Spring Mountain Reflexology

After having Dim Sum, decided to stop by here for a massage.Call ahead for an appointment.We walked in and we chose what services we wanted. We opt for the $35 massage with stones and green bean cold pack. Got a room for two. There were no doors for the room we were in but they dimmed the lights. Only negative is when Im getting dressed someone can walk by and see you. You can also hear the noise from people when they walk in. It didnt bother me because I was getting a really good massage.My masseuse used the right pressure that left me feeling so relaxed. I usually like it hard but I didnt even have to tell her to go harder.Nice and clean facility and I will definitely return when Im in town.

Not the best experience. It seemed kind of dirty in here. They hung the gloves back up and we noticed they must have been reusing dirty gloves on new clients. Towels are cheesy beach towels that didn’t seem clean. Massage was only ok. They asked for 25% tip. (You should never ask to be paid more) it was a bit interesting. Also just felt the vibes were off. And the sign on the front when you walk in… well speaks for itself.

Poor experience. I had an hour foot massage which was not good. Expected to give her $20 tip for a $50 massage. Massage for 2 was $122 but they processed my card for $162.

I love this place when I need a massage! It’s clean, comfortable, and you can’t beat the price. The women focus on your feet which people don’t know is the primal focus of your whole body. Yes they do full body and I like to get the 75 minute massage. Everyone here is nice and friendly. Remember to take care of your masseuse $$ very well they work hard to make sure you leave feeling refreshed!

Foul odor when we walked in. We had the combo massage and there was no foot reflexology except she lightly massaged my feet. Anywhere where she touched skin was more like lathering me up with lotion and then using her palms pushing me. She used her forearm on my back and kept going down on my spine! I told her you never press down on the spine. I had knots on my shoulder which she just felt and skipped. Very unprofessional the beds when facing down smelled bad. The place was unhygienic. I heard sneezing and coughing. The only place that seemed clean was the unisex restroom. You take your top off and the area has translucent dividers which you can see through if there were others adjacent in the next area.

It was pretty good for a combo foot massage but...the price was $40 (leaving the back massage part out). The woman acted like we ripped her off by only giving a 25% tip. Wont be back!

I have been a regular customer of this place. Tried a few other places. My husband and I always return to this place. Lucy, the owner is very welcoming and funny. I love the masseuse, Coco. She has the magic hands. She cracked my neck and back so many times. My husband’s masseuse was Julie. He said she did an amazing job. Can’t wait to go get more massages at this place. I decided to pop into Spring Mountain Reflexology one day on a whim, and Im glad I did. It wasnt out of my way, and I came in without an appointment and they had me in a room pretty soon. Coming in, my first impression was that it felt very private, which I liked.My massage therapist was Mei, who was very professional and adjusted to what I wanted quickly without me having to make additional comments. I made light conversation, but other than that, she was quiet, letting me enjoy my massage in peace. I really liked that I could just sit back (figuratively), close my eyes, and relax, because it was truly just what I needed.Overall, it was a pleasant experience; Mei did a great job, and I really liked the atmosphere. Id definitely go back again!

To me this has been my go to place where I feel comfortable and well treated. The massage by Coco has always been terrific. She gets out all the knots and is very professional. Ive had a lot of darn good massages, and she is right up there. Ive been a few times over the last year. Call ahead if you can. One time I didnt and I had to wait about 15 minutes. No worries on that though I could not get my favorite. At a former employer in a former profession, I relied heavily on tips, and I recognize good customer service. Having said that I still am very generous with tipping especially with great service. I like to be remembered when I frequent places.

My honey made reservations for us to get Reflexology massages with the hot stones and detox. The environment was relaxing and very enjoyable. Will definitely book again. Of course there are no photos, lol.

If you ever have problems due to the language is always somebody to help you at this office but make sure you always tell them your needs front up so you could get somebody because these people are wonderful they are very very very skilled and they are a totally different modality from American modalities of MASSAGE they’re fantastic they’re very talented and all you have to do if you having any issues if it’s too rough or whatever it’s just let them know and they will help you every time. They’re a wonderful place they do care about you they always give you water when you’re done. And they try to communicate with you even if they don’t always know English.Co Co goes beyond and above for you she has a big heart and deep compassion for her healing art. She is a great massage therapist. She is very strong if you want a deep tissue tough hand she is great. The 90 min package is the best. Just make sure your tip is good because they work very hard .

The first time I went to this place to get a massage, my masseuse was Megan. She was fantastic!! I always have a sore back and Megan gave me a massage, that have to tell you was fantastic!! I felt so relaxed after the massage. The stiffness in my back was totally gone!! I will request Megan as my masseuse every time I go. If I could rate more stars I would. The best masseuse!!

I went here 2 weeks ago and the massage was amazing!!The music and setting is very peaceful, but I started to notice that there are 2 men massage therapists that just arent very good at all. 1 older gentleman seems like hes just trying to hurry through it and only massages the ankle and foot. The other young guy (very nice) just isnt very good. The ladies here are all really good and very nice. On occasion you get someone whos massaging you that has to stop to accept payments or answer the phone, which isnt very professional. Great hours, but theres a foul smell when you walk in.

Went to explore with this massage place just now with 2 of my other friends. My massage therapist A Yong has such strong hands! Which is exactly what I needed! 1.5hrs of combo with feet and full body really helped my meridians! Will come back! One small suggestion I put in for the management- the room is a bit cold and I had to hide my hands under the blanket when he was doing my back…. Overall speaking great experience!

The lady there was so rude. She was telling us how much we should tip. The massage was terrible for therapeutic. It felt like a massage chair. It was not even relaxing. They were doing it so fast. I would never ever recommend this place.

Came in with very high hopes, however I was extremely disappointed. Was given no direction whatsoever and honestly the massage wasn’t great. I left feeling worse than I showed up and when I went to pay, I was harassed for tips. Don’t get me wrong, I am a firm believer in tipping for great service, but the service wasn’t great and my massage was less than sub par. I left what I believed to be a more than generous tip for the service that was received and they complained that I didn’t give them enough and suggested I use my credit card to tip (I paid entirely in cash). Harassing for tips is the #1 way to incentivize me to not tip and I can guarantee that I will not be returning nor do I recommend others go.*to respond to the owner: I tip for good service and what I received was not that- also, I tipped $25 dollars not $5 though you did not deserve any tip whatsoever. It is incredibly inappropriate to demand for tips and a horrible business practice. Glad to see the harassment continues even after the “massage”.

My spouse and I had 90 minute massage yesterday. It included a salt scrub and hot stones. It was absolutely wonderful!!! The wholePlace is darkened, light music and very comfortable area for the massage. One of the best massages that I have received.

I thought the massage was great! I will definitely come back again. The only thing I found very tacky is them asking for a tip or suggesting you should tip more. If they feel there service is worth more then the price then raise the rates but you ruin the whole experience by trying to make someone tip. It is just my opinion but this could rub people the wrong way and you will lose return customers!

This was an honestly amazing massage, great value, and I will definitely be returning. My masseuse was a lady named Sue, I believe. Got the deep tissue combo and I feel so relaxed. The tension in my shoulders is gone. Highly recommend this parlor

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A FOOT MASSAGE. After a very long day of walking for the tradeshows I was extremely tired and my feet hurt so bad I was desperate for a massage. I stopped in here because it was near where I had lunch. It looked sketchy and I wasn’t sure if this was a happy end type of place but I went in and repeated several times that I was only interested in a FOOT massage. They still asked me to remove my clothes in which I said no I’m only getting a FOOT massage. The man I had said okay and started massaging my feet which was TERRIBLE because it was as if he wasn’t doing anything and I fell asleep. Only to wake up to his hands in my bikini area and I said NO. Yes, this man went from my feet to my bikini area without permission. Then when I checked out they had the nerve to ask for a $20 tip as if I should’ve left satisfied. I wasn’t!! I could not believe that I was violated in that way. My friend had a foot massage too and wasn’t pleased with it. Don’t waste your money. I also now have a rash where he touched me and I don’t know yet if it’s from the roughness of his massage or his dirty hands. Either way, save yourself.

If you dont like your massages rough and uncomfortable, I do not recommend this place. It was my 1st time there and last time FOR SURE!I usually go to another spot but it was closed and I decided to stop at this location since it was the closest. I went with other friends and I started my service about 10 minutes after my friends had started theirs. after complaining through out the 50 minute session, (cause this guy was being so rough), he stopped his service exactly when my friends were done with theirs. my service was supposed to be $30 for a FULL hour. I payed $40 (since I didnt have change) and the lady who charged me grabbed the $10 (MY change) and as she called the guy who gave me a massage, she put the $10 in the counter. she said you can give him the $10 dollars.... I told her I was not happy with my service why should I give him the full $10 tip? she then pointed at a paper where it said $10 - Happy , $15 very Happy , $20 it was awesome... (or something like that) I told her that where was the not happy or unsatisfied? in less than a minute everyone ganged up behind this cashier as If they were going to attack me for not giving the man $10 tip.I would of gladly gave him $20 if I was happy with my massage. But I wasnt and because I felt obligated to give this man a tip, I only left him $2. the cashier gave me a look as if I wasnt paying the $30 (that i had already payed) for my very unsatisfied service.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

We did a couples 80 minutes combo and it was very nice. The foot detox and reflexology was amazing and the body massage was relaxing and really helped the body relax and recharge. The massage therapists were very professional, skilled and experienced. The music was really a delight to my ears and soul . I am thankful for such a nice deal, very affordable. The place is very clean and follows the covid guidelines.It was a delightful experience.

Totally worth it! I was need of a quality foot massage that included reflexology and I found it here. My left ankle and foot had what felt like built up pressure. I felt like if I could just pop it it would feel better. I looked up a couple of places and ultimately chose this one. They had a special of a 60 minute full body with foot reflexology. Yall the gentlemen that serviced me was great. He was able to relieve the pressure in my ankle and foot and I am one happy camper. They just gained a future customer.

I’ve been here twice and both times were exemplary. The masseuses here have incredible strength. My boyfriend and I both left extremely relaxed. Try their $35 special (per person) and be sure to tip well- they do an exceedingly good job and the massage is already such a good value!

My wife and I went to Spring Mountain never having experienced foot massage. We got the couples detox and reflexology foot massage. The experience was one we will never forget. The women working there, tiny as they may be, had the strong and most gentle hands of anyone. It was a true head to toe experience that was easily worth the $75 for the two of us. We would recommend this to anyone who is looking to come in tight and stressed and leave relaxed and relieved. We will definitely be back again!!

Have back pain for years, come here a couple of times, its a super clean place and the massage therapists are very professional. Their magic hands help my back relieve so much. Its always being amazed and super happy from them. Trust me, they are the best massage place that I have ever been to so far!

We went in with my having a very sore shoulder and my wife had sore legs. We did not know what to expect and were very happy and surprised with how we felt when we left. Cindy worked on me and really found and worked hard on my painful areas. I cannot say enough good about this place. They really undercharge and over deliver. I had the extra heat & stones with my massage. It was outstanding!!!

Yesterday, my friend and I ate at a Vietnamese restaurant and found that there was a foot reflexology next door. I decided to try a foot massage without making an appointment., It is Amazing! The manager was so nice , My masseuse was strong lady, good hand , She fixed my problem on my feet, High recommend it!

I was completely impulsive and desperate to have some relief for my feet after walking around the strip for 3 days straight! I googled foot massage establishments close to the strip and Spring Mountain Reflexology came up with great Yelp reviews. I called and they could fit us in right away. I was a little nervous as we drove closer because the neighborhood seemed run down. I’m so glad we decided to try it despite the “outside” appearance of the surrounding area.Not only did we enjoy a full hour of massage/reflexology but I left pain free!!! My feet felt like they were on fire when I arrived and by the time we walked out, I felt amazing!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this and it was one of the best impulsive decisions I made!!!

Recommended by several colleagues who travel to Vegas frequently. Easily one of the best massages I have ever had for an incredible deal! The customer service is excellent, the location is easy to get to, and they are able to take appointments or walk-ins. It is clean, relaxing, and an incredible deal! Will definitely be coming back!!

Pretty decent place for a reflexology foot spa. I have been twice now and for $20 + a minimum of a $7 tip, you get about 60-75 minutes of a relaxing massage. It is a wildly different experience compared to a massage envy or professional establishment, but the results are great depending on your masseuse. There are literally 30-50 different places on Spring Mountain, so I plan on trying another one, but if you want some asian woman to beat you up for an hour, come here.

In the morning,My friend and I came out of the coffee shop and saw this foot reflexology shop, We planned to going to try to have a massage, Although we didnt make a reservation,but their manager Lucy was very friendly and patient ,and introduced each package to us in detail, We finally choose to do the combo full body $55 for 90 mins, WOW good price,it is included sea salt pack , scrub, stones, i most like the sea salt pack hot compress on my neck feel comfortable, the scrub very good smell, the piano music sounds relaxing, i fell asleep, i got a professional massage therapist ROCKY , He has good hand, my headaches was gone , my feet were no more pain, It is Amazing! Anyway, it was a very rewarding experienced, it was worth a $25 tips, it is best one, i will be back again, thank you !

Attracted by the $20/h sign for a foot massage we stepped in (3 pers). We got a good massage over all and much more than just the feet.I feel like it s such a good deal that we can afford to come often.But now it s time to pay and I gave $75 ($60 for the bill + $15 tips which is 25%), then the cashier start asking for at least $30 tips total...I talk to her for two minute to try to explain that 50% tip is to high, and they should change their price if they dont get enough money on a $20/h massage service, but doing the way they do is not conventional and not fair. She kept asking for her $15 more...They just loose 3 potential recurrent customers, since we are locals and leave close by...Anyway I was relax but left angry... Wont go back!!!

Ive had a lot of great massages in my time but today was definitely one of the best Ive ever had. I came in with back pain and walked out feeling brand new! Highly recommend to all those looking for a true professional massage experience.

!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!Place is a ripoff I got the worlds softest massage. My foam roller hits my back harder than this. I was really unsatisfied with what I received. At times I felt like I wasnt even receiving a massage because of the lack of effort. Please read all the low star reviews because every single one is telling the truth. From the cigar smelling massages to the awful tip. The absolute worse is that the manager lucy had the audacity to make me tip 10$ more than what I had already tipped for a total of 90$ for two 35$ dollar massages. Place is a rip off !!!!!PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

This place made me and my boyfriend extremely uncomfortable. We were never told our masseuses names. We werent told what lotion or oil was used. I was actually shocked that I wasnt asked about allergies to certain products. The open nook we were in was so dark. I was going to leave at first but my boyfriend seem to enjoy it. So I stayed. I had no idea he hated it too.I had male masseuse that smoked a cigarette beforehand. I asked him if he washed his hands and he pretended like he didnt understand my question while laughing. The massage was ok, a little rough at times.My boyfriend had a female masseuse who was very rough with him. She used her knees alot while massaging his back. He had trouble bending his back for the next 2 days.We paid $103 which equated to $75.00 for a couple massage and a 28.00 tip to be split. It was a strange experience. I will not be returning. Run away from this place. Dont go!

Sunday afternoon. A group of men walk in, talking and laughing loudly, while customers are supposed to be having a relaxing massage. A couple mins later one of them starts gurgling and spitting... 10 mins before time was up, the therapist informed me we didnt have enough time to treat a headache that I had just started feeling (there werent any customers waiting or anything...). I only left a 5$ tip (I shouldnt have tipped at all) and she got mad lol. Never again. There are so many places to get a decent massage in the city.

Got foot & body massage from this place. It was the best. First time there. Rooms were full and people were waiting to get massaged. Definitely would go again. No funny stuff. Just business

They need to change the name!!! They are Not a really reflexology place!! I saw great reviews and The website looks very professional! If you are looking for a really reflexology place this is not it!They just rub lotion on your feet and $20 and a mandatory minimum tip of $10.Please dont waste your money!!!! Not only are they not a real reflexology place. The lady smelled like cigarette! It was so bad I couldnt even relax all I could do is focus on the smell!!!!

Wow where to start....well let me say first, Ive been to a number of reflexology places, in SoCal where Im from....so decided to try one here in Vegas now that I live here. I researched carefully as some of the reviews for some of the places here in Vegas werent great.....and I chose Spring Mountain Reflexology because they seemed to have the best rating.So first off, the therapist was sloppy at best.... my daughters therapist she said had such stinky feet that she could barely handle being in the vicinity of the woman. Near the end of the hour, the women tell us to turn over onto our stomachs and do we want to add on the special additional back massage for $10 each....Im thinking ok, an additional back massage maybe that will be good...ok sure. Yeah nope, the only addon was that they used massage oil for the less than 10 mins of the remaining hour. What the hell?!?! So Im already not happy, but I go out to pay, hand my credit card to the lady, and she asks if I want to leave tip....I thought I was being generous in even giving a tip let along giving a 20% tip for each therapist...NOPE she said I had to leave a mininum of $10 tip per therapist which is 30% tip!!!!!!!! WHAT THE F*@%! Then had the damned audicity to add an additional $1 for the credit card fee!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the money I spent, I could have gone to massage envy and had a real damned massage! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Idk if I just got a bad cookie but this lady beat me aggressively and relentlessly. She repeatedly ignored my request to go softer and just manhandled me! The worst part was the slaps on my back which I still feel a week after. Trust she wasnt trying to help me relax, she was letting her anger out. Get a punching bag lady! and stop posting fake reviews because those reviews are nothing like what I experienced. You been warned

This is the second time I been to this place. The first time was awesome! As for today’s visit. It was horrible! It was loud in the front area to the point where you can hear there conversation. Nothing relaxing about that. The lady who massage me was hurting me the whole time. She didn’t even message my feet or back really. She kept massaging my knee.

It was a ripped we told themWe are not satisfied and after the charge of 30$ for an hour foot reflex there is a compulsory tip of 10 if you are happy 20 very happy 30 excellent it wasn’t worth it I expect the foot reflects gets the pressure points it was only a foot massage that is a not satisfying. If you pay card there is another 1$ card charge definitely not worth it !!!!!!

Great value massage! If you do the reflexology you have to keep your clothes on but you still basically get a full body massage. Make sure you wear loose clothing or athletic shorts, so that they can get up in there.

They did neck cracking without proper chiropractic knowledge. This can cause permanent brain damage and is super dangerous. If they hurt someones neck their business would go under.

My 88 year old Great Grandmother And I came in and have had reflexology done before but ,By Far the Best we Have ever had !!! Very Nice ladies , Clean , And Super relaxing. Have Told Multiple People already and will continue to come back !!!

Omg, first off the seats you lie down on are not normal massage chairs, theyre very oriental and special SUPER comfortable and relaxing chairs...never felt anything like it and wow the lady went hard the whole time and gave the best deep foot and body massage

I usually come here for my job. Today, one of the ladies was extremely rude. She demanded a certain amount tip and began arguing with me. If it wasnt for my job, I would never come back.

Its like a lot of massage parlors in Chinatown. Relatively cheap - but not comparable to beautiful, well-equipped massage studios with trained masseurs. You get what you pay for.
