Lynn was amazing! She was very strong and gave a great deep tissue massage. Throughout the massage I asked her to increase the intensity and she did right away. I’m very happy!The spa was also very clean and comfortable. I’ll be back for sure.

Harry is Hands 🙌🏽 down AMAZING 🤩 I was in town on vacation from Illinois and my neck hurt and was tight from stress, flying, kids ect!! He went above and beyond with hot stones, and reflexology as well as stretches and even cracked my neck.. I didn’t know it was coming but feel like I’m on cloud ☁️ 9!! His prices were good and welll worth it! Very strong hands, very professional and best massage 💆‍♂️ I’ve ever had!!!

You should take this down if it’s not the case.My only issues were not getting the massage I paid for and paying full price for a massage that ended 10 minutes short and expecting a 33% tip. I shouldn’t have tipped at all given I didn’t receive the full services I paid for and rude customer service.This place deserves the 1 star review.4/20/24They advertise a $50 one hour massage on the store window but it’s $60 when you go inside. Waited 15 min for someone to be available. The massage was only 50 minutes, I was charged for 60 minutes. Requested deep tissue but got Swedish. I thought I was being generous with any tip because I didn’t get anything I wanted. The ladies will watch and pressure you into tipping at least $20 which is an absurd 33% for subpar service.

Called to see if they had availability for a walk in, they did so I got there in about 30mins. Harry was my masseur. He recommended me upgrading from a 60min Combination Massage to a 90 min. I agreed. The price cant be beat. Im happy I did. He did a great job. He applied great pressure and also did a few stretches which were much needed. He also did a quick hot stone massage. Overall, Id recommend this place. Also, if youre hungry afterwards, youre already in the Chinatown area so theres so much to choose from. *Hard for me to give 5 stars to any place of business because everyone and everything can have room for improvement. So take my 4 as a 5 if you will. Lol!

It was a very unique experience and I now I know what to expect if I decide to go again.I got the combo massage for 2 people. The ambiance isn’t that great. it’s a lot of beds in one room, with just LED lighting. The water they gave us for our feet was piping hot!! It hurt our feet for a lil bit. They did have to bring us cold water before putting our feet back in.The massage was great I really liked it.I felt like they weren’t very personable though. I also basically flashed the dude who was massaging me bc I had to take off my bralette. Make sure to wear a clip backed bra!We failed at bringing the cash in from the car for tip. They basically forced me to sit down until my partner came back with the cash. I wanted to tip $15 and they showed me a tipping chart with different levels of happy faces. They said they can charge my card for a tip payment so we tipped $20 total.

Great price for the quality of service you get. They work hard to massage your sore muscles away. It would be better if the chairs are not so close to each other 😂

Doesn’t a massage usually cost at least 85 bucks? The price is low so make up the cost in tips okay? I think that’s not asking for too much. I say that because a lot of people are complaining about the price. I’ve really looked around and gotten a lot of massages looking for REAL CHINESE FOOT MASSAGE and here it is! If you are looking for that come here ask for Harry and tell him you want a real Chinese foot massage with hard pressure. His movements are slow but precise. Then tip! Really! Well! Close the price gap. Don’t look for Chinese prices in America! If you want Chinese prices, fly to China.

Amazing massage. The place is located in the 2nd floor. It was clean. We had combination of foot and back massage. The ladies were experienced and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend the place.

The staff is nice, the massage was great. I asked for a 60 minute body massage and its the first time my feet did not get touched. Every part of my body was nicely massage with oil and hot stones. At the end I asked the cashier if feet was not included with the body massage and was told it is not. So I payed for a additional 30 min massage for my feet and was also told to let them know next time I want my feet massage as well. I been there before and i didnt experienced this. Well I guess next time I will ask for a full body massage including my feet.Thankyou for the great massage, I would of left a more generoustip if I didnt have to stay there extra 30 min and pay extra for the service. And got massage my legs a little more than my feet I could be on the wrong but honestly I feel like I didnt have to request for something that it has always been included in my previous service here and other places. I would of been happy if it was only a few minutes that my feet felt the love too🙃

They have good prices for their services. I had the 90 minutes body massage. The female therapist did a good job on the back but barely did anything for the arms and legs. She finished in under 80 minutes so she definitely had time to do more on the arms and legs.

Typical Chinese foot spa. They have a small room for full body massage with hot stone. The foot massage area has two rows of couch/tables. No privacy. Service is friendly. They take walk-ins. I found them at Groupon. She asked for $10 extra for the combo/hot stone massage.

In Response to The owner. We were never taken to a room. we never took our clothes off. the man and woman gave us a massage with our clothes on. In your waiting area. I think it was cleaning people We had a 9 pm appointment . They didnt know how to give a massage, it was painful. They charged us First $140.For the worse Massage I ever had. Great massage here for better price than others around. $50/hr in large room or $60/hr in personal room separated by drapes. The front counter guy was very professional and communicative. He even sent me Google maps link & directions. The massage gal, Julie was very strong and good at knowing anatomy & fixing pains in neck, shoulders, back & legs. Ill go back soon and have her massage my wife too.

I had a 90 minute massage and it was very relaxing. The CBD oil and hot stones are a must and will help wipe away your aches and pains!

Wow! Clean, professional massage area (multi-bed main room) and fantastic masseuse! I went with a friend and we each had a great massage. Price was really reasonable (we had a 1 hour special for just $50) that included hot stones. Deep tissue head to toe !!! Worst place. Asked for a woman masseuse and a room and they said they said ok. But then i got a man fot my massage and no room. They keep you on a general area were they have about 8 rrclynable chairs and youre there with other people. They expect you to take off your clothes with the other people there so they can give you the massage. The place is loud and not relaxing at all. I was very unhappy with the service so I did noy leave a tip, just paid for the setvice and about 3 of the employees went out to stop me and fight over a tip. After I told them why I was unhappy, they kept fighting me to leave a tip as if I had committed a crime or if I left without paying the service. They then said the room is an extra charge which I would have paid if theyve told me about it but they just chose not to listen to me. If I coukd give 0 stars I would. DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

I called they told me $48 for hour when I got there it was $48/hr for foot massage ONLY. I got the combo since it was only 2 more dollars. It’s 30 min feet 30 min body. Lady started on my feet at 5:09 ended at 5:27 that’s not a full 30 min on my feet. Then she was mainly massaging my legs only did my actual feet for 5 min. Then went to my back it was mainly just putting pressure on my back then when she started massaging my back she was only rubbing lotion against my back there was no actual massage. NO PRIVACY AT ALL Then when it was over she held a towel up for me but then put it down half way of me putting my dress on which caused a random guy two chairs away from me to get a look at my underwear and the bottom half of my body. Definitely didn’t get what I paid for.

I am a massage therapist, and I’m very specific on the type of therapist I have work on me. I’ve been seeing Harry for two years plus and he is amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a deep therapeutic massage.

Just moved to Vegas from Cali, was looking for a good massage spa.. tried a few places this is the one that I liked the best. Great quality massage at a great price and very nice staff.

Located in a strip mall the three of us walked in 90 minute full body massages with hot stone and back scrubs. Upon entering we were greeted cheerfully. The place was clean very well decorated and peaceful. I cant speak for my partners who said there massages were great but Im going to call my massage therapist the body Whisperer. Having Advanced chronic lyme disease it can be very dangerous for me to get a massage. But she almost knew my body inside out. I would highly recommend this to anybody and their prices are extremely reasonable. Thank you these three made our vacation just that more special. The Tranquil atmosphere is awesome. The only small criticism is do not do 3/4 walls yet do a totally enclosed room. Bravo to this new business in this caring and nurturing staff volume.

My treatment was a gift from my daughter and son-in-law for Mothers Day. Id never been to a spa before, so I wasnt sure exactly what to expect. The young lady that gave me my massage and foot scrub was phenomenal! Its a very relaxing environment and she was very gentle and nice. Since it was a gift, Im not sure what the cost of the session was, but it was one of the best Mothers Day presents Ive ever received! Great place to visit!

They did a great job this is the first time i have ever had anybody or anything touching my feet. I noticed that my sinus was getting better which I have had for years. I expected it to hurt but it did not hurt it was just a little bit of a pain.

We drove up 2 hours. Great massage but they twist your arm for the mandatory tip. They said they work hard & deserve a tip. We all work hard!!Tipping is & should be optional thus it took away from the great massage. Ambience nice, we both enjoyed but please change your tipping policy.

Called ahead to see if they would be able to accommodate 8 girls all together within 15 minutes and they told us to come on in. To our dismay, we arrived to find that there was a 30 minute wait, so we called nearby places. One of the staff convinced us to stay, indicating the wait would be less. Some girls in our group got to go first while others continued to wait. No biggie.When it was finally my turn, I enjoyed every minute of my massage! I only wished that it was longer! Much needed after a long weekend of walking in heels.Aside from giving us a 10% discount for the inconvenience, the owner/manager gave all of us a ride back to the strip!!! Very thoughtful and for that reason worthy of 5 stars! Next time Im in Vegas I will definitely return!

Ive been going here for years. Never had a bad massage yet. Everything has been great from price to service. Being a construction worker its a great escape for me. I do try to go once a week.

For one thing, they pay you $5 if you write a 5 star review before leaving, which I think explains how they managed to have so many 5 star reviews. For the foot massage, mine was good but my partners was barely considered a massage. For the full body massage, the pressure was too hard even after asking them to be lighter - we both have bruises/soreness now and my partners hands are really swollen. For mine, the guy kept touching me inappropriately despite repeatedly telling him/moving his hands, to the point where I considered just walking out of the massage. We didnt, but my partner told me after that there was a sign on the door when you enter saying no refunds once you pay and start the massage which I think says something in itself. We got this for a good price through Groupon but it was not worth it.

The foot scrub and full body message was a great package. The foot scrub massage was so well done but be careful the water can be hot. The masseuse had many techniques for both the body and feet. The oils and lotions made my feet so soft. The foot scrub is not a substitute for a pedicure though so although it does make your feet soft it will not get rid of most dry skin. The masseuse was very responsive to pressure critique and I enjoyed my massage. My friend recommends the hot stones and called them “instantly relaxing”. Customer service was attentive, kind, and thoughtful.

My Friend and I went yesterday. At first we were confused as to what to do. they showed us our spots and left. Then came back and we got the foot scrub. it was nice. after we went to a room got full body massage. it was nice. then it was time to leave and the girls were stand near the door. we went to leave our tip on the desk. my friend apparently wasn’t leaving enough as one girl was saying excuse me it required and was pointing to a type sign on the wall. happy $10 extra happy $20. extremely happy $30. we were confused and ended up giving more tip as we were pressured. That ruined our experience and we both felt screwed. but unfortunately without the happy ending. We will not be returning.

When I called to make an appointment the man told me it would be $56 per person. So skip past the massage, I am now being charged $108 per person for the 90 min couples massage. I showed them the price list and that it doesnt say per person for the couples massage and thats not what I was told on the phone and her response was that the person who gave me that price doesnt speak good English. I paid the extra amount and left. The owner later text me blaming me for the miscommunication and threatened to sue me for defamation of character if I posted this review about my experience. Beware of hidden/misleading prices as mentioned in other reviews.on yelp.

It was my first time to go to Spring spa. People @ spring spa was very nice. My masseur was Tony with 👓. He was the best masseur so far in my massage experience in Vegas. I love Shiatsu massage. He did excellent job. I had a headache but it was gone after treatment. I will go back this place again and ill ask Tony with 👓 again❢

Bought a couples massage on Groupon for a good deal. Not very good service. The girls that were our masseuses didnt know English, were talking a lot in another language during the massage, laughing which wasnt professional, and it was not a quality enjoyable nor relaxing experience/massage. Unfortunately the business would do better if they had quality masseuses who took their jobs more seriously. I also did not pay the tip that they claim you should pay which you dont because we were not happy. I was very polite, and just kept saying no I wasnt happy and eventually they said thats okay and let us go.

AMAZING. I cannot say enough about this place, the services, and the people.  Just a short 8 min car ride away from the strip, this place is really a must. I wish I found it earlier.My body was aching, I mean lots of pain from spending a few days in Vegas, so I decided to try out this spa and got the full body massage with a body scrub... I couldve stayed all day.I really appreciated how clean and well thought out the space was.  Its also a family friendly spa. Ill be back every time Im in this city.

Great foot Massage!!I travel a lot get massage all around the US so I know a great massage when I get one and this is AS Good As It Gets.   Ben was professional and helpful without many knots in my neck and shoulder. Hes foot massage is the BEST that I appreciate.  Warm stone on my feet, a soothing my feet not hard and painful like you usually get at the cheaper places, and good quality organic products used.SPRING SPA delivers that experience and then some! I will request he service again and I recommend to anyone.

Came here twice this week, massage was great. First time my dad paid for all of us and gave them $10 each for tip total being $40. Today my mom gave them $5 each for tip and they said it was too little and showed us a sign SAYING “$10 tip if not happy, $15 tip for happy and $20 tip for very happy.” Like what? That’s so stupid. Tip is tip, the fact it’s a $5 tip and you’re still unappreciated? We all work hard for our money, not just you.

I just wanted to let u guys know that this spa is awful. It is a shady little place. As soon as me and my husband entered the ladies starting asking how much I paid on groupon. Upon telling them that I paid $60 they started laughing hysterically and gave no explanation. They spent 25 minutes on doing the feet in a room full of people instead of giving us a private room. Then afterwards they took us to a room, where they took 5 minutes to come back. They massaged for 15 minutes and even though 10 minutes were still left she said massage finished. She kept leaving in between too to attend other customers and said the boss wasnt there so she had to leave. Me and my husband tipped them 17 dollars for their poor service but they got angry and asked for a 20 dollar tip. My husband said the rest of the money was in the car and they followed us to the car. I was so disappointed at the service. I would never go to a ghetto place like that, where they force customers to give more money. This was the most uncomfortable massage I ever had. It was more of a back rub than a massage. I recommend oasis spa instead of this place.

Had a great experience last night . Have been going to the same places. Got the chance to try somewhere different tonight. So happy I did. My friend and I got 90 minutes.During the massage me discussed how cute we thought the room we were in was. We loved that the bed was actually comfortable. The face hole was so comfortable and easy to breathe through. I always find that I am unable to breathe at other places because they scoot their chair under the hole or it is just to stuffy I cant breathe.The amount of pressure YOYO used was perfect. There was no feeling like I was on the edge of having to let them know they were hurting me. The entire massage was perfect.All the normal things I complain about at my usual spots were not complaints here. She was present, awake, and not on the phone the entire massage. I feel like this is becoming the routine at other foot spas. Everything about my experience tonight was professional.  Thank you YOYO for a great massage.

This was an awful experience. Every staff member we interacted with acted in an unprofessional manner. They forgot our reservation, questioned the legitimacy of our Groupon deal, and provided an awful massage experience. The lack of privacy was appalling and is the main reason I will never return to this establishment. Our private couples message occurred in the main room where everyone can watch you. Other guests and staff were constantly walking next to our seats and bumping into us. The massage staff would carry on their conversations the entire time and acted like we were just a nuisance. And finally, they had us remove our clothing in the main room where staff clearly saw us shirtless (which I learned after the fact). Please, save yourself some money and avoid this place.

The service was nice. Really enjoyed the message. When it was time to leave the staff was standing at the door and when we gave them a 10.00 dollar tip for each of the 3 that gave my husband daughter and myself message. They were really upset cause we did not give them more.this was our 2atime there we liked them. But now would have to say after this happened today will be looking somewhere else . There are many messages spas around Vegas. Really disappointed.

Just had my first massage ever here, it was so amazing! Had the green tea foot soak and sugar scrub with foot and leg massage followed by a full body massage. It was very relaxing and made sure to spend the same time on each part of your body. Would definitely go back!

Okay, I read the other reviews. I will tell you this is a massage where if you have sore muscles or you like firm pressure you are going to love it! I am one of those people and thought this is one of the best massages Ive ever had. Let me mention, that I am a massage therapist and get massages frequently. The customer service was good and the people were very nice. I didnt get harassed for a tip, but maybe thats because I had the courtesy to offer them one without being asked. Also, they offered us the hot-stone upgrade, but we declined it and that was all that was said about it. We didnt feel harassed in any way about upgrading for additional services. This is not a frou-frou frillly spa. If you go with the right expectation, you will love it! I highly recommend them.

Now Ive a lot of massages done because I have a desk job and drive a lot and lift weights so Im always sore. I have had some really good and bad massages some of the best were in Bangkok. Spring Spa is up there on my list of best massages. I did the 60 min full body with rose water foot bath and scrub combo . Excellent price to quality ratio.

This is an awesome place to get a massage at much lower prices than the strip casino spas. You can choose between body massage on a table or foot massage in a chair. I always ask for Harry, he’s strong and skilled. It’s a short drive or uber ride from the strip, and your money will stretch a lot farther! I visit almost every time I’m in Vegas.

This place is top notch, PURE🔥 i dont about the quality of pain/suffering from some other reviews but if you feel like the person is going to hard then just let them know to lower the massage level simple as that. Sure there are add ons but the full body massage will run you $40 grand total after $10 tip, make sure you mention the Yelp special for this pricing. HIGHLY recommend to unwind and use before you head out on the long drive towards your own city lols.

I remember coming here last year and having a pretty good massage and reflexology. Our bodies was in pain and I told my friend about this place. Oh boy what a year does as it was a total let down.We called on the phone to see if they could take us in 20 minutes and I asked about the Yelp special and the lady said yes. When we got there, there was no one to greet us. We had to wait a few minutes before the lady came out from the back. We discussed getting the Yelp special once again $50 for 90 minutes full body. I asked her how much for 30 minutes for reflexology and she said $25 but we were hesitant so she said ok $20 more for the reflexology so $70 for the whole two hours which in our minds was really good. She asked for payment upfront which wasnt a problem but Im used to paying after the massage. I figured out why she wanted payment as the massage people werent there yet and she had to call them to come in.We waited in the backroom soaking our feet in hot water. Finally after 10 minutes one person came and told us to wait a couple more minutes for the other person. Here comes the quirkiness. The one lady who was going to massage my friend stood up and said she was going to massage me. We both was like ah ok whatever. So Im getting my massage which wasnt the deep tissue I normally used to and about 20 minutes of rubbing my head and part of my back she starts asking me for more money that the $70 we agreed upon with the lady in the front was too cheap. I told her thats what the other lady said so she tried to upgrade our massages saying $5-$10 more and we can get our feet massaged. I told her the reflexology was supposed to be 30 minutes and she walked away and went to talk to the lady in the front. Then I guess the male manager came up to me to say it was too cheap. I repeated myself again what the deal was. They we talking amongst themselves and the man came up to me again saying needs more money. I told him to just refund us for the massage and we will leave. After talking to the girli again the guy says ok no problem. So the same girl after massaging me for about 20 minutes tells me that I need more power referring that a guy is now going to massage me. The guy was even worse as he started to massage my head again and I asked him to please massage my back as the other person already spent a good amount of time doing that. He sounded sick like his nose was running and he was coughing. I tried to tune him out but he was sick. I felt so gross. On top of that he would just out his forearm on my back and just keep it there. I was like where was the massage. He would do this through out the entire time. He finally tells me to turn over on my back and he literally only massaged me for like maybe 6 minutes. He then tells me the massage is over and walks away. No thank you, how are you doing, nothing. I think he knew he was junk as he didnt even come out to ask for his tip. The other person who massaged my friend wasnt that good either. If you get massages you pretty much know what people do and they didnt do any of that. At least she tried to work on my friend. To make matters worse, we didnt get our 30 minutes of reflexology and they ended our time early.When we got to the front the manager and the front desk girl was no where to be found.This is probably my worse massage ever in my entire life. I will never ever come back here again.

This was my husband and I first couple massage or any massage and I would definitely recommend it and I would do it again.  The atmosphere was very soothing the music and low lights made it relaxing. We were escorted to a private room for the massage. I paid 10 extra each for the hot stones and it was blissful. I was worried it might feel awkward or that Id feel embarrassed but I was too busy being in heaven. My husband said his technician was a little rougher than mine but he still enjoyed it as much as I did. After the massage we went to the next room for our green tea foot soak and sugar scrub. It wasnt just a quick dip and scrub they continued to massage the calfs and ankles and feet it felt amazing. By the time we were done I felt like I could just float out the door. In conclusion do this either alone or with your significant other it is soooooooo worth every penny.

Mixed feelings about the review. On one hand we had a couples massage and the service was great and for a great price. One the other hand they didnt change their sheets or towels after a service was given. I find that incredibly gross.

It was good, the massage pad very general, they don’t really specify on areas, aka they don’t ask you where does it hurt more or anything like that. So if you are looking for a general massage, it’s a great place! Don’t skip on the hot stones because they were the best part of the massage! The people were very friendly!

I Went today and wasnt impressed overall. The Massage was basically just a rub down & Im pretty sure the guy who did mine was falling asleep while he was rubbing my feet. He even answered his phone once or twice which i thought was extremely unprofessional considering you have NO Privacy. Besides the small body massage room, which was the size of a closet with a curtain dividing from the rest of the main room, it made it extremely hard to relax with all the noise. The ladies slapping their clients legs were probably the worst part! It sounded like sex noises as it would start soft and get louder and faster, it was very awkward. There was nothing really even separating the front entrance to the main room so noise from clients entering and exiting the facility was unavoidable.I found them on groupon so the deal was a good one as i got a foot scrub/soak which was nice. Needless to say, I wont be going back, as theres 100 other of these type of massage places on Spring Mountain. For the price, its mediocre at best. My husband honestly gives better massages and Im far more relaxed in my own home than i was here.

My husband and I went in for a couples body and foot massage. It was the best massage ever for us both. One small confusion was hot rocks being an additional $10 each person, but they dont tell you that until after the massage is complete, that was ok though, as the hot rocks felt really nice.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC SPA! My boyfriend and I were a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but we bought a couples massage from Groupon anyway and we were blown away. I read a review that said the beginning is awkward, and it is slightly. Just take off your shoes when they show you to a bed and youll be fine. The foot massage was phenomenal. After 3 days of walking everywhere in Vegas, the foot massage was much needed. I had Yoyo and my boyfriend had Coco. After the foot massage, they take you to a separate room for the full body massage. They really concentrated on every part of our body. You do take all of your clothes off except underwear, but they cover you with a soft blanket. Theres some massaging on top of the blanket, then a massage with oil under the blanket. Minimum tip is $10, but we tipped $50 altogether because it was THAT good. Those 2 women worked HARD. I understand the minimum tip because they literally put their foot into that massage. Bypass the reviews giving low stars which inevitably talk about the ladies wanting a higher tip; they deserve every dollar they earn from their tips. The next time Im in Vegas, Im going to them. My sister and I came together but they started me at least 10 minutes later. It was odd we finished almost the same time. My massage was shortened. She thought her person was good. Minewas more ofan ankle and shin massage. I think he touched only my big toes.When you come in the massage space is one open room beds to lay on. It would have been better in there were pillows for lower back and knees. When we finished our massage we looked around and there was staff laying around on other beds. During the massage one of the therapists answered their phone. Not cool. would not recommend this place.

10/10! My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and this was the highlight experience of our entire Vegas getaway! The staff is truly talented and will immerse you into a calm and peaceful state of mind while working diligently to provide you with a truly top quality massage. Im a pretty big guy, but that was not even a factor for these dedicated professionals! a MUST visit and for such a deal!

I went back for more and I feel great! I havent had a massage in a long time and now that coco has been taking care of me , I am starting to feel better especially after my shoulder injury. Their massages was great, but they enforce a tipping charge. My husband gave a $20 tip, but they demanded more because they said they work hard, as if we all dont. Be prepared to spend more than they are worth.

We just had the most amazing couples massage, foot soak, salt scrub, hot stones and full body massage. These girls were amazing, I highly recommend to anyone in the Vegas area. Groupon has a deal for this package 75$, it was worth way more. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Very good price.  Very skilled massage.If youre serious about getting your body re-aligned, go get some expensive fu-fu massage at an over rated hotel on the strip.  This place is legit.  My husband and I got a couples massage.  Both therapists knew their trade remarkably well.  They are more the caliber of what you should find in a physical therapists office.  They used heat, depth, hydrotherapy, and directional massage to trace muscle groups, promote circulation, release bound tendons & nerves.I had a rib that was out.  She found it and fixed it.My husband works with large scale compressors in a highly industrialized oil field.  The therapist recognized issues with his neck, shoulders, & lower back.This is not American traditional. So if you arent willing to get out of your comfort-zone, stick with substandard feel-good places.

Great first experience. I got an hour massage, foot scrub/massage, and the hot stone treatment. It was very reasonably priced and the masseuse was very attentive. I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

Purchased a groupon for a couples full body massage with rose bath and foot scrub and was very disappointed. First off maybe its a Vegas thing but who does a massage in a room with 10 people absolutely no privacy....they massage over your clothes and theres an additional fee for oil on your back are you kidding me. Not to mention my masseur was hurting me and after asking 7 times at least for her to lighten up on the pressure I was ready to leave.... Maybe they didnt give us there normal service since we arnt from Vegas but either way I was not happy. I tried to explain to the manager why the services were sub par without being rude and why I would not be tipping and she got rude with me and just walked off. Maybe Im just use to better customer service but this was not handled correctly at all by management.

My mom purchased my massage for me for my birthday in vegas .She thought it was the couple package but uppon arrival I found out that it was only for one,so I had to pay 39 dollars for My wife to join me .The massage felt rushed and it was pretty painful.After we finished we walk out to pay the 39 dollars and three ladies was guarding the door. She pointed to the wall were it instructed you to pay 10 20 or 30 dollars for tip. I jest paid 39 dollars that i didnt plan on spending and now they want 20 dollars for me and My wife?I feel a tip shouldnt feel forced or bullied out of you. They followed me outside worst customer servise.If you ever plan to go here make sure you ready to tip.

I saw this place on Groupon and decided to give it a try. I went with my husband for a couples massage and with a friend as a separate voucher. We walk in and they barely greeted us giving us enough time to let them know we came in through Groupon. They quickly told my husband and I to go in to a room which happens to have a camera in it (which I didnt notice until after getting undressed) which I still dont think is legal to have in rooms where people undress. We are now laying there 15 mins later and no massages! They arrive and dont introduce themselves nor apologize for the 15 min delay! Then I get a man who just basically treated me like a rag doll. Worst massages ever which only lasted maybe 20 mins when it was suppose to be a 60 min massage! Then we get to the foot massage part & it was just more beatings. Lastly they had the audacity to FORCE people to tip a certain amount! I was regardlessly going to tip but they bully people into tipping what they want not what the customer wants! LASTLY THEY HAVE BED BUGS! I HAVE SEVERAL BITES ON MH BODY!!! DISGUSTING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

You really can’t go wrong at Spring spa. Feel bloomin marvelous after a REALLY great massage. I don’t remember the name of the therapist sadly, but $38 for a full body massage is great value in my book. Or if you’re super fancy, go to the strip hotels and spend $200-$300. Nah. I’ll stick with Spring Spa thanks.

We had a Groupon coupon for a couples massage and for scrub. We were glad we went here. This was our first massage ever, and we will be going here every time we come to Vegas. The staff was very friendly, and professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Wonderful place!

Even though covid this place was amazing!!! I didn’t even have to say anything and my male masseuse knew exactly what knots to work out. You do have to wear mask and I do recommend you sliding down to breathe when your front face on the table. They were super friendly and we will be back!

This place is very small and hard to keep the outside noises, as well as front desk conversations quiet enough.The recliners were also squished together and I felt like the therapists had a hard time not stepping on peoples shoes and keys while massaging their clients.Suggestions for management, give each patron a clear plastic storage box (the size of a shoebox) so they can put their shoes, socks, watches and car keys etc. Number the boxes the same as the recliners and have shelf for the boxes on the back wall. Therapists then can bring the patron their box back at the end of the massage.There was a Groupon for a couples massage. We spent 30 mins in the group room getting foot reflexology and then transitioned to a private room for the body massage.The foot reflexology wasnt anything to write home about and the neither was the full body massage. 5/10They get a star for being clean and another for their kind customer service.Business seems like its going well for them, hopefully they can move to a bigger space that will allow for quiet, uninterrupted massages and space for the massage therapists to move around clients effectively.

The idea of getting massage came to us while we were having breakfast in china town. We simply yelped and found this massage place (currently named spring spa We arrived with 4 hour sleep, a severe hangover and very painful body . We received the combo massage -30 min foot massage and 30 min body massage. Its like 38 , cant beat the price ! It was the best decision we ever made in vegas. The people were very friendly and they were very experienced. I felt so much better after the massage . Highly recommend the place!!

I was helping my friend moving from a small apt to a bigger home and I was half dead, extremely exhausted. Luckily, my friend referred me to this spa and I was greeted by the owner Lee and I was able to get a whole package from Judy, the masseuse. She first provided a whole bucket of hot water to relax my feet, then she started to work on my head gently to help me relax. At that point, my sinus and headaches felt much better due to the gentle touch. Next, she started to work on my neck, shoulders, my feet, back and she even put some hot stones on my lower back cuz I told her I have back pain. Her hands were amazing and I felt like she is like an angle that saved me from hell. I had never met anyone who is as skillful or as patient as she is. Thx again, Lee and Judy for the outstanding services and I will definitely bring my friends and coworker if they ever need.

READ. After my expensive massage they were demanding a 20$ tip from each me and my girlfriend. They blocked the door and three of the workers and they circled us in a corner. Really. After I refused to pay and forced my way out of the door they followed after us and yelled that we were never allowed back in. Really.

I’m only giving a 1 start because I HAVE to but they’re the worse. I made an appt at 2 pm and called in advance to ask if I could get a massage since I am pregnant. The lady on the phone said that’s fine and booked me. When me and my boyfriend got there.. we were SKIPPED by some walk ins then I got a guy who was soooo rough with my feet and I had to keep asking him to massage softer but he seemed to get annoyed every time I mentioned it, my boyfriend had to wait like 45min till they FINALLY got to him. (It was supposed to be a couples massage) my turn to get a body massage came and my masseuse was yet AGAIN massaging my back sooooo hard until I told him to completely stop since I am pregnant THEN he gets annoyed at the fact that I didn’t mentioned it to him, I explained that I had called 3 hours in advance exactly for that reason and his response was “oh well not all messages are passed on to us so it falls on you pretty much” so rude. I of course finished before my boyfriends massage and told him what happened so he didn’t give them the tip that they wanted and his masseuse literally screamed across the room in her language because she was upset that we didn’t tip her what she wanted. If we ever visit Vegas again we will NEVER return to this dump of a place.

Tip hungry people. My sil and bil tipped their massage lady double what my husband and I tipped. After paying we left to stay outside while waiting on other family members to finish up. The lady chased my husband and started arguing saying that my sil and bil tipped their lady 20 while we tipped 10 only, that shes not happy. First off you should not chase after someone for tips and 2nd of all you get tip based on how you do only. Would not recommend.

Did a couples massage and i guess it depends who you get because my husband got a GREAT massage and my masseuse didnt even rub my shoulders or neck at all! I mean, she did a nice job on my legs and ok on feet but looking over and seeing what my husband was getting and hoping for my shouldes to be next the whole time, and thattime never coming, was a little disappointing.

I had difficulty finding this place upstairs cause GPS sent me to the big Chinese mall next door w only Chinese signs. Apple, the masseuse, hurt so good:) Not a luxury place. Group setting for feet massage. The massage room had other beds. But worth the Groupon rate.

I really loved it the last time I went, but this time my massage therapist rushed through the massage and that was more stressful. Its not a posh place but its cute and small and for the great deal they always have, it is perfect.

Amazing! We did a couples massage with the green tea foot soak and sea salt scrub for our feet. Then a hot stone massage. It was deep tissue (some intense spots but SO worth).

This place is awesome! Its a little different atmosphere from a massage envy, but the therapists are amazing! I think this was a better massage then any place Ive been to before and it was very affordable.

I live in San Francisco is the first time I come here me and my husband give them 20$ tips before they start because they asked for it . After we done they asked for 20$ more and they told my husband that we have to give them more. Generally, the tips after we done but they asked fo it before and after, omg I don’t recommend to anyone. Honestly, in San Francisco not like that.

Warning do not go! This is one of those places that demand a certain amount of tip or else they dont let you leave. Theres no privacy. They have large lounge chairs all in one room and thats where the massage is done.

The massages we received were mediocre (three of us requested deep tissue massages. The massages were Swedish). There are $20/60 minute massage businesses in the area which are a better value.

It was quiet and nice place at 10 pm . Full body massage with hot stone was 50$. If you ask for hard massage they will do that too. It was ok not perfect but it was enough to sleep well.
