I really enjoy the service and the conversation with Courtney and Victor. The vape brand selection was large and they had a large variety of flavors from each brand. I had a hard time just choosing two flavors. 😭 they were super helpful when I told them what I was looking for and the flavors. And super knowledgeable for their selection. A must go to for a vape shop.

Omg I love Megan!!! I came in today a little before 2pm 07-22-24 and she was super sweet and kind!!! I bought two vapes and after I left i realized I was charged the wrong amount so I immediately called up there and she apologized that the system marked them wrong and immediately gave me a refund for the remaining balance I paid!!! I’m a frequent customer who comes in at least once a week!! Very reasonable prices and very friendly customer service!! I love all my girlies who work there!!! Keep up the amazing service ladies I’ll be back soon!!

Though I’ve only been once so far, the service and hospitality were out of this world, the kindness and the friendly staff were simply phenomenal, Megan was so so helpful and she found me EXACTLY what I needed and the prices are oh my god so budget friendly it’s insane, everything I bought was and is in amazing shape and perfect. I tell all my friends about this amazing new smoke shop I found and try to get them to go all the time, I’ll definitely be back soon and I’ll definitely keep telling anyone that will listen about this shop :) y’all are amazing

Ive visited this establishment several times and have always been treated well. Megan has always been kind and swift with transactions. Now Im not sure what others are talking about but it definitely feels a smidge false. I dont see an employee picking and chosing which clients to treat poorly. Especially since I saw some one say it was because of hormones. Maybe I ternal drama should stay internal instead of coming for the business in general? The owner and Megan dont deserve public humiliation because of employee conflict🤷🏽‍♀️

Megan is one of the sweetest and most hard working women I know. She’s also extremely knowledgeable about all the products, and doesn’t judge, she’ll help you with whatever you need! Any bad reviews mentioning Megan are because of a new employee who got fired because her behavior was unacceptable, she even threatened Megan afterward saying she’d “slap her if she wasn’t pregnant”. Childish people do childish things I guess. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I just left Napolis and was assisted by Megan. Great customer service and she was very knowledgeable about the products as I’m new to using a vape. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews about Megan and Napolis. Seems very odd to me. My experience was nothing like that. I guess all those people had a horrible experience all at the same exact same time. Sounds like someone and childish people are trying to tarnish a business’s reputation and a young lady that was nothing but friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back!

I was just at Napolis and the 2 staff members were so helpful. I liked $ 2:00 having enough and today stopping smoking. A customer over heard( Ronda) and gave me the money so I could buy my vape. Thank you so very much. Alesia Brown

I called to find out if they carried a particular brand vape. Told me that he couldn’t tell me the price over the phone.. said it was the Able commission. I’ve called other vape stores they didn’t have a problem letting me know the price over the phone . I have friends who mentioned shady sales at Napoli but I wanted to find out for myself. Will not be spending my money there

I was getting so sick of Vapor 100 and needed vape juice, kratom and a few other things. Napolis beat my online prices for everything I got today. He has a huge selection. Something else worth mentioning is, this place doesnt feel like a dirty head shop. It super clean, the set up is nice, customer service is great and I will definitely be back.

The owner is very rude and treats his female employees hatefully. Yelled at me and his employee. But didnt check my sons ID. The employee did she knew how old ge was. But the owner disrespected me a customer.
