Ive been going to this place for over 5 years, not because I always had a good massage, but because it was my go to place. Ive had good massages and some bad, but I always gave them a try. Tonight the lady forgot my face massage, didnt massage my feet and when i reminded her, she did a rude gesture she went and asked the front desk guy. When she come back and tried to start my massage, she had an annoyed expressive body language.I wouldnt want anyone touching my body after that so I told her is OK its over. I asked the front desk guy just to clarified that the 60min massage is 40min body 20min feet which he did confirmed, but never acknowledge that it was wrong of her to forget didnt seem to care and continued with the transaction asking for the mandatory tip amount. Im big in customer service and other small things happened that really disappointed me tonight. Sadly I will be looking for a better place, nothing special this one has to offer.

The massage was good and I would have rated more but since after I paid $100 for a couples massage, they was upset that I gave a tip of $10. They was rude and act like the tips there were mandatory. They should have said that before paying. Great massage but if you go prepare to tip or they will ruin your day and experience.

Mood- Im ClumsyOk Im that gal who falls up stairs, runs into door jams, and stumbles over fake objects that arent there. That being said my latest fiasco was falling off of ladder and my foot catching my fall as I crashed down onto the ground. I was more concerned about my dress that I tore up opposed to the damage with my foot. Lol after that craziness, I needed to unwind with a foot massage.Upon entering was quickly greeted and given the run down of what availability they had. Unfortunately we were short on time and it was the 3 of us. So we opted for a 30 minute reflexology massage.Interior of our room was adequately set up with three massage beds. Everything was very clean. Peaceful Zen music was playing in the background. It def gave me a more relaxed experience to just zone out.My reflexology masseuse was very gentle with my foot and took her time. I was very grateful as I knew I needed to unwind but had the foot ladder issue as well.Would most def recommend- pricing to me was typical for the services offered. The staff was very hospitable and courteous to all of us especially with it being last minute. I would come back to entertain their other services offered.

I called ahead for a 60 minute reflexology as I have been on my feet touring the Grand Canyon and the Vegas strip. I have had many other reflexology massages and I had a level of expectation on what that would entail. I was greeted promptly and shown to a treatment room. The lighting is really dim probably so you don’t notice the shabby interior. No massage chair or regular whirlpool, just dunk my feet in a bucket of warm water. Initially I was relieved that it had a plastic liner. But my disappointment quickly mounted as the man proceeded to rub the top of my shin over and over to the point of irritation. He worked on my toes all of 30 seconds and then back to the shin rub, completely ignoring the sole of my foot, the whole point of reflexology. After about twenty minutes I had had all I could stand. I rose up, explained to the man that he was not trained in reflexology and I needed to leave. I left the man at the desk $10.00 for his time but felt like that was a complete waste of money. Don’t call yourself a foot spa if you don’t have training in reflexology.

Being a 13 year local here in Las Vegas and trying many massage places to support all the local spots this place is dead last. Simply just terrible. Signed up for a 70 min service, GF and I left 20 mins in. I wish things were different. After reading all the positive reviews, never expected the outcome to be this.

Awesome! There were 6 of us and we opted for the deep tissue massage! Everyone had a great experience! The masseuse is professional and nice, always asking if the pressure is right, the muscles are tense and sore after a long drive, we always need a massage and this is the best! We will be back soon! While in Las Vegas recently, I decided to stop by Zen Foot Spa to while away some time before my flight. That was a very relaxing massage. You can have a simple foot massage for $50 for an hour, or the whole shebang for $50.

Notice - you are required (have) to pay at least 20% tips regardless what (experience ) type of massage you have and credit card fee for EACH person. 3 of us went in, there was no door but see through curtain door that kind of awkward when you are changing or half naked during the massage, no privacy. One of us is male, but the male staff came in to do my girl instead - we didn’t like the arrangements and the massage was ok not worth for the tips that we were pressed (told) have to pay. And we had less then 60 minutes massage even though it says 60 minutes. Not recommended.

Massage was amazing! I used Owen, he put a lot of focus on healing tough spots and took out some knots.But buyer beware, there is a $10 REQUIRED tip. But honestly I didnt find this out until I Had already tipped Owen $20!! Because he was so good.Plus they have fair prices, I paid $50 for 1hr whos is really like 45mins of massage time because of all of the transitions. Very clean nice place

We found them on Groupon. We called them and they told us to just come into the store instead of paying Groupon. We went in they were very polite and put us in a room. We got into the room at 5:30 p.m. and were undressed by 5:32. Their staff did not enter the room until 5:42 p.m. They began massages with sheets over our bodies. For the first 15 minutes they rubbed the sheets which caused friction all over my body and pain. When I finally said something they switched to massage oil. They massaged us for 15 minutes and then put sheets back on us and finished out the massage on our arms and legs and feet. The worst part was that the two of them talked almost the entire time. When I get a massage I want to close my eyes and rest and relax and meditate. Not here to people have a conversation two feet from me! When we left we informed the lady that we were not happy and she basically told us we needed to tip them $10 per person even though the service was not good and we were not happy. I definitely recommend finding another massage place. Ive been getting massages for the last 20 years and have a severe pain so when I pay for a massage I expect to be relaxed and be pain free when I leave. We will not be returning!

A very typical Chinese massage place, we called to inquire about the price as the website has not listed it explicitly. We were told $50 for the full body, even though we confirmed again that it was for the full body. I think there is a catch that the owner would give you the price of combo, instead of full body massage.The place is clean however there is no door or full curtain of the individual rooms, thus it makes the whole changing clothes very awkward, their Curtains are half way and see through.Their staff were very polite but unfortunately their skills were not very impressive. None of my knots was specifically targeted, and it was a light brush through kinda massage. Felt like nothing afterwards.

After days of walking around we decided to get a foot massage after having some sushi in China/Korea Town so we saw a big sign that said Zens Foot Massage. Massage was hit or miss one wanted hard massage but they said they didnt understand and just rubbed her legs, another gave a good massage but was 10 minutes late coming in. There were 5 of us and we paid with a credit card and were told its an auto $10 tip per person added and $5 credit card fee on for credit card use afterwards, total damage $280. When asked again they act like they dont understand English.. feet do feel better just be aware there is some problems and much communication difficulties.

Fantastic massages by Sunny! She asks where you may want more attention and more pressure on your body. She is very detailed and skilled. I enjoy my massage every time that I come here!

Me an my husband went on our Honeymoon it was our first massage. when we arrived they were ready an pleasant.The lady an man that gave our massage made it hard to relax they talked to eachother for the first half hour. They guy that did my massage was very aggressive I had to tell him. He was hurting my leg an now I have bruises on my leg. My husband massage was good he said . But the reason I will never go back is because we tipped them an they tried to keep us inside because they say the tip had to be $20 . I told them a tip is based on your work if its a mandatory tip amount they should say that before service. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO NOONE

I can not fathom how this place has anywhere near 4 star reviews. My husband and I went in for a couples massage (we purchased a groupon) and it was the most horrific experience of my life. First the curtain only covered half the door and it was see through!!! This made us super uncomfortable. Then the guy came to me and the lady to my husband. I swear these people do not have possession of a massage license. I thought we were going to be paralyzed. I flinched once the guy pressed so incredibly hard on my head and he said, too hard? I said, yes he then laughed and continued to do the same pressure. I kept telling him it was too hard. I felt like the sheet was so thin that he was able to see my nips which I had to keep covered with my hands the entire time. It was such an awful awful experience. I will never go here again. There was no relaxing it was just stressing the whole time.

If I could give No stars I would. I bought a Groupon deal and tride to redeem, and whoever I spoke to acted like she didnt understand what I bought. However, the Groupon ad is listed on their company website. So I feel discriminated against, and that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Bad business

Zen foot spa? How about zen foot NAH! Zero stars. This experience was awful and a total waste of money and time. Went with my boyfriend for a couples massage. When we arrived business was slow so they were sitting in the waiting room. They took us back after we paid. The area is separated by curtains, so our tables were in a general area with other guests.The cons: started when we were undressing, one of the employees walked in without notice! She saw that we were barely dressed and obviously didnt care about our privacy because she didnt walk out as soon as she saw we werent ready.From the very beginning the girls talked to eachother and did so the ENTIRE time. No joke. Constant whispering for almost an hour.The one giving me a massage answered the phone twice during the session. One time stopping the massage entirely to speak on the phone! Shortly after, she left to go to the waiting room to deal with another customer all during the session!And tell me why 20 minutes in they both left to use the bathroom after I saw them sitting on the couch when we arrived! The area we were in didnt have a door so we could hear the toilet in the next room.Now to the quality of the massage...I could have sat in a massage chair for an hour and felt more relief. Paid $10 extra each to receive a hot stone/oil treatment and it didnt even last 2 minutes. That was the best part of the whole massage. And after all of that mess and disrespect they wanted gracious tips!This was supposed to be a nice experience while on holiday and it was beyond disappointing. I encourage everyone to avoid this place.

We actually booked for the 90 min massage but changed it to 60min because they were just wasting our time. There was no effort put into the massage at all. When to was time to pay we were kind enough to even want to tip anything such a terrible massage. There was a sign MANDATORY TIP $10. Wow that was the reason they didn’t put any effort into the massage cause they were guaranteed a tip regardless didn’t even have to work for it.Called to complain the owner said he can’t speak English. Keep away! We came a couple for 2 hours massage after we booked in advance and no therapist on the spot... They called 2 from another place after lying naked in the bed with our legs in hot water... THE therapist came exousted and tried.. Fell a sleep while doing the massage which was bad, and in the end they demand tip 10 usd per person per hr! The rudeness is amazing! Keep away

We got a couples massage. As we were undressing the ladies walked in chatting away with no respect for our privacy. The ladies whispered and laughed to each other the entire session from beginning to end. If felt as though they were making jokes about us. They even answered the phone during the session to book a client using one hand to massage while we could hear the customer on the other end loud and clear. At one point they both left to use the bathroom (which was very audible) when they returned a few minutes later they up sold the hot stone to us which would have been nice if it lasted for more than 90 seconds. At the end they tried to guilt us into tipping an amount that would have reflected exemplary service, when I told them how much I wanted to tip, total, they had 5 staff members at the desk that kept saying, “Each? They both get that tip, right?”. They repeated this until I finally agreed, just to end the transaction. $120 for a very disappointing experience.

Alright so I get there and theres this sweet old Asian guy. He gives me my massage. Hes all sweet and massaging me, then IT FEELS LIKE HE BEATING ME. Like super hard. Im getting beat the hell up. It was the best fight Ive been in. It was rough at time and I dont think he knew what softer was but I left there feeling way better than i thought I was going to after how rough it was. They really know what theyre doing.

I’ve been to A LOT of foot spas from Cali, Dallas, and Vegas. This one was the best!!! Masseuse 10/10Decoration and presentation. I wasn’t worried about.... could be better. But hey for $36 you get what you pay for.My boyfriend did feet only. It could have been harder, but his was ok. Plus he was wearing jeans so that’s his fault 🤡Anyway, the guy that did mine his name was Lukas, he did me PERFECT. Plus he kept asking if I was ok, too hard, too soft, etc... Perfect rhythm, spots, pressure points, and so on!!! I’m coming back tomorrow lol. Anyway Lukas is the bomb 💣🥵Will be back!!!!

While the crowd flocks to Bali foot spa down the street, I come here to escape the hoards. This place also $20/hour with a requested (almost required) minimum $10 tip, but most places, including Bal,i do the same thing. Unlike Bali, this place has private rooms, not just flimsy half wall dividers. Additionally, the masseuses here are able to deeply knead my sore muscles after a hard week of exercise. Come here to escape the crowds.

She walked on my back without asking. My mother and I went for massages and masseuse walked on my back, no notice, no ask for permission. It hurt and I had to ask her to get down. She talked to the other masseuse the entire time. The massage was horrible, service was horrible and I will not be going back.

Good massage but too expensive we are from California we only pay $20 and a $5.00 tip.
