Would give zero stars. Waste of money in my opinion. I paid full price (if I did Groupon I wouldnt complain) but it just seemed entirely a waste of time and money. The woman Suzi did an okay job, her pressure was fine she didnt hurt me or anything I just dont understand what the point is of having the client fill out a form and then ask them after where you want to have focus on for that not to happen. I paid for sugar foot scrub which is probably my bad for not asking when exactly that entailed but it was just literally a minute max of a foot scrub/rub, they do more at nail salons when you get a pedicure. My husband paid for this as a mothers day gift even though we are extremely tight on money and I tipped her because its rough in this economy but overall Im extremely disappointed, I didnt have a nice experience, the table warmer was broken, and I left almost sad lol. Wont be returning to this location and definitely dont recommend coming here and paying full price. Other locations are better
I had an amazing 90-minute deep tissue massage with Courtney, using CBD lotion. Courtneys professionalism and skill were outstanding. She expertly eased my muscle tension, and the CBD lotion added a soothing, rejuvenating touch. The massage was personalized, with perfect pressure and a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and highly recommend Courtney for a top-notch massage experience.
Terrible massage and arrogant customer service by management. The staff on TWO separate occasions quoted incorrect pricing, only to disclose a MUCH higher amount AFTER the massage is done!! Ridiculous pricing for these incompetent masseuse! My wife’s massage was so bad the masseuse like she’s just scratching her back. My wife told her to increase pressure and no difference. The masseuse couldn’t even time her session that she never even massaged one of my wife’s leg. All management said was she should have walked up and stopped the session and left if it was that bad. Management wouldn’t do anything about the deceitful misinformation or the terrible massage. For $120, why anyone would go to Massage Envy is a mystery to me. There are plenty of more competent, talented, and real massage therapists out there for $80-$100 an hour. Stay away from this place, unless you like being scammed! Terrible business run by arrogant management.
Very disappointed with reception. Had an appointment for a massage today—-came in and the masseuse told me could not perform deep tissue due to an injury, which they saw I prefer on my profile. Said I understood, no problem—-would rebook. I was upset by the fact that reception was told to call all of the masseuse appointments that morning to make sure they were okay not getting a deep tissue massage.I DO NOT have a problem with the masseuse at all, totally understandable. I have an issue with the receptionist. I walked out and told the receptionist what happened…she said that I was not called or informed because she did not know I wanted a deep tissue massage. (Why would she know…because she never called, even though my profile says I prefer deep tissue). No apology, and was told to move the conversation on because we were not getting anywhere. She did not want to hear any complaints. Very frustrating after waiting for this appointment.Next time, please just apologize—-that’s all I was looking for. To be heard and acknowledged.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would do so graciously. As not only a former customer, but a former employee, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an establishment like this one. The Front Desk Associates and Therapist can be great, but the cleanliness, culture, and simple respect for others is not there.They have been accused of stealing tips, falsifying information, and I was also physically assaulted by the Director of operations, Sarah. Upper management has no care or concern for clients or even employees. It’s unfortunate that in such a nice area, we have such a nasty location where you would think it’s a place you come to for the exact opposite of that. I definitely would not be spending my money here.
I had purchased my dad a massage for his birthday last week and upon picking him up he had informed us that it was probably one of the worst, most unprofessional establishments he had ever been to in his life. said he could hear laughing and talking in the waiting room and even again while he was ok the table getting his massage. Talk about relaxing. stay as far away from this place as you can and go to massage one instead. better management, better therapists, for a more reasonable price. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
I’ve always had a wonderful experience with all of the masseuses at all the location but today, was just disappointing. I rate massage envy, as a whole, FOUR stars. I would’ve rated it as a FIVE if it wasnt for my bad experience today. Today I had an appointment for a deep massage. Now, every time I’ve gotten a massage it’s always deep and it’s always pleasant. Mayra A. was assigned to me today, and it was more painful than it was pleasant. It felt like she was taking out her anger on me. I continued to tell her to be more gentle and that she was hurting me. She was putting pressure on the wrong places and kneading what I felt like, “without a purpose.” I’m sure others would appreciate her level of “deep” but I didn’t. It was SO painful, and usually I always achieve a relief after a deep massage but after my appointment, I was SOBBING. Her nails were also digging in my skin, and I have scratches from her. Even right now, 30 minutes after my appointment, I’m still hurting and i feel worse. I would never book with Mayra ever.
I had a massage with Melissa and she did awesome. The staff was really nice and helped me fix another appointment issue. The manager needed to get involved and she very nice as well. I am really happy with my experience!! 5/5
Unfortunately there is just never enough massage therapist or estheticians available. They always cancel my appointments because someone cant come in. Its not a worthwhile investment.Plus if you cancel, then you have all these credits that you need to make up within a month. The company is definitely gone downhill. I would know- I used to work at one.
I love this place. Massage Envy can be sort of a mixed bag since theyre franchises, but this one is definitely a great location. The front desk staff are lovely and VERY patient -- I consistently have billing issues (not their fault at all, I blame an overly-paranoid bank) and they never make me feel like Im a problem or burden while Im futzing around with my credit card. I have an easy time scheduling and theyre great about the appointment reminders.I almost hate to tell anyone about my therapist because hes already so hard to book with, but I cant keep him a secret forever, lol. I see Alan and hes ruined me for any other massage therapist ever. I come in once a week and he fixes everything wrong with my world and its the best couple hours of my week, consistently. He is WONDERFUL to chat with, makes you feel very comfortable during the session, and most importantly -- is absolutely exceptional at what he does. I couldnt recommend Alan highly enough.I cant really speak to the other services offered at this location, but the massages are great and the staff is overall good. Definitely worth the money.
The girl up front was really nice. Did a good job welcoming me in while she had 10 things going on at once. All of the staff I encountered were friendly. The massage therapist was good. She focused on my tense areas. I gave 4 stars because she was a little late getting started. I showed up early to fill out the forms, and she didnt have enough time to read them. The room was barely ready on time. If Im paying $1 a minute, I better get every minute I pay for.
I had an appointment schedule for 2:45pm, I arrived at 2:50pm. I was taken back at 3:10pm (20 minutes after my arrival) it was only because I went up to the front and said I needed to leave by 3:50pm latest that I was finally taken back. They apologized and said something was wrong with their system that notified the esthetician. I understand some time is allotted to a consult and dress/undress but I made sure to be quick and agreed to the time left so long as all focus was on extractions/hydration. When I agreed to go ahead with my appointment anyway they had stated they could give me a discount because it would not be the appropriate amount of time for the fee. Except I was offered this discount ONLY if I joined the membership. I had to pay full price and tip (because I didnt think the esthetician should be dinged for a computer glitch on their end) it was all so unclear. I came home and needed to finish the facial myself with clear extractions still required. No neck or shoulder massage was completed while masks were on either, only forearm and hands. Felt like a waste of money and time. I give them one star because in my frustration I left my card and they called me to let me know. I was very late to pick up my daughter and wish I had not let them bamboozle me into staying and then paying full price. Just bad service overall. Kind esthetician regardless. I did tell them I would leave a poor review. I was sent a request to place a review to the centennial location (odd).... centennial is fine. This one was the N Durango location that was unprofessional.
I had been going there for two years. Every time I found someone that worked good with me, they would leave. This happened several times. I found out that almost all the masseuses have a side personal massage business. Then why am I going to this location? The final straw was when I recently booked an appointment for a massage and I called a couple days later to change the time which they then told me that my appointment had been canceled. Good thing I had called. The woman that I talked to on the phone told me that they were going to tell me a few days before my actual appointment. Why not tell me when it was canceled so I could change my plans? I’m not one to complain, but I am going to start going to a different location.

I am moving out of state to live with my parents to a place where there is no massage envy locations within several hours drive. Since this is the location I normally go to I had called several weeks ago to ask what I needed to do to cancel my service since I am within the 1 year contract and they said I needed a bank statement or a bill with my new address on it. And also that I would have to come in and cancel in person. Since I am leaving in 2 days, I went in to cancel and had my bank statement with my new address on it. The manager there had an attitude with me as soon as I said I needed to cancel and she told me it wasn’t possible until September. I explained I am moving far away from any massage envy locations and was told to bring in a bank statement to prove change of address. She then told me that they only accept a drivers license or a utility bill. I am furious because that is not only going to take at least another month to switch my license over due to time limitations at the dmv, and also in order to cancel in person I would have to drive 4+ hours to the nearest massage envy location. This means I am going to forced to pay for services for several months that I am completely incapable of using.
This has been my home Massage Envy location for over a decade. Its one of the best Massage Envy locations Ive ever been to - and Ive been to many across the East Coast while traveling for work. Emma the manager is absolutely lovely and the front desk staff are always courteous and kind on the phone. I highly recommend this location!
I went in for my usual massage, My massage was the usual great service no complaints there.I had a horrible experience with The front desk Tonya. She was rude and acted like she was too busy to fully check me in and kept saying welcome like she had forgotten that she greeted us. I was interested in a membership for my mother so I was asking questions. The whole conversation I could not get a straight answer from her.Fast forward to after the massage. Feeling refreshed. I came out with my mother and was helped by The Manager and a polite tall young lady. She answered all of my questions. We ended up signing my mom up for a membership. The whole time the ladies were signing my mom up. The other lady Tonya was Pacing back & forth as if they were doing something wrong. It was very uncomfortable or us. The polite ladies, did a wonderful job & we appreciate them for explaining all of our questions. The manager even gave my mom a few samples of your skin care products and recommended an esthetician for my mom that was gentle. Kuddos to the Management for your customer Service. Im leaving 5 stars for my therapist & the ladies that signed my mom up. Tonyas attitude is not something that I look forward to. I am happy that the membership can be used at other locations.
My massage started almost 10 minutes late and ended early. The masseuse asked if I wanted to see what would help with relaxation, had me get dressed and came back with some sort of device that he used on my back over my clothes. Thought it was kind of unconventional but went with it. Apparently it was too strong and now Im super sore on my shoulders (when I made my appointment I requested medium pressure but when the therapist I had started they mentioned firm pressure which I did not want or ask for). These massages are quite pricey and to cut 10 minutes off here, 10 minutes off there adds up. Will not return to this location and possibly will take my business elsewhere. Ive never had such a strange experience for a massage before and not sure I want to do that again.Also, kind of odd when checking out the receptionist mentioned I had a card on file and would I like to charge that. One, Ive only visited this location one other time and didnt sign up for anything so why do they have a card on file? If it wasnt authorized??
My experience was awesome! Everyone there is super friendly and I found the staff to very helpful. The massage therapist listened to my needs and addressed them. The prices and quality of service is fantastic!

I was told yesterday that the manager would call me. It is 7:00 PM, and I have not received a call!I am not the type of person that types up reviews. I will go to the manager and let them know what the issue is, good or bad, but I felt that I have to let people know that if I could give a minus one hundred, I would. The problem started when I went in for my scheduled massage and was told that I did not have an appointment that day. I thought ok, maybe I had made a mistake. The next time I went in for my massage, again, I told that I didnt have an appointment. I asked for a printout for all of my upcoming appointments at that time because I have scheduled them all the way out from February to May. When I went in late February for my appointment, I was ONCE AGAIN told I was not on the schedule. I showed them my printout and was told, I see that, but all I can tell you is that you are not on the schedule. At that point, I had asked to close my account, and I was told that she could not do that; only management could, and she would have them call me. Management called and explained that I could not close my account until after a year!I was told I could put a freeze on my account, but apparently even thats not true. My account was not frozen, and I was charged another month. This past Monday, I went into to talk to someone, and the person at the front desk explained to me that only a manager could freeze my account. I asked if I could get a Gift Card for my balance which apparently I cant. I asked if I could transfer my balance to another member, I was told yes, but THEY would have to pay $10.00. Except apparently, thats not true either! When the person went to transfer the money, they were told only I could do that, and I would have to pay $20.00. I called and tried to understand what was going on and never got closer to resolving anything. The bottom line is they have my money, and I CAN NOT get a GIFT CARD!-I CAN NOT TRANSFER TO ANOTHER MEMBER!-I CAN NOT EVEN BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!The experience I have had here is so unprofessional and sad. You go there to relax, NOT to be told; NO! you can not do that, NO! you can not do that!
Taken back late , released early so I didnt get the full hour. Was over charged for service.Told one price charged another. The place looks dirty. The place is not as nice as 215 and Decatur, The staff is not as professional as other locations. Dont waste your money here.
I have been going to massage envy for ten years. Best massage I have ever had at a very reasonable price. The rooms are spotless, the staff is very helpful. Do yourself a favor and get an hour massage, go home and have a glass of wine....I think this is how the other half lives :))
The massages there were great! When I was setting up a facial, the person I talked with recommended the microderm facial. She boasted about its benefits over a traditional facial, yadayadayada. So I signed up. Honestly, afterwards, it was like I hadnt had a facial it all. It made absolutely no difference whatsoever. Like none. I was outdone. I didnt write a negative review then because I was going to use my membership credits to get a regular facial, and if that went well, I wouldnt share my first facial experience. In the meantime, I cancelled my membership, but was told I could still use my credits. When I called today to set up the facial, I was told my credits had expired. I did not know they had an expiration. After all I paid for my membership and had the requisite amount of services done. Now because I dont have a positive facial experience to offset that terrible one, I am finally sharing my microderm facial review. It was a waste of time and money.
This is my first visit to this branch. Reception was gracious even when I did not follow their protocol and got me checked in quickly. I had a 90 minute massage with Azucena.G. She started with asking if I had any specific needs and then immediately began working on my problem areas. She was very knowledgeable, interacted when necessary and did a fantastic job. I will be asking for her my name!
Naomi at the front desk is fantastic. She always remembers your name and is a great conversationalist! Joel is the best massage therapist Ive ever had over a period of 7 years of getting massage therapy. I love coming to this location because of these two!
Pricing is a little high, and the massages can be less then optimal if your looking for corrections in specific areas. I went for my neck, and my lower back ended up being the focus point... It wasnt bad, just didnt release the areas I needed.
Im tired of going in for a massage and having it start late and end early, often chopping off 10 minutes of the 80 minute session (80 min after the 5 minutes before to disrobe and 5 min after to get dressed) we get. I am canceling my membership and I urge others to look for different places. I recently visited one closer to the strip and paid $30 for 90 minutes and was very happy with it. This place cares about the money, not the customers.
My husband and I have been to many massage therapists over the years and Joel is by far the best. He tailors every massage to your specific needs and truly cares about you getting better. All of the staff is great but Joel is the reason we keep coming back.
I loved my therapist, however, every visit stated late and ended early...when I get there I want hands on right away, not a 5-10 min consult to take away from my already shortened session. I can see the 1st time you go, but being under contract and seeing me 2+ times a month 2 hour sessions each time...u should know what I need.I canceled my membership after my contact expired and want to start again, but I want what I pay for, hands on for 1-2 hours. NOT 50 min
Wonderful atmosphere in back with great therapists. The front reception workers were a bit loud having personal conversations that didnt start the relaxation off well here. At other massage envys you walk in and you sense the professionalism, and relaxing welcoming environment. You can actually hear the relaxing music playing already. Thats not the case here.
First off I gave this place a fair chance. I had a membership for several months before I cancelled. I decided to cancel bc Mediocre massage after mediocre massage was no longer worth the money. they take you back late and let you out early they don’t care about how you feel they don’t listen to what pressure you want 1 out of 10 massage therapist there actually know what they are doing but that’s not worth a membership. Not to mention this place has so many rules on how you can spend your money it’s ridiculous. Not worth your time.
For years I have purchased a membership for my wife that cost over $500 and I guessed they converted that into points... well we had received a letter from our kids school that he might had been exposed to Covid, we immediately try to cancel her appointment which was on the same day, they said they will cancel but it will cost a half of a session. This was unfair as we were trying to do the right thing, this is unacceptable and extremely unfair... penalizing us for doing the right thing. We did cancel the appointment but will not renew membership, and will tell other friends of the kind of service we got... other companies will receive our money instead!
Today was my 3rd visit to this Massage Envy. I became a member after the first visit with my therapist, Virginia. She has advanced training and was very skilled. The hour and a half experience was fabulous. Virginia only works Saturdays and I am seldom available then. My next visit was for an hour with Jovan. She has great hands and a very caring manner. Today Patrice was my therapist. I had requested neck, shoulder and upper back work due to a whiplash several years ago. Her work was meticulous and directed to assess my condition and treatment needed. I wasnt aware of this at the time because it just felt so good. I recall wondering what the gentle touches, taps and wiggles of her fingers were telling her about all of the muscles, bones, nerves and tendons under my skin and then I would float away again. Very near the end of my session she did some work on my neck so gently and conscientiously that I got immediate relief. The best part was that when she was finished she said she had a goal for my issues. That was something Ive never heard before. She then explained to me what she would like to accomplish. Ive booked my next appointment with Patrice and that is something I usually dont do. I just call when Im ready and see if anything is available. If she cares enough about her work to assess the situation, have a goal and make the plan, then Im in! Thanks Patrice, see you next week!
Update:FINALLY got a hold of Heather the District manager, after almost 2 weeks of calling and hearing we will leave your name and number and she will call you back from almost every employee. You would think a situation like this would get a little more attention from a company manager. She proceeded to not really help me at all. She stated that I received products the day of the charge. I DID NOT receive nor have I ever received any products from this place. I go in for my facials once a month and thats it! She would not let me speak with the technician who normally does my facials (which I can understand) but she also wouldnt tell me if they have cameras or surveillance of the building that would prove I didnt receive said products (lashes, masks, mani pedi kits). DO NOT trust this place with your credit card. Dont leave a card on file because a situation like this could happen to you and all they will say or do is...sorry unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you. Very disappointing management!I have been going to Massage Envy for 5 months now.However three weeks ago I noticed a charge on my account that I did not make! The charge was for $180! I am shocked and VERY disappointed at how Massage Envy has handle (NOT really even handled) my situation! When I noticed I immediately called Massage Envy. I have the $60 a month package which I use for one facial every month and that is the only charges that should be coming out of my account every month (besides the tip I give Bailey). When I called Massage Envy I spoke with a nice women who work there who got all the information and said somebody would be with me shortly. She said there was a break-in and that she would submit a claim to have it investigated and that somebody would be calling me soon to discuss the details. I waited a week and a half to hear for from someone. A few days ago I called again and was told a manager would be calling me that day. No call. I followed up the next day and was able to speak with the manager, Becca. Becca stated that there was nothing that she could do and no reimbursements what do you made. The charge was for $180 which is quite a bit of money so I asked to speak with her boss, the district manager to see if there was anything to be done or if I could dispute the charge. She said the district manager, Heather would be in the following day and I could call between the hours of 11 and 5 to speak with her. That was today, I called at noon and spoke with another lady who works there and she said that Heather was in a meeting and she would leave a message for her to call me. She collected my name and phone number and got some more information about what happened. She said after she got out of the meeting should give me a call. I waited until after I got out of work and called again at 4:30 because I had not been called. I spoke with a man on the phone who said she was busy at the moment but she will give you a call in a few. He collected my name and contact number again. Here we are and it is 7 at night and no phone call! I called again. What sounded to be the same man I spoke with earlier answers. He puts me on hold, I wait for about 5 minutes and the phone hangs up. I immediately called back. I get a lady on the phone this time and she informs me that Heather has left for the day. I asked when she would be back and she stated unfortunately she will not be back until Friday.....Friday! So now I have to wait another 3 days to speak with someone. Im extremely disappointed at how Massage Envy has handled my situation. The fact that I have spoken with so many people and they continuously say somebody will call me and never follow up is very frustrating. $180 has wrongfully come out of my account and no one seems to care. I will not be returning to Massage Envy and will never trust them again with my credit card information because of this situation. My advice to you if you go, make sure to pay as you go because they cannot be trusted with having your account on file!
Went for a facial. Scheduled w marina. She walked in 7minutes after my appointment time then pointed out she was running late and would be right with me. I waited another 10m while they figured out why the steamer wasnt working. Another girl.ended up taking me back and did my facial but i didnr get the full listed time because they were in a hurry to stay on schedule. My facial was good but i was disappointed the lady was late for my appointment.
This place is scum of the earth, not just his location but all of them. The whole company is a joke. Money hungry bastards that dont give a crap about their customers. Every time I try to make an appointment, their prices go up at least $20. Even if you do pay the membership, its a complete and utter scam. When I started coming here, they copied my credit card information without my knowledge and unwillingly signed me up for their monthly membership. I strictly told them I didnt want a membership, but they went and copied my credit card info and signed me up without me knowing. I only found out when my bank statement came and I had been charged membership fees like crazy. When I called and complained, they acted like they did nothing wrong, and I was completely over exaggerating. I have also been inappropriately hit on by masseuses, both male and female. This company has permanently ruined the affordable massage experience. All the advice I have is to STEER CLEAR of this entire franchise. They do not care about any of their customers well being or happiness, they are just a bunch of money hungry bastards trying to scam everyone they possibly can.
The receptionists are fun, friendly and do their best to accommodate. Of course you get real good massage therapists. I havent tried their facials or stretching.
The problem with all massage envys is they start your massage late and end it early. I havent been to one in years for this reason. I thought I would give it a try since its next to my house. I was there fifteen minutes early yet my massage started 5 minutes late and ended 10 minutes before the full hour and a half allotted time. The lady who massaged me, dont know her name, did a fantastic job. Unfortunately this is just one more massage envy that doesnt massage you the full amount of time.
Misty is my girl! I didnt get a membership until I met her last year around this time. She is friendly and actually cares for your well being. Because she is so awesome, her schedule gets booked quickly, so book in advance (2 weeks minimum).
So 1st off facials are epic here.Massages are great. Basically the staff BEHIND the scenes are awesome. But I have issues checking in EVERYTIME I go here! I try to be patient but the front desk reps made me miss part of my massage!
My brother made us an appointment on his app. When we came in.... only one was booked. They had 2 spots available an hour later so they moved us then. I really needed a massage so we came back. The therapist was awesome.
I give “ Shelly” five (5) stars for the facial. She is AWESOME!!! I give Massage Envy on Durango and Elkhorn in Las Vegas, Nevada, two (2) stars. I purchased the Obagi Normal to Oily Skin Treatment Kit. I was given a 20% discount off the $445 purchase price. I am allergic to the product. My face broke out in hives. Massage Envy refused to credit my credit card the $291 that was charged. I also used a Massage Envy Gift Card ($90). I was offered a Massage Envy Gift Card for $381. I have several Massage Envy Gift Cards. I don’t need another one. I suggest asking for or finding samples of the products, before paying for a product that you could have an allergic reaction to.
Poor customer service. Trash service to be more accurate. Spend your money elsewhere. Therapist wore ripped latex gloves, exposing an open wound she had during my massage. This is all during covid. Management was zero help. Run away from this place fast.
Its massage, what could be bad? Clean and functional restroom, relaxing atmosphere. Parking at this location can be a challenge as it is located in a busy retail center.
OMGOODNESS I had the best facial of my life here!!! Sutthida was my esthetician and I cannot recommend her enough!! Believe me, you wont be sorry! She did an amazing job. I was so relaxed after. She is very professional and has the perfect touch!!! Go here, ask for Sutthida!!!! Highly recommend!
It doesnt matter what mood I am in when I walk in those doors, after my sessions with Shaliea, I always feel so delighted that I came in. Im not sure how but Shaliea always finds what needs to be worked on during my messages. Im filled with gratitude for the care she takes during our sessions and for the way she works with the flow of my energy.
I saw a therapist by the name of Justin. I had a minor concern when a used cup from a previous patron remained on the counter in the room and Justin sat My cup next to it. I no longer wanted the tea. I tipped Justin exceptionally well because he did give a wonderful massage. Therefore, I booked a second appointment with Justin, for the following week. The second encounter began poorly: Justin felt that it was okay for Me to use a towel that the patron before Me had used. He turned it over, stating its okay. I said to him it is NOT okay, this poses an INFECTION CONTROL ISSUE. He began to make an excuse, oh, we are running short on towels. I said nothing and had decided to leave. Just as I decided to leave Justin, left the room retuning with a sheet, which he placed on the floor. Once again there was a used cup on a counter which this time I asked him to remove. He did. I once again tipped Justin handsomely. I did so, so that he can marinate on the fact that he lost a potential VIP Patron. Although, Justin is very skilled at what he does, he needs to understand this: FOLLOW THE INFECTION CONTROL GUIDELINES,TOTALLY!!! Keep your room CLEAN, TOTALLY, for you never know who you are servicing!!! Peace!!
Tammy was great! Dont do massages very much, but did the total body, with two trouble areas and she evenly spread the work with just a little extra attention in the two spots
By far the Grossest Massage Envy in Las Vegas. Rarely cleaned by staff, lotions and oils are kept improperly and basic cleaning supplies are unavailable for staff. This Owner does not care about clients and staff safety or health.
Thank you Massage Envy Centennial for being my life saver this past year. I had a lot of hard times this last year and if I wouldnt have my massages to help me through it I dont know what I would have done. I alternated between Rock Springs and you guys but both locations are amazing!
I just went in there to use my gift card..4 girls working at the front, lobby was empty and they said they were booked...I then tried to make an appt for friday and they said I had to give them a credit card...um what???? Sounds like a scam to me!!! Worse experience going into a place I have ever had..then I asked what day or time is not super busy..one proceeded to say well were always busy at this location..I said ok..amd walked out..that place sucks..stear clear!!
Massage envy is a good chain massage organization, but my masseuse Jen is what makes it great. She does deep tissue without bruising
Alfeo is fantastic. He listens to what hurts and concentrates on it instead of just going through the basics for the entire time. By far the best massagei have had in a long time!
This location is horrible!!!! The management here is outrageous!!!! This is very sad for the employees/therapist they are great. Its to bad that its being run by dishonest, rude, and incompetent management! Avoid this location at all cost!!!!!
