Went especially for a batchata event featuring Frank Reyes and Louis Vargas and have nothing but great things to say. From the staff (all the bad comments about the coat ck security lady...turns out she was super nice to us 🤗), door man (special thanks to Giovanni who was really nice to us 🥰) music and performances...All #1!!Yes the performers took forever to get on stage and the drinks were so expensive but for us, non latino but batchata lovers coming from Canada, this was an event of a lifetime.

I purchased two tickets for the Alex Ubago presentation/concert. I got there at 9:45 pm and the concert was supposed to start at 10:00 pm. We were waiting outside in a huge line and they would not let anyone in. I called the club to complain, warning about writing a bad review and immediately they let everyone in. It was About 12:40 am and no concert. I had to call the Cops and report the situation as they were refusing to give us the money back. After placing the phone call, 5 minutes after, they started the show. This was a VERY disrespectful situation. The singer has nothing to do with anything. Event organizers, the club, they should learn how to treat their clients. I would NEVER go back to LA Boom. And the drinks $ 15 dollars each + taxes and tip = $ 20 , in a little plastic cup, ridiculous. I go out to have a good time, fun, not to stress myself. Awful.

Horrible experience. Horrible service. Unorganized & unprofessional. Would NEVER come back here again. Got here at 1150, came inside & reserved a birthday package a week before that cost about 1500$+ too never get a lick of liquor. Waiting 3 hours and some change, for bottle girl & management too come up to my group of 12 about 10 times to ask us what bottle we want & never accommodated us with even one for the wait. While the whole damn club is getting served left and right. On TOP of that we were super over crowded in a section, for them to come at 3 in the morning with 12 more people. They literally put these people on top of our heads. Not worth the time and damn sure not worth your money. Never have I experience such thing. Left sober as day & my friend couldn’t even enjoy her birthday celebration. DO BETTER for your customers. On top of that gave us a hard time to even try to get a refund, which I’m still waiting for it. Overall 0/10.

I went to see a artist perform. The establishment started the guest performer at 830 and as a Latino Im used too a late start. I missed the entire show. Then they proceeded to rush them off stage and kicked everyone out, so that they could have a second show at 11. They kicked everyone out and told us to pay a second cover charge for the second half $20 extra pprs to get back in. Drinks are $$$. I do not recommend. Owners are greedy.

Drinks way too expensive and way too small, securties are alright although there’s a black, slim, tall lady who is rude as.f and provocative. No need to answer a normal question with such an ugly and rude tone.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Went out with a group of 12 people for a birthday.Paid for a birthday package a week before and arrived the day of at 11:50 pm.Got to the location at 12 and never got served. After trying to get our bottles and speaking with multiple managers nothing was resolved. They then came at 3:20 am trying to serve our bottles and told us that they had run out of the bottles we asked for. The place closed at 4am so we asked for a refund. Even trying to get a refund was a problem. The staff in general from the bottle girls, management and security are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible, el show de oscar burgos ,no seats only vip. Can seat ,if you buy bottle you allowe to seat other wise standing up he was late 1 hour so 1 xtra hour on you feet ,doors open late so waiting outside for half hour so you better be aware if you wanna go there

Best place in queens for latin music, excellent service and atmosphere, they also have delicious food to share, and live shows definitely the best place to celebrate your birthday, the waitresses make you feel really good, highly recommend

DO NOT PAY VIP! You will literally be standing on your feet for 4 hours before the artist comes out. We payed for VIP tickets to see Alex Ubago just to be told that we had to purchase a minimum of 2 bottles ($500) to be allowed a table. Disgusting place! Never coming back.

It was a majestic night. One of the top Latin clubs in N.Y.C. Had the presence of La Reina Del Mix; Deejay Carolina.The opening act got the party started.Just her stride to stage was...The Mexican cuisine was to par. Good taste and portions. The drinks with the comemorerie mugs; hit the spot. Día De Los Muertos; Gracias, Mexico.Staff was friendly and professional. Safety protocol was followed.

That is an abuse and theft to pay for a VIP and they force you to spend a minimum of $500 for a small and ordinary table with only 2 very uncomfortable chairs. and paying more than $20 + tip for horrible poorly prepared cocktails in small plastic glasses, terrible service... its a waste of money...

Their website say free entry before 12am if on guest list and we were but the lady at the front didn’t understand us or explained anything and then made us pay $100! Then they try soo hard to scam us for an hour! After that they give us our money and we left! Don’t trust the workers!!!

Just celebrated my birthday there this past Saturday and let me tell you I had a great time! Service was great, atmosphere lit and music on point! It def was a birthday celebration for real! Gracias por la celebración Laboom!

This place has a lot of wrestling history in it first time being here it looks small in the outside but when you go inside its very nice I really like this venue and also a great place for wrestling this was so good for House Of Glory

Very rude so called manager. Handles a situation by asking disrespectfully what is it you looking to get another shot? More alcohol ? We paid less for doubles (bigger cups) on the other side of the club and was given smaller cups on this side of the bar & paid more, $57 to be exact for 2 regular sized drinks. All we wanted to know is why we had to pay more than before and instead he just shoved a whole bunch of vodka into a cup and dismissed the situation. Disgusting management behavior. I have the video to show how he handled the situation as well. I would never return here, especially when drinks are over priced at $25 a cup. 4 drinks cost us $115. Insane.

Wonderful place to enjoy a great Latin party. Their food is delicious, good service and great atmosphere. Its perfect.

Last year I went to celebrate my boyfriends birthday with his family and my experience was this: while me and my man were dancing I slipped on something wet couldnt tell if it was water or alcohol cuz when we both fell I went head back and I hit it very hard that I was scared may have a concussion. Plus NOT ONE EMPLOYEE DIDNT COME TO SEE IF MY BOYFRIEND AND I WERE OKAY AFTER THE FALL CUZ I SWEAR I SAW THEM LAUGHING WHEN WE BOTH WENT DOWN. The VIP section was just a small wobbly table and stools that have nothing in the back that anyone whos intoxicated can seriously get hurt. All I can say is make sure they put u somewhere safe better yet just dont go for the sake of ur safety. Also they are very sneaky on their prices cuz my boyfriends brother had to pay $300 extra after he already brought the VIP set. I feel that no one watches if other guest are alright when it comes to intoxication cuz La Boom will seriously have a VERY HORRIBLE REPUTATION for ANY SORT OF CRIME THAT WE ALL CAN IMAGINE.

Was there last night (7/28/18) to celebrate my wifes bday VIP style! Everything went great and the bottle girl serving us was amazing and attentive the whole night despite the club being extremely crowded. We arrived and staff had our event set and in order. Only disappointing part was Alex Sensation never arrived, but still had DJ Kazzanova give a personal shot out live on the air B-)

I went for New Year Eves and the experience was terrible! They had advertised that the doors would be by 10:00 p.m. and they did not open the doors until 10:40 p.m. Once inside, there was no dance floor, the entire lounge was full of tables that cost from $800-$1000 to sit plus you also needed to consume I believe $70.00 or so per person. We had to stand the entire night (clearly as their charges were excessive and absurd). Nonetheless, we were hoping to dance and enjoy our night and we couldnt. Everyone was literally on top of the other and no room nor proper place to dance. The Business owners certainly used poor judgement on the set-up for that night!!! To top it off, the artist didnt arrive until 2:30 a.m. and played for just an hour. Once he was on stage, the sound system was off and we were unable to hear clearly the singing of Yiyo Sarante. I was extremely disappointed. Never again!

If you purchase tickets and can’t make it to the venue, they will play dumb and not refund you. I’ve attempted numerous times to contact Jaime Ortiz for this show but they never answer. I received a call from one of the workers explaining that they never do refunds. Nowhere does it state that on their website.

BEWARE This lady and her coworker used their position as security to STEAL from me… then of course lied and said she don’t know what I’m talking about all while she just took my stuff right out of my purse then said I will get it back when I leave but she tried to have security tell me I had to leave when I asked her to give me my stuff back I took her picture and was asking for their names. This place is pure TRASH do yourself a favor and go somewhere else…

Nice venue but listen, a Cuba libre for almost $20 in a plastic cup....you be the judge..Concert Los Van Van & Havana d Primera was great!

Suggested to them it was time to make it a bachata night and not too long after they had one called “reggaeton v bachata“ night !! It was so fun and the dj was amazing , playing the gems. Not too filled but enough ppl . Definitely will visit again.

La Boom is my favorite place to dance and meet latin women! Make sure to ask for Sharon shes an amazing host and will take care of you!

It was so hot in there no Air conditioner. Everything was so expensive. Not going back there.

Let me start off by saying it was my Firends birthday we had a table reserved and there was a half payment all ready paidWhen we got there Securitys was friendly we skipped the line and ids got checked and we got our bands.when we go in we did coat check it was only $3 at first í was pissed because í thought it was going to be crazy expensive but it was not.Then we go to our table it was not what we expected for this amount of people we were there negotiation.í told my friend lets just go some where eles but after like 25min we stayed. And got a extra complementary bottle.Music was great we went on Saturday after so many drinks we all forgot about being mad at this placeit turned out to be a memorable memory that í wouldnt forget one of the best time of my life here !

I had a wonderful time for my birthday BUT I payed for a birthday package and when i arrived the hostess seemed lost as to where my table was and tried to give me a regular table. After i was given a good table and we ordered the two bottles that came included in the package they tried charging us for it as if i didn’t pay for a package. I took them THREE times to give me the correct receipt. There are no balloons as written in the package. There were 0 shout outs from the dj once again as written in the package so was disappointed. That aside great vibes and had a blast.

I was here for the Young Miko concert. She should have had it anywhere but here. Security was inconsistent with what was VIP and not. They had people running around trying to find a spot and were very rude. Most of the floor was taken up by VIP and the few tables that were non VIP forced you to order a bottle to keep your spot fully depending on which security talked to you. Some tables didnt order anything and got to keep theirs. We basically got scammed. The space was overcrowded and very difficult to see. They should have prepared screens to mirror what was on the stage. The sound quality was not good and it was hard to hear her through the mic over the backtrack on songs. They kept delaying when she would arrive up to 3hrs after the original time. For any artist thinking about booking this place for a concert, I recommend finding elsewhere. Your fans will not have a good time.

WORST EVENTS PLACELA BOOM IS TRASH!Security and that one lady were rude and would embarass you in front of the crowd. They gave the artists a hard time to enter the venue that caused the delay in their performance. No sound check were made because of this. They turned the lights on even though the artists weren’t done with their performance yet. They threw out the artists’ photographer and didn’t even let her take photos of a gender reveal that was done in the middle of the show. After the event, they shooed us away like fat rats. Security guys were shouting at us coz it took a while for everybody to exit the area since there were a lot of people who attended and the way out was packed.I don’t know if they just don’t like Filipino people that’s why we were treated that way or they’re just born rude.Photo below is the lady I was talking about. I pay for a central stage vip but I had to stand up with people that pay regular price. Try to talk to a few staff members and they didnt know what to tell me till a girl toll my husband that we need to spend a lot of money to sit on a table. Very disappointing pay for vip tickets and be treated like u pay the minimum price.

The worst experience ever I was there last night ,paid for vip front stage and the security staff was so rude one came to me because I stood up on the bottom part of the stool to take a video and just came to my face crowding me and told me to get down that is unacceptable for a man to come like that to a woman when my husband saw that he ask him what happened and security got so nasty and approached him aggressively trying to intimidate him and kicked us out after we paid a lot of money for a vip front stage. Be aware of going here!!

The bodyguard stopped our group of 3 people before 12am 3 times literally before letting us in just because they wanted us to pay $25 . The bodyguard said we were drunk but funny enough we didn’t have a sip of alcohol before making the line if you wanted money from the customers you guys could have said that and that’s it. Please dont come here and spend your money somewhere else

I don’t know what the negative reciews are about but it is ALWAYS a great time there! I have been a few times and the atmosphere never disappoints. The Djs are always on point with everything that they play. They have dancers that come out and give you a performance too around midnight, 1am. I love the music genre combination a lot, drinks are a bit overpriced but hey, it’s a night club! Overall great experience always.

This place is not worth it for a concert on any location. Even paying the table (which is overpriced for what they offer) and vip area you will feel uncomfortable for all the people around and there is no control for it. Lack of manners for the guys at the entry, definitely they need a course of customer service, only can thank you the manager that helped me. Place looks average to be a night club but if you want see your artist, go to another place.

I went to this bar on May 21st and I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had from a level of service stand point. Ana Maria the bartender at the left the side bar was the most attentive bartender I’ve ever had and wanted to make sure the business was aware. I will be back and only because of her service. The club was great and the music was good but her service was memorable. Business owners should be aware of who provides amazing service and she did all night. Will be back and primarily because of her.

Im not sure why so many bad reviews. I had a great experience. I went last Friday and had a blast. Security staff was as stricted as they should be. I saw reviews saying “oh they are rude, they are not friendly” c’mon folks…Waitress on the other side, was so nice and elegant. I had VIP and just had to buy a bottle of whiskey ($250) which included chairs and table. Not sure where the $1000 plus people mentioned in some reviews to get just a table and chairs are billed separated. Even the manager passed by offering free shots. Later, i got chicken wings for $14. Before I went to this club, I read these reviews and had regrets feelings that messed up my mind thinking that I’ve made a mistake buying the tickets. When in reality was one of the best night i had in long time attending salsa/vallenato concert. I wont take these reviews so seriously next time.

To the owner/manager. They tried to charge me for valet parking when i was parked legally. (Check the signs) then i go to the front and the valet guys had already told the bouncers i guess. So the bouncers said i cant come unless i pay for valet and pay cover charge. Complete scam. 3rd world behavior. I will never visit again.

Mi gente, this is not the spot, especially not for concerts. When we first arrived we were quite confused to see almost half the venue closed for under 21, VIP, and members that purchased tables. It also seemed like security was making decisions randomly off emotion, as theyd randomly allow certain guests pass into other areas while others couldnt, even when both had the same bands and clearances. We were able to witness this because, although the event itself was 21+, nearly half of one side of the venue was closed for roughly 10 people who were underaged. I am not kidding, half of the left side of the venue was closed off for kids under 21 in a 21+ event. To top it off, the venue was constantly changing the starting time of the event. Initially, Young Miko was to start at 10, then 11, then 12, then she finally performed at 1:30. Mind you, the sound system is one of the worst Ive ever heard in a venue. You will not be able to properly hear the artist in the slightest. All the while they have the audacity to charge 18 dollars for a basic drink. I am telling you, if youre contemplating going to an artists performance here, dont- save your money and wait for another venue to host them.

I had an amazing experience here the food, the atmosphere and the service was excellent especially, the hostess Willi and the servers were very attentive. I really recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to party with great music, food, service and an amazing ambiance.

Horrible place I got my tickets and they still wouldn’t let us in there’s better places than this one the manager or whoever she is a blonde tall lady said she didn’t care about me making the line or me spending money on the ticket because there was no space anymore. Why sell the tickets if you guys are at full capacity please make it make sense.

I went to the Young Miko concert yesterday and this was one of the worst concert experiences in my life. Tickets said it started at 10 p.m. but the artists only showed up at 1 a.m. From 11:30 p.m. or so on there was absolutely no space to dance. A drunk guy kept taking up way too much space and annoying different groups of people and security took a lot of time to ask him out. When Young Miko came I could not see her at all, only through the phones of the people around me who were filming. Not to mention the sound quality was worst than when I listen to her songs on my phone. The venue made a terrible use of the space not even using the screens so we could see her from afar.

All the bad comments are right the place is terrible and the service is terrible they want to force money from you the waitresses have terrible service on top of that Im not sure but someone put a harmful substance in my drink I think it was the people I met or maybe the Ai staff couldnt guarantee but I dont recommend coming to this place its terrible I would never return there again

We had a great VIP experience celebrating Janisse birthday! So much fun!

Bumped into this cute spot while looking for somewhere to have dinner & celebrate our anniversary after our initial plans fell through. We walked up & was immediately seated. There was a lot of nicely spaced tables and good music playing. Our waitress was friendly and gave great suggestions. And the gentleman that I think were managers always walked by & checked on us. Food was good & filling and the drinks were exceptional. I have already recommended it to two of my friends. And will definitely be back.

This place would have gotten more stars IF they didn’t try to RIP us off! We’ve been there a few times before and was surprised when the server said we had to order a bottle in order to get a hookah....We thought maybe it was a new policy.... NOPE. We were taken back but said ok, let’s get the $150 bottle- server says NO we HAVE to get the $200 one.... weird but we went with it. After TWO hours of waiting for the hookah, we finally get the manager (she was nice). Manager was SHOCKED what the server had told us as NONE of it was true! This is not how you treat people and this is not how you run a business! Karma is a real thing! No “gratuity” is worth what you did. Our credit card company has this report as FRAUD and this server will get what’s coming. Shame on you!!!

The music groups get 5 stars, but if youre going here, I suggest that one stops by at a bar for a few drinks otherwise youll need to take out a loan to afford drinks at La Boom.Just two 8 oz watered down Margaritas went for $23.00 each.. paid $46.00 total.That price gouging took the fun away from enjoying the night.Management: I was ready to spend more than $46.00 on alcohol that night. But the drinks were nowhere near worth it.

If you come here you will definitely have a great time. The drinks are great(slightly over priced), good music( mostly Spanish), very spacious, and the VIP sections are really nice. I’ve been here a couple of times and always enjoyed myself. They have beautiful bottle girls, that have great customer service and they always have a good DJ that knows how to get the crowd going.

This place has gone really down hill after the pandemic. I’ve been there plenty of times. I even went during the pandemic when they had food and it was lame. I just went about 2 weeks ago and was extremely disappointed at the ambiance. Drinks are ridiculously price, they’re basically putting whole drinks in shot glasses and charging you $20. You’re paying to get in as well FYI. The line wasn’t too long but be careful with the blond big bone (you know what I mean 😂) woman. I hope she doesn’t work there anymore cause she looked like she was about to catch a case. She made me feel super uncomfortable when she checked me. I saw how security harassed other patrons and were blatantly demeaning and disrespectful. They swear La Boom is Tao in Queens. La Boom needs to rethink their ethics because the way things are lookjng, they won’t be in business much longer. I got 5 on it.

This is a fun experience to visit. nice atmosphere, cool music. Really a latin club! booze prices are quite high, but they are everywhere in NYC.

If I could give it a -1 star review I would. Horrible customer service. Yesterday I went for a concert and when I arrived I was told that the venue didnt have any wheelchair accessibility. I even called the day before to confirm and I was told something different. At least give a heads up and be straight forward with the details about the venue. I call this discrimination against handicap people!!!! I felt like a fool yesterday waiting outside in the cold. I demand a full refund for the purchased VIP ticket.

My friend was attacked by the security guards here, and after two weeks she is still suffering injuries from being pushed down the stairs and maced in the face. They had no right to put their hands on her and damage her eyesight. Unbelievable. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

So disappointed before the pandemic it was a million times better. I recently went this weekend management was rude and unprofessional. You have to pay $30 to get in and the DJ repeated majority of the songs so you know when that happens its time to go home lol. You get a bday package and don’t even get everything you paid for. I give here over 5 plus time and rented out a spot and get so many bottles & bring so many people but to be honest I think this weekend is the last time I’ll be back there. Bottle girls could put a smile on their face too it wouldn’t hurt.

This is the place for a great dance night. Great drinks. But be aware coats checks are a must. $3 !

I love this place. My only issue is that the dance floor is so crowded making it really hard to dance. It can get a bit hot too but hey thats what its all about. The drinks are priced fair but be prepared to spend some money. Especially on the ladys.

DJ who plays almost no new music, mostly songs from the mid-2000s or even ‘90s and repeats songs, drinks (all we had were Bacardi shots) at $20 a pop, and a crowd that literally stands around all night with the people they came with (i.e., doesn’t dance). If that sounds like fun to you, then this place is for you! No thanks, not for me!

I was there for a Jerry Rivera concert a couple of weeks ago and I really didn’t like the place. First of all, not only do they take your handbag from you to check it’s contents, they practically fondle you at the same time. And I’m not talking about a pat down here. This woman got heavy handed on my private parts. So I started the night feeling violated but I tried to make the best of it since my friend had bought the tickets as part of my bday gift. However, once we got inside we realized the dance floor was quite small so we didn’t get much chance to properly dance. We didn’t eat there since we had already had dinner so I can’t comment on the food. The only highlight of the night was seeing Jerry Rivera singing in person. But there was nothing to like about the venue itself. It was my first time there and my only time because I don’t plan on going back.

The staff was extremely rude. We had several friends visiting from out of town and paid for at least eight bottles in bottle service to celebrate and show them a good time. Unfortunately, we were treated with very little respect by the security crew when we made ONE request for a song. If youre considering this place, save your money. You can find better service and entertainment in Queens for the same price. Definitely do NOT recommend.

I came here for my birthday and I had so much fun , French Montana was brought as a special guest and they played good music, both Spanish and hip hop. Service was horrible, the ladies are very nice but what I didnt like was that they took forever to come back to the table to ask us what bottles we wanted, we had to chase the girl a few times. The hookah guy you had to really look around for him, he didnt go to each table not even to check if we wanted more hookah. Prices were decent and the enviorment was great they just need to work out a better system of how they provide service to people who booked a table and are paying bottles packages.

I love this place, and the service is wonderful!!!!!! I recommend it if you want to spend a perfect night with your friends,good music and delicious food..

Absolutely the worst. We had tickets to see Eladio Carrion and Dowba Montana, we paid for VIP frontal tickets and they said you had to pay a minimum which we called and asked what it was. Over they phone they said $400 and on instagram they said 225. When we got there the lady asked if we had reservations, which we didn’t know anything about and no one never said anything about. For a couch that could fit 5 people they were asking for 2,000 or if we wanted a table for 2 people it was 1,000. We drove from PA while snowing just to get there and be told that we were going to be standing the whole time. When I asked the lady why did they tell us something else she said “that’s got different events not this type of event.” We asked her where could we sit then, she said the sides that that area was specifically for VIP, when we got there there was so many people that weren’t even VIP it was very disappointing and frustrating. If we would have known that we would have stayed home. You don’t sell something to someone and have the reality be something else when you get there that’s wrong. We will not be going there again ever. They also charge you to leave your coat which you “have to” leave just to see people later on wear their coats. It was a disaster to be very honest a mess and I refuse to give my money to such unorganized club again worst club experience ever.

Don’t come here. I used to go here pretty often before covid so I came for NYE it’s not the same. The staff are more rude, communication is horrible, the wait for bottles is extremely long for no reason, and the vibes changed. Better off going to a different club.

Stay away from this place. I got a ticket for a concert and i made reservation to get a table they said $400 when we got there they gave us the last table where you can’t see nothing and no chairs and everybody that didn’t pay for a table just crowded next to you. They are like yes management feels that the table now cost $800 this should not be even legal. The waiters also increased the price so they will get a better tip. VERY BAD, I do not recommend it at all, I bought 6 VIP Stage tickets to see Yiyo Sarante on Friday 29, $120 each ticket, I did it a week before the event, I called them before buying the tickets to ask about the minimum consumption and they told me it was $800 dollars, when we arrived at the event then they had increased the minimum consumption up to $2,500 dollars. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Friendly staff. Matter of fact the manager at the door was extremely courteous and patient with a guest list error and still allowed us in for free. The place is nice and has potential however it was packed liked sardines. For true salsa and Bachata dancers this is not for you. For wall flowers and grinders youll love it here as you will be packed shoulder to shoulder with nothing but hip-hop reaggeaton etc. I personally like socials instead where women actually want to dance instead of grind each other.

First, I want to say that I love Los Van Van and Havana DPrimera and they put on a stellar show that night! However, I cannot say the same for the venue itself. Ive never experienced as invasive of an entry search as the one here. They went through every single pocket of my bag and wallet and basically manhandled me while patting me down. Even though marijuana is legal in NY state, they have decided that its illegal in there and will take any possessions related to that and will be super rude about it. The drinks are also highway robbery and unless you pay VIP, where you have to spend hundreds of dollars on bottle service, youre kept far back from the stage and theres very little room to dance and nowhere for non-VIP people to sit. Suffice to say, I wont be returning here.

Our group had an amazing time at La Boom last night. Music and ambience was Great. Only complaint is the Bartender at the larger bar ( they have two bars) was EXTREMELY rude and condescending... I wish I had her name to report her to the establishment... That aside, always have a great time when they have a group playing there...

Security is awful. One of the security guards slapped my drink out of my hand when i was walking down the stairs. I told him id finish it and i kept walking and he came after me and slapped it out of my hand. DO NOT GO HERE. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any club I’ve been to. Music was great..DJ was good. The service was super horrible. I showed up with a group of 10 silver package at 12am. We didnt get our bottles until 1245am. People who showed up after us received their bottles before us. I spoke to the manager named Ricardo or Christian whatever his name was, and he just said Im sorry instead of fixing the situation. 500 dollars for the package and yet they still have the nerve to charge 100 dollars gratuity after 45 mins of waiting for bottles. Service is trash. I would never go there again. Waste of time and money.

Went here with friends, and was double charged at the door. We bought tickets for the establishment for Saturday night, and the tickets specifically said get in before 12:00 AM or you have to pay. We got on line @ 11:20 PM got in the building at 11:40 PM. It seemed Security was purposely delaying us (it was very obvious). By the time we got to the ticket collection it was 11:59 PM, we were told to go to another person and present the e-tickets.. little delay left us at 12:07 AM. Consequently, they told us we had to pay because it was after 12:00 AM. They wouldnt let us in unless we paid again.. I saw Women present same tickets as me around 12:05 AM. I asked why they accommodated them instead of me, they menioned that its because theyre women. I ended up paying again because I already made the trip there, but I regret it now, it wasnt really good, and I left with a sour taste in my mouth because they stole from me.

The performances do not start until past midnight. Tickets for singers are not worth if you have to work the next day. The environment of this club is not for working class. Not much place to seat if you are not willing to pay extra. Not worth the time and the money.

Worst night club ever. The only thing they care is to make money. Client all uncomfortable standing up. My feet were hurting me all night long. Did I went to dance or to see a concert? Cause I felt I went to an Anthony Santos concert and not to dance. No chairs for the client to seat and very few tables. I couldn’t even buy a drink cause no waitresses and waiters or any staff come to see if I needed help. They only focus on the VIP which make me feel like only this people were important. If someone goes out is to have a good time. Is not to end up having the worst night ever.

Spacious club with good music. Cover is around $20 but the entrance is free on saturdays before 12 if youre on the guest list. Drinks are a bit expensive but theyre pretty strong so you get your moneys worth.

Its a good place to hang out, but you have to buy a bottle to give you space, because the last time I was there and we were dancing with my girlfriend and drinking some drinks and they come and take our place because we only buy drinks from the bar and they come and give our space to some people who bought hooka. If you pay close attention, its a few people that had a bad experience. They most often stem from lack understanding of how nightclubs work or expectations that nobody can live up to.

This is by far the worst there is, dont go there. It appears that this place is a venue for Concerts, Wrestling Matches, Boxing and such before the Coronavirus but now thats not the case. Those things are not allowed now so it is functioning as a restaurant with a DJ on the sidewalk. The drinks are ok but overpriced and the food is a JOKE. Went there last nite with my wife and ordered the steak @ $30 a pop and it was old cheap meat with french fries. Ordered a side of Rice and beans @$5 a pop and it was literally 10 cents of rice (Maybe 5 cents). My wife ordered Tacos but they were tiny, what a waste of time, will never be back. There should be 1/2 Star ratings cos thats what it deserves.

Went there this November with a group of friends and the place look lit, and I had a fun time and all until I over payed for two shots. After that they made a purchase with my card a month later thinking I wouldn’t notice. They cloned my card.

Went to this club for my niece birthday and we brought 3 underage girls with us and every were went they followed us and they threatened us multiple of times saying “ if we catch you guys giving them drinks we kicking all of you out” ... mind you we wasn’t giving them anything to drink. Visiting La Boom is like seeing a Bobby Vans Steakhouse, taking your girl there, and then, upon opening the door to enter, finding out you actually took her to a neglected rest stop off the side of the highway where the service is even worse than the overpriced food you paid to get but never receive. My experience in laboom was rather ok but on a bad not the hookah service is terrible, in my opinion they should have someone walking around ashing the charcoal and the hookah seems to always taste burnt. And when asked to change they denied my request. There should also be a separate section for hookah smokers to decrease risk of people getting burned and dropped charcoals.

Going for the birthday package for my cousin 21st birthday was a complete disappointment and waste of money. You get patted down i had a huge pack of gum with me and the girl that checked me pointed at a sign that said no gum and she took my gum pack and gave me a-few. If theres a no gum policy why would you take away my gum to give it to people coming in?

First time Ive been there just to see El Fantasma porform I was mistakenly punched by 6 security guards and have a scratch on my neck that the waiter did to me because supposedly I touched her behind when I wasnt the only one there at the VIP section because it was overcrowded... Never going again

Double cool place been there the event was awesome I went for the anniversary of Mario Mendoza sonido magia and everyone was at the finest and the security guards were lit cause we work photographs and video so we werent gonna go have fun we went to go work with him and everyone was there 💯💯

It was horrible. So my wjfe and I went to see Ozuna on Friday 19 of August. We bough VIP tickets, however; to be in the VIP zone you have to consume at least $1,000 and the table has no chairs. Therefore, we spend the whole night waiting for Ozuna standing up. Ozuna didnt come out until 3:45am making only a 15 minutes performance. Drinks are extremely expensive and they let people smoke weed in the club. At the end of the night we counted at least 5 fights. We will never ever go there again not even if it was free.

Last time I went, I was 19 and was told that I needed two people who were 21 or older to renter and that accounted for everyone under 21. My group of friends didn’t know but we were still let in. Bad experience😒 yesterday they brought a comedy show, there were VIP and normal tickets, but the only difference was that the VIP had a table because everyone was at the same distance from the stage🤨, then they scheduled 2 events on the same day, they did not give them the time and they started to shine the lights on the comedian, to kick him out of the place, to him and to those who went to see him because they had people outside, and the attitude of the security person who checks you at the entrance super arrogant, also he did not accept cash to buy the tickets at the box office and it took years to process your card😡😡😡

Had a great time came here for Myke Towers sang for only 30mins? waited for like 4 hrs+ overall not bad, mad drunkies trying to holla at girls lol becareful yo
