I came in late night to purchase a disposable vape, i have been there plenty of other times and have taken friends of mine in there as well . This time i purchased a vape, the owner helping me asked me to check to see if it was working so i checked the vape and the first three hits i took were completely burnt. I was disgusted and tried to hit it a few times more to see if it would change and it did not, i was so disappointed so i asked if i could purchase a different one and just pay the difference and the owner then proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t do that for me, it is not my fault his product was defective and that was how i was treated i was not offered anything for the defective vape AND i left it there because i wasn’t able to smoke it. I wasn’t lying i have had Hyde bars plenty of other times and KNEW what flavor i liked so it isn’t like i tried something new and didn’t like it. But that did not matter. Customer service from the OWNER of all people. I just gave him $17 and got nothing in return. i will never give them my business again and neither should you.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I bought a aspire vape. Employee didn’t even put a receipt for the vape and vape juice. 2 half hours later battery wouldn’t charge and coil wasn’t working properly. Decided to drive back figuring it would be something that I could get store credit from. No to store credit and warranty information strictly states have receipt.

They have a large inventory b Austinut they sold me a product that ended being expired since 2018 do it didnt work and made me physically ill Im trying to get refund doubt it will happenTo answer your question about the dates,, either it was across the street before this shop opened or your supplier is selling out dated products. Check with them its whoever you got that detox drink from.. it happens more than people know. My dad owned eating businesses with restaurants in them if supplier dont pay attention they can cause you problems and you werent even aware.. just saying. Love you guys go to macs all the time.

Trash shop w a bad business owner. All knock off products do your best to avoid. If my vape goes bad within 10mins of me owning it Im entitled to a replacement at the minimum. STAY AWAY

Good smoke shop fair prices. If you want a good experience with vapes. Try to know what you want before you go in. And try it before u leave. And you will have a good experience 😸
