I absolutely love Paulete my massage therapist. She does a fantastic job every time and always checks in with me to see if any specific areas are bothering me more than usual. I have had several brain surgeries and have medical devices and she always makes me feel comfortable when working around the devices. They are also service dog friendly! I love all the staff at Elements and Im always super excited to see everyone. Theyve taken such good care of me, I will never go anywhere else.

Thank you Michelle for an amazing prenatal massage! didn’t know I had so many sore spots and “crunchies”. Felt so relieved and light after the massage that I just went to the park and enjoyed the beautiful view. Would definitely recommend!

Lily at the front desk is one of the best customer service reps I’ve met in years. She always makes sure I’m taken care of before and after my visit. Laquesha has been my theropist for years, she always knows exactly how to reduce my pain.

Had a 90 minute massage appointment at this massage studio. I love Elements massage and the MTs are professional and caring. The facility is very clean, restrooms available for patrons and parking was adequate.I enjoy going to Elements massage as a member. Zach is my favorite therapist. I can book ahead with my busy schedule, and am never kept waiting when its my appointment time. Facility is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the front staff are friendly. I will visit this location again for my massage requirements in the future.I also referred my friends Grace and Walter for a massage, and they liked having Angel and Stacy take care of their sore muscles after their gym workout.

Brought my wife here first time very unhappy, manager decided to give a massage on the house second time very satisfied ,we decided to get a couples massage ,the receptionist was very rude I asked her to confirm the price as per rate chart it says 79/person she says no only for me it would be 79 but for my wife 99 we won’t be coming back they rather give up a regular patron and repeat comebacks and referrals? Very poor business sense and using deceptive advertisements ,it’s very unfortunate

I have seen a few therapists at the Durango location. All of them have been wonderful. Unfortunately, my favorite therapist left. :( I was referred to Nicole, and it was the best massage I have ever received. When booking, I think it is important to know what pressure level of massage you want. Every therapist is different, and knowing this information beforehand is important. The front desk staff will ask you your pressure preference and book you with the appropriate therapist. Make sure you get the Himalayan salt stone added to your massage. Youll thank me later. The minute you walk in this location it is so calm and peaceful. I wish I could just sit on their couch in the reception area and Zen out all day. The front desk staff has always been polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. If you are an individual that wants monthly massages, I would suggest becoming a member. You will receive a discounted rate and other nice perks. Fantastic establishment, wonderful therapists and front desk staff. Give this location a try. I think youll love it!

Zack gave a terrific massage after consulting on my areas of concern, and found other places I had no idea were even there until he used some amazing technique to track down and release those spots as well. A thoroughly enjoyable experience! Thank you Zack

Elements Rhodes Ranch always goes out of their way to ensure that I have a good experience. Ive been a customer for at least 4 years and had many therapists as my treatment goals have changed or the therapist moved on. All of them have been very good at providing the massage Ive required.My current therapist Mike has been the best to date. He takes his specialty seriously and works to ensure that he addresses my aches and stresses with diverse treatments for a goal of alleviating the issue. He is very knowledgeable and seeks additional knowledge to keep current with his skills to provide the best treatment for all of his clients. Each session we progress from the previous one and for the first time I feel improvement in my muscle movement and flexibility.Im exceptionally happy with Elements front office personnel, managers, and therapists. They all provide a professional, warm, and relaxing experience, addressing any issues without hesitation. I highly recommend scheduling a treatment. Whatever your goal, they will have a specialist to treat you.

I went to element massage because I’ve been having back pain from sitting for a long time and that pain has been there for 5+ years. It was my first time at element massage and the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I got the deep tissue massage for 2 hours. The massage therapist, Erica, is so detailed and now I feel like I have a new back! I will definitely go back and I already recommended this place to a couple of friends.

Elements massage on Durango is highly recommend. The front desk lady she is really nice and has an answer for each of your questions. As for cleanliness it’s perfect. Over all it’s a great experience each time.James had been my therapist for over a year now. He is a specialist in deep tissue massages. Every massage has been perfect and he is extremely friendly. He is willing to talk during the massage or not. He has over 20 years of experience which shows. OverallI would highly recommend him.

Would not recommend, unprofessional and non-standard booking process. I booked for 2 people. They told me I had been late when in fact my friend showed up to the first slot. The person I booked with on the phone had put me on a time slot earlier without my consent or knowledge. Beyond that, the person on the phone told me they would send me the intake form over text but never did. In the end this ate the amount of time I was supposed to have for my session. The intake process was unprofessional and non-standard process. I do not recommend and will not come back

Front desk folks are all nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms and amenities are always clean. I absolutely love ❤️ my massage therapist!! And adding the Himalayan hot stones to my massage is the icing on the cake.

I just wanna say how amazing this whole place is but especially Jade! She was very sweet but most of all she helped m more than shell ever realize, Ive been in constant pain unable to walk without limping or lift my left leg higher than a few inches for the past year due to pain in my left hip. I got a one hour massage (my 1st every) and she said she could feel my hip wasnt completely in place, I dont know how but since I left Ive been able to walk without limping I can lift my knee to my waist and my leg/hip doesnt hurt at all!! Thank you Jade so much!

This spas packages are great. I come here once a month and it really is one of my favorite things to look forward to.The waiting room is very relaxing, they have nice spa music playing, comfy couches, water, and candy for guests to enjoy. Everyone Ive encountered there has been so professional and kind and it all adds to the experience.I used to work at a spa and have had a lot of treatments. Ive brought friends here and they have all had amazing experiences as well. Already cant wait for my March appointment!

After researching couples massages online, we decided to go in and buy a gift card for our friends for Christmas. As soon as we walked in we were notified that the prices on the website are not accurate and the couple’s massage price would be 40$ more than what it states on the website. After asking for an explanation for why that’s the case the front desk associate said “sorry, it just is.” We then asked to speak with the manager, and she said her manager is not in and she doesn’t have a way to reach them. We asked her for the manager’s contact information and she restated that there is not a way for her to contact her manager. That speaks of either poor business practices, something shady, or that she was lying to us. All in all, if there is an emergency the management wouldn’t be able to be notified or help solve the issue. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

Everyone is so welcoming and kind. From the minute you walk in, they drop everything and take care of you. The massages are always excellent. The therapists ask questions and always check-in throughout the massage regarding pressure and such. I absolutely love this place.

Everything from when I arrived to when I left made me feel at peace and relaxed. The Rhodes Ranch location had the most professional, friendly staff upon my arrival. They have some of the purest essential oils I’ve smelled/used and Ashley was simply amazing. Honestly, the best massage I’ve ever had!

I have a TON of knots in my upper back and shoulders. Nicole asked me about what I needed to focus on and what pressure level I needed. It was the most relaxing massage I have ever had and I am happy to say I am knot free after leaving! I will be back to see her and I suggest you see her too!

Friendly, professional staff and exceptionally clean facility! I have been a member for a couple of years now and have been going to James who is an amazing therapist and I highly recommend him. I am a lash artist who suffers from carpal tunnel, back and neck pain and James has taken the time to come up with the best treatment plan based on my needs.

Warm Friendly service. Clean spa. Professional. Very relaxing experience. Ive never done a spa plan before because I didnt feel they were worth it and it was a way to force people to go in every month. But after going there once Im getting your wellness plan on my next massage!! I actually want to start going twice a month as Im able so its definitely worth it and plus I like that I can add my fiance to my plan so he can come with me 🙂 Thank you

I could have gone to the dentist and been more relaxed. Maybe I got an inexperienced massage therapist but the massage was just awful. In the 3 times Ive been here Ive only left once with a positive experience. Maybe its specifically this location but dont waste your money.

My massage therapist, Michael was a true professional and my deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend upgrading to the Himalayan Salt stones with your massage. My girl and I got a 90 minutes couples massage. She thought Michael was really great rubbing her back; 5 stars for the perfect touch.I had Anna and would give her a 2 star. She talked quite a bit offering unsolicited advice for my back. She also would pause at times or simply just push a finger down on me and hold it there - huh?Otherwise we had an appointment at 12:30, after getting in the room and starting around 12:40 they ended us around 1:55 so that we were out by 2pm for the next appointment. The place is nice, we got water at the end and the front desk was very polite.

The couples massage we had was great! We both loved it and had a great time. The place is very nice, clean and makes you feel comfortable right away. Music was so soothing and the room temperature was perfect. Masseuses were very good. I would definitely come back and I recommend this place.

Customer service was great starting from when I called to schedule our appointment, there was an issue with not having the certification for hot stones for one therapist but staff handled it and gave us 1 hot stones service and 1 aromatherapy free of charge and that really showed how much they cared for customers to be satisfied. Me and my husband absolutely loved our massages! Trezure and Ann Marie were super professional and made us feel great, so relaxed and overall we had a great experience. Thank you Elements!

I booked an appointment online, that I should not have been able to book because the full time was not available. In order to compensate for that mistake, I was charged at a lesser rate and I was given a free enhancement with my massage. I really appreciate this because I understand that mistakes happen, but it is nice when a business is willing to take responsibility for it and do what they can to make it right.Additionally, everyone was friendly, prompt, and professional.

Love this place! Rowan at the front desk was accomodating and sweet. Jared gave me the best massage ever!! I asked for deep tissue and he was extremely talented and professional. They have a good membership deal and I signed up but no one was pushy about it which I appreciate. I cant wait to go back!!

Im an RN and I work 12 hour shifts on my feet. Ive gone to other places and this one is All-Around THE BEST.

The massage was phenomenal. Courtney (I hope I spelled it right...)has a special talent. She was courteous, professional, and delivered a technique that stands out to me. I have had a few massages in my life but this one stood above the rest. There are definite signs of natural talent. Some people do things, a few do them better. I am impressed. I would recommend your facility to anybody. I will definitely be back myself.

Just received a massage from Stacey and THAT was just what the doctor ordered! She was kind, empathetic, personable and her hands are a gift from God! She patiently melted the knot in my neck. My mobility is back and I’m super excited to finally get a restful night of sleep after a week of tossing and turning and limbs falling asleep on me. I highly recommend Stacey, as she is knowledgeable, confident in her skills and abilities, and patient with your muscles. No digging and kneading just the perfect firmness with just the results that I was looking for! I’ll be back!

Had my 1st spa treatment a few weeks ago to release a panic attack that I had a few days before. It was amazing!!!! I totally felt all the tension and stress I was having. Im excited for my next massage in a few days. The staff are professional and a nice clean office. I highly recommend Elements to anyone!

Best prenatal massage ever! I’m 9 months pregnant, when I came I had pelvic pain that caused me to look like a typical pregnant women wobbling when I walk lol. After 2 sessions, I now have no lower back pain can now stand up straight and walk normal thanks to the magic hands of Erika! You should definitely ask for her she’s the best

We were only visiting Las Vegas for a few days after our wedding and I booked a massage through a groupon. Though I had requested 2 female massage therapists, when we got there we were scheduled with Cecilia and James. We chose to go ahead with the massage anyway. My husband (who had James) said it was the best massage he has ever had! Cecilia was amazing and really found all my trouble spots. My only regret is that we only booked a 60 minute massage! If we are ever back there, Ill be sure to book a 90 minute!

Decided to do something a bit different for our anniversary and went out for couples massages at Elements Massage. Had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and experiences. The facilities were clean and aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely go back for another massage.

I am very annoyed called yesterday to book a massage.. I am highly in need of a sports massage as I am a performer..I called yesterday and an appointment was only available at 1230pm.I said yes to it!I turned up today and they gave it away!!Nor right for a 1st time customer here!Inolan.ed my whole day around this.And other errands to do as it is my day off!I even said no to a gig as I thought I had a massage booked.Unsatisfied highly!I will not be joining up at this location at all!

My partner and I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage while we were in Vegas. I need to give a shout-out to my therapist, Sandra. She did an AMAZING job. I told her exactly where I wanted her to spend her time, and where I didnt. Im fortunate to have had enough massages to know that most will nod their head as theyre talking to you, but then give you the massage they give everyone else. This was a treat, and kudos to Sandra for giving a great, memorable massage! Request her -- you wont be disappointed.

Daniel was awesome. I informed him of my upper back tension and my lower back sciatica. He really took the time to loosen it up. I told him I was sensitive on my lower back and he would check with me if the pressure was okay. The African American front desk guy (didnt catch his name) was super nice. From the booking over the phone, to when I arrived. Offered me cold lemon water upon arrival and made sure to say goodbye when I was done. Great, clean establishment. I will be sure to come back.

Most Amaze Zen massage experience I have had in the city of Las Vegas 😌 here for 23 years now and have been wishing for a Zenful massage retreat such as this one! Staff is so super nice and goes above and beyond! The monthly membership is the Bees Knees!

The environment is very warm and welcoming and everyone is extremely friendly. My therapist is wonderful, she works magic on all my stress points and keep me feeling great. I would highly recommend trying them out.

Had a couple’s massage for an hour and was disappointed, we arrived exactly 15 min before to fill up some papers but it didn’t start on time and definitely wasn’t a one hour massage cause when i got up, looked at the time and I had 10 min left. They didn’t massage my glutes and scalp when I specifically put yes on the paper. They did a good job on the back but the arms and legs were mehh. I didn’t feel any pressure on arms and legs. Not going back.

Both therapists that Ive had at Elements were phenomenal. They listened to my needs, understood what didnt work for me, and adjusted accordingly to give a perfectly relaxing & therapeutic massage. The only good massages Ive had in this town were at Elements.

Nothing short of Awesome! We bought the hour and a half couples massage on Groupon and if I had known about it I would have paid extra to upgrade to a two hour massage.Both ladies did a fantastic job. There is a lot of walking in Vegas and this made the remainder of the trip so much more enjoyable. We will make Elements a regular stop when in Vegas.

Nice to see there’s Level of Pressure before booking. I booked for 1 hr Level 4. I was skeptical about the pressure, Laquesha really delivered with level 4. First time I had a really good pressure massage

Very disappointment with their cancellation policy. So I called to cancel my appointment because I was exposed to someone tested positive for COVID. And because I called only a little bit over an hour before my appointment (I just find out about the test), they wanted to charge me with a fee for late cancelation!!! I spoke with the manager and I said in that case let me come and put others in risk? Of course I was told I cannot come, yet they wanted to charge me. Eventually they said they will waive a fee, which I hope they will do.

My massage was excellent. I wish I could get two more memberships! My masseuse def. had great hands for deep tissue. I am one of the few people that when I say I was DEEP, that I mean that I want to leave there actually feeling sore (in a good way). I have so much tension in my shoulders that the only way it gets loose is when therapists use their elbows and really put their weight into. Leilani is the main reason I became interested in getting the membership.But I also loved the front desk staff. The ladies were able to tell me all about the membership benefits and that massages can be rolled over and transferable too.Update : Leilani left elements. However, if you want that same deep tissue massage quality she had provided, Sauvignon (yes, like the wine) is an amazing masseuse! I always feel like every knot in my body has been rubbed into submission! And if its too much for you... Speak up! He wants to know that he is giving you both a comfortable and therapeutic massage.

Very relaxing environment. Bree asked where my aches and pains were and totally went to work on me. I left feeling much better. I usually get a massage each year and this had to be one of the best I have ever had!

Massage was best Ive had in Vegas thus far.I work at the computer 8 hrs a day and badly needed the shoulder and back massage.It was 60 minutes of pain--good pain!I signed up for the monthly membership which is rather annoying. Its only way to get the $59 an hour price though.Ill be back for sure, A+!!

Best place to get a massage. They get you in fast. The massage I received was just right, good pressure and very relaxing. Very clean and elegant. After your massage they give you a water and a note stating what they noticed while giving you a massage and if they want you to come back in. Definitely recommend this place.

Theres a million massage places in Vegas, and yet not even on the Strip, where they are happy to nickel and dime you over the smallest excuse, will they argue that consultation and dressing/undressing time cuts into paid massage time.

Finally found an excellent place at a decent price, now I go here monthly. Tried a few different massuests, all have been good but each is different so make sure you tell them what you like (calm soothing massage or get in there and break up some knots) 😊

Eve is nothing short but wonderful. Very knowledgeable about anatomy and seemed to know how to fix my problems.

They made making an appointment easy. The staff and location are calming.

Bree is fantastic! I had to take quite a bit of time away from pushing myself in the gym but with her attention on a few trouble areas, I’ll be ready to compete again in no time!

The salon was beautiful, clean and had a relaxing ambiance. Bree gave me an awesome massage and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was in so much pain when I went in I had been sick all day. When I left, I felt great muscle pain and ty tension was gone as well as the migraine.

Asked for a deep tissue massage and was told I will try, that shouldve been my red flag. She tried and was polite but massage was very cheap (not money).

Zach is the best at deep tissue massage and very knowledgeable on explaining how to alleviate muscle aches
