don’t believe that any part of my massage was deep tissue. Barely any pressure. I’ve gotten more massages than I can count and have had several deep tissue (roughly every 40/100 were deep tissue, a few were with hot stones, a few cupping-the rest relaxation) I asked about upgrades and she told me that every massage therapist is different. That she didn’t do hot stones. No other mention or option to upgrade was said after I said several times the lady whom I spoke with told me I could upgrade and chose what I wanted prior to my session. So, that really was disappointing.To make matters worse, this was not the “deep tissue” massage I requested and was expecting. It wasn’t even a good “relaxation” massage. It was more like a lot of talking to me and me responding while lotion was rubbed on me. It all just seemed so fast. She then removed the pillow wow. from under my legs and I looked at the clock...1:13. Disappointing that I did not even get a full hour. Or at least close to the full 60 min. Afterwards, I was brought a paper cup with water. She sprayed the bed with disinfectant with me sitting right there still. Will not be returning. Extremely disappointing—and I didn’t even pay for it due to it being a gift. If I had to pay for that— I would’ve been livid. I’ll stick with my regular spa. Total waste of time.

I just had one of the worst experiences of my adult life because Arielle does not know how to wax correctly. She broke off most of my hairs and did not pull my skin taut at all, resulting in excessive pain and bleeding. How hard is it to pull the skin tight and then to put a hand over the area after pulling the wax off? I am no professional but those are well-known waxing procedures. On top of that I left with wax all over still and she didnt take it off. After 30 minutes of painful ripping and ripping and not getting the hair out I finally couldnt take it anymore and did not finish, and when I looked at it all, I still had most of all of my hair left.. So my money and my pain was all for nothing. I will not be going again. Nice girl. Terrible esthetician. And I dont have a low pain tolerance. I had a 9lb baby and a 10lb baby with no medication at all, by choice. This was torture! Please dont put yourself in this position like I did.

We were unable to make this appointment because they are unable to book appointments more then 2 weeks in advance. yet they are booked up for weeks but unable to make an appointment. More then two weeks trying to get an appointment and had to get our money back. So if you have time to sit by your phone and wait then have at it. But if have a job and responsibilities , then good luck.

This is my go to place for an amazing massage. I get one once a month with my incredible masseuse, Addie. Highly recommended

Highly disappointed as I booked an appointment while on vacation (online) and when I didn’t get a confirmation, I called Twice to confirm and only got answering service. I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. I showed up for appointment and they didn’t have me in the schedule and seemed to careless about it. Don’t book here unless you expect to have a valid confirmation about your reservation.
