Want a great massage? I highly recommend Meagan at Massage Envy - Rock Springs. She really listened when we discussed my health concerns and requests for the therapeutic massage. I asked for a light pressure and that’s what I got. The results were perfect. I arrived at the salon barely able to stand up straight, and left with a spring in my step. I will definitely be going back!
I got a great service froma therapist at this location her name was Ondrell. I like that she recognized my tolerance for pressure and adjusted her technique based on my comfort without me having to ask. We all want a great experience and deserve great service. I recommend her if you needs some tension relief and she was able to male me feel comfortable. This business is not just hands on it helps when they can make you feel comfortable and welcomed.
Been a Member with this location for over 3 years and today they have lost 😠 my business. Alexis the so called manager I guess was very rude and not helpful at all. Usually a business that deals with customers and good customer service will try to accommodate their loyal customers but this is it for me and massage envy. I even had other people join and I was about to bring them more people but after what I experienced today they will be going to a real spa. I’m a firm believer in good service. Alexis showed me that she does not care about that, only about rules and money. So good luck to whoever joins, read the fine print! These are individual owned places so they can act however they please
I have had an account with them for years.They are like franchised, so each 1 is a little different. This location, Rockside, I think, is by far the best!Always professional staff. Super clean and welcoming. They tailor every service to your specific needs. I feel like a super rich person when I step in the door because they make me feel that special to them.The couples room is amazing and so nice to have as most massage places do not have this option.I dont even live in Las Vegas anymore but when I visit town for a week. I get 3 services at this location only.Very worth the membership!!!Thank you for being a #1 top tier company and this store should be the example for all the rest!!
Zero star. I dont usually write negative reviews but this one is an exception. This is the biggest regret in my life for signing up for the membership at ME and wasted money. The massage really sucks, service sucks and they made it impossible to cancel. They always tell you that the manager will call but they never did. Booking a massage online was a nightmare, always full, and when i was able to book online, i was told that it wasnt on their system n they couldnt see the booking, they said bcs ii had duplicate profiles from years ago n they gona fix it and call me but they never did. On the day i cancelled, they still charge me for the membership that month. I will never do business with Massage Envy anywhere, ever.
This chain (not singling out this location only) continues to go downhill. I’ve continued to randomly give it a chance over the years in hopes to get a decent provider but there no quality assurance and the experience keeps getting worse. I leave frustrated versus relaxed.
Erin is a great masseuse. She did a great job. But the people in front didnt honor them price they told me on the phone of $70 for the 60 min and charged me $120 because im not a member and didnt want to become one. When their policy say if someone havent been there in the past 5 or 6 mouths, is like a first timer and the first time is $70
Do not get membership or go to lake mead really bad customer service. I have been calling trying to set up appt for a month theyre always booked I now have credits and 1st time Im canceling due to being sick and leader Adriana who didnt tried to be helpful or find me a solution. says Im going to get charge regardless 50% . Jacob was great and listened to where my problem area was, and the massage was very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and had a great demeanor. Overall it was a great visit.
This will be the first review I have ever made, I feel like I have to at this point. The front desk people were very nice, but when I got to the masseuse she asked me what I needed and when I tried to explain I mostly needed a back and shoulder massage but still wanted a full body massage she took it as just my back side. The massage hurt and I started sweating due to the heating pads or whatever was warming the bed. On top of that I felt jostled around and I still don’t feel like the massage did anything to help my body at all. Lastly the masseuse smelled like cigarettes, coughed which worried me, and her phone went off during the massage. Most likely the first and last time I will be visiting this place.
Ruined my Mothers day gifts from my daughter. I had an appointment for a 90 minute hot stone for Mothers day. 1 hour before my appointment, I received a call stating that my service was canceled. The therapist was sick. I understand people getting sick, but I think I should have been compensated for my frustration and inconvenience. Because, if I cancel my appointment within the hour, they were charging me for the full service. I asked if I could get something else instead, the answer was no. I even called around to other massage envy to see if they had opening ( something that I think should have been done by massage envy). Needlessly to say, they will lose this customer and many more. Poor Poor customer service.
I have been a member for over ten years. I have a medical condition and am in a high risk category for Covid-19. I do not feel safe going to get a massage. I tried to cancel and they put my membership on hold for a few months then starting charging me again. I called to cancel and they made me GO IN PERSON. So I had to go there to finally cancel. And then they would not even credit me the $65 they just charged my account and said that was a processing fee? I have not gotten a massage since Feb. 14. I have seven massage credits and they still charged me $65. Unbelievable. They only want your money and do not care about your safety.
I have been a member of massage envy for about 15 years and Ondrell gives one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever experienced. This lady is skilled. If you are an athlete or have a chronic issue that just won’t go away I highly recommend her. Staff was great, too. 5 stars and will be back!
I had a couples Massage scheduled for this afternoon with our favorite massage envy. We drive from Henderson because they have the best customer service, unfortunately today I was severely disappointed. I usually have Tyler who is amazing and does the massage routine I find most relaxing with no issues.Today I had Robert who determined that because he did not think my massage requests were beneficial to me he would not do It and said he would try to find someone else. The routine I prefer is 5 minutes on my back and then rotate every 5 minutes from my arms, legs, hands and feet for my two hours. I like my extremeties rubbed because It brings me the most happiness. Robert stated that “he is a massage therapist and this is not beneficial in any way and that he has his own routine he likes to do.” Since when is this about the massage therapist and what they want???? I pay the money to get the rubs I want. Fortunately the front desk staff was accommodating and rescheduled us for next week but seriously if you don’t like doing what people ask because you want to do it “your way or no way” perhaps you should find another industry.
Really disappointed with the experience. Firstly, massage therapist was wearing the noisiest shoes ever. She also forgot to dim the lighting at all, so that bright fluorescent light was a joy to start stare at the whole time. Other then that, comments such as this company sucks to work for, we dont wash the sheets as often as we should, I just started here and they never trained me, and finally, school was supposed to take 10 months but it took me 12 didnt add to the experience.I am giving them 2 stars because I am sure there other other professional massage therapists that work for the company and are excellent at what they do.I have to say, I am most disappointed that I was all excited to join the monthly plan. The place is close to my home, nice facility, seemed perfect. After my first experience with then, il be happy to save my money. Kind of regret not walking out 1/2 hour in for asking for my money back.Live and learn I suppose
Charged my husband every month and can’t get an appointment. Then put his account on hold and have to pay for that too and still can’t get an appointment. My credit card was compromised and they cancel my appointment that I paid for already . Nicole the manager here is unsympathetic and just kept repeating that she needed a credit card to keep the appointment I already paid for with the membership. DO NOT GET ROPED INTO THIS SCAM!
I just signed up as a new member today. My therapist was Stephen and he was absolutely amazing! I have had a lot of stress in my home life and work life lately and recently I have been struggling to cope with all of it. I have a self-care routine of yoga, meditation and chiropractic care but I needed more. This place was literally what I needed so badly to add to my life!Also, the COVID protocols they had in place were awesome and I definitely felt like they did everything they could to keep everyone safe while still providing an exceptional service and experience!Life does not wait for us to be emotionally, physically, and mentally prepared for the events that add stress to our lives. In my experience we cant wait to be emtionally, physically, and mentally broken to start investing in ourselves with self-care.I highly recommend this place. I also highly recommend to stop waiting for the right time and take care of yourself right now! Its never the wrong time to love yourself and your body enough to give yourself what you need!
I’ve been coming here for the past year or so receiving facials and massages. The facials are decent. The massages are hit or miss. The staff seem friendly. The first time I received a deep tissue massage and it was very different from what I was used to. A few days later I realized that the massage therapist had agitated my sciatic nerve (an experience I’ve never felt before so I thought something was completely wrong). I opted to never receive a deep tissue massage again. The last massage I booked and called in they inadvertently gave me a deep tissue therapist. She asked what I was looking for I told her Swedish style with focus on my lower back. The next 50 minutes were me trying not to pass out bc my body was going into shock the entire time. I couldn’t breathe and had to do breathing exercises bc of her digging her elbow into my back. I asked her to lighten up and she chuckled as if I was being soft and couldn’t man up. My back feels like I was hit by a semi truck even 1.5 weeks later. I told the staff, she had a conversation with her manager and then proceeded to ask me to write a statement so more management could look into it. I took a page out of the therapist’s book and chuckled. Then proceeded to write this review.
Great therapist here, but the office staff needs to get it together. I requested standing appointments and was told that my appointments were confirmed. On my appointment day, was told that all of my appointments were deleted. Not happy.
I always enjoy my visits to Rock Spring. Ive been going since they opened. The receptionist Tiara and Dr Melissa Vega are always warm and professional. Rarely a long wait, and Dr Vega has helped to alleviate any tightness I experience from my daily workouts. I highly recommended their services!

If there were negative numbers for this location, I would give a -10. I will never step foot in this location, not even for free. I simply had a gift card that I bought for Christmas, but wanted to give it for a gift to someone for Mothers Day. I couldnt use the card myself because I have a port and am undergoing Chemo right now. So all I wanted to do was exchange the Christmas Design for a generic design so I could give it. I called and spoke the Manager who told me No, absolutely not, we cannot do anything for you. I was disappointed, but didnt want to give up that easily. So I called another location, whos manager told me Sure, just bring it in, Ill be here all weekend and will do it for you, not a problem. So my mistake, but I called back to the Rock Springs location to tell her that the other location will do it for me. She said fine, go ahead and drive all the way over there if you want to. Which is what I did, only to arrive and have them apologize. The manager from Rock Springs called them to tell them it is not company policy to do this, and they will get in trouble if they do. I find what she did downright spiteful and vindictive, trying to make sure that not only would she not help me, but made sure no one else did. I was so hurt and offended I called the Rock Springs manager back to ask her why she would go out of her way to be so vengeful, but she had no explanation, except to repeat that it was company policy. Whoevers idea it was to place a person of this character in a mangers position at a spa, please re-think. I will never, ever visit a Massage Envy, not even when I am able again. Nor do I advise anyone else to. There are many other places who are much better at massage, not to mention people skills
Fairly disappointing. Ive been a massage envy member for a long time, I know how it works. I have a muscle disease, and the only thing that really helps in massage. So Im going here out of medical necessity. This location in particular seems like, they offer tea, which is fantastic. But the two massage therapist Ive been have been very very disappointing. Most recently I had an appointment, I asked for a specific technique, and if they could do it. I was told yes this therapist could. When I arrived, she acted like her had no idea what I was talking about. Worse her nails were long enough to scratch, which is the opposite of relaxing. They I asked for an area to be worked on, or focused on, she moved to a different spot. I left frustrated, and still in pain. The previous massage from a different therapist was sloppy, rushed, and uninformed. It seemed like he has no idea what he was doing, ether recently out of school, or just not very good at technique. I ended up in more pain the next few days from this massage. Sadly I live to far from the location I used to go to. And I have so many credits, I dont know what to do. I hate wasting money on massages here that are not relaxing, or therapeutic.
I have a membership with this company. They owe me 10 massages and decided to cancel the membership. One day I went in for my session. They canceled me because I smelled like cannabis. I thought in this state it was okay they should probably move to another state
I was told that medical professionals get a discount. I called to schedule a session, and the receptionist told me they cant apply a discount for non members. At no point was I ever notified that the discount was under certain conditions. Massage Envy should make this more clear.
Went once signed up for the membership and was lied to about the payment schedule. When I asked to speak to a manager all of a sudden she wasnt in. Very bogus for business if employees dont understand the membership process they need to have someone more experienced make sure everything is done accordingly. I asked for a corporate phone number or email and was told by staff they didnt have that information.
Horrible experience with customer service when calling. Always placing you on hold for a long time and theyll still cancel your apt. for not calling back within 5 min. They need better phone customer service. Although, massage is relaxing when you get the right person in the room.

It was me and my husbands first time for a massage. My husband booked a couples massage for and hour. When we got there, filled out the paperwork. Then the receptionist asked us what brought us in and we told her. I also asked for an aroma therapy session .Then when we were introduced to our massuse, we learned that it would not be a couples treatment. The person that my husband got was an older female, not what he had in mind. I was not told what I needed to do. So we disrobe fully? How to lay on the table? If I had known, I believe my massage would have been better. I asked the masseuse if I was getting the aroma treatment, and he said no because no one told him.When it was all done, we were asked how we liked it. We told them the massages were goo, but we did book for a copies session and an aroma treatment and didnt get it. The receptionist seemed annoyed and never really apologized. We will never go there again.

They convinced my husband to sign for cheap monthly deal which ended up being a year long contract that we now have to pay $59.99 a month for even though we doesnt need it anymore! They lied telling us we could get out of it at any time but than he called the company headquarters and they will not budge and are forcing us to continue to pay! HATE this place!
The manager NICOLE is the most unprofessional person Ive ever spoken to. She had no idea what she was talking about, she said she personally charged me 100 for a no call no show with out even confirming the appointment. Didnt know anything about policy. Made this location look horrible!!
Stopped in and ended up getting a facial. What a great little spa day treat. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And I was shown a cleansing product that is doing wonders for my face. Will definately be back for more.
I have had a membership here since there opening, and loved it in the begining.... but the last year its been a poor-fair experience never anything to write home about. usually not pleased with my barely out of massage school tharapist who have the habit of taking me back 10min past our appointment time and some how finishing 15min early.its also hard to relax when im in one of the front rooms and i can hear the front desk staff gossiping and laughing thru the wall.on my last visit my tharapist Jacob didnt show up for our appointment at all and they didnt have anyone else who could take me. very frustrating. its hard to get time off to get a massage at all let alone to go in just to be told to leave.i work in a spa/salon and maybe that gives me higher expectations but really?? come on. cant wait to cancel my ,and the rest of my housholds, memberships.
Horrible. I cancelled my membership within the 30 days allowed and was eventually charged 180 three months later, which has caused me to be late paying my RENT. I called 3days straight and no one even cared. I couldnt even get a partial refund. Ill never go back or even refer anuone
Employees asked the customer all of all covid questions, but when you ask them if they were atleast vaccinated, theyre answer is they cant answer because its hippa....seriouly?they only care about their safety, and not the customers...considering theyre touching my body....

This location is not that good the staff is all dark and dry i dont know if that was a man or women giving me a massage i requested a women seeing that im a guy she or he had very bad hygiene and smelled like old cigarettes unprofessional then after the massage they tried to get me to sign up for a $65 membership telling me i get free massage for becoming a member then later on tell me no i will get 1 free massage per month then it will be $45 per massage
