Be very careful signing for their membership.You can cancel it only with doctors note.Even then, they take full 10 days to process it and during that time they will still charge you for recurring payment.So they need all your personal information including doctor and medical record in order to cancel your membership.How this is legal i don`t know.One star is for lying to us, telling us first they just need our signature at the office and doc note is not necessary.Once in their office their story changed.We needed doc note they said, it took some days to get it and at the end we were two days late for recurring payment.(we turned in cancelation form 8 days before recurring payment but they say it takes 10 days to process it so because of 2 days we got charged again)We were charged for massage membership that we can not use.And of course, when you sign for membership there is nowhere you can see CLEARLY about cancelation process and medical doctor note.Dishonest practice

I walked out after 15 minutes. The massage therapist had no idea what she was doing. She just rubbed her hands over my body quickly. No concept of muscles. I waited an hour for the manager to come in, but instead of an apology and reschedule he wanted to charge me a half hour. Awful massage, and even worse service.

New Post.Editing my review. This is completely a new experience of very poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I just got a phone call from a manager 5 min before my booked session and she told me that she has to cancel my appointment with one of the massage therapist that I got booked with. She said this is because the note on my account said do not book me with her. I didnt complain about my last session with her, I just said that massage was Ok.Anyhow, the stuff at the front desk made the note and acted in very unprofessional way. They made up a story without clarifying about my feedback.The last person I had massage with, half of the session used only one hand and not even a quarter of paid aroma therapy lotion. He was using a regular lotion most of the time and I didnt wanted to repeat myself during the session. But it bothered me.Also, I wanted to note that few months ago this location was great not until all the good massage therapists left and the front stuff was completely change to a new people.I have no desire to visit this location again as they left me with such a bad impression of bad service and no ability to fix the issue or leave customer happy. Absolutely unacceptable.Very inconvenience as I had to plan my day accordingly.I want to cancel my membership ASAP but there was no retention manager on site so I have to come back again and wait for this person to reach out to me.My old post.Kathy at Boca Park location is amazing! She listens carefully and give very good massage.The front desk stuff is absolutely fantastic! They are friendly and helpful.Clean place. Quiet atmosphere. Just right to be relaxed. I like the spa music during massage session. Thanks again!

Been a member for many years been to many different locations. I set an appointment at this location and asked for a specific type of massage, deep tissue. I asked if the therapist had experience? She replied Oh yes our #1 person it was obvious this therapist had very little experience and created more issues after the massage. Cant trust the front desk people here, my massage was a waste and I feel worse today then before I went in. Also I cant believe they would have such terrible therapist.

Ester was the kindest, communication was great! She explained and would ask various questions. I was super impressed with her.Massage envy now charges for every little thing!!! IMO 2 STARS OF MY 3 STAR RATING SHOULD BE REMOVED DUE TO charge for music to relax, charge for essential oils to relax omg! This is massage 101, and you dont include 10$ to have it and other various things. Nickel amd dime you to death! Needless to say .The waiting area they take you to , dirty, dusty amd of course no music or aroma therapy essential oils to the Relax area.!!!!!!This was a gift card and I have to say. Poorly made decisions decided by management! . Go to China town or other company besides here. I received a reply , that I should contact the franchise owner. The reply shows ME ( massage envy) why would they think I have the owner info, its their brand name. Smh. So sad

After today’s appointment, I do not plan to return to this location anymore. I have never ran into a situation where I wanted to literally walk out of my session. The therapist I had was falling asleep during my massage!! At first when I noticed the pressure was getting really light, I didn’t think anything of it until I opened my eyes and the therapist was LEGIT SLEEPING!!! I have never been in this type of situation and I did not feel comfortable at all saying anything to the therapist because I didn’t want him to retaliate or anything. After the session was over, I immediately got dressed and went to the front to ask for a manager. Mind you, at this point I was quite upset and felt like I had more tension/aches then feeling relieved as one would feel after a massage. When I asked to speak to the manager, I explained what happened, even mentioned that I don’t know if there is anything going on personally with the therapist but I did not feel I should pay for my session at all. She was apologetic but made me feel bad for even saying anything because she said “you know you could have asked to end the session early if you were not satisfied.” I explained to her that I’ve never had this issue or been in a position like this before and I again, did not feel comfortable at all saying anything directly to the therapist. The manager then said she needed to get a “second opinion” and talk to the other manager…. WHAT?!? After she came back from getting the “second opinion” she said the best they could do was comp 30 mins because I did not end the session early and that customers are able to request to end/cancel sessions early. In the end, I honestly don’t feel that compensation was fair being that I’ve always paid my monthly membership fees even after they’ve raised it a few times and have been a long time loyal customer of theirs. I left the location SUPER unhappy/upset.I also wish that Massage Envy created a rating system for their therapists on their mobile app so customers can easily book the therapists that are good at what they do. Also gives the company insight to their best therapists to allow them to retain the good ones.

Total scammers I have a 5 1/2 points to redeem which is 5 1/2 hours of massage since my account was suspended in March they want me to pay for 7 month to redeem the points that I fully paid ( I was traveling abroad ) they don’t let me even use the points that I fully paid for when you call and speak to one person they give you a complete different information then another, just spoke to the manager which was very rude , In any case setting up any appointment is an impossible mission they are fully booked further down weeks. Stay away from this place!

Member for 2 years. Although I could never get a massage at this location as the therapists either stank figuratively, or literally. Im month to month and now, when I cant pay the $70 bill that was charged yesterday and want to cancel, they say I have to bring my account current to do so. Like current for yesterdays charge for which I have not received any services. So not only have they lost my future business at this location, but theyve lost it at all of their locations. I have been a member for several years. Even during the pandemic they continued to charge my card and I was fine with that. It seems it is becoming harder and harder to book a massage or facial at a convenient time for me. I’m even trying to book several weeks out.The so-called management at The boca park location is extremely unprofessional and does nothing to try to accommodate their members. I sent a text saying I was thinking of canceling and wanted to know the amount of credits I have. I got an immediate reply encouraging me to come in and sign cancellation papers. WOW just WOW. I hope not all of the locations are like this! I will definitely cancel as soon as I use my credits.

I unfortunately I did not read the review about this Massage Envy before booking an appointment. As several people stated THIS LOCATION DOES NOT KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENTS. Now before you say I’m being unreasonable because things happen let me explain. I fully understand that things happen and when they do the party who could not fulfill their commitment should do what they can to make it right. I was offered a later massage that did not fit my schedule. Then I was told I needed to find another location to fulfill the commitment. When asked if they could call and get that down they said they don’t have access to other store’s calendar. Guess what neither do I. I simply wanted them to accommodate and call to do what they asked of me. When members cancel within 24 hrs they are charged half the session. I expected the same for my inconvenience. I reached out to the Buckhead location where I am a member to ask for assistance and was told they have no control over other locations. I understand that but I simply wanted someone to understand that MASSAGE ENVY BOCA did not come close to trying to make me feel good about my experience today. MASAGE ENVY BUCKHEAD did not care because it did not happen within their location. I WILL BE CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP WHERE IVE BEEN A MEMBER For more than 10 years.

Great pricing & always delivers as promised. Ive been to several massage envy locations, and other massage companies. And honestly Ive never had a bad overall experience. Ive had therapists that I dont jive with, or like their pressure, or style... but never really felt it was the fault of the massage location.Pricing - Massage envy is the least expensive place.Delivers as promised - Never cancelled an appt with me, Therapist is always on time.If you are looking for the best deep tissue in town. Therapist HIGHLY recommend at this location: David. His pressure and muscle control is phenomenal. Fair warning, it will hurt (in a good way).

My therapist Luis is one of the best! I have been getting Rapid Tension therapy because I had very tight neck and shoulders. I get massaged after the treatment and I have been feeling so good after each session! I have been going twice a month. I am so glad I have found a good massage therapist!

This place is horrible. We made an appt for couples massage and then in the morning next day had to cancel. The manager was really mean and tried to tell me that they were going to charge me half because we cancelled too late. I was like wow why wasn’t I informed of this policy when I booked. She was like well we normally do. I was like well why wasn’t I. So they made a mistake and I have to pay for it? Tay the person working there is horrible. I truly think this is so wrong. We gave them plenty of time to book something else. It’s not right and I want my money back.Very bad customer service.

Do not sign a contract with this establishment! My husband and I signed fir for a year when we moved to Las Vegas. The massage therapists were fair to good, I’ve had much better massages elsewhere! Obviously they wouldn’t let us cancel membership so we continued for a year and fulfilled our contract! After contract was satisfied we emailed massage envy, per the contract instructions, to cancel. They have harassed my husband and I for the past 6 months telling us we need to go there to sign paperwork to cancel. We suggested they email or send in mail, according to them per their legal department said they could not do that! After arguing with the assistant manger she said she would email us the paperwork but we had until the end of the day to get it back to them. I told her I was homebou d due to being hospitalized with COVID and on oxygen, which is the truth she finally relented! I am a 60 year old professional female and have never experienced such non professional behavior!!!

The first time we schedule an appointment here they actually waited 1 hour before the appointment to tell us that the massage therapist canceled because she was sick!! And now that we tried this location again they waited three hours before the appointment to tell us that the 90 minute appointment scheduled they can only do an hour!! Please get your stuff together!!! If you cancel your appointment they still charge you!! But if they cancel or change things up it’s perfectly fine!! I will be canceling my membership with them and looking for a massage location that can actually hold up to their appointments!!I don’t get why you reach out to me to have me contact you, so I can just talk to a front desk agent that has no idea of the situation. like I said in the previous statement you guys need to get your stuff together!!

Massages are ok, therapists are far from the best but it was still enjoyable to take the time to get massages every month.Super annoying to cancel membership. It’s been weeks I’m calling to know exactly what to do to cancel my membership after the end of my 12 months. Apparently you have to go through a retention manager, but no one else an make appointment other than her. Ever time I call she isn’t’ there.Im so tired of calling and hearing different stuff from the employees. Just called to make sure that I will be able to meet with the retention manager before the last day I have to cancel my membership and got told« I don’t know it’s totally up to the retention manager »Excuse me?? This was my second location after the parking at the Rock Springs location is so problematic I swear my knots appeared back the second after my appointment.Like that this location has more specific details on their therapists than just marking them all as all types. I prefer a real deep tissue massage and its okay that not everyone does those.But here they have several people marked on the schedule specifically for that and thats how I got paired with the wonderful human that is Jason. Not only is an amazing deep tissue massage, Jason is aware of my wellness goals, lets me know what areas are problematic and gives me homework between sessions! I have never received such professional and holistic care from anyone relating to my wellness. I come out of each appointment FEELING IT but also armed with the knowledge to help myself and my body and each time I improve and learn how to help my body not be so tense and tight (and as a tiptoe walker with calves of steel, one day Ill get them loose and flexible again--promise Ive been stretching them Jason!)

This place is literally the worst. After my boyfriend and I booked a deep tissue couples massage one of the therapists stated he doesn’t do deep tissue. We had to leave and come back and only got an appointment one month later. This time when we came back they promised us deep tissue. The therapist Liliana who they claimed was deep tissue was rubbing my back with oil and shaking my legs. That’s it. I also clearly stated to her prior to the massage that I like high pressure. There was zero pressure to the massage and when she asked how it felt I told her that I thought it was going to be a deep tissue. She then said she would increase the pressure but didn’t so I had to end my session early. When I told them at the front desk that the pressure wasn’t even close to a Swedish massage, Theresa W. who said she was a manager, stated she was deep tissue but she just had a different style. I tried explaining that there was no pressure at all and she kept repeating that she was deep tissue. The customer service is awful and this place is too expensive to have oil rubbed on your back. What a huge disappointment. I left with my back hurting more than when I came in. It’s not the therapists fault, however when a customer states that they want deep tissue, has gotten deep tissue in the past and had to come back for another appointment because a previous therapist didn’t do deep tissue it’s kind of a no brainer. There wasn’t even an apology from “the manager”.

During this coronovirus, I have attempted to contact this outlet and even having filled out the required paperwork, I have been billed for another month of services. A hold on my account for payment without follow-up with my credit card company does not constitute taking care of the problem. Once the Governor closed all non-essential businesses, on March 17, 2020, the management at this franchised Massage Envy should have take care of this for everyone who uses that location. I was billed for April and May. So in order to get this off my credit card, I cancelled my card to deal with the situation or my charges will continue. I have also cancelled my membership even though I have 20+ massages that is owed to me. They can donate all of them to our First Responders, who will need a massage when our economy reopens.They deserve a zero rating!

I went in the morning so I was able to walk in. My massage therapist was very professional and kind. It was clean. I felt comfortable. Not too cold not too hot. Nice massage music in the back. Friendly receptionist. I got a deep tissue massage. And it was amazing. I felt brand new when I left. I am definitely going back again

Although I would have liked more time to have been spent on the areas I asked, it was a great massage.Why I gave this place 3 stars, was because everytime someone opened the door anywhere in the building I could hear it. It sounded as if they were opening the door into my room, and its not something you want to worry about when you face down in a massage table naked.. This made it very hard to concentrate. As soon as I cleared my mind id hear the door open and jump.

Ive split my massages between several of the MEs locations with Boca being the one I use most. The therapists are generally good but you need to be specific if youre looking for a certain level of firmness. Many of the therapists do not give deep tissue treatments.The overall condition of the Boca location is pretty good with one blaring exception. The flooring badly needs cleaning or even replacement. Some portions are frayed and there are stains in some of the locations like the quiet room. I find it hard to relax and prepare for my treatment when Im wondering what might be lurking in the carpet just under my feet. Perhaps a deep cleaning might improve the situation temporarily.Boca is a good, centrally located choice with friendly front office staff and wide choice of therapists. My favorite I must keep to myself as she is already difficult to get appts with. She is outstanding. The owner of this franchise can easily determine her identity based on my last few treatments. Please try and keep her. One problem with ME is the turnover. About the time you find a therapist you enjoy they move on to other locations or get snapped up by a spa in one of the casinos.

I live in north Las Vegas and I go all the way to boca park because of the first massage I got there was a great!! Have gone to one other ME but liked boca park better. I wanted to go a second time so I booked a couples massage for last Friday. That day arrived and they called me 2hrs before our couples massage that one of the massage therapists called in sick and we would have to reschedule for a later time but for a 60min massage instead of the 90min. We rescheduled for this Friday (today) at 7pm instead because we wanted a 90min massage. I get a call again that one of our massage therapist was sick and called out and needed to reschedule or our time to be moved to 9pm and for a 60 min massage instead of 90min. I was really upset that this happen again because I have 2 kids and I sch the massage into my day so I can take the kids to a babysitter to watch for us to go all the way to boca park to get a massage and relax and for that to get canceled again was very disappointing. Was really looking forward to itI canceled the massage all together just hope that I don’t get charged for it

Nice clean and relaxing environment - as most M.E.s do.However, the therapists hygiene could use work:The first therapist I saw was for a deep tissue - great pressure but not a nice touch (shaving arms would be helpful).My second was for soothing, med-deep... excellent massage! ...until on my back when I could smell her breath!Both times I had to unfortunately concentrate on relaxing.Ill go one more time to hopefully find my new regular therapist.

My boyfriend and I wanted a couple massage and we made an appointment at Massage Envy (ME). I was really looking forward to it. However, the experience at ME wasnt as expected. I would say getting a massage at ME is like shopping for clothes at Walmart. Its inexpensive & its not quality, comes along with impoliteness. There were 4 front desk girls when we got there. Looked like a call center and it seems like ME has many front desk girls to book as many customers as possible. I was told they offer membership of which you can get a monthly massage for as low as $40. Anyhow, we waited for 15 minutes before we were called. I got Brent and he got Roxanne. These two so called massage therapists didnt look like massage therapists. Brent, for example, wore short and tennis shoes with the appearance that you would never think he worked at a spa. The room was bright when we came in. I and my boyfriend were saying that we hoped we were gonna get a good service because our instinct told us otherwise. The two therapists came back in after we removed our clothes. I told Brent we wanted a hot stone massage. He told us they couldnt do it because its something had to be booked a few days in advanced. However, we were told on the phone that we could decide what type of massage we want when we arrived. So, no hot stone massage? That was fine. We wanted a Swedish massage instead. I told Brent my neck, shoulder and back needed attention the most. What he did was lightly rubbing my back. I asked him to give it a bit more pressure. He said, I cant go deeper when youre not relaxed. He blamed it on me- his client, not once but twice! We all come to a massage therapist to feel relaxed, right? And this so called therapist didnt make me relaxed, and yet he blamed it on me. How rude was that? He didnt use forearm strokes, elbow for pressure points etc., He was effortlessly rubbing my back, but my back was rubbed so much to the point that it felt all tingling like needles were pinching my back all over. I couldnt bear anymore, thus I asked him to stop and asked what kind of massage he was doing. His response was, the basics. What is the heck is the basic massage? He gave me an attitude as he was leaving the room. Roxanne stopped as well. My boyfriend and I decided to end our session. As we were leaving the room, Roxanne handed us two bottle of water. Brent was nowhere to be found. However, I am sure he had lied to the front desk people. Because when I voiced my opinion and complained, the black girl who was checking us out apologized and she rolled her eyes at me. She also stated that I didnt like Brent but others did. Whoever liked Brent must not have tried a professional therapist before. Because I am definitely sure that with Brents attitude, rudeness and poorly trained skills, he is not a professional therapist. The black girl didnt charge us. My boyfriend left a tip for Roxanne and of course, Brent didnt get a penny from me. On the way out of the facility, I asked my boyfriend how many would he rate the service. He said two stars. Exactly what I thought, 1 star for the unprofessional service and 1 star for not charging us. So, you know its not me being a difficult client. Since it was our first time getting a massage at ME, we were going to get the introductory rates. Not sure if it was because of that, we got the worst therapists? I would rather pay a full price to get a quality service and a professional therapist (like I always do when I get a massage at Life Spa) and leave happily and relaxed. I have tried many massage therapists before. I have to say my experience with Brent at ME was the worst. If you just want someone unprofessional to rub your back at a fraction of the cost of a professional massage therapist, go to ME. I suggest to go elsewhere, if you want a highly trained and professional massage therapist.

Fantastic experience. My husband and I had massages here the day after running the rock n roll marathon with LLS on the Las Vegas strip. To say we were in pain would be a serious understatement, lol. The therapists who worked on us were both excellent and knew how to help us with our individual pain issues.

Unfortunately I don’t know whats happened to this location. I used to come here monthly and at times more often. However it has become nearly impossible to book anything with these guys looking at 2 weeks plus to schedule when in the past if same day/next day were possible and even the same week was guaranteed! Ever since Kathy left this place crumbled. Yikes!
