I come here all the time, the staff knows me pretty well. Today, Dylan was new to me and he was very patience, helpful, and attentive with my order. I had changed my order 3 times! He could’ve showed how annoying that was but he remained very friendly and nice the whole time, while looking amazing doing it! I love your whole staff , If i could shout out everyone I would. I been going here cause it is closer to my home than other spots. But I will never take my money or business there again.I have been using my Neveda State Issue via DMV drivers authorization card to verify my age. Never had any issues at any shops including this one. But then, out the blue when I went to make a purchase, some girl tells me her manager wouldnt take it as form of verification. This is after I got in thru front door and scanned, then made purchase. I had to go get my passport to make that purchase. LAST ONE TOO. I smoke a lot and as a transportation worker I took clients there. NEVER AGAIN. THEY DISCRIMINATE THERE IT LOOKS LIKE. Never had an issue there until this tall white girl that works there pulled this stunt.

The staff here is amazing! They are very patient and you will make sure you leave satisfied. Sometimes they can be busy and there will be a wait, but you will not be disappointed.
This place is just okay. I didn’t have to wait too long and prices are only slightly higher for the same brands than at other places. However my issue is the lack of knowledge I witnessed from the bud tenders. If I, as a recreational user, know more about the products/brands than the people hired to know… it’s a bit of a problem. Especially when I’m told information that is just flat out incorrect. I went in for Dogwalkers prerolls and I purchase this brand frequently from various places throughout the state. Thrive does not indicate or list the strains they have in stock. For context: dogwalkers divides their strains into the usual 3 categories; Indica, sativa and hybrid but to stay on brand they are called Sit, Stay and Play. These are not strain names though. I wanted to know what strains they had for each since im a fan of certain ones and allergic to terps in others. I was told that Sit/Stay/Play was the name of the strain which is NOT accurate. I think it’s important to separately list and post each individual strain, it’s just lazy not to. I didn’t want to argue with the guy so I got something else. I asked a different budtender the same question and was again directed to the website that doesn’t list the strains! It was obvious no one knew the actual brand or product despite carrying so much of it. I didn’t even care to look and see if this was an issue with other brands but I have no doubt it likely is. I may go back but im not sure, it’s important for me to know the strains I’m getting and thrive doesn’t do the necessary work to inform their tenders or provide enough info on their menu.Also no first time deal was odd, the excuse being “tourists” so why not have a first time locals deal or something similar to mitigate that; especially when the prices are already slightly higher.Photos added to demonstrate how literally every other dispensary in the area lists individual strains and have them for cheaper.
Bad customer service order pick up order they are just talking and standing around if u tired online mean u will be the last to get your order 7pm shift no good stop doing her job so she could count tips smh. I guess customers don’t matter

The greeter is mean and doesn’t say hello while talking on the phone. I go to place an order and the guy said 5 minutes. I was there for 15 minutes before I had to go and say something. They are racist and I will not be returning or referring anyone else to go back to this terrible place.
Was treated with the upmost respect from the t I me I checked in to the time I checked out. I am out of state medical and so happy they honor my medical MMJ status. Mr. Ramirez or was it Mr Rodriguez, forgive me, Im bad with remembering names. A nice gentleman cashier whom helped me out in the most unselfish way. Posting this review as a warning to any costumers shopping here. Do not use the bathroom here. I just had an incident of having the store employee unlock and open the door on me. He had the key in his hand and I know I had locked the door prior to use.
Screw this place, been coming here for over a year spent over 8k and you sit and wait for 25 minutes to get your product! They’ll let online order customers come in front of you which adds up after already waiting 20 minutes! Advise all locals or anyone to 100% not go to this Cactus location! Awful and an absolute disappointment because there’s a few bud tenders that are awesome!!
Yikes this place is so slow. Stood in line and then waited forever to get our order. I guess ordering online is faster. I’ve never had to “wait” for my cannabis order to be filled in my life… first time here. Won’t be back. Get your ish organized. Wasting peoples time…. Even if we chill stoners we’re not when we’re not high… get it together.

Very neat looking cannabis shop. Inside looks like your in monsters Inc! Super cool they have conveyer belts that bring out the orders to the cashiers. We had the motivator preroll and it was really good! Im from California the sfv to be exact. And weve tried plenty of shops all over California Nevada and Arizona. Then when leaving back home we get a call that we won a whole ounce of weed just for coming in and buying on 4/20! Awesome! Also got a great swag bag full of t shirts lighters pins pens stickers a fanny pack a hat and the bag itself was a cool little backpack! Will definitely return next time Im in las vegas!

Wasnt sure where to go as far as a good cannabis shop here in Vegas as the taxi drivers were not much help. However we ended up at Thrive I just needed a Joint. You have basically zero stock to actually see, workers were not very helpful either. Ive never had to spend $30 + on a single infused joint. The prices here compared to those Im use to in WA state are completely insane. Overpriced by $20. If you want more bang for your buck or a joint under $25 Id advise going elsewhere. Smh $30 for ONE 1G joint is ridiculous. If your ever in WA check out The Reef 💯
For you guys to be closed in the middle of the day and not have somebody there letting people know instead of sitting behind the desk and laughing at people walking up very unprofessional for business has been around for as long as they have will be reporting to BBB in PC guys have to let people know instead of just shutting down like that and putting a sign on the door

This is my absolute favorite weed store brand in las vegas. I’ve been going to Thrive since 2019. I’ve been active at 3-4 locations and they’re all great, affordable, and have nice people (Dominik at southern highlands is awesome! But everyone is tbh). Awesome rewards program too although it used to be better when they had ‘double points’ during late night hours

The staff is always nice when I come in and a pick up order is the fastest way. They great you and even if it a long line they get thru it fast .
Its a regular dispo with a nice little gimmick of a conveyer belt bringing you your flower. Its slow to get your orders and at times will be skipped, waiting longer than you should for your order. Happens to many that come in. Some workers are cool but there are a few that seem like they dont want to be there. And when youve waited and been skipped a few times, those faces seem harder to sympathize with and more so are seen as reasons to not go to this dispensary. They dont want to be there and they dont want to work, they wont give good service.
They are tons of dispensarys around town, but this particular location is my favorite. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and energetic. Shout out to Jake and the staff for always being on point about the product that they have in-house.
Very inconsistent with their customer service. Almost like there is an A team and B team and B team sucks. Today the staff is allowing more impatient people to skip the patient people. Ive been sitting here for 20 minutes and all the people who came in after me are checking out first because they are standing in the only check out womens face. I have watched her move my order to the side 3 times without calling me. The person checking people out is giving everyone the excuse that she doesnt know how to use a Mac and thats why its a bad day. Staff on other days have been willing to honor deals made with the companies supply partners all week long while today they refused this and also looked at me like I was insane for having even suggested such a discount be made. Some days you walk in and every person you talk to is awesome, accommodating and helpful, today was not that day.
Its disappointing that any dispensary doesnt have the trepenes and percentages of the terpenes of the stains listed on their website!!! Youre basically guessing at what youre smoking!

The lady who answered misconstrued what I was trying to say talked over me I feel this place PROFILES I FEEL THAT THEY HAVE RACISM WAYS I feel like they don’t listen to there customers I feel like they don’t care about there customers and talk over so moving forward I’m just going to go to wall flower I wouldn’t give them any more of my money . And to top it off the person who messed my order up happened to be the manager he doesn’t no his menu gives wrong packages away . And it’s just over whelming and stressful to even waist any more time I WILL SAY THERE IS A HEAVY SET GUY WITH DREADS WHO I THINK SEES THE PROBLEM BUT TRIES HIS BEST TO DO HIS JOB SO NOT EVERYONE IS incompetent belittling at this establishment . Prices are way to high for u to be rude and be messing up on folks order like I told the manager I don’t want anything for free and I won’t be coming back I just would like for u to no about the mistakes u made and how u make ppl feel and I would be making a comment online he laughed and said take care . That’s that so hey I would save the trouble my people there are other despensaries with better service and make u feel welcomed .

Came in to pick up an online order. Was not greeted by anyone, and basically stood around awkwardly for a few moments before making my way to the register.The guy behind the counter walked past us twice, not one glance or word to us. Then asked the guy who came AFTER US if he was picking up and online order. Nothing worse than feeling invisible in a place you want to spend your money. If you haven’t been here before, don’t bother.

I’ve been going to this dispensary daily since April. Madison, Camryn, Dominic, and Josie have been absolutely nothing but amazing. They not only help out their customers but they have some of the best prices around. The environment is always super chill and friendly.It is always a pleasure to know when I walk in I’m going to receive some of the best customer service and a great friendship from these specific bud tenders. I visit all Thrive locations because I really like buying from this company, but this location right here has the worst wait times. There’s like 5 people on the floor and but yet they don’t work as a team. Instead of assisting to help reduce the wait time for customer they are just there counting, walking, chatting. Things that can obviously wait. I’ll just stick other locations, but definitely avoiding this place in the future. Still sitting here waiting and I’ve been here for 20 minutes.

10/11 Update: I reached directly out to the business through their website and its been a week and still no responce. I guess they dont care. Wallflower, here I come.Its a little shady to accept an online pick-up order and when I show up with the correct amount of money for my order and then they quote me a much higher cost.The reason is that they were out of what I ordered and decided to replace it with something else costing me more, without informing me or asking me.I walked away from the entire order and will now think twice about shopping here.If youre out of something youre advertising as a BOGO deal on your website for pick-up then that should have been communicated to me before I ever arrived. But telling me my order is ready is a lie as almost none of the stuff in the bag is what I actually ordered.Dont expect me to drive in and pay more for something that I didnt order in the first place.Very shady.

Super disappointed by this place. I waited 10 minutes in what looked like a line before asking what the deal was - then was told to order in a different area and pickup at the counter. No signage or anything, but whatever. Now is 20 min later and I’m still waiting, and only ordered one item. Total waste of time using this process - go elsewhere if you value your time.

Only come here out of convenience cus I live close..other than that I avoid this place at all cost..its just a stupid set up all around and alot of wasted space..u come in and theres absolutely no line..u just get in where u fit in and hope someone doesnt cut in front of u..then u wait for some stupid slow belt system that may or may not be used cus they still walk orders out so its just a pointless moving belt..some bud tenders r cool others just have bad attitudes...Ill forever and always choose another dispensary ovr thrive unless its absolutely convenient nd if theres a discount even then I hate going...but thats my 1 opinion ..im sure others love this place and stupid set upUpdate: online ordering is the most pointless thing they offer..there so bad at it they had to remove curbside pick up because they ran it so poorly and took about 2 days for them to come out..and now apparently when u order online and u get an email ur order is ready. Its actually not physically ready..u can show up and tell them and theyll just put u in queue as they prepare ur order like everyone elses and u can wait like everyone else..online order just means u dont have to order in store cus they already see ur order..still gotta wait as if u ordered In store..reason being..because having and online pick up cash register separate from in store pick up is just to much to offer and alot more difficult to set up then one can imagine.. seems legit
This place is very cool. Clean store, awesome atmosphere, and the employees really know how to brighten your day. The security guard Big Mike was awesome, had me laughing the whole time I was there and definitely made me feel safe. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in my selections! Will definitely be going again next time Im in Vegas!
The most welcoming experience I’ve had thus far. The employee Jason was incredibly informative honest. It was almost as if he knew me already. Very patient and got me some great product. The cashier mel was wonderful as well. She was very funny and she was also very professional…I don’t remember all the staffs names but they all made this experience very easy and memorable. I was going to order some of the Wyld Gummies that were showing online for 50% off for the Labor Day Sale so went inside at 11:15pm and the tender told me the offer was going live at midnight.I waited outside for 45 minutes with the items in my cart (10 for $90) and at midnight the offer disappeared and it went to full price ($180).The other problem was that they WERE available at ‘Buy 1 get 1 50% off’ when I was in the store…After midnight, both offers were gone so I ended up with nothing.The old ‘bait and switch’…not a great practice.

Very kind and helpful staff! Eli was just perfect! She got my order started and really took her time to help me. The entire shopping experience was not overwhelming, although the selection is vast. The staff helped explain different strains and methods. They also ensured I was able to maximize my budget and make the most of the deals they had atm. If youre looking for more of a streamlined experience, this is where to go. Our budtender took care of all our needs and addressed all of our questions with certainty. There were a few strains that were unfortunately unavailable that we would have loved to try. We also purchased a hemp wrap to roll our flower in, but unfortunately, we were given the wrong flavor of wrap, we understand that a specfic wrap may not be available, but wed still like to be informed of a substitution, the substituted wrap was old and it essentially disintegrated when we opened the fresh seal pack. There should be a rotation of wraps to keep the products fresh.

Used to be my home spot and favorite place in town. If I could leave a zero for this company I would. Workers are all awesome and very kind. This is a 1 star for the corporate greed. Their point system was cut by about 75% and now you have to spend THREE TIMES the amount do even get near the old point system. Old points were $1,200 spent would get you $120 store credit to spend (still not AMAZING but better than most spots.) but now you would need to spend over $3,000 for that and they don’t even offer that much in store credit. Disgusting Shame on you thrive for changing to a greedy corporate mentality.
I enjoy coming to this dispensary, but your staff member needs to learn better customer service. Specifically the short red hair girl who works in the afternoon, around 2pm-3pm. She is always so rude and in a rush, doesn’t seem like she cares to help, just wants you to order and leave. She doesn’t even smile either. Everyone else that works there is always so helpful. The night and midnight crew are amazing.
When you first walk in, you are greeted by a friendly face. The best face to be greeted by is Ms. Chesney aka Ms. Photoshop! Her outer beauty is a given...but what really makes her special is her inner beauty. If you had not noticed, then you better cut back on the cannabis. Very clean business and very fair with their prices!
Love Thrive, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They do a lot of specials which makes it a little cheaper to try something new. Prices are good and the products are awesome.

Thrive on Cactus is my favorite local Las Vegas dispensary. Although I just went and checked out the new location right next to Sapphire on Sammy Davis Jr Dr and it was phenomenal! Came back from out of town with my receipt and incorrect product I purchased a week earlier. They werent able to take it back, which was expected, but Gianna was able to get me taken care of with a setup I was happy with free of charge! They also added a discount on top for the product that I did purchase on my second visit. Awesome and friendly neighbors!

My favorite location of my favorite dispensary chain! BEST deals offers and promos. I always grab a $20 1/8. The best looking staff (I get done up just to cover here) friendliest and most helpful. Low pressure check in and mellow waiting area. I never feel crowded or herded in like cattle. Really good reward system and the coolest, funkiest, Chocolate factory-est decor and designs. Best location

Was referred by my roommate, and will DEFINITELY be back! Eva was an amazing help and the fact that she spoke spanish was even better. She lead us to great deals and great strains too. Tonight my boyfriend and I stopped by to do curbside and the young lady who was working the delivery was an absolute angel, she had split brown and blonde hair I believe. We didnt catch her name but she definitely saved us. Always a good customer service experience when we visit here.

They have some of the highest fees in NV and charge extra for the bag they provide your item in. Medizin and The NV Dispensary have better prices and lower fees. Plus they wont pass on the bag inventory fees to you.
This place is amazing! Great prices , extremely friendly staff and I especially liked that they put humidity regulators in with the flower. The only thing I dislike is something they have no control over, you should not have to wear a mask in your vehicle for curbside orders, but I blame our useless governor for that. I will continue to shop here regardless.

I placed a curbside pickup for 2:15am. Received my confirmation text, used the link to check in, received the someone will be out shortly.. no one ever came and when I called, i was told pickup ends at 11... Then why make me go through all that, and never even call me to tell me ? Check in has a whole glass wall and didnt bother to say hey theres a car outside did yall process a pick up order ? Like come on what even is that. Talking about your welcome to come inside.... anyways.
Visited from Colorado. The staff was awesome!! From the time we walked into Thrive we were welcomed by every staff member who wasnt already with a customer. Im a Golden Knights fan and was wearing a VGK shirt, I needed to buy a pipe and the budtender went to the back to surprise me with a Golden Knights pipe. Prices were just fine for the high quality bud I left with. If I were a local this would become my normal spot! Keep up the great work!

If you like a few sticks & seeds then this is the place to be! Also you get to wait 45 minutes with 1 person in front of you for an 1/8 bag of flower or atleast this was my experience. Not happy, not good green & when finally done. Sure owner is making so much at those prices doesn’t care :) Little sad but true. Whoever the young male filling cash register drawers etc
Of all the dispensaries I’ve been to in California, Colorado, Arizona and Nevada, this is easily the best one I’ve been to. The front display is super fun and creative. I was greeted by the friendliest woman at check in and had amazing service. Nick was incredibly kind and helped me find exactly what I needed. The whole place is super cool and the product is amazing. Plus of all the dispensaries in the area they’re open the latest.
Came here today for the first time. Great atmosphere and great conversation. GG helped my cousin and I pick some great choices. Tana was our cashier and kept us laughing and gave us a all around great experience !
The conveyor belt system (waiting 5+ minutes after deciding for your order to arrive) is not a good customer experience. At all.

I was so excited when I heard these guys were opening up down here in Southern Highlands. And I was not disappointed... Awesome store!! Best Thrive Market in town. (Thrive is my favorite dispensary... best bang for the buck & awesome product) This new store is very vibby and fun. The staff are Fantastic! Eva and Ralph got the experience going with a welcoming feeling at the door. Haylie was my weed advisor, and was super knowledgeable. I am removing my review regarding problem with employees not answering the phone. I talked to Megan and she was very proactive at helping me out with the problem of no one answering calls. I will continue to do business at this location because of how Megan handled the situation. I hope the owner knows she is a huge asset to Thrive and hope she is treated accordingly.
This is, by far, my favorite dispensary in my area. It has a really cool display in the front, the workers working the front are always very friendly, and the customer service is outstanding. The workers are very patient when youre trying to find the right product for yourself and make great recommendations. I love coming here and would absolutely recommend it.

Slooooow - expect to wait 20 minutes - staff often standing around chatting looking at their phones - It’s almost like there’s one single person in the back whose job it is to package things at all times - this dispensary is the closest to my home but considering driving further to actually save time
I’ve been coming here awhile because it’s closer to my house. The prices suck. They say it’s weighed at at production but I kid you not every time I buy an 8th it’s short and it’s only either shake or like 3 nugs. On top of that it cost $60 for anything worthy of a decent thc level. I’ve bought two prerolls before that the flavor was terrible. Never tasted anything like it.Staff is just like blah. Only one time did I have someone that actually loved their job. Long waits due to the conveyor belt system.I’m fine, I don’t need the 200 points for leaving this review. 200 points can’t keep me a customer any longer. ✌🏼

The slowest dispensary in the whole valley. Once you decide what you are getting , you have a 30 min wait just to check out.. still trying to figure out why they have just the one cashier ?
What a beautiful store! I was very impressed with the help I got from Brooklyn C. I stopped by before a medical test and he recommended a great preroll to help me. The Venom OG hit so well, I stopped by for a few more. I have epilepsy among other health conditions so terpenes are very important. Brooklyn took the time to look up different options after letting me know about the specials (without seeming like a pushy sales person). I will definitely be back. Thanks!
This dispensary is very over priced staff and managers are very racist rude and just gives a mean vibe ! The only workers who have decent customer service and if u read every other comment or photo of staff is the brothers u only post the African American men who work there because they give good customer service and make people wanna come back there is no other comment on any other staff making people who look like us comfortable when we step inside those doors but the brothers how do u think people feel ? And the MANAGER I DONT EVEN GO THERE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD MONEY !
This place is great and SO HAPPY with the location. Keelow is the brat. We had no idea what we wanted (not big cannabis people) and he totally helped out us with recommendations and explanations of the different varieties and products. Will definitely be making this store my go-to! Highly recommend! (And easy to het in too, no long weird lines.)

So, I’m not sure why this place is so horrible.Went in to buy a cartridge. Was told it would cost $49 with tax included. I get wrung up and, it’s $75. Sigh. I wish I did not owe my friend or I would not have to get this insanely priced cart that I was told would not cost that much. Overall, AVOID THIS PLACE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
