Absolutely decadent. The sauna was only 150 degrees which wasn’t preferable for me, and the cold plunge is only by the pools and not by the sauna — though the arctic room is near the sauna so it’s not impossible to do hot/cold therapy. It’s lovely for a relaxing spa day, but not optimal for the more serious sauna/cold plunge kids out there.
Not all spas are the same. It is the level of service that makes a difference. I wanted to treat my deaf girlfriend to a massage and the hostess took her time with us to explain everything. The hostess did not try to oversell us anything we did not want. If there was something she couldnt answer she went and got an answer. I cant speak highly enough of the hostess, Lucia. And as for the actual services, top-notch all the way around.
The price did not include the 20% service fee. Be warn of the extra charge. The spa pool is a little small and has two different locations. One is hotter. The place is kinda small. Need to prepare your own shaver if you want use. There is no one time use shaver there, comparing to other spa.Snack has cookie and banana. You could have juice from the front desk
You dont get what they advertise for a bare minimum massage. Once you get on the massage table, they hit you with that extra $25 charge. They dont advertise the additional $77 mandatory resort fee. You only get the sugar scrub on certain areas not all over like they advertise. A bunch of false advertising and additional fees for a massage my husband could have given me.
The facility is beautiful and impressive. The baths and arctic room were my favorite aspects. I received a prenatal massage treatment but was underwhelmed by the massage technique and the lack of intuition from my masseuse. For the price of the experience I also would suggest QUA improve their snack and tea offerings in the tea lounge (pretzels and bananas, tea and bottled water were the only offerings).
Very relaxing. A perfect place to have a relaxing day. We enjoyed their ice room and steam room very much. Theres refreshments available by the lounge. Less stars for the lady in the front. She wasnt very friendly nor welcoming. And also for the price, I think its pricey for what you get. Id still recommend it for maybe like for a special gift or occasion.
I came here 12 years ago and returning was a let down. The sauna and steam room were closed.. the whole reason I booked. While I was discounted, hardly makes up for the sub pa experience. I as not impressed with the remaining amenities. The pools left me feeling filmy. Nothing was as I had remembered from my initial visit. Maybe covid era changed things? In 2024, there are several far more impressive spas on the strip to choose from. I dont plan to return.
Hubby and I did the 100 minute massage and it was amazing. We arrived 3 hours early to enjoy the spa and the pools and amenities were top notch with any high end spa weve been to. I have a bit of a spa addiction and this has been one of my favorites so far.
I go every year and it’s wonderful. This year not—no fresh fruit as before , just bar mix(seriously at a health spa?)They took away the inspirational book in the lounge where everyone posts beautiful uplifting comments.Steam bath broken.
As a Las Vegas local I’ve been to many spas here, this was the worst one. The service was the horrible. My therapist was the only good thing about the whole experience. I didn’t even get one have a nice day… or thank you anything through both points of contact. Highly recommend going to any other spa to spend your money.
I loved this place! Im not a big spa person but wanted to relax after a long week of work and touring so decided to splurge on just the Roman rituals day pass. I went around 8:30 am on a Friday and had the place to myself most of the time. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, an assortment of healthy snacks, drinks, teas and coffee. Loved the cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam room (can be a lot at its peak), and my favourite was the artic snow room which was very refreshing (maybe its because Im Canadian). The lanconium beds were so relaxing beside the hot tubs and skylight. Even the showers were awesome. I easily spent two hours and could have stayed much longer but had to catch a flight.
They dont accept visa so you cant book online without a different kind of card. It took me 30 minutes of calling, being passed around, navigating the phone tree until I finally could talk to a live person... only to be told that they do not accept Spa Finder gift cards even though it literally says Caesars Palace Las Vegas on it. So good luck trying to book with them.
Now THIS is a spa. Gorgeous, clean facility. There were plenty of amenities from the hot tubs, roman tubs, and heated lounges, to the various saunas/steam rooms. The eucalyptus one was my favorite. I showered prior to my massage. A few had out of order signs, but it was no issue, because there were plenty. My massage was amazing. I wish the oil used had more of a scent. I had an amazing time and look forward to returning.
Ordered a couples massage online. Found out when we arrived you can only order a couples massage via a phone call. Website does not say this. Our masseuse team were both available but they wouldnt give us a couples room without re-booking for a larger room for an hour later on the spot and then upcharging us for a re-booking fee. The staff was more concerned with increasing the cost of the package than helping us out. Do not book off their website if you go here. Its a scam.
Stayed there in March for work and got a pedicure at the spa. Lasted less than one hour and cost $200 with the mandatory tip. The technician talked the whole time about her family which was extremely annoying as I really wanted just silence. The pedicure overall was adequate at best. Skip this one
Fantastic spa! My friend and I came here to relax the day before a wedding. The girls at the desk were amazing they gave us a detailed tour and helped us both pick out massages. This spa experience was on if the best I’ve ever had. We both got the Nobu Zen massage which comes with aromatherapy, a foot mask/ massage and hot stones, but they will customize it any way you’d like. The spa amenities were great. It was the most relaxing day we’ve ever had and we will definitely be back.
This spa has been under renovation for over a year. Bought a day pass, and all of the steam rooms were closed. The last time I was there, the Roman baths were closed for renovation, but it doesnt look like anything was changed or updated. Actually, I almost cut my foot on a small ceramic tile in the hot tub when walking out of it. All of the tiles are falling off in the hot tub surround. The snack mix was tasty, and the Figi water was a plus.Make sure you ask for a discount since not all the amenities are open.
The hours are ridiculous, the spa closes at 4:00 now. Also, after spending an outrageous sum for a day pass, most of the amenities arent functioning properly and one can only use them for a maximum of 3 hours This used to be my getaway destination for strip spas, Ill never return. Others are available to utilize all day, and close at 8:00. People typically work during Quas hours of operation.
My husband and myself along with another couple booked a couples massage on March 27 for 100 minutes scheduled for April 20 at 9 AM.We were quoted $405 for a couples massage. Plus we got three enhancements so the total was $480 as you can see below. We arrived at our appointment at 8 AM so that we could relax prior to our massage. There was an Asian woman with long black hair and there was a blonde woman who claimed to be some sort of supervisor that greeted us.When we arrived, they said there was a problem because there should have been four reservations for two couples massages. it was initially explained to us that they needed to have four appointments so that they could have coverage, which is understandable. So they said they could just cancel our previous appointments and make us two new ones which was fine. However, it was it not explained to us they were going to bill us twice!Quoted price $480Charged price $1100At this point, I showed the blonde woman my confirmation which is below. At which point she dismisses me and says well that’s wrong and she explained that their systems were being upgraded last month which may be why we were able to make our appointment online. She said the website should have prompted us to call in and make a reservation however, it did not as you can see below. So we politely asked to speak to the manager in charge. The blonde employee immediately tells us that her boss is not available and that she’s in a meeting. By this time it’s 8:30 so we ask if we can just wait for her manager to conclude her meeting so that we can speak with her. The response we received was “no my manager cannot see you right now and here’s her card so if you want, you can email her. “ We explained that our appointment was set for 9 AM so we needed an answer and some understanding before that which is why we wanted to wait..She then asked if we were evening staying at the hotel, to which we replied YES. Not sure why it would even matter though. Then the blonde employee snapped at us and told us that we were NOT A GOOD FIT and then she unilaterally cancelled our reservations all because we wanted an explanation as to why we were getting double charged for something that we were not quoted. She also threatened to call security.I am biracial, and my husband is black. The other couple with us is also biracial. We were the only people of Color in that were checking in that morning. I do not know what the QUA SPA employee meant by “not the right fit for us”- we took it as we weren’t the right color .QUA SPA ruined my anniversary and Vegas experience. When you list or quote price as a business you are supposed to honor it. When you fail to honor what you quoted and advertised it’s called DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES and FALSE ADVERTISING. See the confirmation below nowhere does it say that price is per person or that 2 reservations are needed.Caesars Palace is synonymous with Gordon Ramsay and Bobby Flay, and uphold the highest standards in experiences and costumer service. I never thought I would be discriminated at such an affluent place. (We did speak to the manager of CP -she did apologize and assured us CP does not uphold or tolerate that type behavior but she couldn’t do much)I know if this happened to us, it has probably happened to other people. This is your warning.I would absolutely appreciate if the general manager reached out regarding this incident.
Husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a couples massage. Enjoyed the facilities - expansive and cozy. However I agree with the comments on the food amenities. For the price we paid, the snacks were disappointing. My dentist has better options than what I found here.
During our visit this morning to Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace, my family and I encountered several issues that marred our experience, highlighting serious deficiencies in both customer service and operational transparency.Upon check-in, we faced an unexpected problem. Although we had booked couples massages, the staff informed us that the system did not show all participants registered. When we explained that their online booking system did not prompt us to enter additional details, a staff member (a blonde-haired young woman, as name tags were not visible) remarked that it was odd and weird, suggesting the website should have instructed us to call instead. We showed confirmation screenshots that detailed our booked services and prices, yet the discrepancy remained unresolved. The situation escalated when the staff member stated that due to the booking error on their system, our existing reservation needed to be cancelled and rebooked. This was done without any prior discussion of cost, which had unexpectedly doubled. The new price was only discovered after our card was charged and the receipt was issued—an oversight that was not made to the other couple with us until they proactively inquired after noticing a discrepancy in the charges.Requests for clarification were met with defensive responses, implying the fault was ours. This dismissive attitude persisted, prompting us to request a supervisor. Meanwhile, one of the staff attempted to discard the receipt showing the original quoted price, an action we noticed and halted. When the supervisor was purportedly in a meeting and unavailable, we were simply handed a business card and instructed to follow up via email. We expressed our preference to resolve the matter immediately, especially since our appointments were imminent. Regrettably, this request was also rebuffed. In an appalling turn of events, we were told that we were not a good fit for the spa, leading to the unilateral cancellation of our appointments. This judgment seemed to starkly contrast with the treatment of other guests and felt discriminatorily based on our familys racial background. This experience at Qua Baths & Spa not only disrupted our vacation but also left us feeling demeaned and undervalued. The lack of foresight to rectify booking errors, the inadequate explanations provided, and the ultimate refusal to service our appointments were all profoundly disappointing.Such customer treatment is unacceptable and should not be representative of the standards upheld by an establishment of your reputation. I urge Qua Baths & Spa to address these issues promptly, ensuring that no other guests experience similar treatment.— Proof can be provided —
Lovely all the way around. Great massage. Beautiful amenities (saunas, ice room, different temp pools including a cold plunge). Friendly and attentive staff. So relaxing.
Loved this Spa went to both this one and Canyon Ranch Spa at the Venetian. I hands down recommend this Spa. Their amenities are so much better. Qua has 4 pools, a steam room, a suana, and a cold room. Though the lounge area for women is better at the CR Spa. They were really amazing with my husband who is blind. He was also injured from a fall and had to use a wheelchair. Thanks to everyone who helped my husband relax and enjoy his day!
The artisan, Shay, has the hands of an angel. She has the perfect combination of firm and gentle. A true artist and professional. I have the Qua Hourglass signature experience and it was truly transforming. She unlocked tention is my neck and shoulder that Ive carried around for a lifetime. To me, it was completely worth it because I felt brand new. My skin glowed and the insecurities I had about my breakout melted away. Im so thankful. The spa itself its pure opulence and comfort. Its become my happy place. I cant wait to go back tomorrow.
I really enjoyed my time at the Qua Spa. My massage therapist, Holly, is very skilled and has the best vibe. I would recommend her to anyone.Additionally I’ve seen some reviews that the spa was loud, but this is Roman bath style spa which is meant for conversing and socializing. There were large groups visiting together but I didn’t see it as an issue. The facilities were wonderful, clean, and well maintained. Almost everything was working except for the snow in the snow room.
Deep Tissue massage ( 80min) plus $25 hot stone. Honestly, for $428 I got 80 minutes of caressing it had nothing to do with a real massage.
I think I have been cursed this weekend. I wanted to take a cold plunge to try and wash the curse off, but from check in I knew it was over. Took 15 minutes to finally talk to the rude check in girl. $95, whatever. Walk in and informed the hot tub doesn’t work, offered a refund but I wasn’t gonna go wait in line again. Steam room smells like fish? Not sure what herbs they used but they were probably kitchen bound. Overall very shabby. The plunge was nice and cold at least. And a decent cup of coffee. I’ll throw back one more star for the coffee. Someone please pray for me.
Just booked to use the spa services, no treatments. A couple hours of relaxation in multiple hot tubs, cold plunge, quiet rooms, great showers. Tea and refreshments. Worth the viisit
The best, I went for the whirlpool and steam room alone. It is really nice, cost about $60 bucks if your staying at the hotel.
Been calling for 2 weeks to make a spa reservation no one answers the phone, poorly staffed for a spa at Caesar’s they are awful, finally arrived and they didn’t have any massages available so I scheduled a facial and pedicure. The next day I arrived at the salon I felt very rushed no one showed me around it was a total maze, I paid for one facial an was talked into a different one, right after I was rushed to my pedicure and I upgraded the pedicure didn’t receive a foot massage totally disappointed with the outcome on top of being hollared at in my robe coming from the spa to the salon. Wish I would of known about the ice room an where the sauna was because that would of been nice to use.
This spa has become so average. Maybe because other spas have upped their game. The Roman baths, aka the main reason most people go, were closed for repairs. They presented at the front desk that it was a surprise but another staff member made it clear that it was scheduled. There was no offer of reduction of cost or anything else. We were never told ahead of time or would have cancelled. The service itself was lovely though it is clear that the emphasis on upgrades including more pressure in a massage was paramount. Still a good experience, sadly one that you could find almost anywhere on the strip.
I visited Qua for a massage while on a Vegas trip with some friends. The facilities are very clean and high end. We enjoyed the cold plunge in addition to the hot tub and the sauna and steam rooms. The Arctic room was a bit of a let down, as it was only slightly cool. I would definitely return.
Spending $650 on a couples massage and not be able to use the phones in the water facility even at the changing room is unacceptable. Treating their guests as children. And by the way no hot water in the showers. The massage its self was very good but the treatment of the guests is unacceptable, I would not go back
Very relaxing, well organized, and very clean! I got a massage and my message therapist did a great job and was very professional!
This is hands down the best spa in Vegas! I usually spend about an hour or so in the spa before or after a service but Qua has so many great places to lounge and relax that I found myself spending about three hours there. It’s also nice that they offer the day pass that gets you three hours of spa facility usage even if you’re not having a service. You can have the spa experience without the large price tag!
This is my favorite spa. I went when it first opened and had to share my experience with my cousins this time. The 4 of us had wonderful massages (classic and sports), enjoyed the jacuzzi, wet sauna with eucalyptus, dry sauna, ice room, and the 3 Roman Baths. The facilities are impeccable and the experience was very relaxing. A great way to kick off 21.Fortunately, no phones are allowed, so no photos to share.
Most amazing spa in the strip that I’ve been to thus far ! My favorite part was the heated seats near the pool . The artic room was perfect and the sauna was so relaxing . A fully stocked beauty bar with top of the line hair tools everything you need to get ready for the night but you must bring your own makeup if you plan to get ready for a night out here after a relaxing afternoon here . Afterwards we went to the players club for some pick me ups . Everything here is complementary as long as you are apart of the club .
Wednesday marked my last visit to Qua until their policy and prices improve. Called several times last week during spa hours to verify cost of a day pass but there is no direct number to the spa and all transferred calls rang, clicked, and went dead. It turns out that day passes are no longer available. Now, for $95, you are permitted a three hour visit which is enforced even later in the day. They are polite about it but you are approached and informed that its time to leave. Service or not. Even by Las Vegas standards, this is blatant greed - certainly not the measured class and hospitality that Ive enjoyed at Caesars Palace in the past. Unfortunately, all good things must end and Im really going to miss this part of my Las Vegas experience.
Unfortunately, I didnt have a great experience here this time. This used to be my FAVORITE spa ever... Ill start with the negative: the spa felt rundown and dirty. There were cups and empty water bottles left around, and things felt gritty. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to greet me or check me in. A woman from the apparel shop asked me if I needed something, and I told her I was there for a massage. She then sent me to another desk to check in, but the woman there wasnt welcoming at all. The waiting room (where you wait for massages) was completely full and NOISY. People were talking loudly/laughing and on their phones. It was terrible! Also, the snacks were only bags of pretzels and bottles of water. The artic room snow didnt work, and it had a strange smell. When my massage was over, the attendant informed me that we are closing soon, youll need to finish up. I felt very rushed, almost kicked out. Not worth a $350 massage, thats for sure! Also, during my massage, people were standing in the hallway outside the room talking loudly, and I could hear doors slamming. It really took away from my massage experience, especially at this high price point. The only redeeming quality of this place was that the 80 minute massage I received from Holly was wonderful. She was very kind, intuitive, and willing to create a massage for me that was enjoyable. Otherwise, the facilities left a lot to be desired. I would never pay $100+ to only use the spa facilities here. They really need to post some rules about being QUIET/no phones, and creating a relaxing space. Encore spa is 1000 times better.
This place is beautiful, I loved the Roman baths! I had a facial appointment and oh my, it was wonderful. There was even a short scalp massage included. I could have stayed there all day, oh wait I did!!The Arctic ice room was my favorite! I loved being able to cool down after the hot tub. The showers had waterfall and body heads that made showering a dream, I had everything amenity needed while getting ready. Even cotton swabs!I really enjoyed my experience here.
Great experience. I received a cbd massage it was nice. I enjoyed the facility. The bathroom facilities were great and accommodating with items to do your hair, blow dryers hair styler. The sauna and ice room were interesting. The hot tub was nice. The bigger hot tub room was awesome and so were there stone seat which happened to be heated. The facility was really clean and quiet. The employees of the facility were really friendly and accommodating. Overall the facility itself was beautiful.
Nice spa! Hot tub was great, cold plunge, dry sauna and steam…a cool room. The cool roomer could have been a bit cooler and the herbal steam didn’t seem to have much herbal while I was there. But overall well worth the money for 3 hours. A highlight of the stay at Caesar’s.
Poor service, attempted to schedule a honey moon massage for my husband and our massages were booked at 5pm. With amenities closing at 6pm. I asked if I can move the massages as even when I got there, there was no one available to greet me. Mind you I had just booked these one hour prior. I wanted to be able to enjoy the spas and they were nice enough to accommodate to move it to the next day but with a $35 charge added. I was okay with the charge. I confirmed and asked if they could get my husband out of his room and they said they would get him. After standing around for another 10 minutes I asked if he was coming out and he was in his service. The manager came out and I kindly informed her of the miscommunication and she asked if I would pay for two services for him one for today while I wait outside and one for tomorrow. I said absolutely not (and honestly they should have comp’d todays service considering the miscommunication) and she said she would waive one $35 charge (which by the way there is nothing to waive considering he got his massage today) but still charge me for mine as she had to pay the provider. I now will take 2 hours out of my honey moon tomorrow if not pay a cancellation charge while my husband is in the room because of the misunderstanding of the spa. $400 spa experience + $35 fee to move the reservation and not as much as an apology from the manager. Extremely poor customer service.
Very relaxing and invigorating 80 minute massage. I especially enjoyed the use of the spa amenities afterward. The staff was was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend treating yourself and go to this spa. I went the day before leaving Vegas and it helped ease my aging and aching muscles after all the walking I had done during my stay in Vegas.
I was so excited to treat my friend to a spa day. I booked services for both her and I under my name and reiterated that to the gal at the check in. This was my treat. However, qua has some sort of strange procedure where they present you with a check in the treatment room. This means that my friend a) saw what I paid for her treatment (gift) and b) had to choose if she should add additional gratuity or not. Honestly, I expected better - really disappointed.
Total luxury, highly recommend. Worth every cent. If you buy a treatment, you get 3 hours of time in the spa with its Roman baths, steam room, sauna, cold room, and whirlpool. Ample water, tea, snacks and fresh fruit, and clean showers. Warm and friendly staff. You wont regret it!
I absolutely loved my massage and being able to use the Roman Baths afterwards was a bonus. I will definitely be back again.
Hands down my favorite spa in Las Vegas! We were there on Sunday, it was a little busy but not bad. The place is awesome and Carrie did an amazing job with my classic massage!
Enjoyed our experience at Qua. From the locker rooms to the actual couples massage everything was exceptional. I booked the treatment over the phone and was not told the price ahead of time. I was not upset over the price - but I do feel the Spa should be more transparent over their menu prices.
There are better spas. Roman baths were closed but didn’t get any notification prior to me checking in for a day spa pass which is one of the main reasons I booked. They offered 15% discount which was really nothing. Was really looking forward to lounging and reading a book but there was no where to lounge or sit. I asked the staff and they said check out the hot tub which had 3 seats only for a lot of women. For $55 with a discount, it’s unacceptable.
The spa experience was great, however the facility is aging badly and needs some investment into the maintenance. The staff was very professional and the facility was clean. While I was at the venue one of the bathes was not functioning and the Ancient Baths area appears to have been left to age without repair. The massage I received during time at the spa was great and I would return for the spa, however the other amenities are like I stated above, dated and need repair.
Several hot tubs and a cold plunge. Assorted steamrooms. Very clean, good snacks, friendly staff. Lounge area with nice TVs
Delightful experience. Will be returning. The Jacuzzi and steam sauna were the best. The three tubs shown in the picture are one hot tub, one ice plunge (she said the temperature is around 53 degrees. All I know is that my legs were numb after about 45 seconds) and one pool temperature bath. All have jets and lights. The Arctic room was not as expected. It was nice to cool off in there after the steam and cedarwood saunas, but dont expect their snow machine to be like the scene in Edward Scissorhands. Nope. More like shooting little globs of snow out of the ceiling every few minutes. Still, the cool room was a nice change.
I cant remember the nice ladys name who gave me the BEST experience, especially for a first timer! My boyfriend and I got the stone massage with aromatherapy. I love love loved it! Planning on coming back and making it a thing every time we come to Vegas. We always stay at Caesars and having this nice spa right at our hotel is amazing! It is so convenient. It was super relaxing and I fought hard to not fall asleep because I wanted to remember the experience. Definitely will be doing the 80 minutes next time!
I came Monday for a massage…had been a while since I’d had one before somewhere else and the experience was less than great. I decided for my birthday month I’d treat myself. Warren gave me the best experience plus time in the sauna and steam rooms. I liked that so much that I came back Wednesday to use the baths and saunas. Great staff-super attentive and very clean. Not cheap, but worth every cent!
I went here for a massage during the pandemic. I asked for the 50 min sports massage. On the website the massage was described as a combination of stretching and deep tissue with a soothing balm for muscle. My almost 200 dollar massage was nothing like that. The lady did about 30 seconds of sweedish techniques and percussion and the rest was stretching. I kept thinking she was going to be done with the stretching part and move on to the deep tissue but she never did. She also told me after the massage that if I wanted the balm that was discribed as part of the massage I should have asked for it. The spa has you pay as well as tip before you go in. I spoke to the front desk person who said he would make a note. I suspect the spa did not train the masseuse on the massages offered because the only places I have been massaged like that are reflexology places in strip malls that go for about 40.00 plus tip. Fast forward to today realize that I was not sent a receipt for the service, which I was told is typical over the phone today. If you need the receipt for any reason you have to ask for it at the end or they just dont send one. I need to turn in receipts to insurance. I called and got reception. The first time I called the lady was very rude and behaved like I was inconveniencing her. They changed systems five Months after I went. I called back today and asked to speak to a supervisor because sometimes the supervisor is better able to handle unusual circumstances. This time the lady on the phone was very polite, however the supervisor refused to come to the phone. I expect the supervisor of a high end spa to come to the phone when a client asks for them. And I find it hard to believe that there was nothing at all that could have been done. I had two separate emails about the appointment I could have sent them to varify that I had been there. They simply didnt want to be bothered.
Great spa that contains a dry sauna, wet sauna, steam sauna, cold room, hot tubs, roman baths, and all the usual spa amenities (tea room, shower, shaving area, etc.). Attendants were great with the service and moving around to help you as needed, and masseuse was fantastic. Recommend getting a massage to automatically get the 3 hour spa pass.
Having been to this spa several times I feel I can leave an honest review of the facilities. For the price, this spa should be GREAT but Id say its only GOOD and here is why and it wouldnt take much to bring the experience up for guests...1. Maintenance needed - the Roman baths (the best part of the spa) was closed last month for maintenance. They didnt do the maintenance anyone cares about. The rainfall for example, is still caked in lime/scale. Build up and barely works out of one side. There is still a lot of other deep cleaning to the tiles and grout in this area... Not sure why they closed for maintenance without maintaining the things a guest sees2. Snack - no name pretzels... These are just sad... Who wants these, they are worse than a budget airline snack? Can you offer some variety? The flamingo has better offerings... How about some juice? The cans are rarely restocked. So stingy on the snack front. The teas are the only slightly premium offerings.3. Lounge - its just not comfortable... They have tons of chairs that are basically plastic wicker patio furniture, and not the super nice kind...the sorta midrange sad kind.. its not comfortable or relaxing. Offer fewer chairs but some sofas or chaise lounge or large cushy chairs with ottamans to actually relax in. Ladies always look so uncomfortable4. Products - nothing high end is offered for shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Some branded Qua soap you can tell is cheap. Thanks for finally adding mousse and hairspray in addition to the blue hair gel (what is this, 1992???, Blue hair gel was the only prior styling product?!?) Hairdryer are always clogged barely pushing out air...5. Electronics policy - there are signs that clearly indicate no cell phone use, no problem from me, I get that. I was reprimanded for reading my kindle. It has no ability to take a photo or make noise... And their signs dont say this isnt allowed. This is just stupid, can no one use their brain when making these policies? People like to read while relaxing and people travel with kindles not paper books. Meanwhile a gal was talking on her cellphone in the jacuzzi with a naked woman in it but I am the one who is violating their policy??? Just so stupid
Incredible massage in the most elegant and magnificent of spas. I highly recommend this experience!
Always a good time at caesars. Everything was in working order except for the “snow” in the ice room. Spa attendants were friendly, and the massage was great!
I live here in the Las Vegas area and this one of the worst massages Ive had especially it being luxury from the beginning the hostess was rushing not sure if they were short staffed but for the money I should feel at ease. The 80 min deep tissue massage I received was absolutely awful the pressure and technique was really amateur. The energy was off from this individual he didnt at all take his time with me and also felt rushed and not relaxed at all. I did however receive a facial from chantelly she was absolutely amazing. The snacks were a joke. I would not come back or recommend.
I ordered a Swedish relaxing massage. My therapist used aggressive short strokes lifted and dropped my arms and legs, was rushed not relaxing and very mechanical. Not a relaxing experience. I paid at check in was informed 20% gratuity was included. Upon leaving another gratuity was expected. The uninformed therapist said I had 50 minutes left for additional spa use(sauna steam etc) which turned out to be closing. The other spa staff were nice facilities were clean and enjoyable. I wouldn’t order another massage at Qua Spa.
Noisiest spa I’ve ever patronized. Staff members and a number of guests were way too loud! Please display signage reminding folk that spas are ‘quite zones.’ The facilities are basic, however, my 2-80 min massages were great!Won’t come back unless the facility is renovated, considering the price point paid for my services.N.Cook
Top three spa experiences I had in Vegas! Had a lot of amenities and was quite spacious.
Best experience, I never told my masseuse about any aches pains soreness. Very spot on she found all my knots in my shoulder blades n my neck . Wonderful healing hands. Hubby and I had couples massage very tranquil. I tried the steam sauna, dry sauna, the ice room. I spent more time in the ice room. Im from wisconsin go figure. I would recommend this spa to anyone going to Vegas n want to center n refocus good energy. Best spa experience ever. Thank you.
The spa was clean and had plenty of clean towels, water and snacks. The three soaking tubs were excellent. One of the saunas was not working which would of been nice to know when making the reservation.
The spa is a little run down, but that was OK. I waited for 30 minutes for my appointment that seemed to have gone missing. The staff did not seem to care much and did not apologize for the inconvenience until I brought up the way I felt. Going to a spa should be a relaxing experience, not a place where you go to get frustrated because they make you wait an hour (since they ask you to be there 30 minutes early) and the staff is extremely disrespectful. That being said, the woman who did my facial was great and the treatment was wonderful. The sauna is great, so is the cold plunge.
Upon arrival, I was approximately 12 minutes early. The lady/woman out front was by herself and having trouble checking in another client. I suppose maybe printer issues or something? She never asked for help for anyone else to check in the other 2 ladies waiting. So after several minutes she checked us in and collected the fee. The 20% service charge seems excessive to me considering what the services already cost and because we have to pay it in advance it’s no longer a tip for exceptional service; it’s just expected. So why not just include it in the fee? Then I was told I was late by the second lady I met at the welcome counter and that they wound do my tour after my services which I was fine with. Then I changed and went straight to my services. I asked for deep tissue, it was moderate so ok but not deep. I asked for hot stones when I booked over the phone but there were no stones. I get about 1 massage every 8 weeks so I’ve had about 108 massages in the last 18 years and the massage was in the top 54 I have had but nothing exceptional or mind blowing. The facial was great! Maybe the best I have ever had. When he was done he left me a receipt for added gratuity!?? What was the 20% for? I never got a tour but found the hot tub myself. The spa was very nice, very clean. I will however not be returning for any additional services or visits. It was the most expensive spa I have been to but not the best experience and that it the opposite of what you should get when spending more money.
Lovely facility and staff, but some things aren’t ideal. Now, for the same price as a day pass before, you have 3 hours to use the spa and cannot leave and come back. For $65 as a hotel guest, I should be able to use the spa, go to the pool, maybe nap, do whatever then come back to the spa same day. Other spas on the strip don’t have time enforcements, why should qua? That, and one pool was closed, showers have heads that don’t work, and the shower in the baths area isn’t operating. All that said, would be a 5 star rating if the ‘day’ pass actually gave you full day access.
Its bad enough that they raised the price of the spa to $85(for hotel guests, $100 for non guests) on top of the $52 daily resort fee that gives you next to nothing in return. But for them to happily accept your money at the front desk without telling you that not all of the facility is even operational is pretty awful customer service. I also noticed that there is a 3 hour time limit for the facility and staff was actively searching for guests to let them know they have to scram. Im sure those guests felt very welcomed. Caesars should take heed because other guests I spoke to felt the same as I do.
What the heck..policy change with automatic service charge without telling you when booking the appointment and not even listed in their website. After been told, the “service charge” is actually the gratuity though they put another gratuity line on your receipt. Why can make it like any other spa with automatic 20% gratuity then the next line as “additional gratuity” if you get exceptional service. Don’t get me wrong, the spa set up is one of the best on the strip, the attendant & masseuse are great. But not being allow to re-entry if you decided to come up in your room or hold you up back even you go to the gym. Any prospective clients should consider other spa in the Strip.
My friend and I just left the spa where unfortunately we had a less than relaxing experience. We checked in fine, about 5 minutes before our slotted time for an 80 minute massage and then were lead to the tea room (which was very nice). However after that we were left for over an hour to sit there and wonder where our technicians were. People were going in and out of the rooms and being called in and we were ignored the whole time. We didn’t have anyone come up to ask why we were waiting for so long or anyone to ask about where our appointments were. Eventually we got fed up and went to the front where they told us that they had improperly checked us in and that our massage therapists just assumed we weren’t there. But when we checked in we were given a slip and gave it to the correct people so I have no idea how they didn’t check us in properly. They tried to see if they could get us our massage time in after that but we were unfortunately already behind in our plans for the day since we had it all planned out. We wouldn’t have been able to use the included spa time or anything. And when we tried to express our reasons for being upset about this, they told us to wait in the locker room for a manager, and then didn’t even bring one to us. We were met with a “well what do you want to do?” And not once had an apology from anyone let alone a manager. We ended up just walking out and cancelling and left shaking. It really felt like we were just forgotten about and then cast aside. I’m a huge fan of mgm and I’ve been considering switching over to Ceasars properties and that’s definitely not going to happen now. Not like they care apparently.
Let me start by saying my service (80 minutes with hot stones) was magical and I cant tell you how relaxed I was afterward. I was however a little disappointed with the facilities since the steam room was barely steamy, the sauna was barely hot and the ice room was not very cold. I guess I thought if I was paying the kind of prices I was everything would be fully functioning.
WOW! First, Bryan’s massage was amazing. I told him I worked in retail, and he found all the points of tension and was able to work them out in just 50 minutes. Truly the best massage Ive ever had. I wish I would have scheduled a 90 minute instead. I highly suggest going 45 min early to get the tour of the beautiful facility but also to use the pools and steam room before the massage (and definitely after) the herbal steam room was one of my favorite parts.
Friend and I booked massages here for our last day in Vegas and only wish we had more time to enjoy it! Suzy, who greeted us, was very warm and welcoming & Raven and Anne-Marie did amazing work! Weve never felt so relaxed. Cant wait to go back!
Hands down the best spa I’ve ever been to. I enjoyed a massage and facial in October 2021. I chose the classic massage and it was heavenly. The masseuse worked out all the knots in my neck and back and I left feeling super relaxed. I then spent time in the herbal steam room and arctic ice room…wow! The herbal steam room was just what I needed after spending a few days in the dry dessert air. I loved it so much that I have started looking to install one in my home. The arctic ice room was so peaceful with snow drifting down from the ceiling. I thought I’d hate the cold, but loved it and it definitely helped with my puffy eyes. (I never sleep enough in Vegas!) I opted for a hydro facial and my skin has never felt more smooth. The best part is that there is no down time, although I opted not to wear makeup that night because I couldn’t bear the thought of putting anything on my perfectly clean, soft skin. Finally, they have a shower room that offers everything you need to clean up and get ready to go back out into the world. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Next time we visit Vegas, this spa will be a MUST on my to do list.
For a nearly $500 massage, I expected a lot more. Massage bed heat didn’t work, so was shivering under a sheet for the entire 80 minutes. When asked about fixing it, the therapist apologized, said she didn’t know how and was only there once a week, then continued on with the subpar massage while I continued to freeze. To make matters worse, one ceiling light was missing the dimming cover, and it just happened to be the one positioned directly over my head when I flipped over. Spent the last bit freezing AND with a spotlight shining in my eyes. Was the first time I thought about asking to end the massage early, but I didn’t want to make the therapist feel bad. Will definitely not return - must be many better options in Vegas.
It is past time for a major renovation for Qua Spa. As you approach the desk to check in, there is a huge water feature behind the desk that is a breathing ground for mold and bacteria. You can visibly see growth, which is bad for the attendants who have to stand there and breathe it daily. The tile and decor in the spa area are dated, and some of the showers dont work. For what most have to pay to go to Qua Spa, Im sure there are better alternatives.
My friend and I went here for the first time and it was wonderful. Staff was really nice, you have your own robe and slippers and the place was clean and lavish. An area with comfy seats to relax and drink tea, have a snack. There is an herbal steam room with a shower inside. The ice room was probably my favorite. All in all, I loved this place and felt blissful after the experience.
The spa at Caesars Palace is on point. With numerous selections of steam rooms, aroma therapy, cold rooms, dry saunas, hot tubs, and more you’ll be fully rejuvenated by the time you leave.
Loved this spa! Very nice facility and the treatments are amazing. For $90 you can spend 3 hours there to utilize their amenities: sauna, cold room, large whirlpools, quiet room. Definitely a good deal for the money.
I had a great spa day overall and really love the Nobu zen experience (I think its unique to this spa) The customized hourglass treatments are also extremely pampering. I recommend both but definitely opt for the longer sessions. I dont stay at Ceasars but the spa has more to offer than most of the others, One of the relaxation areas has falling snow which is a first for me. They answered every question I had and were very helpful overall before booking the appointment. They gave me a walkthrough of the areas available before my treatment which was nice and the consult before the Nobu experience is really informative. They explain all the different products and what they do before anything and it feels so luxurious. I purchased some of the body butter recommend after my massage and I love that too it smells amazing and relaxes the muscles like a dream.
I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service at the spa. It takes at least a week to get a hold of someone (this is not an exaggeration, this is an actual timeline of my experiences in calling). After I was finally able to visit with someone in the spa about purchasing a gift card, they explained they don’t offer gift cards directly and instructed me to use spa finder gift card as the spa does accept those. After purchasing a hefty gift card through this website as directed, we were told we could not book an appointment more than six weeks in advance. Once we finally hit the six week window we were told the spa no longer excepts these gift cards through spa finder that I was directed to purchase.
Had a couples massage with my wife. I asked for a deeper massage and my masseuse delivered! I felt it in the morning (in a good way). Very very satisfied with the service. My wife also enjoyed the massage. Her favorite part was the scalp and foot massage she received.Thank you
I got a spa pass so I could use the Roman baths and saunas during my stay here. It was amazing. Great facilities and wonderful amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Went here in November the hot tubs and heated seats were broken. Came back recently the lights in the saunas went out and they had to close all the saunas. Got a re admit pass and came back the next day. Same issues with the saunas and now all the showers are broken. I ended up getting a refund. But Caesars maintenence needs to get it together and fix these issues especially when theyre charging $$$ for services..
This place is awesome. This was my first time in Vegas and first time in a spa. I have been searching for similar day spas all over the country and yet to find anything like it. I dont really go for the typical multi-hundred dollar priced spa treatments, but I love the facilities. It was just $50 (with discount from staying at a Caesars property) for a full day pass which gets you access to all the various sauna rooms, cold room, pools, relaxation areas, showers, and complimentary drinks and snacks. The facilities are great, and I was truly able to relax. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, contributing to the stress relief experience. I wish I had more time, I was there for about 2 hours and had to go because I had prior engagements. I will definitely be coming back next time Im in town.Side note: if youre coming with an opposite gendered friend or significant other or whatever, there is 1 co-ed room where you can meet up and sit. But for the most part the facilities are isolated by gender, so youll be separated for most of the time. What we did was just set times to meet up in the co-ed room every hour or so to re-group, chill and chat for a bit, and plan.
I had about 4 hours to kill before a flight and was in search of a day spa with all of the extras. I booked a massage at Qua for about $170, and though this might seem steep, when it comes with full access to the entire spa the price seems incredibly generous. I spent my full 4 hours in this place and it was exactly what I needed. I was able to thoroughly enjoy my massage, reading by the Jacuzzi, enjoying plenty of tea and fresh fruit, and a nice hot shower to feel fresh before my departure. The staff were all professional and kind, too. Definitely adding this to my list of favorites in Vegas.
Wish i could give my reviews negative starsi was SOOOO excited to visit this spa for my 30th birthday! I was originally looking for something off the strip because i wanted more affordable! I went to this spas webpage and was SOLD and overly excited to get my annual birthday massage! I didnt intially care about the price as i have visited spas all round the world and the higher end spas typically always guarantee an amazing time!I arrive to the spa excited to relax afterwards with the super cool and relaxing jacuzzi I saw online and NONE of it was available! ALL ammenities were closed! no steam room no jacuzzi no relaxation before or after the masaage! Im unsure how they charge the same price for all services without any ammenities! ALSO OF COURSE this was not told to me prior to booking!(this is my fav part of the entire booking )The spa was SUPER difficult to find causing me to run a few minutes behind! My therapist did NOT give me any ADDITIONAL time!i paid 300$ for 50 minutes of a massage the stones were great but i receive massages every 3 weeks this wasnt anything special especially for the price this was by far the worst experience ever would never reccommend or revisit!
Please be aware they no longer allow you to use the spa facilities as long as you want the day of your service. You can only check in 3 hours early. They also no longer have a day pass… it’s only a 3 hour pass. It’s an awesome spa, but it would have been nice to know about these changes because I arrived super early with nothing to do… had I known about the new policies I would have booked at a different time.
Best spa I have ever been. Very clean. They are open to nude or bring your own swimsuit. Lgbt Friendly as well. Great staff. All of them were very friendly and helpful.I really wished I booked this spa a couple more times on my vacation. Snacks and hair assessories that were provided was amazing.Truly a 5 star experience. I
Let me say, the spa is beautiful! I’ve been wanting to come here for a while. I’m local here in Las Vegas and love trying new spas! If you search ‘best spas in Las Vegas’ Qua Baths and Spa at Caesars is consistently listed. I did have higher expectations- so imagine my disappointment when my experience was less than what I had expected.I was doing a staycation at the Nobu Hotel and also booked massages for my fiancés birthday! We got there 30 min early as requested for our massage appointments at 12pm. I checked us in and asked if there were any co ed areas, where she simply said no and handed us both tickets for the spa. Again, I haven’t been here before so I asked if we go down the hall behind us from the desk/lobby area of the spa. She just said yes. I get to the desk and no one is there. After a couple minutes I hand my ticket to a girl where she asks me my sandal size and gets me a locker where I had to ask how to lock the combo before she left. I changed and walked back over to the desk area to ask where the waiting area is- she said the tea room. Great. I didn’t get any sort of tour- I wasn’t shown where ANY of the amenities were. Not the bathrooms, steam rooms, tea rooms, NOTHING (others than the locker area!) I show myself around, I guess the Roman baths and whirlpool weren’t working at that time. I’m sitting in the tea room waiting and another girl comes slumping over and calls my name to follow here somewhere, I thought it was my massage time. She takes me to a co ed waiting area where my fiancé is! My fiancé said that he told one of the attendants he was here with me so they came to get me so we could wait together. Mind you, I asked if there were any co ed areas and was told no. Long story short, the attendants on my fiancés side seemed happy and helpful (my fiancé got a tour of the amenities, offered a beverage, etc.) The attendants on the womens side were the opposite of that- not happy, didn’t seem to want to be there, to me seemed like the bare minimum. Crazy. I was supposed to sign something at some point after my massage to get checked out. Never happened. I went to the ice room and steam room after the massage quick. Showered, changed and left. Went to the front spa lobby area to check out.The massages we booked (50 min Nobu) were both great! Explained the different oils, asked about preferences, etc! Their service was wonderful! I felt relaxed and happy getting my massage. She focused on the areas talked about and the pressure was perfect. All in all, the massage itself was wonderful! The overall customer service was the worst I’ve experienced at any spa here in Las Vegas and in general. I will not be back because of that part. Didn’t feel high end, luxurious, or welcoming. I really wanted to like it, but I can’t get past the lack of customer service.
What a getaway from all the hustle and bustle from life and wedding planning! I genuinely felt anew after a couple hours in the roman baths and steam, soak and cold room circuits. Staff was super friendly and I 100% need a spa sauna in my future home. We will certainly be back.
This used to be my favorite spa in Vegas, but sadly not anymore. I decided to treat my friend to a nice, luxurious, spa day, but it was a HUGE disappointment. First, both me and my friend were HUSTLED by the aestheticians who both lied to us, pretending like we must write in the additonal tip for them right then and there after the treatment (never experienced this in my life), and when I asked about the mandatory gratuity already added to the bill, they both pretended like it didnt exist and straight up lied to us.Also, their roman baths were closed due to a leak, and there was no response from the girl at the front desk when I expressed tremendous disappointment about that.In addition, the valet said that valet was free with a spa treatment, but I ended up paying for it anyway when the spa employees were all confused and had no idea what I was talking about. Not to mention, it was so difficult to even find anyone to help us with that situation, it was a nightmare and there was no one at the front desk.Absolutely terrible experience and sadly I will probably never go back.
This massage was definitely not worth the money, my husband could do a better job and he has no idea what hes doing. Me and another friend went to get massages here since we were in Las Vegas for Sema and we both felt completely ripped off. I dont think he knew any massage techniques, slathered me with so much oil I could have slid off the table like a snake, every action was rushed and felt like he was all over the place when he had 1.5 hours. We also paid for aromatherapy, but not sure what that was because it never occured. Lol. I thought with all the recent reviews I was safe going here. 2 thumbs down.. way down.Update - We had 7 people in our party and only 2 of us got a massage at qua and now those 2 have covid. Thanks ceasars.
Staff at the front were curt. I purchased a day pass (3 hr pass apparently, not a “day pass” ) . The staff inside the spa were very kind and friendly. There was canned mini Juice , hot and cold tea, bottled water , and pretzels to snack on.The spa itself looks great from a distance , but when you start really looking at things , you wonder why you paid so much …. Blackened discolored Grout in pools , smelly water (different than your average chlorine smell) , shower drain was clogging up , broken tiles , dirty looking heated stone seats , dangly lights not working in the “snow” (foam?) Arctic room and the tube that’s supposed to shoot out snow ,Doesn’t work. Peeling walls. Place needs a deep clean and some maintenance. I wouldn’t go back .
This facility was definitely not worth the price paid ($25 for guests; $50 for non-guests).(1) The staff does not give you any sort of a tour. They leave you once they give you a locker and robe. You would think there would be more of a welcome at supposedly premium facility.(2) The two main rooms that distinguish this spa (Inhalation Room and Arctic Room) were both out-of-service.This information should have been provided upfront (before paying). All that was left was the sauna and hot tub.I could have gone to a much cheaper spa for that experience.Definitely feel a bit cheated and will look for alternatives the next time I am in Vegas.
Hello my new fav place in Vegas! The spa experience was way better than I expected. Peaceful, friendly, and plenty to enjoy. I was lucky enough to enjoy my services from Manuela and I can wait to go back to her. She was so nice & patient with me while I decided what I wanted and asked her questions. She was absolutely great and definitely made my whole experience better. The receptionist at the front was also so sweet! She showed me around and explained the pools and baths and unlimited towels lol .. this place is definitely worth going back! Just wish other people wouldnt be so obnoxious and loud. There were a few groups of 4-5 women and they could have used their library voices a little more out of consideration to others relaxing but I get it. I should have asked for ear plugs but the sounds of water in the Roman Baths was so relaxing.
First time visiting, invited by a friend who had visited before so was excited. Unfortunately some of the most popular rooms were unavailable or under repair and we couldnt use them. So my experience lacked luster for my first time. I may try them again when Im in Vegas.
This place is garbage now . 3 hour maximum stay ? Ridiculous. . Came all the way up here from sandiego to come here and my girlfriend couldnt use the Roman tubs because they where down . Over charge for what 3 hours? Customer service stinks bad attitude and it seems that they dont care . I used to love this place now I hate it . And Caesars could care less about there guests who spend a lot of money for rooms and get shafted by the spa . Instead of making the spa exclusive to there guests they rather have random people off the street come in hog up the space that should be for hotel guests and then penalize them with a 3 hour limit . Absolutely a joke . Your going to lose a lot of customers because Im not the only one that feels the same way about this . Bellagio is so much better now and there customer service is a 10 and they dont have stupid restrictions. Ill pay more over there than have to deal with Caesars ever again!
Being a Vegas local we decided to do a staycation at Caesars and getting a massage. We went with the deep tissue surrender for 50 min. Best idea ever was to do this for ourselves. Tara was amazing! Made me feel very comfortable and super relaxed. Ask for her when booking! I cannot wait to come back. Thank you for making this day awesome!
5 stars to the great staff at Qua Salon and Spa! I had an appointment for my bridal hair and makeup, but due to a flight change was going to be considerably late to my appointment. The staff was so accommodating and rearranged their schedule so that I still looked amazing for my wedding. The salon also has a beautiful space. Would recommend!
Good spa. Love the pools and the snow room. Lacks some basics like healthy snacks, flavoured water etc. You also can’t order any food or smoothies etc.
To be honest, I thought the Spa would be over the top since it was located at Caesars Palace. Sadly no. The look and feel of the Spa (mens) was like going to my local gym. Another way to rate it would be like an upscale mens bathhouse. It seemed really dingy and not very well kept. The attendants kept fooling around and joking adding to the dismal experience. Ive been to many spas at other resorts across the world and even on cruise ships and they are 100 times better than Qua. I was also disappointed the Roman pools were closed, yet still had to pay full price. Please consider going on a cruise or travel to Mexico to see how a spa should be. I will never recommend Qua to anyone seeking a day spa experience and would rather go to Massage Envy to save money and just get a massage.
Amazing spa, facilities, and artisans. I felt completely relaxed. Booking an appointment was easy, quick & accommodating. And for the 1 hour Hourglass Treatment I received, seemed like it lasted forever yet in the hour time I felt they tacked all my concerns to a stiff neck, blemishes & breakouts, while easing my stress. I think its completely worth the experience. Plus you can lounge around in the most comfy plush robe all day.
Love the calm and peaceful space.. why it wasnt 5 stars: arctic room wasnt working both times we were there over 3 days, and there was a lot of grime in the pools and slimy walls, and inconsistency in temperatures and water pressure - indicating lack of consistent maintenance. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and hardworking and constantly bringing fresh towels, water and iced cloths.. still a great experience. Just disappointed that arctic room was turned off and not cold.
Husband and I got an amazing couples massage. Loved the bath house and amenities. Perfect place to relax and rejuvenate if you are in Las Vegas
Would never book here again. They never sent a confirmation. Then received an email thanking us for visit. When contacted the Spa they charged us a fee for a no show. The assistant manager berated me over the phone saying that if I was an adult I would have known we had an appointment. This is rudest I’ve have ever been treated. This is the first time I have ever left a review that’s how bad this was, save your money go somewhere else.
Best massage! Went with a group of 8 and everyone said it was one of the best massages they’ve ever had! Prenatal massage was excellent and they had the pillow with the cutout, instead of having to do side lying.
Wonderful place, very friendly employees. Unfortunately, majority of clients were not very POC friendly.
If there was individual ratings I would rate the staff 5 +stars! Very professional and helpful.Masseuse was excellent, I enjoyed every second of the classic massage I had.The reason for 3 stars is, that our visit to this specific spa was for the Arctic Ice Room that we thought would make this spa special comparing to other spas weve been but to our dissapointment, the Ice room was out of order and no one told us when we were booking it. The snowfall was not working, instead they had bowl of ice, the temperature was cool comparing to the rest of the spa, but air conditioned casino was colder then that room.
Lovely experience. Wish I had known to bring a swimsuit to enjoy the relaxing pools. Also- needed to ask for a plus size robe. Otherwise a wonderful massage experience, and a very nice spa.
This is a top of the line spa! 💆♀️This was my first visit but everything was perfect! The staff were very helpful, attentive to the areas & any questions, and provided a calming space. From the romain baths to the personal showers, everything was very clean, relaxing, and professional. This is my absolute TOP recommendation for someone coming to Vegas! ❤ High quality service with excellent facial options and high quality atmosphere! 11/10 stars! 😍🤩 I recommend spending a few minutes in the artic room, very nice!! ❄Thank you to the technicians and Spa staff for providing absolutely stellar quality service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Love this spa so relaxing to soak in mineral pool, get a steam and then cool down in the snow room. Great massages too
I love this Spa! I love that it has a private pool and jacuzzi area outdoors. The pool is heated and there are day beds for no extra costs. The massage was worth every penny! I cant wait to go back!
5 stars are not enough for this place, so opulent, spacious and clean. Was treated to a day here by my hubby for our 25th wedding anniversary and I was beyond happy with my experience. Everyone was friendly, attentive and kind throughout the day. You can visit in and out all day from open to close. Nice snacks, tea, and toiletries. I would love to go back again next time Im in Vegas. I want to be able to spend more time as I couldnt the first time. If anyone is looking for a spa day whilst in Vegas...this is the place to go.
The best spa in Vegas. I have been to several and this is the tops! The staff are all amazingly kind, attentive, and respectful. Top notch service. I came to Vegas this time by myself with a mission to visit other spas. Can’t stay away from Qua. There’s a relaxation room that offers coffee, tea, juices, fruits and pretzels. The showers are private and have all the essentials you need. They even have toothbrushes with toothpaste already on them. They have a total of four tubs. There are three in the Roman Bath area, one hot, one room temp, and one cold plunge. In the back area they have a huge hot tub, it literally can fit 30 people. In the wet area are two steam rooms. One sauna and an artic room. Plenty of towels and bottled water. I love that the spaces are separated, men have a side and women have a side. When I’m in Vegas I spend the day in the spas have a nice dinner at night and then gamble and drink until the wee hours of the morning. Can’t wait to return!
Awesome experience, very nice clean facility. Go early and plan some time in the Roman baths, it was very relaxing. There is a dry sauna, herbal humidity and stream room. To cool off there was the frigidarium. Tea room had light snacks and drinks. Roman baths are clothing optional, and I can soak for the mens side, seemed most were comfortable with it. Staff had a great balance of being attentive but allowing you to relax. The massage and sand and foam treatments I had were wonderful, would fully recommend. For being a wet facility it was very clean. No signs of mold anywhere.
$65 USD for a day pass and in and out privileges - unlimited access to roman baths, hot stone seats, steam, sauna, arctic ice rooms, and a tea/snacks rooms with magazines. Locker, super soft robe, and flip flops (to borrow) included. I found it to be great value considering we are in the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Super clean and good service for most of the day - Just a blip at 6PM as we were leaving it seemed that there were no staff around even though they were supposed to close at 8PM. There were robes and towels left all over the place. But this was only around the 6PM time. Super clean otherwise. Found the locker and in and out privilege very convenient as we had a late night flight and had checked out of our hotel. Left luggage at bell desk and locked our wallets etc. in the spa locker and were free to roam around for lunch and shopping between relaxing at the spa. Theres also a little machine that will spin your swimsuit around for 10seconds to dry it off, and a warm closet to hang up your bathrobe or swimsuit and it keeps it toasty for you. No phones allowed as it is clothing optional.
This place is a joke! Save your money and hit up Juju in Henderson at Jujus massage.Brianna is the manager we dealt with (heavy set red head & who looked like she rolled outta bed with eye mocos still intact) needs more customer service training and needs to teach front end staff to communicate policies upon booking versus when youre there. Was literally 5 minutes late and they tried to tax another $35 onto an already overpriced massage. It wouldnt have been a thing had I been informed PRIOR but that wasnt the case.
Wonderful experience. Started with a couples massage and got to spend the day relaxing in the day spa. Before coming here I didnt realize that theres a separate mens spa and womens spa. I will be back one day for another day of relaxation.
Very first spa experience so don’t have anything to compare but thought this spa was amazing! Extremely relaxing, friendly staff inside (front staff were a little impatient), very clean, everything you need down to q-tips and curling irons. Came out feeling VERY relaxed.
Definately was an experience to remember staff very attentive making sure I was enjoying my time a bit pricey however well worth it. I did a detox using the different oils and my partner did a classic massage both very satisfying spa was wonderful didnt get to indulge in the Roman baths which I really wanted to do and only downside was kept smelling sewage a few times while showering or using steam room. Staying at the Mandalay Bay and the experience was much better at caesars palace. My therapist explained every single oil and what they did. First time in Vegas and they won me over.
The lack of communication and disrespect from the employees here specifically Brianna Beaudoin the assistant manager was disgusting. As someone who works in customer service I try my hardest to be calm. But when this lady physically got in my mothers face I immediately felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this facility. Brianna also had no respect for my mother when she asked to repeat what she was saying as my mom is hearing impaired! Which is completely out of ADA compliance. Brianna is a horrible representation of your spa and Caesars in general. And I would strongly suggest getting her some customer service training if she is who you choose as a manager. On another note Keli in the Diamond registration was an absolute delight. She was patient and understanding and listened.
My credit card was charged for an extra massage. I have called back several times to get them to remove the $280 fee for something that never happened. It is now a month later. I have emailed, called an sat on hold numerous times. Beyond frustrating.Update to this review: Almost a year later and still nothing from these people. I refuse to give up. You cant just steal money. $280, and I still cant even get the courtesy of someone to look into it.
I will say it’s one of the best spas I have gone to in Vegas being a local! VERY gay friendly and lots of space to get a way for the chatty ones and Erin the male therapist is absolutely amazing! 10/10
The spa is extremely relaxing. I had a 75 minute deep tissue massage and then after that I went into the spa area where they had a sweat room a steam room a cold room medium hot and hotter hot tub‘s and just an overall relaxing experience. I felt completely refreshed when I left and I needed it
Fantastic spa at Caesars Palace! This was my first real spa experience, so I wasnt sure what to expect but every aspect of the experience was spectacular! When I arrived, I was given a robe, towel, flip-flops, and a locker and a tour of the amenities, since it was my first visit. They have a cedar sauna, steam room, and arctic room to get you started and then there are two rooms with various sized bathing pools, with water temps ranging from cold to hot. When youre ready for a break, there is a relaxing lounge where you can enjoy light snacks and beverages. When I was ready to call it a day, they had showers containing multiple water jets as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner and for those wanting a shave, they even provided a nice area for that, as well. Whats also great is your pass lets you stay as long as youd like until they close. Ill definitely be back!
The manager or the assistant manager whoever the girl was that I spoke to on the phone today at approximately 4:45 PM has absolutely no no freaking idea what customer services no idea she has no idea how to treat customers especially people who come in there consistently all the time you shouldn’t be working in any sort of a hospitality business if you feel that people who come in all the time we’re gonna run without payment or not show up and you’re more concerned about getting a payment form over the phone again no idea about customer service and yes I’m complaining because you can’t simply take into consideration someone like me that shows up every month or every three weeks doesn’t want to give you a credit card over the phone but have I ever had a problem with you getting payment for any service I provided or that you’ve provided me? No never not once so look lady you better be happy that you have people there that I actually like getting my spa services from because if it wasn’t you would’ve been the reason why I’d never show back up there again ever. Worst customer service for hospitality ever you should get a new job assistant manager working today at 4:45pm on may 17th. Dumb person
Unbelievably overpriced. A sub-par Mani/Pedi put me out $350 (!!!). I did the first upgrade and she barely massaged me for more than five min., leaving me super oily. What’s more, they charged me $40 to take off my previous polish. If I’d known that, I would have done it myself beforehand. This is not worth it. Go to your regular off-strip joint and pay 1/4 the price for the same quality.
By far the worst Spa experience ever! STAY AWAY! I arrived to check in for my service (on time) but there was a long line (6 people ahead of me waiting to check in). Only 1 receptionist and she was on the phone with something in the back for a long time. By the time I finally got checked in and to my service room it was 15 minutes past the start of my appointment time. I booked a 50 minute massage for $175, and after 35 minutes the woman said my service was over (and even those 35 minutes were spend on my arms and legs, no time my back!). When I told the manager that my service ended 15 minutes earlier than it was supposed to, she told me it was my own fault for getting to the room late. I explained to her that I was actually on time, early even, but that their own check in process took so long. She said there was nothing she could do. The next day I went to the Spa at the Cosmo (Sahra Spa & Hammam) and received the best service. The massage was phenomenal and the staff and management went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with my service. If you are debating where to go, do not pick Qua, very disappointed.
Amazing spa….multiple hot tubs of different temperatures. It’s all men only or women only areas. Enjoyed the steam rooms too. 10 out of 10 for customer service.
It is a pretty nice spa. The entrance fee is $50, but if you stay at the Caesar, it is 50% off. You get sandal and bath robe. Inside you will find Roman Bath - big Jacuzzi with temperature selection: cold, hot and body temperature; whirlpool; steam and ice sauna; and tea lounge. They also offer some massages, facial, and other beauty services. If you choose any of those services, your entrance fee is waived. It was a nice place to relax.
Disappointing! Came here to zen out after some serious partying to celebrate my 40th birthday. The Roman baths were unavailable (under renovation) which meant only the hot spa, ice room an steam room were available to use. The sauna was apparently running but colder than body temperature! Only 15% given off the price for these things. Very disappointed! Save your money and go somewhere else!
Beautiful spa, mediocre massage and the Roman baths were closed so my husband and I could not enjoy together. You can use the male/female areas, but had we known we couldnt relax together, we would have booked elsewhere.
This place is absolutely outrageously priced for the average person. Unless you are rolling in dough, or youre a high roller, I would suggest another hotel. Dont choose Ceasers Palace. Plus in our experience only two weeks ago, the hotel itself is dated and our room smelled and was dirty. Sorry Ceasers. We were NOT impressed.
Crowded. Couldn’t get a seat at the pool for 2hrs. Then when I finally did, no one came out for drink/food service the entire time. Women’s spa so crowded, loud voices, not relaxing.
Had my first ever professional message here. Was a wonderful experience and had a great relaxing time after in the roman bath area enjoying the steam room sauna and hot tub.
Made appointment for my wife for 3 hour hourglass, $835. I told her to go to spa while i was doing work stuff, she walks in and they tell her there is 17% gratuity added on already. Ok, No problem, even though if it was a problem, you have to pay anyway beacuse they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. She was early, the technician came and got her late. They tell her she gets a massage and a facial, let her choose add ons. The hourglass description on their website says she was supposed to choose services from their list of services. All she got to choose was which facial and which massage she got. She said the massage and facial were both ok, she could tell they were trying to stretch it out.I am looking at receipt, and realize that they added 20%, not 17%, and I check the website and see that the facial and massage she received would have been $625 if I would have scheduled them separately.I call and talk to Fred, tell him everything, he says he will look into it, talk to his boss, and call me back.24 hours no call back, so I call and ask for Fred, hes in a meeting, they tell me he will call me back. Call back 2 hours later, now hes at lunch. I tell them he needs to call me. 1 hour later, I call again, they picked up and hung up. I call back, goes to voicemail, call again and the director answers.Tell her everything, and she tries to blame my wife for not asking for different services, she wasnt offered. The 20% service fee on the receipt was 17% tip and 3% extra she said was a facility fee, so apparently $835 for 3 hours doesnt cover the facility? Went back and forth several times, finally agrees to a refund, said I would get emailed a receipt, havent received one yet.Total waste of money, and a pain in the butt to deal with these people.
The spa was very beautiful and the massage itself was not bad. The wicker furniture in the tea room felt cheap as was the snacks (pretzel bags). The spaces such as waiting room and hot tub were very crowded.
Absolutely stunning spa in the labyrinth of ceasars palace. I stayed at the hotel and got a massage at the spa. I got a deep tissue massage which was exactly what I needed after 4 days of hiking. The masseuse knew exactly what he was doing and really worked on the muscles that needed it. You can use the other spa facilities after which are excellent. The sauna could have been hotter but the herbal steam room was lovely and the cold room is really nice after. The whole space is really clean and very well kept. Plenty of clean towels and water.
Best spa experience ever. Went back and forth in regards to which spa I should choose for a girls day. Im extremely picky and Ceasers Qua Spa topped all of them! Very spacious. Different areas of the spa which allows you to experience different things. Jacuzzi section, ritual pools section, saunas, massages and so much more. Trust me go experience a day of luxury!.Even if you dont get a massage purchase the day pass. Its worth it! Enjoy!
I’m from Tennessee and while on vacation I visited this spa for the first time. It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. It was everything compared to the spas back home. I definitely made my way back for a second trip before my flight. I can’t wait to come back for this experience. The hot stone lounge chairs and body temperature jacuzzi was my favorite. My 1st masseuse was really good but my 2nd masseuse was just heavenly. He was a male. I can’t remember his name but I sure wish I did. I would request him everytime. He wasn’t to soft or to hard at no point during the massage as if he knew my body personally. He started me laying on my back first which was my 1st time ever experiencing that. I liked that because I personally feel like most of the time I go anywhere for a full body massage they spend 90% of the time on your back and 10% everywhere else.
Amazing! Heads up if you pay for a massage the baths and saunas are included! Best 3 hours of my life!
Used to be really nice, but theyve let a lot of things go. Lots of things broken or needing fixed/updated. Charging through the nose for admission and limiting to only 3 hours. Pretty disappointing. Used to be the best on the strip.
Seriously the best day spa I’ve been to. The staff are so welcoming and they make the experience magical.
Nice atmosphere and all but you might want to reconsider if you wanted real massage, for my experience I received the weakest massage I’ve ever get (very very very gentle stroke) and like other review have mentioned the whole service feel rushed. Would not recommend especially consider the price point.
This spa Used to be good and I have been going to this spa for many times over 15 years and for the last 4 years. It has went down hill. I also went to the spa on July 02, 2022. It was a disappointment with all the changes and and half of the facility was closed for some construction yet they still charged you the same price. That’s ridiculous and they not even allowed you stay more than 3 hours or in out like it used to. I think I am done with this place.
Loved trying out the infamous Qua spa! Great pools and facility. Would’ve loved to have a little more variety on snacks but wasn’t expecting a full buffet at the same time (who wants to be full when going to a spa anyway!).
If you need to unwind and ambiance is important to you. There is no better Spa than Que Bath and Spa at Caesars Palace. Come alone or bring your girlfriends, whatever you do block half your day, trust me you will want to stay. After living in LA and Atlanta, nothing, I mean nothing, compares to you. I have given many treatments to my clients as closing gifts over the years. Selling or buying a home is an emotional and, thus, stressful time. What do I miss most about living in Nevada? You.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA! They only have 3 beds & you have to jump on the beds fast otherwise the woman that go there hog them! It is unfair. I wasted $50. I wasn’t even able to enjoy myself. I showered & got into the sauna & that’s all I was able to do. When I tried to go on the bed, the girl jumped out of the steam room CLAIMING the bed was hers & the woman who worked there didn’t even help or care. She was on the Asians side.
Epic Spa Experience!! Visited every day I was there, was complimentary with room upgrade. Did not get any of the massages, but the baths, the steam rooms and the lounge to decompress was completely meditative. Attached to Caesars Palace and truly something to experience even if you are staying in a different hotel.
My experience was unforgettable. Very clean spa, friendly service from all employees, plenty of towels & bottled water everywhere. However some instructional/labeling hiccups like labeling on the jets knob in the private room, or creamer for the coffee (couldnt find it), no snow in the arctic room as advertised, looked like the machine was out of it. As well as some guests talked too loud as if they were in party mode. I understand some are there for bachelorette parties & some are there for a peaceful getaway like myself but it took from the spa experience. If the Roman baths wouldve been bigger, less noisy guests & better labels/instructions & snow Id give it 5 stars. Ill be back again! No cellphones allowed but the pictures are what you get! (Other than snow)
I rarely do things for myself basically I went to make my wife happy. Qua was exactly what I needed!! Roman baths genius. Eucalyptus steam room in combination with the ice room is Invigorating. I will visit Vegas again shortly just for the spa. All the staff makes you feel like a VIP even if your not a High Roler which is what I expected.I almost didnt wanna write this review I want to keep this secret all to myself.
Nice facilities, but now they intend to enforce a 3 hour limit for guests, even those who have a treatment paid for in advance. So 3 hours plus treatment time instead of ability to stay all afternoon if desired.
We ask for couples massage my massage was only legs arm and head. ?? I ask for a full massage.. them not ones toll is that the place its only for a couple massages and not to enjoy the romane bath together. When i call them i ask if we will be together in the facility not explain nothing else. There was all separate them we got to a room massage and out to different ways.. its nice the place. But not what we were looking for aa they never explain. Thanks
Great experience! Very clean. Amenities enhance your treatment experience.
Super amenities and therapists. Should have taken off a star for torn carpeting and worn decor. But the best deep tissue ever!
This spa is wonderful, we did a couples massage. You MUST come at least an hour before your appointment because the roman pools, steam, sauna and snow room are a must see. The massage therapist are very professional and tend to your needs. Only thing I would recommend is book your appointment when it is not busy. There were 2 bachelorette parties going on and the spa area was not as peaceful and relaxing as one would expect it to be. They also have everything you need to shower and get ready. Just make sure to bring your makeup bag!
Visited 9/10/17 first time at the spa. Decent facility, nothing fancy inside. The arctic room was just an airconditioned room, not anything super cold. The steam room and spas were decent. It said herb infused but I didnt notice anything. Staff is friendly. Clothing is optional. Parts of the spa ceiling or walls were in need of repair - hanging sheetrock, rust, peeling paint.
Would have been 5 stars if it wasnt so pricey now. Its $140-$150 for a day pass and thats crazy for such a short service hours. If you could afford it, then go on and take me with you. Nudity is normal also. If you are shy, its not a place for you.
Just the relaxation I needed before flying home! This was my first experience in a European bath spa and I loved it. I deducted a star for a few reasons but primarily related to my check in experience. I booked a massage knowing Id only have 3 hours in the spa including my time for massage. When booking my massage the customer service was aware I was not a guest at the hotel (increased price) and shouldve guided me on parking or drop off at the spa entrance. Unknowingly I was dropped off at the furthest entrance possible from the spa, and it was quiet the hike. Once I finally found the building the spa was located, and exited off the elevator toward the spa there was a small check in desk outside of a clothing store and through the clothing store you can see the spa. It wasnt clear to me that this desk was apart of the spa and I entered in without the approved spa card and had to back track back out to register/check in even though I had already paid in full by phone prior to arriving. Since there was only one person operating the check in I had to wait behind an additional 2 more customers. At this point approx 30-45 mins of spa time had been waisted on walking and waiting time; when you pay the premium for spa time this is a big deal. They give you a plush bath robe and comfortable nice sandals in European/Roman bath fashion. The women and mens side are separate parts of the building. There were 4 jacuzzi tubs with different temperature selection: hot and body temperature and cold, a few places from the ceiling rain showers you could sit or stand under, heated lounge seats (pictured on website) that I loved and wish I couldnt have more time to lay around and relax. There was a nice herbal steam room, heat sauna and ice sauna. It is a European style bath spa so nudity is accepted, but also optional. There were a variety of partakers in the spa, it was a freeing experience and relaxing, and I felt it was a place of femininity and not of judgement or staring. I did opt to wear bathing suit bottoms for the jacuzzis and only used a towel in the saunas. The tea room had delicious iced tea, water, cans of vegetable and fruit juices, and fresh fruit available. My massage therapist was very professional, I opted for a deep tissue massage following yesterdays hike in the Grand Canyon. She even noted that I had areas of sun burn and used an herbal oil for skin conditioning that wouldnt irritate my skin. I love that she poured an enormous amount of oil all over my body prior to starting. Thats a benefit of being at a bath spa because you shower afterwards. The massage therapist was a tiny woman and I told her that I did like a good amount of pressure with massage; she proceeded with using her elbows in many areas that were more tender than I anticipated and she recognized it was I was uncomfortable and asked me about my preferences again. After asking for a decrease from the full on elbows lol, I didnt find the pressure enough throughout the remainder of the massage. I couldve asked I suppose but I just let it go and let myself enjoy the massage for what it was. It was enjoyable and good, but it wasnt the best massage Ive ever had. Of note if youre an over thinker and have a difficult time with distraction (like me) the facility is very relaxing, the lighting was good, music perfect, and there werent any outside distractions. After your oily massage they prefer you not to go back into the jaucuzzi areas for obvious reasons without showering, but offer you the herbal steam room which was really nice again after being oiled up. I liked the showers, they provide body soap, and hair products, plenty of fluffy towels, sterilized hair brushes, blow dryers, curling and flat irons, deodorant, hair gel and other toiletries. I brought my own makeup bag with my personal products and left feeling relaxed. For anyone thinking about going I recommend planning a half day or a few hours to relax and enjoy all the amenities and I highly recommend before flying home :)
I love this place ladies look no further this is all you need it’s like heaven here grab your boo and your bathing suit they give you wrobe and slippers no cell phones allowed during your stay which is good so you relax! And free refreshments water juice hot teas snacks too and let’s mention how many rooms they have as well for relaxation nice cold room for inflammation steam room smells like eucalyptus they’re all great rooms they have a tea room to relax 10minutes prior until your massage therapists come to meet you for your appointment it’s perfect!
Simply amazing. I went for a hot stone massage and didnt realize you got access to everything. All in all very relaxing experience. The staff were very nice and friendly.
Just returned from week at Cesar’s hotel, Brianna at the spa check in is the rudest person I have ever encountered in all of my travels, I would have left immediately if the reservation was not already on my credit card. She should not be dealing with the public in any capacity. Also the highly advertised laconium room is out of order, no longer heated and merely serves as a coed waiting room. I was very disappointed with the experience.
Very relaxing atmosphere. The girls give you a quick tour so you know where to go. They have a steam room, an ice room, sauna, a pool, a cold pool, a hot pool. In the bathrooms they have everything you need to get ready when youre finished with your treatment or done just hanging out in the lounge eating snacks like pretzels, oranges, apple-cranberry juce, pineapple juice, several hot teas as well as flavored cold tea and water. They provide you with robes and slippers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, spray deodorant, hair dryer, curling and flat irons, hair spray and even tampons. I think the ladies working in the spa room could be a little friendlier. Ive been to other spas and they ask if they can get you any thing. My treatments were great. They were very discreet.
Went there with my partner to celebrate his birthday, massage and facility was great. However I was not able to enjoy the baths with my partner!! As the facility does not have a coed side..it’s either women or men’s baths.. so good for groups of same sex but for couples not so convenient.
This has always been my favorite spa. I prefer it to the Wynn. It is more spacious and comfortable. The roman bath area is amazing. They even have a bathing suit dryer!
The sports massage performed by Bryan was the best massage I’ve ever had. My left knee and both hips feel amazing. I highly recommend requesting specifically for Bryan.
The “team manager” was VERY rude Brianna or a Brittany was her name. We were calling to inform them we was running a tid bit late. The phone systems are trash! They may or may not answer. Then they charge you all the cancellation fees that is not listed on the website. Overall management needs to be MORE professional and respectful to customers. Pay way too much money to be treated as if we didn’t pay no money!
I couldnt be happier after the time I spent here. The baths: several temperatures, massaging rain shower, tea room, steam. Sauna, heated stone reclined chairs. Perfect. The snow wasnt falling in the snow room when I went though but everything else made up for it. The staff is friendly and professional.
I think this spa has been around for a while and isn’t one of the newer ones. But it’s still very nice and quite big. There is two separate hot pool areas, sauna, steam room and ice room. I think it was $50 for the day on a Sunday which is less then most of the other spas.
The Qua Spa is a favorite of mine and my wife. The price is a bit high, but considering the service and amenities that come with the spa it is worth it.While in the spa you have the options of various pools set to different temperatures. There are also heated stone lounge chairs that will help you to unwind. They also have a steam room, sauna, ice room and a shaving room. There is also a lounge area that is stocked with some fruit, teas, coffee and fruit juices. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip. This is a great hideaway to unwind and relax.
My favorite Spa in the world. Ive been to probably over 30 Spas across the world, and qua is the most elegant Ive ever been to. Very nice amenities. Nice snacks, tea, and juices are provided. The massage, facial, and body scrub treatments are amazing
This is my go to spa when I visit Vegas. A massage and a trip to the spa is the best way to recover from a hard night, and Qua is one of the best for the price. After 30 minutes in the herbal steam room, some fruit, water and a massage and I can go back to the tables for the night. I wish I knew about the spa when I was younger, it would have helped me enjoy my Vegas trips properly.
I visited here with my girlfriend and we had a great experience. I’ve been to a few spas and this one definitely stands out. I enjoyed the bath room and also the decor. If you’re thinking about going to a spa while you are in Las Vegas, you should check out Qua. The hotel is nice too.
I visited on Valentines Day, so pretty busy, but facilities were super clean and my massage was splendid. Best spa Ive ever been to. Complimentary snacks and drinks.
Awesome amenities; expect persistent upsells during treatment though.
I am sad about the service here. I was told one thing and charged for way more without the service I asked for. I was finally told by a manager named Heidi that Id be refunded and they STILL have not done so. I have called 4 times so far and each time was told Id be called back. My experience has been less than par. I am STILL dealing with this issue. Do NOT recommend. Youll have a headache by the end of dealing with them.
The Roman Rituals bath spa IS NOT for couples celebrating togetherness. It’s instead a clothing optional gender based bath with people you may or may not know. The staff does not explain that to you before they book you for services
Been there 2x and will return. Theres something magical about this place & how it relaxes me. Once I start walking down that hall, by the waterfall and paintings of water, I feel myself relaxing. The hot tubs are the best. 1 has jets pointed at your neck and shoulders--that alone is almost as good as getting a massage (and I have serious back problems). The different temperatures of the tubs make your muscles relax. My experience, though, was better the first time (2007) vs. this time (2014).1st time I had a classic massage that was good. I now realize I need a medium to deep massage in my shoulders to relax.Last time I had the hot stone aromatherapy massage. Did not realize its just a light rub with oil and hot stones. I wish that had been in the description because I would have chosen something more suitable for me. A cloth was placed over my eyes and it felt weighted down by stones, but I felt no temperature. Cold or heat would have helped. Just weighing down my eyes was an odd sensation.I am BIG into scents and that was part of the reason I chose this treatment. As the therapist gave a short description of what to expect, she didnt mention aromatherapy. I asked & she said the oil was scented but gave no info as to what scent it was. I smelled nothing. The hot stone thing was very warming, which would be nice if youre really cold.I tried to use the herbal steam but the sight distance was zero, so I didnt go in. I thought Id trip over someone or something. Last time I used the arctic snow room and enjoyed it, but this time only 1 snowflake came out.Last time the staff was helpful. This time, not so much. They were nice but seemed hurried. A lady brought me to the locker & asked if Id been there before, then started to leave. I asked whats next after I change. She said, Oh, youve been here before, right? Yes, 7 yrs ago & I dont remember the routine or where things are (they had a record of my previous visit). She showed me around at my request, but provided little explanation--heres this, heres that. Ive been in service jobs too and have been like that when Im having a bad day, so I completely get it. Its just that when youre paying a few hundred bucks for a treat, you want to get the most out of it. To do that, you need explanations--this tub is good for such and such, clothing optional in the hot tubs, etc. She wasnt rude or anything, just not as helpful as I would have liked. Finally, and this is not the spas fault, there was a group of women that made a lot of noise. I was there because I desperately needed to relax. They made so much noise gossiping and saying mean things about people they knew. Lots of boisterousness. It was not relaxing. I tried to give them a look but that didnt help. I think you should be quiet in this spa. Its obviously supposed to be quiet and serene. The tea room was great the last time but spoiled by the disruptiveness of the other guests I mentioned. There was no tea sommelier--some coffees and teas were made, or you could brew your own cup of teas from teabags provided. That was a little disappointing but I did have a great cup of herbal tea. They had the best lotion available in the bathroom, labeled Qua Spa. Tried to buy some in the gift shop but they dont sell that brand. All in all, I do love this spa. I travel a lot and make it a point to go to spas all over the place, and this is my favorite.
It’s decent enough, but don’t expect a spectacular massage. mine was not worth the money.
Mani pedi was nothing more than usual spa. Money is not worth it.Roman pools were not open 10/05-10/12Artic spa was not open 10/04-1012.No couple massages available, sad since we were trying to have our honeymoon. No robes available.
Lorraine was an awesome therapist and rubbed out all my aches and pains. Vegas was much more relaxing after a visit here!
NOTE: Qua Spa is CLOSED for day passes currently during COVID.Typically you can get a day pass to use the huge facilities. Hot tub, steam room, sauna. Not the cleanest spa ever but plenty of room to relax.
Service was amazing however as others mentioned they are not clear in communicating the charges.Previously, Diamond members received a discount, however recently after I received the service I was told there is no more discounts for diamond members. There was no mention of this when I booked the service nor when I checked in.
Very relaxing amenities. Enjoyed a nice massage and then relaxed at the jacuzzi. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend and will visit again.
It is very clean and spacious. Less crowded during the mornings. It is clothing optional - every one on mens side was naked in tubs, saunas & steam rooms. They provide plenty of towels, water and juices
It is a good place to go BUT as long as the spa continues to foolishly remain closed they will bleed out money continually until they are permanently out of business. The spa as in the tubs and sauna are the sole highlight and without them they have nothing to offer and have lost me as a customer.
Used the workout facility while staying at Caesars. Great variety of a equipment. Mich better than the usual hotel gym. You have to pay the resort fee regardless, so at least they gym is nice.
Best spa in Vegas! It would be nice if Covid would stop screwing things up. They currently have a limited menu because of it.. But it is still the best around! You cant go wrong with anything they offer.
This is what you would generally expect from a Vegas strip spa. Very photogenic, but nothing special, and similar to the spa at Mandalay, Wynn, etc.
