Vanessa was the most amazing host! She was attentive, funny, and insightful about Las Vegas generally. We truly had the best night because of her guidance! Definitely will recommend this to all of my friends heading to Vegas.
We’ve been attending bar crawls with LA Epic almost monthly for a while now and they have not disappointed. Vanessa, Joe and Fran are all awesome hosts! Thank all for the awesome memories! I went out to Vegas for my friend’s birthday and we decided to do a crawl. We had an EPIC night. Entry to the clubs was smooth. The party bus was the highlight of the night. We had our host Bri who kept the drinks flowing and making sure we all had a good time. When I come back to Vegas I will definitely be going on another crawl !
Had a great time ! I loved how we kept skipping the lines at the clubs, made me feel like I was VIP. Oh and the host Bri was phenomenal she was great and I had so much fun. She had me dancing and partying the whole night. You guys if you go and get bri just know you are about to have a great time.

Awesome hosts for saturday 11/25/23 in vegas baby! Hosts were helpful and checked in on us every step of the way with info and where and when to meet from sign in at the first venue at ph until the 4th venue at encore (xs). As a coordinator myself, i know it is logistically challenging having such a large group and it was evident they they were adequately trained and were very experienced to handle it. Will continue to recommend to my friends.
Gayden was such a great club crawl host! Super fun and made sure we had an awesome time. Definitely recommend him if you want a wild night out!
There is so much to see and do in Vegas and an LA Epic tour should def be on your list. We did the Pool crawl and went to Marquee as well as Liv. Loved that we got to experience more than one pool party. The Hostess was so fun and matched our level of energy and enthusiasm which was very much appreciated!
Best first club crawl experience! Had a great time checking out different venues in Vegas. I also want to give a shout out to Fran our host, she was very energetic and made our party bus super fun. Cant wait to book again when we come back to Vegas!
Nicole was amazing we traveled from Boston for a bachelorette and of course some of us where nervous and had a 100 questions on what to do where to go. Nicole answered everyone questions and was also available from phone calls to text messages. Nicole made us feel comfortable and we loved everything. I highly recommend Nicole.

Melinda and Nikki helped me coordinate a bus rental for my birthday. The booking process was straight forward and both Melinda and Nikki made coordinating event logistics and payment super simple. They both had extensive knowledge on the area and helped me determine a venue that fit my birthday vibe. Overall 10/10 booking experience and will book again next year!

We got this bar crawl for a bachelorette party we were having in Vegas. This bar crawl was truly so much fun! The party bus was probably the best part of the whole night. Our hosts made sure everyone was enjoying and having fun. I would recommend this as a fun experience.

It was a blast, but 2 things I didn’t like; the stairs leading up to marquee was nuts, Pauly D wasn’t even there and we have to trek it back to our cars from the starting point. Other than that it was a fun night. Lost my hosts at hakkasan and it was so crazy in there we left so I couldn’t even find them to tip them I’m sorry guys 😫 you guys were wonderful and seriously made it a smooth and fun night for us!!!
We did two crawls on different days. Vanessa, Ash, Mia and Fran were all amazing. We had a blast with them. We’ll ask for them again next year
Patrick didn’t just take complete care of us all night but he quickly became a welcomed part of our crew! This man knows how to do good business! MADE me and my fiancés bachelor/bachelorette party for sure. I would highly recommend this company! The other guys and whole situation was on point as well! I used LA epic for a bachelorette party and I cannot recommend this company more!Nicole was our contact and made the planning process a breeze, even when handling multiple changes we requested for the itinerary. Once the party bus arrived, we were hosted by Vanessa. Vanessa kept the drinks coming and helped us to take group photos, although she really felt like a part of the group! She was the absolute best and worked her magic to make our experience the best it ever could have been. JT was our driver at the end of the night and made sure we stayed hydrated with tons of water before dropping us back at our hotel. LA Epic is the only company I would recommend for your party bus needs!

You have to do a Pool Crawl with this company. Destiny, Ember and Light skin did their thing to ensure that the 25th birthday celebration lived up the the companies name-EPIC!!! We met our host at the designated bar and the party started! The hosts only goal was to make sure that everyone had an exceptional party. We had a senior with us and they accomodated with encoragement during the walking, using elevators, and even holding our arm when it seemed the steam had run out. No person was left behind. At the first pool, there was a vendor giving out samples and our hosts even tried to secure that for us. The party bus was LIT!!!! Shots, music dancing-we didnt even need to go to the pool party we could have invited people to join us on the bus. When Destiny found out we wanted to attend a concert later that evening. She jumped into action. She was able to connect us with the right people so that our party didnt end. If ever back in Vegas, I will always do some sort of crawl with this company!!!! Thank you LA Epic for such a memorable experience that no one will ever forget!!!!
Look, regularly, these bar crawls take place in multiple nice club venues spread across the strip. If you book one of these like we did on Halloween night, which was a Tuesday, dont expect a lot of nice clubs as a lot of them are closed during the week.I give the person doing the tour a 5 star. My disappointment began when we were taken to a restaurant as a club stop (Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar) which wasnt a find at all, its just inside the Mandalay Bay, decent but overpriced.Our second stop was also at the Mandalay Bay, which I thought it was kinda lame. The foundation room had zero Halloween theme happening and we looked pretty goofy dressed up in Halloween costumes among a more business casual and elegant crowd. 2 clubs so far and one was a restaurant and the other one was a lounge.Finally, they took us to Omnia, which was worth all the wait as Steve Aoki was showing that night. I wish we wouldve more clubs and less fillers. 5 stars for the staff, 1 star for planning = 3 stars
22 of our best friends and family travelled from all over US and from UK to Vegas to celebrate some huge milestones - a 21st & a 65th birthday, a 25th & 30th wedding anniversary, university graduations and a brand new Mr & Mrs!Nicole Davis set up our night out and she was awesome! She was attentive and very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely recommend her and Las Vegas Club Crawl. Our host Larry was also amazing!

I was kind of coerced into leaving a five star review, so I’m back to give it what I truly feel it deserves. My maid of honor booked this crawl for my bachelorette party. When we booked it, we had no idea that we would be walking everywhere since a party bus was advertised. I also don’t understand why we paid as much as we did to still have to buy drinks at every bar/club. There is a bus ride and it’s only 12 minutes. It is the only point on this adventure in which you get the liquor that you paid for ahead of time, and it’s not enough time to finish it all. When it was time to get on the bus, we had to walk so far and carry all of our own liquor and all of the ice was melted, so we drank room temp nasty alcohol. When we got on the bus, the speakers were blown, so the host connected to a JBL pill that sat in the seat next to me. Then without our consent, the bus driver performed a raunchy strip tease on everyone in my group. When the bus dropped us off at Hakkasan, the club was so packed we couldn’t even walk in or see anything. To top it all off, I was miserably sober as 12 min is not enough time to drink all of that rubbing alcohol… Although it makes for a funny story now, the whole night was kind of a horror story, I was sober, my feet hurt, and it was a huge damper on my trip.This might be a fun experience for people who want to walk and are willing to start at a sports bar, but we were looking for a party bus to stop at different clubs.
Alejandro was the best. Promote him now! Wouldn’t have the same with anybody else but him. The best experience we could’ve asked for.
Did the self guided Cinco de Mayo Crawl and we dealt with Joe who is always awesome to do any bar crawl with (my husband and I often do bar crawls with LA Epic) highly recommend LA Epic and if you are lucky enough to get Joe as your guide just know you’re in for a great time!

The promoters were fun, but it was really unorganized none of the bars had any clue about the drink specials so spent a lot of time standing around waiting for them to find out. Also the bars that were chosen were completely dead minus Park on Fremont. Would not do it again.

So I debated on giving this 4 or 5 stars. Giving 5 stars only because our host, Larry, was great. My friend and I signed up for the Fremont Street Bar Crawl and party bus. That afternoon the party bus was cancelled because out of the 6 people signed up, we were the only ones signed up for the party bus. No worries here, LA Epic offered to refund for the party bus or put us in the Club Crawl. Went for the refund cause we wanted something a little low key.Around 8:15, Larry shows up for check-in (prompt, I like it). My friend and I are the only ones to show up for the Bar Crawl. Larry, being the awesome host he is, takes the 2 of us to each bar on the list, even though 3 out of the 4 bars were dead. We didnt have the best time, but it was fun people watching and Larry was an awesome host. I would recommend doing this, but maybe not the Fremont Street one on a Thursday.

Whole process of booking with Nicole was super collaborative and helpful. She took our ambiguous requests and recommended a killer line up of stops for us.And Malcom and Deja were EPIC party hosts. They really helped setting the tone from the very start. Never backing down from a dance challenge and constantly making sure we were having a good time. Do what you can to get either of these bright lights to host your outing!!This is a great way to experience Vegas!! Would definitely do again!!

We went both Friday and Saturday and both were an absolute blast! Thank you to Vanessa and Alejandro for going out of their way to make it a good time on their respective days. Definitely worth doing a crawl rather than just going to a club on your own. Highly recommend
My wife and it have done a few party bus’s in Vegas and this was by far the best one yet! Alejandro was the best guide ever he honestly made everyone feel comfortable and amped up! We will definitely be doing this bar crawl again and will be requesting Alejandro as our guide for sure!
We had such a great time! We met inside Planet Hollywood at Flights, where we were assigned to our hosts for the night. Our host was Joey and he was absolutely FABULOUS. From flights we got on our party bus, where Joey made sure we had drinks and even took music requests. We headed to Tao, spent about 1- 1 1/2 hours there, met our group back at the designated area, and followed Joey back to the party bus. He made sure we really had the party going on the bus, checking drinks and passing out shots. Joey even demonstrated how to use the pole on the party bus. We got to Hakkasan and the club was so full of energy that we were swept away and danced our shoes right off! After Hakkasan, we consolidated into one party bus and headed to Off the record. At this point my group was partied out and we made the trek back to our car in the planet Hollywood garage, it was about a twenty minute walk which felt like nothing after all the free drinks we had poured down us. All in all, it was a great night and I would do it again and again, especially with Joey. I cannot stress how much fun he added to the whole experience. Totally worth it!

Terrible experience. Didn’t feel organized or guided. The only thing they did was take pictures of us and get us into the club. They advertise “drink specials” but the first club we went to they told us we would pay full price which was like $30 per drink. Your “guides” are just a bunch of rowdy college kids with no idea what they’re doing. They also don’t tell you that you’ll be paired with about 40 more people. So it doesn’t feel like a personalized experience at all. If you’re looking to have a good time clubbing or bar hopping I would just recommend to find a few bars/clubs and then book a party bus. Wish we had done that instead.
Jo was a great host! He definitely checked on you to make sure you were good. First 2 places were a little dead. Party bus ride was not that long and they didnt have enough alcohol for the amount of people on the bus. Over all the group we were with definitely turned up. We had a good time

We did the Freemont Halloween crawl and had a blast. Fran checked us in and did a fabulous job. My only area for improvement would be to confirm bar specials and hours. Pinche Tacos was listed as doing specials until 1AM but they closed at 11. Don’t Tell Mama was on the bar list but didn’t honor the drink specials. Every other place was fun, welcoming, and had great food/drink deals.
Jo was one of the best hosts we’ve experienced. He made sure to get us turnt up. Kept us accommodated. It was my father’s birthday and he made sure to give us special shout outs and strong drinks on the bus. He made sure we got into the clubs and took care of us every step of the way. Thanks Jo!

I will 100% do this again. My friend and I recently did this and I couldn’t of thought of a better experience. The staff were all so nice and kept us safe. Rose, Rina, and Larry really knew how to keep the party going. There was a few moments that I remember of them helping people walk and reassuring our safety, but also making us have the best time. At each place we went they made sure everyone was counted for. If not they would come search for you. The party bus was without a doubt my fav and the second club was unforgettable. I truly wish they see this post cause they were amazing, and genuine people.

The second bar was pretty slow, but they gave us a free shot which was cool. We were able to take drinks onto the party bus and ended up at Omnia! Cool experience and a good host, five stars.

Las Vegas Club Crawl has been an experience I’ve been wanting to do for a while. It’s been a truly chill vibe on getting everything situated, rose has been extremely helpful in the process. Great times, we were able to go to 2 different clubs, VIP treatment in line. Malcom was our host great energy, moved around to everybody making sure everybody felt good and informed on the next move. Party bus atmosphere when you riding to the club. I would recommend it if your a couple, meet other people and your not stuck @ 1 club with a crazy cover door charge🍻
Rose was great! I’ve been on this club crawl multiple times and she is by far the best host we’ve had!!! Definitely coming back!

The hosts were fabulous & the pool venues had great DJs! We purchased our tix through Groupon which saved us some bucks. Few confusing things: no idea what time to meet. Ticket said 11am, confirmation email said 1130am, we didnt see our host until 1200pm. We wasted over an hour figuring this out looking for our crew. Tix said drink specials - there were no drink specials. We had to pay full price ($25-50/drink) at each venue. Had a great time especially due to the hosts.

Would HIGHLY recommend if in Vegas to do a bar crawl. The event was well organized/coordinated. They had consistent, clear communication/expectations. And most of all it was FUN. My family and friends had a blast! Wish we could have kept the crawl after midnight but nevertheless was a great time!
I went on the Fremont st bar crawl and had a great time! They took us to bars I didnt know were there, it was a great way to get a taste of downtown. Then we took a party bus to the strip, that was super fun, Ive never been on one before and this was a great first experience. we ended at Foundation Room that seriously has one of the best views in Vegas. I liked the staff, they were really nice and made it an easy and fun time. Highly recommend them, it was well worth it

Ziggy was our tour manager and he made the experience super fun, he was very proficient and made sure the group was together between bars and that everyone who wanted to continue was counted for. He was super friendly and while he was very professional and respectful of his job he also didn’t make you feel baby sat and helped guide you to have a great time! He also had great information and tips to have a great night! I would totally recommend this company and ZIGGY!

Currently hungover at work writing this, so you know I had a good time lol. Company was super accommodating, even though I was a little late. The venues were totally unique! Great places for pictures everywhere. One of them even had games to play like corn-hole and life-size beer pong. I had a BLAST. My host Ziggy was super sweet and professional. I really appreciated that he gave me plenty of notice before moving to the next venue. It gave me time to go to the bathroom and do my lady things and also close out my tab/get a last minute drink. It was also nice to know he had my back, being a woman in a club with a bunch of dudes around. Overall, couldn’t be happier with my first experience at LA Epic. Will definitely be going on future crawls and inviting my girlfriends to come with me!
It has been a great pleasure working with LA EPIC Club Crawls to planning a Fremont Bar Crawl as part of my bachelorette weekend. I recently went on the LA Epic Club Crawl on New Years Day 2023 in Las Vegas and had an amazing time! The company really knows how to throw a party and make sure everyone is having a great time. The club crawl took us to some of the hottest clubs in Vegas and we got to skip the lines and go straight in. The VIP treatment was top-notch and the group of people we went with made the night even more memorable. LA Epic was all around great from the office to the hosts. Our crawl got cancelled but they offered to put us on another one and let us join another one for the trouble. That is stellar customer service. The hosts were super fun and professional. We had a great time, well for sure book with them again. Were planning a trip to LA soon and were looking forward to going on one their crawls there too. Definitely recommend them!

Amazing experience! Hosts were very professional, organized, and came with great energy that provided for a great time on the party bus. The expedited entry at multiple high profile spots was very worthwhile, especially for the price! Had great experiences with the others on the crawl as well. Attended my first club crawl last Saturday and had the best experience ever! My hosts, Shanna, Ziggy and Anthony really made the night an unforgettable experience. Shanna and Ziggy took care of us, making sure everyone was out on time to make it to the bus and continue having a good night. Anthony made sure we were having a good time while at the clubs and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience! I’ve been to Vegas many times and on a few bar crawls, but Vanessa made the experience the most enjoyable time. She is very pleasant and easy to coordinate with. I would definitely recommend her as a tour guide for any bar crawl moving forward.

A friend of mine recommended LA Epic, so I figured I would give them a try while in town. My husband and I had the best time out. Its not always easy to meet friends as a couple, so we really enjoyed meeting amazing people from all over the world! The tour hosts were AMAZING, as were all the venues we went to! Great value, and definitely appreciated the drink specials! Would highly recommend to other couples, group of friends, or solo travelers!
