On a Saturday night we had the worst dining experiences I had in LV so far. Waiting line wasn’t busy, but it took long to get to a table. Then it took long placing our order… and even longer until the tab water arrived, not even speaking about our drinks or the meal. When the meal arrived, we had several issues: the wings were already cold, my steak was well done instead of medium, and instead of my side salad they brought fries. Another side salad only appeared on the bill, but not on our table. We told the waitress that the salad was missing, but still we got charged for it. I had to ask for a steak knife, which was brought- but I had to clean it myself before using it. Given the poor service and meal quality the dinner was way overpriced. Only upside: the drinks were tasty.
After all the Hooters closed in the Pacific NW, Id been longing for my 3-mile island wings, so I planned a trip to Vegas to be able to indulge in the wings. I went 4 times in 3 days but only ate there 3 time. They seem to be understaffed with waitresses. I went there at 6:30 pm on a weeknight and there were only 2 girls and only 8 tables being served. There was a bartender but the bar was closed for sitting at (makes no sense to me). So as a single patron, I was unable to get seated, so I left and didnt go back. The other times I was there, was pretty much the same situation and I was there during what should be somewhat peak hours. My first visit I was stuck with 2 TVs that were frozen/glitching, so didnt have much to watch on TV. The girls always seemed overwhelmed. As for the food, my 3-mile island wings were delicious and just like I remembered. The curly fries and fried pickles were also very good. I was disappointed in my overall though because of the lack of staffing and seeing people turned away when there were plenty of tables open. I guess the Oyos reputation and management style are trickling in Hooters operation, creating the current environment. I will stick to making my own wings in my fryer with Hooters breading and 3-mile island sauce.
The only reason I even go to Hooters is for the crab legs! Unfortunately this one did not have them! I ordered my next favorite thing which were the fried pickles! They were okay. I think I’ve most definitely been spoiled by the south. Our way of cooking things is way better than the West Coast. Still service was okay… didn’t realize until the end of our meals check could not be separated! That would have been nice to know at the beginning of our meal, but whatever. Still the environment was nice for being in a casino.
For a place that has the main draw being the servers it sure lacks service. Everyone seems annoyed to deal with you. The food was ok at best. The wall through the hotel d the best part of the dining experience. Wish the food was better and the staff had personality to match the attempted beauty image.
Maybe it’s because im from Texas, and hospitality is the norm. This Vegas hooters lacks the hospitality and could learn a thing or two from its Texas counterparts. Took 10 min before my wife and I received a sort of acknowledgements from staff. A simple “We will be right with you” goes a long way. My Texas biased kicked in when the wings came out. Everything is bigger in Texas, and apparently the chicken wings are too. These wings were tiny and bland. Your better off going to McDonalds for Chicken Nuggies. Do yourself a favor and spend your money and time in Vegas at another establishment.
Two reasons why I give it a one star. First, you can’t give zero and second the server, Chevy, was great so that’s worth a star I guess. First, we showed up just after 11 and the hostess said theyre still serving breakfast. I asked what time they start lunch and she said noon. We returned around 11:45 and saw four tables in the restaurant all eating lunch, one packing up to go boxes. We asked for a table and she recognized us and said lunch wasn’t until noon. I asked about the other tables eating lunch and she said it was because they start serving at 11. Now, they were waiting for a server. The restaurant was empty when we showed up earlier. I asked for a table to sit down while we wait for the server and she said she needed to ask the manager. After about 5 minutes she returned and said it’ll just be a few more minutes and made us wait until noon. I told the group I was with we should just go somewhere else but we’ve made this hooters a Vegas tradition for the last 10 years so they wanted to stay. As mentioned our server Chevy was fantastic. She definitely doesn’t need to be working there. Food was ok for food but horrible for hooters because absolutely nothing was actually hooters food. We live in Florida where hooters was founded and go several times a month for the past 30+ years. It is a shame because if people are coming to Vegas that don’t have Hooters around their house they think that this is what it is and probably wouldn’t want to go back. The Hooters wing sauce was not Hooters. Pretty sure it was Franks, which was great but just not Hooters. The famous breaded wings were not hooter’s breading. The ranch and blue cheese was pre bought and not made in restaurant. Cheese sticks were not Hooters although the marinara was. Breading was falling off the buffalo shrimp. I know this isn’t a corporate store it’s a franchise so the menus are always a little different but every other franchise I’ve been to including this one in years past still served hooters food. If I was corporate I would revoke their franchise license. We will not be back. If you’ve been to this location and had a horrible experience please don’t let it influence your opinion of Hooters. This restaurant is a Hooters in name only.
I was so looking forward to going to this restaurant but what a disappointment. It was quite quiet when we visited. They left us standing by the door for quite a while. Showed us to a table and then took an age to take our orders (party of 9). When the food arrived it was dry and all you could taste was salt. When we needed to pay, not wanted to pay, we had to go looking for a waitress to take our cash. If you want a good time with good food then Id find somewhere else. They can have the 1 star rating for the beer.
So I went the the hooters in the Oyo and when I walked up right away service was terrible a few of us were standing there and the front desk girl just took note of us but didn’t speak or say welcome or how long it would be to get a table, instead she walked back in the restaurant walking around looking confused and then finally when she came back I finally just asked if I could go to the bar as I was just trying to order to go which she said was fine but it would had been nice to know 7 - 10 minutes ago when I got there. Finally I got to the bar and again lack luster service I finally asked the bartender could I order to go and get a menu after sitting there for about 5 minutes and once I ordered my food did come out pretty quickly so that was nice but I ordered breaded wings which honestly were tasty despite a few that were cooked to long and had a kinda burned breading taste but the ones that weren’t cooked to long were perfect so I’ll say it was overall tasty on the wings except for like 3 of them but I have to say I’m happy I checked my food before I left because I also ordered a side Caesar salad and I wanted my dressing on the side but when I checked my food it was just a to go box full of lettuce and a little shredded Parmesan cheese no Caeser dressing or even croutons so I had to ask for some and was just happy I checked or I would of left with just lettuce and no dressing or even croutons in my salad and I think that’s crazy they think someone would actually just eat lettuce for 7.99 lol but overall I probably wouldn’t come to this location and if you do just check your food if your doing to go and don’t expect good service.
The service was great and friendly. We had to wait in line in the front for 10 minutes but they made up for it by being friendly. I loved the boneless chicken wings and the enormous chicken Cesar salad was delicious. I surprised about how juicy the chicken tasted. I love the sauce that they gave with it. I definitely love everything we ate.
Long waits. We visited the Oyo casino several times and I finally decided to have a meal there. It was just me. I order 10 wings and fries. It took 35 minutes for me to get my food. When I spoke to the MOD her only explanation was that the chef told the cooks to make everything fresh and to order. SOOO all the other food isnt? I know wings, depending on your fryer oil, it should take 14-17 minutes MAX for fresh wings. The restaurant wasnt full. They could have offered a free drink because I didnt even touch my soda waiting for my food. I ended up taking my meal to go. By the time I got back to the hotel it was no longer fresh. Very disappointed. I LOVE HOOTERS, but this location was a let down. My server was beautiful, sweet and on point!
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hooters. They told us they couldn’t seat us because they didn’t have enough servers and asked us to wait. We did. Big mistake. When we were finally sat, the service was terrible and the food was worse. My Burger came out on a small, stale grocery store type bun and it was cold and nasty. My fries were cold and the bar drink had way too much alcohol in it to drink. I asked to see a manager and the server said she was too busy to come over to the table. I’ve been coming to this Hooters for years. I’ll never be back.
With deep disappointment regarding your establishment located within the OYO hotel in Las Vegas, I am writing this letter. I have been a customer of your brand for decades, as I enjoy the taste of your products and, to some extent, your service. However, the treatment my family and I received on June 30, around 8:00 p.m., was appalling. We are a family of five, and one of my children is a 16-year-old quadriplegic with cerebral palsy, who requires a special wheelchair for mobility. What I am about to recount does not require your belief alone, as I am confident you have surveillance cameras that can corroborate it.Upon arrival, we informed your hostess that we intended to dine. She asked us to wait, which is understandable as we did not have a reservation. The issue is that several groups, who also did not have reservations, were allowed to enter without any problem. After this occurred multiple times, I confronted the hostess and asked why we were being discriminated against. She claimed it was not discrimination, but rather that they did not have available tables where the wheelchair could be accommodated. She then mentioned that a family with another person with a disability was about to leave, and once they did, we would be seated. The fact is that it was evident there were plenty of empty tables (I urge you to check your cameras, do not take my word alone), making it clear that this was an act of discrimination against disability, which is intolerable.Ultimately, we entered the restaurant and dined because I will not allow an employee to prevent me from eating where I choose. However, I assure you that, as a brand, you are greatly failing by allowing your employees to behave in such a manner. If you are interested in following up on this matter, please let me know what traceability elements I can provide, and I will be happy to do so
I havent had Hooters in a while, but this location has got to be the worst. Our server was nice, but she forgot the curly fries that we ordered. When we asked her on the status, she said no, we didnt order. We said ok but clearly my friends and I all heard that we ordered it.They have a late night menu, so we ordered the 10 piece naked chicken wings. It was not sauced well, so we asked for more medium sauce. The wings were good-sized, but it also wasnt crispy.Meh, I wont come back here again.
Short wait time, quick service, terrible food..my first time at Hooters, wasnt impressed at all. I ordered the BYOB burger, came dry with no mayo or mustard. Was told it comes on the side but I actually had to ask for it and the lady brought me packets of condiments..fries were undercooked and hard. Even the guys food across the table looked dry as the desert. Guess Ill find food elsewhere, hopefully. Its Vegas, not a lot of options nearby..
I would like to say the positive things firstThe presentation of the drink is good and we ordered the hooters original wings with spicy garlic sauce. I liked of them.Warning ⚠️ spicy garlic sauce wings are too spicy 🌶️ but it mentioned before itself that it is spicy but I didn’t expect so much !!Curly fries are not at all good, those are not crispy and I am pretty sure those are not fresh at allService: we sat near bar place and the person helping us with order is good and managing 10 people at a time. But when we first asked for table the way they answered is not good at all. I didn’t find welcoming at all!!Price: I don’t recommend much this place at all, the prices are too high!!I just wanted to compare this once with Hell’s Kitchen. Because we had a dinner at that place before day and ordered two main dishes and one appetizer. We paid only 110 $ but we ordered curly fries,10 wings and drink for 50 dollars 💵Imagine the ambience, food quality to hooters and the amount there are charging!!I would like to let the hooters place to be reasonable!!!!
I have been a Hooters customer for over 30 years. This has to be the worst Hooters in the entire chain. I saw that this location is independently owned and operated so I’m sure that explains a lot. If I were the CEO of the Hooters corporation I would order this store closed. What an embarrassment.Poor service, food and atmosphere.
While we used to rate this restaurant 5 it has came down to 2. Unfortunately the food is not as good as before. While it may look like the food looked great on the outside the flavor was just terrible the wings flavor tasted old and the chili tasted like nacho canned chili and it tasted old. The phily cheese steak seemed desirable but the taste just made your stomach feel bad. We were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience as this course did cost us $70.The only good thing was the mozzarella sticks and fries.
First, let me state that the taste of the wings was not in the least disappointing! Our server, Tae, was very nice and our order came out rather quickly.I ordered the naked wings ($20.99 for 10) well done with hot buffalo on the side. I included a side of coleslaw ($1.29).My friend ordered the wings with chipotle honey sauce. Both orders were made to perfection! The primary reason I only gave a 4 star review as opposed to a 5-star review was because of the size of the wings. The wings look liked they came from anemic chickens ... or maybe they actually came from baby chicks! Either way they were way on the small side as far as what one would expect when ordering buffalo wings. With that said, I would still recommend making a visit to have the Hooters wings.
Waited in line for about 45 minutes to get in despite the many open tables. They didnt seem extremely busy at all considering how many tables were open versus other locations that Ive visited where pretty much every single table is occupied and thats whats causing the long wait. The staff was friendly and apologized for the wait. There are no restrooms in the actual restaurant itself, so you have to go out into the casino to use the restroom. The food was hot and fresh and arrived fairly quickly. The prices have definitely gone up since my last visit but it is Vegas so thats to be expected. Hooters wings never disappoint and the portions were fairly large and more than what was expected so that made up for the prices. The food was excellent and our server was friendly, efficient, and attentive to our table. I like that this location has the tables and booths spread out rather than all crammed together like some locations that Ive visited. I was given the option to sit at the bar or regular dining area which was nice. The restaurant was very clean and well kept and the manager walked around checking on tables and greeting people. Theres a small area between the 2 sides of the dining area where you could look at and purchase Hooters merchandise, as well as take photos away from other diners. I liked the location which was right inside the OYO Casino.
Worst meal in Vegas! Ordered a Buffalo Slider for takeout. Once opened I realized that the chicken had not been buffaloed and there were only 2 with the other 2 sliders being half cooked burger sliders. All 4 were dry (no sauces or pickle as described on the menu) Terrible and definitely not worth the $20 I paid.
Located in the OYO hotel, a well known chain for burgers, wings, and their servers. I only had a chance to try a sandwich/burger but it was pretty good and I would come again for more.FoodI have never been to a Hooters before but the food was pretty good and better than I expected. I know theyre well known for the wings but unfortunately I didnt think I could finish the wings by myself (smallest size on the menu is 10 pcs). When I ordered the Twisted Texas Melt burger I thought it would come on a burger bun, but instead it came on slices of Texas toast. Nevertheless, the bread was nicely toasted and crisp. They ask how you want your meat cooked and it comes out accurately! The Daytona Beach sauce has sort of a bbq taste and look and gives the burger a nice kick of spiciness. The curly fries are alright and on the sodter side, nothing too special or amazing. I definitely want to come back with my friends and try out the many different wing flavors!AtmosphereCasual atmosphere and a nice place to hang out and get some food after hitting up the casino. Noise level was moderate when I went for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and the restaurant wasnt full.PricingPricing for a burger with a side of fries was average. I got more fries than I thought for how much I paid which was nice! Dont forget the tip!ServiceService was super fast and great. The servers were friendly and all smiles. I got seated immediately and was able to put in my order quickly.OtherThe restaurant is located at the back of the casino so youve got to walk all the way back. There is parking around.
In a place that is actually designed for men, I find it strange that the man behind the bar was the nicest. The waitresses didnt say a word or were extremely unfriendly. Then you had to wait almost 30 minutes, even though the place was half empty, because they couldnt fit a group of 10 people in. You had wait 30 minutes to pay too.The Currly fries are cold and dry.
While my stat at the Oyo was full of non-fun shenanigans, the food here was absolutely great. We just got wings, so not sure how detailed I can get here, but if youre just looking to enjoy some wings, you really cant go wrong here.Honestly, the only thing that didnt taste good was the plain tots. Get the cheesy tots instead if you must.
I’ve been to a lot of Hooters in my life time. This is the worst Hooters I’ve ever been to. They say they serve breakfast but between 4 waitresses they won’t seat more than 8 tables at a time. I’ve been to really packed Hooters where one waitress had 8 tables. Wait times were horrible and no one acted like they want to be there. I expected more from this Hooters considering they say they’re the biggest Hooters. Not a great experience definitely don’t recommend this place period!
This place has hit rock bottom. You cant place a To-Go order over the phone because they NEVER answer the phone (casino desk said they never take phone calls). There is always a line to get in, despite many empty tables. 10-15 years ago this place was awesome. You could go there on a lunch break, but not now. You dont know when youll get in or get out. If youre not in a rush and absolutely HAVE to have it, then go. Ive given up on them.
Good was good but the wait took forever, they told us 30mins so we just played in the casino and waited and then we got called in the status and they took her order and it took a while but the food came out great the waitress was very nice and friendly and the place was kind of busy but not that busy so this is one of our favorite place we always go to when we’re in Vegas so it just seemed kind of slow that day, but don’t mind coming back. Love the eat and peel shrimp 🦐
Came here with my friends for lunch. The girls were so nice and sweet, one of them even took our pictures, food was delicious. 10/10 experience I would totally recommend you come here.
Everything was on point. My favourite was the two hostess were extremely friendly and professional. The chicken was delicious. I asked for half and half tea which they dont make, however, the hostess made sure that I get my half and half tea
Ordered take out. The young lady who took my order at the podium was great. The food was garbage. Ordered 20 piece wings and frys($42) Waited 35min to get cold, flavorless, burnt/old oil soiled garbage. Hotel is disgusting too. Stay away if you respect yourself
What would think if you walked up to a restaurant there was hardly anyone seated. The place was neatly empty. And the hostesses said it would about a ten minute wait? What? She said something about management does some kind change at this time of day. I never experienced anything like this in the hundreds of restaurants I review every year. Either management is...well. or maybe something else was going on. Ill never be back.
Hello: Welcoming and friendly environment that gifted the enjoyment and excitement of the organizations pulse. Stopped for food and handed a poem I wrote called Humble Apologies to the bartender, in Feb. 2020, within the organization to help love spread more into their roads. Fantastic service and friendly interaction with the woman working. God Bless, John German.
Only if we could give a negative number!! Until they get the kitchen staff under control with the food quality I would avoid this location. The wait staff is being negatively impacted to the point that they can’t even get drinks out before ice cold chicken wings. The worst experience ever!!!! They certainly show they are totally non caring.
Friendly service and clean tables. We had to wait in line for 20 minutes however we all loved the boneless chicken wings and the sauce was delicious. Liked it.
Ordered fried shrimp with onion rings and a salad. They completely forgot the salad, I had to walk over to the servers station myself to grab a straw and napkins, the onion rings were extremely thin and over cooked, the batter for both the shrimp and onion rings wasnt like anything Ive had before, but it wasnt good.
I recently visited Hooters in Las Vegas, and I must say it was a major disappointment. The food was outrageously overpriced for what was offered. The quality was far below what one would expect, especially given the high prices. On top of that, the service was painfully slow, which only added to the frustration. Overall, a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
My fries were cold and my chicken seemed to have just been sitting around waiting yo be tossed in sauce. It was lukewarm . I was expecting food to be fresh. I was disappointed.
Decided to go to Hooters after finishing the long movie Horizons. Once there, alot of girls standing around and tables not cleaned. They mosy have changed their prices since last time i was there. I ended up getting 20 breaded flats, md flavor and my wife got 10 boneless teriyaki. No damn Coke products. Once the food arrived, wings looked smaller and darker. Maybe change yall grease. My wife couldnt eat her wings because of the spice level. The Asian waitress was nice and even tried to fix the issue. But ultimately ended up removing my wifes wings for our bill. Thank you maam. Probably wont be going back or maybe coming back earlier in the day. We came after midnight.
Highly disappointed on our very first Hooters experience. Staff were not interested in anything, zero engagement and the communication was limited to what would you like to drink and what food do you want to order. The so called hype surrounding the name Hooters is just hype. Known for their chicken wings, which came out dry and overcooked. Definitely would not recommend and would not return.
Not sure why I didnt give this a one star, I suppose because that should be reserved for really bad experiences. The wings were tiny and yes $21.00 for these ten baby wings. The fries were cold when served. There should be an option for the waitresses to wear something other than the little shorts when there body doesnt fit into them.I suppose thats why it was empty at lunch time.
The wings were very good. The problem is that for some reason someone decided to violate the entire concept by allowing male bartenders. The two different times I went, with two different gentlemen bartending, they were proficient, but they are not what Hooters is supposed to be, and they are contrary to the Hooters concept.
I really want to give them a 5 because the wings are so good, but the service SUCKS !!-10 stars for service. We waited 10 minutes for a server to even acknowledge we were standing there. We finally walked back to where the cooks were, and we asked if they were open or had a server working ?Hey Hooters , pay better, get more qualified people, and DO SOMETHING TO FIX YOUR RESTAURANT !Wings are AMAZING the service is trash.
Stopped in for dinner around 7pm. I am a local and had friends in town. Hostess told us we had to wait 15-20 mins to sit but the place was not full. 5 mins later, after talking with another man, she sat us. No bartender was on hand. When we finally ordered the waitress had to go into the kitchen to see if some of the items we wanted were available. These items were on their specials menu. When our food came it was Luke warm. Wings were small and expensive. I will definitely not be bringing any out of town guests to this Hooters. I get better wings at my local bar.
Came in for lunch quickly before a show on Saturday, had Noeli as a server she was awesome! Also best wings ever! We will be back
Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. The chicken was dried out and must have been pre cooked and placed in a warming drawer hours before it was served. Not to mention it was $22 for an 10 piece. Atmosphere was sad and boring. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business with so many other better choices in Las Vegas.
Horrible service. It was about 100 degrees in there the waitress was not attentive at all. We didnt get our food till an hour later. And all they did to compensate was give us two free drinks 😂 a joke.
The food was good, very disappointed with the fact that we had waited for a long while at the front desk of the restaurant, with NO acknowledgement at all. In fact an employee that was off work was the ONLY one who spoke to us. . .then she left and we were left standing there!!! Poor customer service!
Sat at the bar and was helped by an absolute gem of a lady named Briana she came across as smart articulate and a hard worker. I got the Texas style Philly and two beef patties without seasoning for my service animal and I received exactly what I had ordered. Few nights ago I stayed at the Luxor and I wish I could get my life back after that nightmare. OYO was reasonably priced and the Hooters inside is totally worth going to. Sadly their smoker is down so the smoked wings are out. I offered to fix it but I dont think anyone there had the authority to make that call. All and all 8/10 but the bartender Briana was a 10/10 Ill definitely take my business here again.
John Daly would be disappointed. To start arrive was awful. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes, even the manager locked eyes either me and still didn’t assist. The beer taps are definitely not cleaned on a regular basis. Beer tasted rancid. The wings were like eating jerky. And the prices on the menu didn’t reflect the receipt. When asked about there national wide BOGO wing deal I was looked at like I was crazy…I get it’s the only hooters in Vegas but they would be better off not having one at all. Sorry excuse
I am writing to express concerns about several disappointing experiences at your restaurant, which suggest a pattern of unfair treatment that we believe may be racially motivated.1. On our first visit, we waited 20 minutes to be seated and another 20 without service, despite the restaurant being largely empty and other guests receiving prompt attention.2. During a subsequent visit, we initially chose to order takeout but then decided to dine in. We were initially denied this change without explanation, although we were later allowed to dine in after some discussion.3. On another occasion, after waiting 30 minutes for takeout, staff informed us that the service was unavailable, despite the prior wait and empty restaurant. These experiences left us feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. We would appreciate a thorough investigation into these incidents and steps to ensure all customers receive equal and respectful treatment.Thank you for addressing these concerns. We look forward to a resolution.
If I could give this place a negative rating I sure would. Service was absolutely a disaster. Don’t try to complain to management she just stands there and stares at you clueless. Not to mention your kitchen is sinking and I mean sinking and your standing around not trying to help
Our local Hooters closed recently and we miss their wings terribly. We had to stop by the one in Oyo. The boneless wings and buffalo shrimp were excellent as usual. The service was quick and friendly despite being short staffed. I recommend this place whole heartedly.
So I think they were short staffed because it took us ten years to get seated and our waitress was nice but she wasn’t too attentive to us. Didn’t refill drinks and took forever to give us our check. My eggs were lukewarm , bacon was cold in the middle so I asked if she could bring me a hot bacon and she brought me back burnt bacon. I felt like the cook was trying to tell me to screw off.
Been coming here for years but it now feels like everybody has given up. The manager was beyond useless, and there seems to be no staff. People queueing and being told theres a 45 minute wait when theres only 5 tables filled. I feel sorry for the few servers that are left. Manager stood on his phone pretending to look busy while his two servers run around. A shame as this was always a Vegas must for us, but wouldnt come back.
Told the manager Vanessa a cook picked something up off the floor, and then grabbed a bun and ran it through the toaster. She did nothing, but stand there and berate servers like she had done for the last 30 minutes before. 5 tables were waiting to be sat. The queso is not represented on the menu well at all, its green onions and red onion with can cheese.
We have visited this place on a friday evening around 8 pm. We just went there only for drinks hence I can not say anything about the food. The place itself is located inside the Oyo Hotel and Casino. Our waitress ( Emma ) was very friendly - unfortunately the drinks took more than 20 minutes ( even the pepsi took 10+ mins ). Drinks were okay but nothing special and tasted a bit watery...Update:Went there again on my own on a Friday night. This time just for their smoked wings, which are good and I know from other Hooters around the world. I was being served by Laura this time. Service has been very attentive and friendly - I got my drink in a matter of seconds. As for the smoked wings they have been good, but there was a bit too much BBQ sauce on them. Here is what I did not like on my last visit and which is the reason I cant update the review with more than 2 stars: As soon as I finished the wings I was asked if I would like to have a desert. As I rejected this a few moments later I was presented the bill ( did not ask for it yet as I even considered eating more wings or at least giving a cocktail another try ) and asked to leave as soon as I am ready which I consider quite rude. The restaurant was not fully occupied at this time and there was no queue.
Had a great experience at this hooters! Went in for a quick breakfast and my server Victoria and the Manager also named Victoria made sure that I was well taken care of despite the restaurant being overly packed and under-staffed! 10/10 recommend! Thank you to both victorias 🔥
No host , waited to be seated 20 minutes without anybody saying anything to us. Food was decent , waitress was nice and her service was good . Kinda feels like a dying restaurant compared to how it used to be !!
Our server Chevy was so rude. I was so disappointed about the service. I do not recommend eating here. I ordered boneless and she brought wings. The manager couldnt help us.
They didnt had smoked wings. So I ordered roasted, I got burned chicken wings at the end. Do not recommend this location.
Guess they were shorthanded. There for 45-55 minutes and was served my tea once. They claim it was brewing. They claimed the bar was closed, so I took a table, by the end of my meal 6 folks were eating at the bat. Hostess was relatively rude.No I wont go back to this one.
I love this hotel! We were on the 19th floor with fabulous views of the strip without the hussle and bustle of being right on the strip. The rooms have been refurbished since we last stayed here and they are far better than they were. The complimentary toiletries are a good quality and didnt dry my skin out.Avoid the welcome pack talk at the desk half way down the casino on the right as itll cost you half an hour of your life that youll never get back and experience a hard sell.Everything else about the hotel and casino is great and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Review for Hooters Restaurant, Las VegasI recently had several disappointing experiences at the Hooters in Las Vegas, which prompt me to write this review. On three separate visits during my 4 night stay at OYO Hotel from 16-19 April, the service was notably lacking, and the staffs behavior seemed discriminatorily biased.During my first visit to hooters on April 17th breakfast time, despite the restaurant being largely empty with less than 8 of over 20 tables occupied, my friend and I were made to wait over 10 minutes just to be seated. A group arriving after us was promptly seated and served before us. We were ignored for another 20 minutes, and no one came to take our order, while the later group received attentive service. This differential treatment was unsettling and seemed influenced by our Asian descent, as the other guests were Caucasian. The following day, after deciding to dine in instead of taking an order to go (mere minutes after placing the order and well before it was prepared), we were rigidly told that changing our order was not allowed. This inflexibility in customer service was both surprising and frustrating. On my last visit on April 19th, I attempted to place a takeaway order and was once again overlooked in favor of dine-in customers who arrived after me. This consistent pattern of ignoring our requests and prioritizing other guests over us was extremely disheartening.Overall, these experiences at Hooters Las Vegas have shown a serious issue with service quality and a disturbing hint of racial preference, which I hope is not the case. Such treatment is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately to ensure all customers are treated equally and with respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their service. Until then, I cannot recommend this location based on my experiences.
Food was good, the atmosphere was top notch. All the workers were very pleasant and super polite.
The food was horrible and super expensive.Ok, the burger was good. But the chicken was not breaded (even after sending the order back) and extremely salty. Luke warm beer from the tap. If you really like hooters I highly recommend you skip this location.
Food was eh. The solo waitress was overwhelmed, but Im guessing she doesnt make the schedule. First time I visited, I waited 15 minutes to be seated, but ended up leaving as I saw there was only one waitress. Second time waited 10 minutes for the solo waitress to seat and serve us.
Visit the restaurant on 6/21/2024 order a hamburger it it was the worst meal I ever had so I ask one of the servers if the hamburger patty was frozen and she say yes so went my server come I told her it was the worst hamburger I ever had she call the manager so she come my the table I told me if everything was ok so I told her the it was the worst meal and she told me well you almost eat the all hamburger which I didn’t so I ask her it the meat was frozen and she asure me the it was fresh so I told her that I wasn’t looking for a free meal told her she lie about the food being fresh she never apologize told me I was being rude and grow me out she probably thought I was a tourist but I’m a local so if you planning on going to hooters at oyó hotel don’t worst service terrible food
Hostess not very attentive. Only saw two other employees, not even a bartender was on duty. Safe to say I will never go there again. Well at least one good thing came out of this bad experience, a greater appreciation for the Hooters restaurants I frequent on a weekly basis.
This place sucks. Horrible. We waited 40 to be seated. Excuse was short staff, which I get, but ppl were seated before us by just walking in. So we did take out and come to find out after going back to our rooms, the food was cold and wings undercooked .. Dont eat there.
This is the place where we lived when we were in Las Vegas. We found it really awesome and it comes under budget. You can stay with your friends and family. This place has its own casino where you can try your luck. I didnt have that big luck but you may have it.I really recommend you to stay at this place.
Had wings for dinner. Delicious! Service ok. Tried to go for breakfast had 1 waitress with 4 tables that all had their food and wouldnt seat us because it was too much for 1 waitress. Meanwhile 3 were standing chaating at the hostess desk and more staning in the kitchen with nothing to cook. Back in Vegas again....same horrible service!
Honestly not as good as home boneless wings were cold and very tough. The waitress was awsome. Thanks jenny.
To start. The onion rings had been fried so many times, they were only bread. The first picture is obviously fried chicken. We ordered fish and chips. When we tried to tell the waitress it was chicken, she swore up and down that it was fish... when we told her that it was definitely chicken, instead of fixing the problem herself she grabs security..... so now we have to tell security that we were served chicken instead of fish.. security confirms its fish and brings us our correct meal. This man doesnt get tips, yet you have him do your customer service. The fish came half hollow, second picture, the burger we ordered was supposed to be well done, it was medium, nothing tasted right. After waiting 45 minutes to get in, 45 minutes for food, im so disappointed. Ive been dreaming of these wings for 2 years, since the last time I came here. Not sure if the change of casino name came with new management in the kitchen but the quality of this place dropped Dramatically since the last time I was here.
Angela the Front service Manager was really welcoming and sweet. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice view of Exaclber Hotel. Pool area is clean with 2 pools and they provide you with towels and they have life guards on-site. As for the Casino area, it has fun machines and tables. The area is small but fun. Only down fault is their parking structure, needs some update and their outside building as well.
Hooters isnt what it use to be. My son wanted to go there for his birthday which wasnt a problem. I remember Hooters having beer on tap that was cold and menu being bigger and service being better
The price for the 50 wings platter was $80 dollars. And that didnt even include French fries. But we decided to go ahead and order them anyway as hooters wings have always been so tasteful. The wings and fries came out very quickly within around 5 to 7 minutes. While the wings and fries were warm they werent very hot. This let me to believe they werent freshly made.Bottom line.Dont waste your time at this hooters. The taste of the wings were very dry.The service was just ok.We waited a long time just to get a to go box. Once the waitress did bring it. It was so small we couldnt fit half the wings in it. Then it took forever to get her attention to bring us another box and it wasnt busy at all in the restaurant.Very disappointed. Our bill was $102 dollars for 2 people for a platter of wings and an order of french fries and 2 sodas.
Great modern rooms very close to the Airport. Rates are very low for the quality of the rooms. Reception staff are friendly and helpful with any questions. The attached Casino has plenty of entertainment if thats what youre looking for. Otherwise there are restaurants live entertainment and merchandise to keep you entertained.
Well it’s been a while since I’ve been to a Hooters and it’s not improving like most places. I ordered the 20pc buffalo shrimp plus the pickle chips and 1 lg beer for $53. That’s $$53 bucks for a couple appetizers and a beer. The shrimp were pretty much salad size for $28. The pickle chips are sliced so thin that there’s barely any pickle there. So you couldn’t even taste the pickle. So like most restaurants nowadays that serves fried food. If its food is battered. The main ingredient is batter, mostly. The beer was cold
Our waitress had an attitude the whole time. Food was cold, and when we decided to leave the waitress wouldnt even close us out.. she sent her manager over. I explained to her that if she thought I was rude.. then shes soft and needs a different job.. wont visit again.. this was the resteraunt inside OYO hotel.. worst customer service Ive experienced in Vegas.. wont be back
This is located in the Oyo hotel and if you want a 10-piece wings it is $20 if you want a 50-piece wings it is $80 too much money if you ask me way too expensive they dont even offer kids menus for kids. Most definitely not a place I would ever eat at.
We eat at hooters a lot. This was terrible. The service was horrible. The food was ok. Their wing sauce wasn’t your normal sauce you would get.Laura waited on us. She never brought over my husband’s drink he had to go to the bar to get it himself. Then she never asked how we were doing till we were halfway through our dinner. We had a 10% off coupon from the gift shop. Then never honored it. She absolutely had no clue. She completely ignored us. We were exhausted after traveling and walking all day. Just wanted to have a nice night together.Thank you Laura, but think you need a new job. My daughter worked at hooters for years made the calendar and was on the wall at Applebees was in Florida. She never treated her customers the way you have treated us. This is why you never received a tip!!!!!!I’m very disappointed in Hooters at OYO!!!
My first Hooters fast food experience.Very pleasantly surprised by the tasty food away from burgers & co.
The food takes too long! Our waitress Mariali did not come to tells us what was going on! After 1 hour the food arrived
This place changed so much since I went here last the food came out cold and some of it was hot we got the slider combo they put a chicken nugget on the bum and called it a day the kitchen staff people need to be let go and they need a whole new team back there cooking food if they want to save this place from going down or something as for the service it wasn’t the best we didn’t get our drinks in a timely manner like you normally would we had to keep asking for our drinks and when we did get them we were so thirsty that we need refills for the most part and it was hot in there no ac just fans going witch didn’t really help at all and they have no baby changing stations in the bathrooms so I couldn’t even change my nephew so had to change him in the car so yea don’t go to this place it just simple sucks that we ended up getting our food for free cause it was so bad.
1st time visiting here and I will definitely be back the food we ordered was very good if youve never been I would definitely recommend you visit it.
Cold foodSlow serviceAs we told the waitress about the cold food she came with the bill and told us there ist nothing they could do as we already ate to much of it.Was a big fan in the past but will never enter again.
Ok I loved the super kind service and the fact the food was fast and delicious! Such a great bonus for staying at the oyo!
Wings and seafood tacos were good, but the fish & chips was horrible (soggy fish, too many tator tots). Service was spotty.
I spent my Thanksgiving in Vegas at the Oyo Hooters 2019. Everyone in my group left the day off Thanksgiving and I had the red eye out that night. I spent the first half of the day at the OYO bar with the unbelievably friendly bar keep, saying my goodbyes to old friends that I havent seen in a long time. Slowly everyone left until I was the last man standing. I played video poker and drank for free all morning and decided it would be a great idea to have Hooters for Thanksgiving dinner, as they had a pretty good special listed and I was feeling to good to care otherwise. Again alone, I ventured over to Hooters and was surprised to see there was a healthy crowd in the bar. I was sat and served promptly by a awesome server whom I really wish I could remember her name to drop here for some kudos! I knew what wanted and my order was immediately placed. After my order I did think to myself, oh boy what have I gotten myself into? And began texting family and notifying them of my location for Thanksgiving dinner. As they simultaneously sat for their Thanksgiving dinner, they all had a very good chuckle to know that I was in the hands of Hooters! Alas, my food was served, hot and fast! I was expecting a normal sized plate of food to be presented to me and, low and behold, a fresh salad, large platter of food and a tasty pumpkin cheesecake dessert is placed in front of me. I devoured the entire meal and record time shortly after taking a few photos to send to my family and apparently post here one day. Maybe I wouldnt plan my Thanksgiving at Hooters but, if I ever do find myself stuck in Vegas on Thanksgiving again, I will be back for round two! Thanks for the memory!
Weird, been trying to order for 20 minutes & then when I order the waitress comes back 5 minutes later & says they seeing in the back if they have Steak.WHAT??? Hooters use to be top notch when I was younger I guess not anymore.
Terrible experience at Hooters Las Vegas Tropicana! The place was practically empty, yet we were left waiting outside with no one bothering to attend to us. The waitresses were incredibly rude, with one even walking away while I was still talking to her. Avoid this place at all costs!
Might be one of the two worst Hooters I have ever visited. Service and attitudes were absolutley horrible. Food was blah. They could learn a lot from the Tulsa Hooters.
Rubbish experience. Service sucked, food made me and my partner sick. Do not recommend.
The wings are small and dried out!!!!! They cost like $2.00 a wing thats too much especially there is hardly any meat on those small bones!!! So NOT WORTH IT!!!°
New management Paul says after 0200 am they only serve naked hot and honey BBq no breaded bone in wing no Chilli cheese fry and three flavors for theyre chicken because he clames theyre short of staff when we come almost several times a week this was brand new to us I mean I speak for my self and all my friends when I say there is no point of coming here if you could only have regular frys and naked wings not even boneless after 2 am this was so upsurd I couldnt believe it we came here with a huge appetite for breaded bone in wings and the manager lied to us and said because there shortbof staff Iv seen for myself personally they had way way less people for them to say theyre short of staff and still serve everyone in a reasonable amount of time the Tropicana and las vegas Blvd location has been falling below standards for some time now for the past year and a half
Food was ok. Big portions. Just didnt feel like there was any atmosphere.
They literally painted over the walls and furniture and called it an update using planet fitness colors. If you have no other options for a place to stay ok. Its not dirty, but its not glamorous. The best thing they have is dollar blackjack even though I love Hooters. They didnt even have smoked wings even though it was advertised.
The embarrassment alone of assuming that even on your website for hooters, it states free wins on your birthday, which is a free 10 piece, and I was willing to buy more Wings for my family as well. That was the plan, but to make me out as if Im broke. I did not appreciate the embarrassment that I received there thanks a lot.
I love Hooters but this one needs some work. I sat at the bar and theres nit a lot of room to eat cause the gaming machine in front of you takes up most of the room. The service was slooooow and you often have to wait 10 mins between drinks. The vibe isnt like usual Hooters...Definitely missing some pieces here.
Hooters is not your average casino, it isnt ritzy and glitzy, it is however full of memories, and nostalgia that will take you back to the good ol days of playing Nintendo and riding around in the wood panel station wagon with no seat belt. The rooms are very well priced and recently renod. But I really give hooters the 5 stars because of the amazing buffalo chicken sandwich meal. I have it each time I am here, and as long as it is on th menu I will keep coming back. $12.99 USD for a meal that even Guy Fiery would say it takes you to Flavor is a stellar deal.
I definitely had to try out the Hooters in Las Vegas! I have not been to a Hooters in over 20 years due to the fact they had closed many of their locations. The menu is mostly as I had remembered it. The burger was very good and the wings were as great as I remembered. We only ordered the BBQ flavor, which is the original flavor. The waitresses were in the Hooters uniforms and the service was excellent. There were plenty of TVs available to catch the football games. Every seat had a great view. What was unique about this location is it had a separate bar/lounge for 21 and over.
Thought food was pretty good. Over priced.,..but what isnt?
The food was good, and it was the only place open at 1 AM so exceeded our expectations for that time of the night
This place is inside the casino. We wanted to try this out as we have seen it in many movies and we do not have this back home The food is very nice especially the boneless wings. The food will range from $20 - $30 per person depending on what you want to get. They also have nice selection of drinks at the bar.
Philly steak quesadilla was one of the best things ive ever tasted ,server was great.
I wish I could give this zero ⭐️’s because the time was 10:30 I walk in & the waiter says SORRY we are closed!! but yall close @11:00pm 👀 🤦🏾♂️
Compared to the Hooters at the Mall of America I wouldn’t recommend this Hooters to anyone. There was literally 15 people inside the restaurant dining and the greeter had us wait 15 minutes. This chain had paper menus compared to pictured laminated menus at MOA.I ordered a grilled chicken salad and the waitress forgot to put chicken in my salad so I mentioned it to her and she said she would happily fix it. When she brought the second salad out I could tell the chicken was cooked on a greasy stove top.
Incredibly disappointed in this establishment and their rude hostesses. After calling this business 6 times and no one picking up the phone, my wife and elderly mother in law drove down to the strip to place a to go order. Upon arrival the rude hostesses turned us away. Further, the establishment was less than 10% full. Will never return. Avoid.
All fried food overcooked. Food arrived 15 minutes between first plate and last plate. Grilled chicken extremely fatty and chewy. 3 people costs $100. Prepare to be nickel and dimed... we were charged for cheese sauce we never received and for the side of ranch for fries. Fried pickels worst I have ever had in my life...cooked to death. TWICE. We were so disappointed. Also if you want 2 different flavors of wings be prepared to spend 40 bucks because they only sell 10pc sets.
Looking forward to enjoying our Hooters experience in Vegas but truly Disappointed Went to the host desk to be seated and never was acknowledged we stood there 15 min not even we will be right with you ! The host was waiting on tables so not sure if the place is understaffed. There was hardly anyone in there . We have been to a lot of hooters this by far the worst experience. Just would have been nice to be acknowledged that we would be seated as soon as possible.
The All American Breakfast was just what I needed, and the friendly conversation with the hostess made the time fly by as I waited for my takeout. Thanks for the great service, Julie!
Even by Hooter standards, this was poor. Wings weren’t fresh, my wife’s aperol-spritz was flat out disgusting and the service was beyond ditzy. Wrong order, long beer delivery time, wrong dressing. Just overall NO GOOD
They were really busy when we got here they had 3 tables of people and 3 servers so took 45 min for food to come out and then was cold as ice would definitely not recommend it
Prices are very high in my opinion. The late night limited menu is garbage and way overpriced. 10 wings for $20 and they arent even that good. The bartenders are friendly which makes it a little bit better going there. I only eat there if I have a comped meal offer because there are far better places to eat close by with much better prices.
Its not bad, food ok and service ok. Not the best experience but ok.
This is not an affiliated hooters. They do not accept hooters gift cards. The food looks the same but it is nothing close to actual hooters food. Being they aren’t affiliated that checks out. Wing sauce is bland no flavor. The walk through the hotel was very unpleasant. This hotel smells. The vibes suck. So many better places on the strip to try.
Cold fries, dried out chicken wings. Extremely ordinary and unappealing. Wont go back.
Hooters has really gone downhill.Dirty & overpriced.I paid $50 for just my meal & had to use cheap plastic silverware. The food is better at other hooters locations. There were bugs in my drink. The wait to get in was over two hours, then another two hour wait to get our food. The experience was not worth the wait or price. We were disappointed because we usually love Hooters.
Wings are still a classic, good food, friendly service, and not ridiculously overpriced like a lot of places on the strip
Our hostes took 20+ minutes to seat us. Food made my husband sick and they dont honor their own advertisement deals.
Ordered fish and chips for $17. at lunch. When it came the curly fries were COLD. The fish was fish sticks. Other Hooters in different locations that we have eaten at had good size pieces of battered fish. The coleslaw was about one tablespoon in a plastic container. The speaker was right above our table blaring music so loud we could not visit. Terrible experience. I guess they expect you to only visit once. Las Vegas experience is disappointing and unrealistic.
Please, if you have time to spare you can go here, but otherwise just know you will be WAITING a very long time to get some wings.. I lost track of how long I’ve been waiting for my order, and the waitress didn’t even bother to ask if we would like anything else or if we were ok. We just sat and waited and waited and waited and finally the mediocre wings came nothing tremendous just dried wings..
Absolutely love the food here, however, my recent experience was not good at all. I occasionally swing by to get my favorite flavor and some curly fries, and this time I arrived during graveyard shift. I ordered at the bar in the saloon, and the bartenders were terrible. They took forever to get my order even though I knew exactly what I wanted. They werent really attentive. I got my food to go and they didnt even hesitate to give me a to go bag, so I had to ask for one. The servers behind the bar looked bored and upset and the girl was on her cell phone. =\ Very disappointed with my recent visit, but the food turned out amazing.
The take away serving of Phillycheese steak roll and curly fries was slapped together by somebody who clearly hated their job. Will never go there again
So I absolutely had a ball here I love the scenery of course the food was amazing and everyone that helped us was as well I have nothing bad to say not like Id like to whatever you want from this picture on was amazing. A special thank you to Liz as well as our waitress and the two lovely Hostess young ladies everyone did their best to make an enjoyable experience. We really appreciate you all.
We had an early dinner today at Hooters. We were seated right away, and the service was good. We had wings and a chicken salad. They were both good. The full size salad was too much to eatThe wings were soaked in a sauce, so you might want to get the sauce on the side.
Took our sons here one of our son turned 21 years old Happy birthday Chris 🥳🎂🎈
Good service but wings… They served cold wings, probably prepared few days ago 🤷♂️
Commericals very misleading. Our room was ok. Clean. Bathroom tub needed to be fixed. Took an hour and half to drain the tub from trying to take a shower. Food was super dry my husband and i order the western burger and it was dry. No sauce with a huge onion ring on top that was either fried previously that day or whenever it was not fresh.
Bartender had to research how to make an Old Fashioned🤦🏾♂️ Almost forgot my bitters🙅🏾♂️ All in all, young ladies did decent job. Good came out fast and hot. Lettuce in my salad was cold and crisp. 🤙🏾
Fries are now not curly??? They had no flavor or salt even on them amd were served cold. Fish was great and would eat again. Burgers nothing to write home about. The Cesar salad was big but the chicken was dried out and no flavor. Not impressed especially with a 20 minute wait even though there we many tables empty amd several left while we were waiting. Staff wasnt very pleasant either.
Definitely not the hooters I remember from the midwest. They advertise grt ecery wing you pay for which isnt true. I ordered a 10 pc wing, half sweet n sour and half garlic parm. I recived only 8 wings in 2 separated baskets with fries thag tasted stale and unsalted. Garlic parm wings barely had sauce. The burgers were cold and thrown together. At the end of our bill we saw we were charged for 2 4pc wing kids meals.... Never again the proce was 19.99 for a 10 pc and I paid $2 more. Screw this place
