At the door and on-line says open at 9:30amI’m at the door at 10:11 and still closed. Where the professionalism goes in this city?

If you are going to advertise your store opening at 9:30am on both the internet and on the door you should open then.

Went in for a replacement Vape system and juice. Elijah was super friendly and helpful in my selection. Highly recommend and will drive the extra 15 minutes in in the future even though I have 2 vape shops within 5 minutes of my house. 5 🌟

I am just in awe at my experience today. Thinking Id be in and out in at least five minutes, to, in the process with my usual nice experience, hear one employee call another employee the N word!? I am a mixed raced African American Women who has been on this earth long enough to know what professionalism is. All I ask is that I come into an establishment as a paying customer and be im and out with no bad experiences, I can say I am shocked to have overheard 44⁴4444an Asian male adult employee yell and call another African American male adult employee the N word, then walk to the back room. Yeah, they may be work friends and have their own communication, but I dont like that I cant come into establishments and at least get the bare minimum of common decency and respect to feel welcome to spend my money. Although the other staff was visible and had heard the verbal interaction, the African American male did appoligies on behalf of the Asian man and how he is from the hood and how he can say the word I was confused and didnt know why this vape shop, ( Vape Street ) doesnt condone professional behavior at the least. They could have taken their conversation off the floor and in the back room for no customers to hear. Not fully happy with my experience.

The guys at this shop are top notch! Knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating. All good things. Im stranded here from Iowa for a week, my vape died. Kinda disappointed in vape Street, they used to match their online price, but now they say they no longer do that which makes no sense because you can order it online for a cheaper price at their website. But, I guess they’ll just lose money that way. I’m going to a different company because the Principle.☹️

SUPER nice guys helped me out. GOT a new Smok ALIEN 220W helped me get quit smoking again and get back into vaping. Gave me some free wire and cotton, they really care about there customers! I highly recommend this shop. They let you test all the fluids they sell. And i was so happy they offered to make me a 30ml bottle( half of a large bottle they sold) of a brand I really wanted miss Samoa which is like ginger suger cookies/grandma cookies without the ginger. They have great customer service, 10 stars!!!! They will price match other stores and they sell items at or below retail value anyway.......... THANKS GUYS ......Terance

While this shop is amongst my favorite in Vegas, the entire staff is gen z, and I guess that’s why I’m sitting in the parking lot at 9:55am when the store is meant to open at 9:30am. Geez; what happened late Uber bruh?

You can thank whomever was working at 11 AM today, 7/6/19, for losing my business going forward. I didnt get his name as he didnt give but said hes the manager, which I doubt. Never mistake consistent business as any sort of loyalty.A month of so ago I was checking out their juice menu online before heading in cause there is no menu as some employees wont give you a chance to think. Saw that one brand of juice was on sale and I asked if they match their online price in store. I was told yes. That deal is still online and I have been give the same price each time I go in there. The dude there today said hes seen me before and if he is the manager, had no issue the previous times I purchased the same juice at the same price. But today he was alone and had a different story. I said youre cool with losing a customer over $5 and he said yes. So I left. He came out a few seconds after I left and while I was initially writing this offered me the sale price. Which was cool of him but not enough to keep me as a customer.He did not mention that next time, I wouldnt be offered the deal or any of the things a real manager would make clear. Didnt give me a receipt, which happens often there as I pay cash to save merchants on the processing fees when using a card. That happens often actually. Probably to avoid paying tax on the sale. They offer a rewards program but that wasnt even working and I guess he didnt want to manually type it in to reward a loyal customer.Welcome to the death of retail. Does this shop have the best prices? No. I can find way better deals online. I try and support local businesses as much as possible but have no problem buying elsewhere if that business forgets that they need customers more than us customers need them. Ill never shop here or their other location of shop on their online store -- ever.

Have the merchandise but charge higher than MSRP. 50 dollars for a pod system that sells for 30 direct from website. At the end of the day, my choice to buy but just letting others know their pricing tactics.

This shop is awesome! The people were very friendly and helpful! They have a very large selection of e juices with excellent prices! I was on vacation visiting my son she I went there and he lives in North Vegas so it was about a 45 minute to 1 hour trip but it was well worth it! My son will be going about every 2 weeks to get my favorite juice and ship it to me. I will also be using their website!

I have been going to this store for over 2 years now. The help has just gone downhill. Zak the manger doesn’t have any customer service skills. When I brought my concerns of Pacha Mama-Fuji Apple not being the same anymore, my concerns weren’t validated. I was made to believe that Pacha Mama just changed their box when I went in to buy my usual. They actually have changed to salt. No one said anything that the from up changed. Just that the box changed. He also told me that ALL companies will be changing to salt. I personally don’t like the salts and I would have liked the opportunity to make that decision. They are supposed to be the experts in this field and if a juice changes it’s ingredients then he and his employees should be letting his customers know. He nor his employees don’t care to keep their customers happy nor to keep them purchasing products from their store. I spend over $50 a month there however I am sure another store will be happy to take my business and care to keep that business. Obviously they are raking in the money to loose my business.

IM GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! This is the 8th store I went to and they have it! I almost gave up.For some odd reason, I noticed Las Vegas dont have too many vaping products for sale.Except for this location, they almost have everything that you are looking for! The guy I was talking to was very helpful. I end up getting getting 2 Uwell Caliburn and 2 nic salt mint liquid. (For me and for my x)Definitely will come back when I come back to Las Vegas!This was Thursday morning on April 6.

If you know exactly what you want then maybe this place is worth a shot. If not, don’t expect any help from the staff. I listened to the employee have a conversation in the back for about 15 minutes before coming out and then was almost no help when I had a few questions. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Take your business and your money elsewhere.

I have been to the Maryland location and the Flamingo location. Id give both 5 stars but the guy at the Flamingo store was super helpful, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable and kind. Luckily its closer to me bc Id go there any day. I also think the prices are great.

I came at 9:30 AM on Feb 15 2023 since it said the store was open, it was not until almost 10 AM. I purchased juice and coils. I normally get the TFV 18 coils but for some odd reason at this place they were upcharged opposed the the TFV 16 coils despite me going to other vape street stores where they werent upcharged. The guy said his name was Smooth and gave me the incorrect coils. I asked for dual coils but gave me single. I ended up coming back to the store to get the correct coils and his attitude the entire time was the freaking worst!!! Would not recommend this vape street at all!!!

Been here twice, havent purchased anything outside of coils from here, honestly Im on the verge of letting go of my vape cause Im too picky for it now. If the customer service wasnt so fresh I wouldnt have came back to purchase anything, but after speaking to the 2 beautiful women there Im kind of intrigued to see what the house flavors are...... if they have any. Im lead on by awesome customer service, Im horrible with names so I couldnt tell you which one help. Hands down the best vape shop Ive ever been to. They have an amazing selection of devices and quite possibly the largest selection of e-liquid Ive ever seen in a shop. Their prices are unbeatable and the employees are nothing but helpful and kind. Theyre always so welcoming and willing to help out with anything. 10/10 would recommend to every friend.

Just moved here and this shop is the business! The vibe is chill and thy play awesome music. Their juice selection is amazing. They carry all of the hotter flavors and have them all displayed for you to see! The tester tanks are awesome and I can actually taste the flavors! They have a digital menu as well for you to browse. The prices are also low! Alien kits cost $100 where I was from (jersey) and its $70 here and they have wayyy more color options.

Great clean store with a cute pup pup! Lots to choose from! My only problem with their store is they dont sell sizes and options for the liquid. They didnt carry my juicy fruit so Ill prolly find another store for my needs. My teardrop cartridges were $5 each, i bought 4 and they have me some kinda discount which was really nice! I come here to get all my juices and coils and get great service every time. Went here tonight after breaking my glass and the manager chick was super helpful and helped take care of everything. The other worker was awesome too, helped best he could and they both provided exceptional service. Favorite vape store in Vegas hands down

I have been going to this Vapestreet location for at least 7 years and I have received customer service every time as if I’m a first time customer. They greet you as soon as you come in the door and make you like a valued customer. Their juice selection suits all your needs whether it be a fruity, tobacco, or menthol flavor. Also their prices for their juice and the deals they provide are the best in the city. I’ve tried other stores in the area and none of them are even up to par to Vapestreet.

I came into Vape Street on a whim from a reddit review. When I entered the store both employees greeted me and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I let the employee know that I was looking for a pod device with replaceable coils and refillable juice, he gave me a few options and recommended a device that he thought would work best for me, it was affordable and looks great. When I explained that I was from Kingman and that Id like to do research if I could get coils for the device I had chosen and to look at reviews he responded respectfully and offered me to sit on the couches while I made my choice, that was a big plus. He was also informative and patient about the juices they offered for my device. I really liked my experience there and when Im back in town Ill come back, which is regularly, thanks fellas!

Worst.They called me and blk was out of stock after 4 days past since i ordered. Offer me red color and willing to send me extra pods for delay and wrong color. And? Yes never came extra pods and never reply me back. I choose this store cause they promised fast shipping. This is not even cheapest place to buy Caliburn. Never shop at this store again.

Ordered a T-Priv 3 online and it was sold out and the order had not been fulfilled in a week. Called and the rep was very attentive and nice. Gave me a update stating they were out of stock. I’m Still waiting on the refund but ended up walking into their flamingo and Decatur location. Picked up a Smok Mag with a extra tank. Dude was pretty understanding and helpful. Great vibes all around. Will switch to 5 stars as soon as the refund hits. Thanks guy!

This shop has great customer service! The prices are really good, and they have a wide variety of juice! They are open really later than most others shops, and they also have a rewards program. I would definitely recommend this place for all of your vaping needs.

I purchased their Yelp deal for $5 for $10 deal, later looked at my receipt I didnt even get a discount because the next time WITHOUT the deal the price was THE SAME. I ended up leaving them a negative review on Yelp as my experience was pretty bad, everything being overpriced and was just ignored because some pretty girl wanted to chat them up about dumb stuff. They keep flagging my review as inappropriate because its a negative review, thats how this place gets so many stars, they delete the ones they dont like.

Went into the shop and was looking for a simple vape, as Im trying go quit smoking. Honestly expected them to try to upsell the most expensive ones and they were really humble and didnt over complicate things. I walked out with two vapes and two bottles of juice. Matt was really helpful and he showed me how to use the modem I purchased. Definitely will be going here from now on.

Use to be my favorite place to get vape stuff but the prices vary on whos there & how often youre seen there. But they do have Groupon deals & Fivestar rewards system. The choice is yours. They do have good juices & usually anything else my vape may need. I buy 100ml so $25 is the highest Ive paid & will pay 👍🏽

Dude who runs this place is wack af. First encounter, no one in town beats my prices he says with a cocky attitude while ringing my item up, and lowers the price by a couple bucks after I had mentioned I recently paid less at a competitor shop up the street. I left happy thinking GREAT, this place is closer for me AND cheaper, Ill be coming back for sure..... Second encounter a week later, I try to buy the same item from him, but the jerk denies ever having gave me that first deal, practically calling me a liar in front of everyone, and then wants me to pay a few dollars more than last time (which is still higher than Rock & Vape, I called them later that day and verified). The hell? Bait and switch. Never again.

When I asked Daniel what Cloud Beast tanks they carried she said what happened? OK if you are going to run a store stoned out of your mind please dont take it out on your customers! Terrible customer service as far as the first impression/sale went and as cheap as the tank was I will definitely never go back to that store.

So my husband comes here all the time and I just stay in the car. Today was the first time for me to go into the store. I am so happy that I came her to buy my first vape/mod cause of the person that helped us. Her name is Nani and she was very nice. Not like some places where they like get you in and out. She took her time with us especially me who couldnt make up my mind and she gave us insights on each vape. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concern. She provided excellent customer service but most of all treated us like family/friends so made this experience for me comfortable. Ive been to other ones with my husband and I would just look or sit but most places were uncomfortable especially for me not being a vape smoker. So for me being my first time buying my whole set up. I would highly recommend this place and recommend Nani. Again she was patience not pushy just gave me excellent insights on the vape. She is very pleasant, down to earth, and very approachable. But besides the service they have good deals with bundles and sale on juice. So check this place out and go see Nani!!!

By far one of the best smoke shops I have ever been too. Went there on the 15th to grab some juice with my girlfriend since we were traveling from Arizona and left ours at home, the girl (I did not catch her name but had purple hair) was extremely helpful and made it an awesome experience. We loved the store so much that we came back the next night and bought a vape and juice. The same girl helped us and made everything so easy and enjoyed many laughs with her. She made it an extremely enjoyable experience both times. Definitely took advantage of the deals as those deals are almost nonexistent in Arizona. Thanks for being so awesome!

I came in the other day to get a couple disposables. They didnt carry my go to brand but they recommended me a White Grape Ice Fog X Magnum (lol @ the branding). Hands down the best disposable Ive ever had. They have a huge selection of juice and mods as well so they are a 5 minute 1 stop shop vape store. I cant wait to try out the other flavors Fog X has available!

I was in desperate need of salt juice. The young man who helped me was professional, friendly and provided me with lots if information. The store was clean, well stocked and has a very inviting atmosphere. I cant wait to try the juice i bought.

Honestly really tired of this place, for the past several months I have never been able to get the coils I need. They really need to manage their stock better. I even bought a new vape cause they told me they would have coils more often for this new vape, and still I am unable to ever get coils for it. Super frustrating

Good selection of juice but service was awful. Staff were friendly enough but it took me a while to find out if they stocked the juice I was after culminating in me asking which flavors they had and getting the response err all of them.Finally got some of juice but it was a painful experience I wont be repeating. Went to another store to stock up afterwards!

When people who are new to vaping ask what store do I suggest? The only store I could suggest with full confidence is Vape street. I have never had a bad experience with them. Be sure that you price check with the Website, I payed $15 more for some hardware when the site listed the same thing for only $30. Besides that issue of transparency with their site theyre wonderful people and quite helpful with any problems. I just wish that they keep in check with their own website for concurrent pricing.

Used to be a great place but now this place has gone down hill, been coming here for 6yrs now an, went in for a new mod asked the guy could he show me one in particular he tells me I cant see the mod due to covid smh COVID was 3yrs ago how is that still an excuse to not do your job so I said ok then Ill spend my money else where.

Me and the MS been coming here for couple years or so because of choices of juices ans vape supplies . but lately especially on 4/1/18 i felt a change again with attitude of staff . lazy on not really caring about customer . If you have to ask the guy behind the counter to get up off his seat to help you there is a problem . I hope the owner reminds them that somtimes its not just the prices that matter or even selection ! It is the attidude of employee that keeps a place in business..DONT FORGET IT...!!!

Vape Street is easily the best Vape Shop in the city hands down. They have the biggest premium juce selection ive ever seen. They also have the biggest hardware selection ive ever seen. And on top of that they have the lowest prices in the city, and sometimes the pricing is even cheaper than you can find online! Besides all that, the employees are incredible, so knowledable and friendly. Seriously I dont understand why you would want to go anywhere else ! This is my local vape shop I love going too. Sometimes it can be really busy and you might have to wait a bit for someone to help you. But it busy for a reason, the staff knows what they are talking about and they have a great selection of flavors.

I decided that I needed to have a vape mod while on vacation in Vegas. All of the other places that sell vapes close to the strip seemed to be overpriced and the selection was pretty underwhelming. They werent vape shops, and it showed. One of the local vapers I spoke to recommended Vape Street to me, so I took a couple of the local busses over to it and was impressed right off the bat. The super-cool, knowledgeable and helpful guy behind the counter was named Mana. He stepped right in and took his time, hooking me up with a quality starter kit complete with a fully charged battery and 60 ml of tasty juice. I spent less for all of that stuff than I would have spent just for the kit at one of the shops at home. Well done, Mana! Any vapers in need should definitely get over to Vape Street! Bravo!

Visited for the first time this week. Bought a 60ml of Apple Ice and a coil and was charged $27.06. Come to find out I was double charged in my mobile banking app and both were processed. Thanks guys!

The words bad experience and even worse customer service doesnt even come close to my experience here. I came under the recommendation of a friend. I went online to check what they had and had a list of 8 I wanted. The kid who approuched me had the customer service skills of a chatbot from the 90s, and Im sure the bot would have had more of a personality. Of the 8 on my list, they had 4. I attempted to use the Groupon codes I got and was told in the same monotone voice only one could be used. After signing, the guy literally walked away without saying a word, went to the other counter and started to vape while continuing the same conversation he was having with his coworker. I stood there with four boxes, looking at him and asked if we were done, to which he looked confused. He walked back over and then decided to grab a bag ... I just left at this point. This is a perfect example of how automation will replace these type of people ... At least it would be programmed with a little more personality and complete the task at hand.

One stop shop they have everything. I was lucky I found this place I left all my disposable pen in Cali. Thank god they carried fog x magnum mango ice super fire I was in heaven. Visiting vegas for the first time and was running low on juice. I found this shop and stopped and they were pretty busy. I got greeted right away and asked what I was looking for. They have a huge juice wall and I was helped quickly and asked a bunch of questions and got all of them answered. This is my favourite vape shop in vegas I would recomend this shop to anyone. Also I would like to thank Daniel N. For the help and answering all of my questions.

Great place. Friendly staff. Helpful and gave me a tour of the flavors. The sample hardware was excellent, not a bunch of wimpy atomizers. Tons of brands and flavors.

Had my gf pick up some juice for me and was overcharged. She picked up the same 100ml bottle I purchased for $20 with my $5 coupon and was charged $25. Thats the opposite of how coupons work guys. Do not know if the coupon was entered incorrectly somehow or if the employee overcharged but will not be returning.

This should be your one stop shop for all things vape related. They have a huge selection of juices, and replacement parts for your vape. Went all over town looking for a new glass for my smok, they had it in stock when everyone else did not. Dont waste time driving around just go to the source for your vape needs.

Very reasonable prices, picked up 2 mods from them, a joyetech Cuboid, and a aspire pegasus, both these mods came as kits, the first was 2 batteries and a cubis mod, the other with a aspire triton and one battery, both at cheaper then all in the city. Anywhere else you would go for the same your going to spend well over 100 bucks. Paid under 100 for each here. The only pep peeve i have is everytime i have gone down there you can hardly see whats in front of you when walking in because everyone is chain vaping like crazy. But that is not enough to lose any stars on this review from me. They might not be as cheap as online but there the closest to it.

I went here last week, visiting from Canada. They have an excellent selection, the gentlemen that were helping me were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop to visiting tourists, and locals alike.

They have a great juice selection - it just feels like a frat party every time I go in. Everyone is super fast to help and really friendly though.

I was on vacation from florida stopped in here and hands down the BEST vape shop iv ever been in. Staff was BEYOND and nothing but over the top helpful and nice. I was helped by a young man named brian, i could have had a better visit everytime im in vegas i will stop in.

Supposedly open at 930am. Been here since 9 and its now 945 and still closed. I took an hour off work so I can get juice and it was all wasted. Update your store hours I could have gone somewhere else in all this time.

The workers here are extremely rude.. was gonna buy a kit and had some questions and the worker was so rude to me and was very very condescending. I had 200$ cash guess the business missed out

There were two young guys There and they acted more like the zombies. They didn’t offer any help getting information was like pulling teeth I’ll never go there again

Horrible customer service....1st was amazing place...always there to help....then after purchasing a device that broke...was told to bring it in for aan exchange...i dont live very close...i bring it in and was told to call the company to get an exchange....so year later....i purchased a new mod last night...again service was amazing....performance of the mod...horrible drained 5 batteries in less than a day....attempted an exchange for an equal or greater value that i would have paid yhe difference...again was told no because they dont resell the mod they just sold me...the mod isnt broken...just didnt perform as they described....so i wont be spending any money there again and I will no longer be suggesting that place to the many people that i know vape....so in all dont go there...they care not about their customers...only their bank account

Rude people! Argued about ID for a debit card.. people have pin numbers for a reason then the young guy walked away to play wth his dog after I paid but still needed help. Thankfully the young lady working was kind. I wont be going back

Employees there working at the time not very welcoming.
