I was duped into their membership. 79$ a month. It seemed ok at first, the massages were mediocre, to say the least. However, thats not my issue. My year was over. I called to cancel the membership. They told me that I had to pay another 79$ FIRST before they would look at my account which would mean that i would be beginning to pay for a second year. After going back and forth with the lady, I called my bank to block them from taking my money for ANOTHER YEAR. The next day I called to ask how can I receive the rest of my 8 credits i paid for at $79 EACH. They told me i cant have any of my credits that i already paid for unless i made a payment of $79 towards another year of membership. Once again, i contacted my bank to help me. Dont do business with these people. The whole experience was aweful. If there is a time your payment doesnt go through, they will not give you more time to pay before they harass you. They will call you sometimes TWICE a day DEMANDING payment and will not let up, even if you ask for a few more days to pay. They will keep calling and sending text messages it is worse than a collection agency. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, and If i ever hear from these people again i will be seeking legal representation.
Worst experience in 8 years with this franchise. While the front desk staff were very cordial and exceeded expectations in helpfulness, in getting us booked, both of our 60min massages were cut short of the standard 45min. Neither completed a full body massage, missing whole body areas. My wifes first time with ME, and unlikely now to return. With extremely cold rooms, and therapists who complained about their own backs during massages, be warned unless you know who your booked with.... Hopefully, the next experience is better.
60 minute Microderm Infusion Session and a farce! After 25 minutes service was completed. Additionally purchased anti-aging Eye treatment session. All together lasted 25 minutes!!! I wont add anything else..... Massage Envy management did not respond to my sent email.
Assuage Envy West has been my favorite Massage envy. I am very protective of my credit cards being in file. Especially in this town. They now have a new policy that they will charge you instead of taking your screwed massage. And they keep a card on file. This is unlike the massage envy I have my home contract woth and they thought it sounded wrong as well. I always try to cancel within the window but with a child fighting a disease, I sometimes only know the day of. I do take a loss of my credit. That’s fair. Go to Boca Park. Different owner. Better policy.
You owe our people massages. Quit acting like you can charge for cancelling but if you guys cancel you don’t even reschedule. Canceling with them they charge you. But if they cancel last minute they don’t do anything no free massage nothing just screw you have a nice day. Pay what you owe or call the people you scam back and refund.
Staff was polite and professional. My appointment was on time. The waiting area and room was clean and smelled pleasant. Overall a very positive experience.
My wife has been a memebr of massage envy for 4years. We are here on vacation in Las Vegas and booked massages at this location. Our appointments were confirmed. We paid for an uber and traveled 30 minutes to this location only to be told that they made an error ii scheduleing and could only serve one of us. At that point we canceled the appointment and asked to be compensated for the money we spent traveling to the location and was told by the store manager that Meagan, that she was sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing she could do.Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will surely share this experience with others.
Ive been coming here for services years and the front office girls always work with my busy schedule. Flo and Carisle are amazing! The CBD enhancement is always a must with my massages 💆♀️
I would caution anyone who thinks that getting a “membership” here is a good deal. I would caution anyone who is approached to buy a gift certificate at a “huge discount” to think twice and pass it up. I would caution anyone who thinks about setting up an auto-draft to think twice about setting it up.My experience with this franchise was horrific and left me feeling utter contempt for the management there. She refused to cancel my “membership” although I followed the directions in the .l agreement”. She auto-drafted my bank account AFTER i cancelled. She harassed me with daily phone calls and texts for almost three months after I cancelled.My fully-documented complaint can be found on the BBB website as can the manager’s response.
I have close to 17 credit hours, and I’m unable to use them. There are never any massage therapists available. If I cancel my membership I have 60 days to use them all. Which is impossible if you can’t find a massage therapist. So instead, I’m stuck getting charged monthly (which they continually keep upping the price). Absolutely a waste of money! They have been unable to get massage therapists around the valley, but somehow they can continue charging me. Absolutely a ridiculous scam!
Just recently started going to this location and the last two massages were amazing! Christine and Auzi did wonders on my problem areas. It was therapeutic and very relaxing at the same time. I cant wait for my next massage here~
These guys cancelled on my brother the morning of his appointment. He booked a couples massage for V day months in advance, and then was told that they were going to receive separatr massages instead, before they came back the day of and said that his fiance would still get her massage today, but not him. They did not offer any recompence at all for this situation. Disgusting. What company cancels on a customer THE DAY OF, and a holiday, and doesnt offer anything for the inconvenience?
I had to cancel my 84 yr old grandmothers membership due to COVID 19. They would only extend 60 days after reopening to use any unused 60 minute massages. She had 5 remaining. But because she didn’t want to rush and risk her health they would not extend any further. And yes we cancelled the membership and tried to transfer the massages. But there wasn’t enough time. There’s no way we could schedule a 60 minute massage on their limited hours and our schedule! I guess they got the money in advance! Won’t ever return or recommend this place!!!!
I was a member for about a year. The massages were just ok. It was a hit and miss. Last one I had the girl basically rub oil on my body. I asked to cancel my membership and three days later they charged my cc. They say cancelation take 10 days. Such B.S. Stay away. You have been warned.
This review is strictly for the poor customer service from the front desk and the recent policy changes, not the therapists. I would frequently purchase gift cards to use toward my massages. At my last appointment I asked them to print out a receipt showing my balances on the cards. When I attempted to use the balances at my most recent visit I was told that one had expired and Id have to present the other one. I explained that I didnt have the card because the number was supposed to be on file and I never had to present one in the past. The receptionist said thats how they used to do it but their policy had recently changed. I then questioned why a gift card would expire and she proceeded to tell me it was a voucher even though the receipt I showed her said it was a gift card. She said she would check in their safe to see if she could find the card that wasnt given to me and call me. Needless to say, no one called. I also agree with the other reviewers that they cant keep good therapists because they dont pay enough. Every time I find a good one they leave to go somewhere else that pays better.
I have been a loyal customer for 13 years. Since the pandemic, they have been horribly uncooperative, requiring me to jump through hoops literally every two weeks to prevent them from billing me even though I cant use the services during a pandemic. Month after month I have had to battle them. They have refused to refund a single month and yet I cant cancel membership because I have 25 prepaid massages that I wont be able to keep so theyd essentially be stealing $1750 from me. Horrible management.
Warning to all would be clients:If you feel uncomfortable with who they assign as your masseuse they will keep 50% of your money. The denigrating feeling that a company would want to force women to still use a masseuse even when she gets those creepy vibes from someone. This isn’t a landscaper or a waiter this is a person who is going to have their hands all over your body. The purpose of a massage is to feel relaxed not stressed. Terrible company and management. I encourage all other women who have felt this from Envy to post too. Misogyny is no longer acceptable in this day in age.I told them I don’t feel comfortable with the masseuse and instead of allowing me to cancel or have a different masseuse they proceeded to harass me and question me on the matter. I shouldn’t have to justify not feeling comfortable with a stranger touching me!!!
This place is horrendous. Scheduling availability is so limited that it makes it virtually impossible to use your credits unless you have near endless free time. Experienced multiple last minute reschedules or outright cancellations. Buyer beware.
They are calling 10x a day for a missed payment like its the end of the world but they are not good in scheduling. I went there and apparently they didnt schedule me in their system. Canceling and not happy. Go somewhere else!
The massage was great. Becca was my therapist and she rocks!!! The dark haired lady at the front desk however was very rude and embarrassed me in front of a whole room of customers by accusing me of not paying for my session when it already paid for by my wife as an anniversary gift to me. Her rude behavior made me leave there as tense as when I arrived.They will never see another dime from us.
For the best massage I like Robert and Cameron at this location. I like my deep tissue medium to hard pressure. If you like that try these two men. Your body will thank you!
Natalya was excellent. Definitely a win.. I was not sure if I could find the level of service I receive monthly from my primary location in Mansfield Texas. Kevin is my therapist and its amazing.

The staff is friendly and the prices are great. They have about 40 massage therapists and the ones that I have tried were amazing. Some better than Ive ever had before. I would recommend this place to anyone and not because its affordable, but because of the quality in service you receive.
I have two things to say. One the place is amazing and all the employees ans super friendly! And two, for miss snob, just because you dont agree with someones hair color and such gives you no right to be so harsh to that person. How would you like it if I said that I was disgusted with you as a person because I didnt agree with a decision you made about your appearance. That girl is not your daughter or inferior to you in any way so you have no right to judge her based on appearance when you dont even know her...you are a good example of the type of person that disgusts me.
I have been a member for over 10 years. Love the flexibility to see someone on any day of the week. You can use your hour for a facial or a stretch session. Plus there are a few other perks when you are as member.
Can’t believe they canceled our valentines couple massage and did not offer anything in return. How can you cancel 2 hours before the appointment and then not offer another massage or discount or anything complexity of understanding is absolutely crazy. This is not it Cheif. No amount of sorry or e-mails can bring back our Valentine’s Day.

Ive had good therapists and bad here. The good ones dont stick around long, they end up working for more high end spas in town. The front desk does ok, but I wish they would dim the lights on their product display and not try to upsell me on the way out.
Front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Jackie was my therapist. She was the best therapist I have had. She was able to really help relieve the pain I was having from slouching over a computer. She knows her stuff!
We scheduled a appointment for 12pm we were running 10 mins late and called to let them know and they said it was fine.. we arrived at 12:18pm and they told us we were late and they were going to charge us cancellation fee and charge us to get a massage in machine.. place is garbage franchise they don’t care about their customers.. they charge me $27 for canceling and we left and found a better place..will never recommend
