The massage was below average.I had high expectations before going because there were a lot of reviews, but I was disappointed.I had a full body massage for 90 minutes, the full body massage was an oil massage, and I had to take off everything except my underwear.However, I was very surprised when a male masseuse came in without asking me. If I had known that a male masseuse was giving oil massage, I would have either not given the massage or chosen a female masseuse.I felt that he had no massage skills as he had never received proper massage training.Waste of money and time.

My husband and I came for a last minute couples massage and this place did not disappoint! My husband said this was probably one of the best massages hes ever gotten. The staff is so friendly and respectful. They checked in often to make sure we were comfortable. The facilities are and the prices are very reasonable too. I would highly recommend!

My husband and I made an appointment for a couples massage and a facial. It was my first time getting these and they were super nice and accommodating. Prices are very fair, and reasonable. Will come here again in our next stay in Vegas.

We didnt like the massage that we got. Our masseuses kept on stopping and then would leave periodically throughout the massage.We requested a harder type of massage, however, my friend had to ask again to go harder but the masseuse just wasnt able to go hard enough. Additionally, we were asked multiple times if we wanted to use a CBD oil when we said no already trying to pressure us to get an add on. It was really uncomfortable. Also there is barely any privacy it was very loud people talking in the hall way, cannot relax. When it was our time to pay, they all huddled at the counter eyeing us down and felt really uncomfortable. We paid and were already opening the door when the masseuses literally stopped us asking for a tip. We reasoned with them that we just werent satisfied with the service so were only paying for the service with no gratuity, they both tried to argue about it and give us attitude but, we told them we just werent happy about the service. Overall bad experience, one bad thing after another. Would not recommend.

They did a good job trying to massage your pain away, worked hard to help you feel better. Make sure to call first to make a reservation. For the price, it was very good service. I like that they don’t push you to give more tips, they are nice quiet people. Would like to come back.

I am in town for a conference and I wanted a massage to relax. I found K Spa through and google search and with the excellent reviews I took a chance. I did the cupping + massage for one hour with Cindy and it was FANTASTIC. Strongs hands and pressure how I like. Highly highly recommend. Great value for all that you get.

I wrote a review a day or so ago and the owner stated that the receipt I posted wasn’t theirs I never said it was it was to show you how you can request gratuity (tips). I was a customer on April 4, 2024. Me my mother and my sister in law and the company’s customer service was rude and demanding for a tip that is at a customers discretion. Like I said I would have gave a tip but it was ruined by a demand. There’s no gratuity requirement on the payment sheet. (Photo of pay scale)

It Was my first time here and it was such an amazing experience.like really super great ! I felt like a new person. I first got the 60mins and decided to extend . My bill came up to $77 and I tipped jimmy $30 for the job well done! I definitely will come back again pretty soon and will request the same jimmy . He helped me relieved all the pain that I was having esp my lumbar area. And also the front desk lady was extremely nice. I just love this place and I absolutely look forward to coming back again

Wonderful spa experience. K Spa was able to accommodate our party of 6 within a half an hour notice. My masseuse was very professional and accommodating. I took one star off because i could hear people laughing in the other room which was a slight disruption otherwise the treatment was top notch.

I came here for the couples massage treatment. The massage therapist was very attentive to my needs. She paid extra attention to the knotted areas and was always making sure that it was not too painful. Definitely would recommend coming here to relax and have your knots sorted!

While visiting in town I came in for a 90 minutes full body massage with Ella and it was fantastic! Perfect amount of pressure and I’m leaving relaxed. Will def be back for the 120 minutes or the four hands before I leave.

My flight was canceled so I decided to stop in to K Spa and half a combo massage - 30 minute back massage, 30 minute foot massage. It was exactly what I needed after walking in 100-plus degree weather in Las Vegas! My masseuse ended up doing a full head and body massage, plus the foot massage. I definitely recommend K Spa.

This was been the best experience I’ve ever had! I get massage frequently in my home town but this is next level stuff. The oil massage was still very DEEP! My Masseuse was so caring and really worked on my areas of pain. She constantly check on me to make sure the pressure was ok. This has been next level! If you like Hard DEEP massage this is the place for you.

We asked for two females for me and my wife, the front desk confirmed at the front we wanted two women, we got two males who had no idea what they were doing, they giggled with each other through the whole massage, they only got through half our bodies when we paid for full body massages. Worst massage we’ve ever had.

Having lovely massage at this place. We chose a 60 minutes combo for foot massage and shoulder. It was pretty great a little bit communication issue for my partner due to language barriers so I have to do translate a bit. I like them doing my shoulder but wish to do that a bit more. Overall a good experience!

My partner got a 4 hand massage but stated that the other person might as well not have been there because it didnt seem like they didnt know what they were doing and just lightly rubbed lotion around. Additionally I called beforehand to ensure the type of massage and provide details since it was his first time getting a 4 hand massage and I wanted it to be a great experience but they didnt care to know any of his preferences. Also during the massage they kept asking him questions and selling him on more services, he just wish all the questions about the service or upselling items happened before the massage rather than when he was trying to relax , at the end of the day it was a massage but 4 hands wasnt worth it and they cared more to sell you things than the preferences of the massage youd want.

After a long weekend, I found this place and decided to try it out. I choose the CBD Oil 60 min massage and it was amazing. You can ask your masseuse to adjust their strength to your liking. Definitely coming back when I visit Las Vegas again.

Worst massage ever! I got the 75 min essential oil massage $80 and add on full body scrub for $30. First 10 minutes of my upper back massage was great. After that he started doing salt scrub on my back. Most of my 75 minutes was scrubbing and wiping off salt scrub. No neck, lower back, chest massage. K Spa does have a no refund policy after 10 minutes, but you can request a different masseuse. But of course I didnt see that notice until I was paying $110 for my so call salt scrub massage. It must be a reoccurring problem to have a notice on the register. No mention of their policy before hand.

I went here because of the reviews. I didnt go in with high expectations as I know you often get what you pay for. But the massage was not worth the price. The rooms are tiny and shielded with a cheap curtain. I spent most of the time listening to a guy loudly snoring and people talking. The tables are uncomfortable. They cut out a hole to stick your head through. The experience was extremely awkward. The masseuse didnt ask what I wanted and did not warn me when she was using hot techniques. It was awful when she poured scalding oil on my back. The hot stones were just as bad and no warning when it was going to happen. The techniques felt horrible. It was less of a massage and more of her grabbing and squeezing my muscles. She also kept leaving for several minutes I think to get supplies. The actual time getting massaged was 20 minutes less than 1 hr. At one point I could feel something rough on my skin. When I got dressed I saw single sheets of paper towels. I normally tip $20 but felt totally ripped off. I went up to pay and because I was going to use my credit card the price suddenly went up $2. I paid cash and left a $5 tip to which the male cashier told me off for it. He never asked for feedback and had he treated me with respect I would have shrugged it off. Im a local and have tried a variety of places. Its a bait and switch expecting high tips with poor level service. Ill stick to the suburbs and pay the extra $25. At least Im treated with respect. Im finding more Google reviews are dishonest so I felt compelled to warn others. I saw another review say customers are given a $5 discount to give a 5 star review. Im going to research a lot more closely the next time I depend on Google.

My friend recommended that I see Judy at K Spa as my neck and back were in a lot of pain. I got a full body massage with cupping and I feel like a new person. This is definitely going to be my new spot! Great service and clean space.

We did a walk in appointment as they had good reviews. During the massage they kept leaving to get things and asking me if I wanted to do add ons. During the times they were going to get things they were gone for minutes at a time. We were in for a couples massage and they kept giggling the whole time. I have no idea what they were saying but giggling when someone is on your massage table is unprofessional. We went to check out and didn’t decide to leave a tip they charge extra for card and the lady told us it was MANDATORY. She tried to force us to stay until we gave a 20% tip! This is ridiculous and unacceptable service. !!!TIPS ARE NOT MANDATORY!!!

They closed at 9pm but we made appointments for 7pm just in case they didnt do walk ins and omg im so glad we went. Im silky soft and sore but in a good way. My friend she got the cupping add on and omg it looks horrid after BUT she felt so much relief and she was very happy too. We will definitely come back.

Shorted the one hour massage to 40 minutes. Told the owner and she wouldn’t respond to us. Didn’t tell us that foot massage and combo were the same and charged us $50 for a 40 minute service. Didn’t offer water but did to the customers after us. After this review, she has contacted me telling me that i shouldn’t have wrote a review. She heard us complaining and didn’t say anything. No apology and hung up the phone on me. If this is not true, please explain what happened?

I really don’t know how the therapist could move in the room it’s was super small, the massage was good, but when she had to get the hot stone, it was not in the room and she had to walk somewhere to get that, and it took a lot of time that came out of the massage. Price is good. Parking can be difficult depending what time you go.

Went after EDC to get some kinks out of my legs. Kept asking her to go slow and deep but she kept doing a motion i can only describe as trying to start a fire with my leg hair. Place is clean and seems legit, might have just had a bad masseuse.

I came to this spa to get a foot massage after running a 5k, the masseuse couldn’t have been better. The staff is very friendly, professional and the establishment is very clean with a relaxing ambiance. I would def recommend as the price is fair and the overall experience is great.

I’ve been here 3-times for massage and cupping. The decor and pricing is typical of equivalent “legitimate” massage places in Vegas. Kudos for changing the sheets after or before my sessions, which not all places do, especially when busy.My first 2-visits were good, but my last visit they were busy (Sunday Noon) and I felt rushed, got a so-so massage and a disappointing cupping treatment. My GF felt the same, getting a weak massage and rushed afterwards to dress and leave.That’s said, I would recommend this place, but if they are busy I’d definitely leave in search of a less busy spa.As a side note, there are many happy ending places calling themselves “spas” in the Las Vegas area. If that’s your thing, more power to you, but for a legitimate massage, look for male therapists and lady’s dressed appropriately.

Went and received a full body massage which was well but the leaving process had me very disappointed when the company doesn’t have a required gratuity (as shown in picture) instead they DEMANDED a tip. That is not ok find a way to add a gratuity if the masseuse NEEDS a tip but being demanding a tip gets you nothing from me as a customer and I was going to give a tip but the demanding attitude got them nothing.ADDED UPDATE 4/15/2024

Awesome massage. Got the 75 min full body. Tee hee. Strip down to your bottom undies and get under the cover. The rooms are tiny and private. There are rooms for couples, too. Definitely recommend if youre in the neighborhood and want a massage or want to try cupping or gua shua. Call first, theyre pretty busy and if youre lucky you can get in right away.

I booked a 75 minute massage for my partner and I on the same day and they put us together in the same room without even asking, what a sweet touch. Really excellent masseuses who asked questions about how we liked to be touched and worked hard on us. The hot stone massage was incredible! Cant beat this price. Some attempts at upselling like using the CBD oil but you can politely and firmly refuse and they wont push you. Overall, very relaxed and clean place to roll out some knots from being hunched over at the craps table.

Came at 8pm for 1hr massage. They took their time to complete the massage but it felt as though they werent thorough and just wanted to get it over with. If i came again it would be earlier

Only a 10 min drive from the Las Vegas Strip and locates in Chinatown. I called at 4:30 asking for an appointment for 2 people and they were willing to take us in within 15 mins. We got there a few mins late but they still walked us back to our room immediately. We both had a one hour combo massage which included a foot soak and hot stones. The massage was relaxing and the atmosphere was calming. We really enjoyed the massage and will probably visit next time we are in town

Was aching from masses of walking around N York and Vegas and was looking for a legit massage without spending silly money. Saw some reviews of K Spa and went for it. Result! Had a 2 hour massage with a nice Chinese lady who was friendly but didnt have too much English and my Chinese is non existent but aside from that had a very good massage. She did use her elbows a fair bit which some people seem to object too but she knew what she was doing so it was actually very good and got in all the knotty places without making your eyes water. I did pay a small amount extra for exfoliating which is something I normally bother with but actually was good and she through in hot stones unexpectedly for free. 2 hours was $120 without tip.

My skin is quite sensitive, so Im always cautious about non-professional places. The hair removal was very professional, quick, and painless. I love it here! Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at K Spa. I received a full body massage (90 mins) for $85, which I ended up upgrading with CBD for $10 more. Great value, especially in Vegas. The masseuse was very attentive and made sure the pressure was okay throughout the massage. The parlor accommodates couples massages and even has space for two couples to go in together. Ill definitely be visiting the next time Im in town.
