This location is a good old fashion Vape shop. Nothing that will get you in trouble, if that is a concern. Customer service was great. I am from out of town and I would have paid twice as much for the same juice back home.

Horrible service! Guy was rude behind counter. Will not shop here anymore, I guess thats why the name is You suck vapes becouse I guess they think all their customers suck. I was later told it was the owners boyfriend so nothing will be done.
Reccomended and sold me a vape that tasted like cat pee. I told them before I left the store and the cashier didnt even say anything.Came back the next day to try to exchange it or get a refund, and was told no, since I left with it. Which would be understanding if she had offered me an exchange at the time.I was hoping it was just me, but after taking it to work, many people have agreed, it is straight cat pee scented. This item shouldnt even be sold at all.I gave it back to them, so theres a free cat pee flavored vape to whoever wants it.The employees always seem like they hate their life when I go inside as well.Ill be shopping somewhere else. It would be nice to know that flavor is pulled from the shelves, as that is unacceptable

A worker named Destiny was very nice. She gave me my space when first walking into the store which I loved. She helped me the moment I started to look lost. She was very welcoming and I felt like I got exactly what I was looking for cause of her. I hope she will be there my next visit.

I visited this location on or around thanks giving weekend, and I was honestly shocked at the behavior of one of the employees. There was a male employee with shorter hair that acted rude, flippant, and arrogant. Honestly, if it wasnt for the great selection of this store I would never go back. All other visits have been great, so it really pains me to leave a bad review.
Absolutely love the juice selection and the customer support is top tier I’ve been in too many stores where the employees have no idea what it is they are talking about and that’s never the case here if you’re new and looking for a good way to quit smoking like me after years this is a great place to go to they will sit down and make sure you get the right devices and best flavors no matter if it’s your desserts or your fruit flavors they got it

Fulfilling my oath to rate and review: 😁Travelled from Tulsa for an overnight trip to roam the Wichita Mountains with my son. Low on vape juice, so I stopped in to replenish. Great service, friendly and engaging staff, AND they had the Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper flavor that never seems to be in stock in the Tulsa stores! Highly recommended!
Everytime ive came here they have been super friendly and helpful. They always have what i need and are quick to greet you when you walk in. Update: The last few times ive went in to get coils multiple of them have been shorted out.
Morgan has always made it a priority to have my juice in stock and is very personable. Always end up spend more time talking and having a blast with the pool table in the store.

I went here after being thrown out of vapor 100 for an assumption that vapor 100 wouldnt let me clarify. She (sorry didnt get a name) was a great help even after vapor 100 tried to get me banned from here to for incorrect information. After I explained what the issue was, which was I was buying for a friend that was immobile at this time and after showing her ID via video chat. We had to do it via video chat so she can see what she wanted. She was very helpful and I would recommend this place due to wonderful service. The best customer service is when they are willing to listen and not assume.

Out of all the vape shops I’ve been to in Lawton, YSV Central is the absolute best one!! Morgan and Des are the most sweetest girls as well. Generally we have great service at this location when we deal with anyone but this employee in particular. Today my husband went in because a vape juice we received on Saturday was not made properly and we didnt know until late Sunday evening when we tried it. Well the woman that he spoke to about it told him that he was privileged for even asking for a replacement or fixing it and refused to let him speak with her manager. This particular woman is usually slightly unpleasant to deal with however today crossed the line. She rarely gets our order correct and frequently has to come back out and ask several times what it was that we ordered. We wont be returning to this location because of this particular employee and this particular incident.

Enjoyed this store. Staff was very friendly and interacted well with me an experienced vaper and also treated my wife who’s a new vapor with respect and helped her out. We hung out and played pool and just really enjoyed the atmosphere without felling pressured to leave after we made our purchases. We drove 4 hours to Lawton and I would make the trip again just to hang out with the staff!!!

Daniel, the manager, is the nicest person we have met in Oklahoma. He has a generous soul. We went to several other vape stores before ending up at his, the other people acted like they couldnt be bothered to help us with what we were looking for. Daniel was able to create the perfect blend for us and really brightened our whole day. The store is clean, and inviting, and the one thing it doesnt do is suck. Two thumbs way up.

Friendly service, usually has what Im looking for, although lately it seems the employees are quick to say something is out of stock, which I am then able to point to, on the shelf, right about eye level.....Update: I figured out what the name is referring to.... Yesterday was the 3rd time Ive been sold the wrong resistance coil. Got it installed before I realized it wasnt what I asked for.Basically- check the specs on what they hand you, otherwise youll end up with a worthless $5 coil (which is on the high side, but thats normal for Lawton shops). Dont think Ill be buying my mods or coils here anymore. Getting burned 3 times is absurd.Update- figured Id give them another chance. There was a female employee Id never seen before. Actually had a dilemma, needed a coil for a tank I didnt know the name of. She was incredibly helpful, pleasant to interact with, & ended up selling me what I needed. You guys need to keep her on staff! Not sure what her name was, but she is brunette, & was wearing a black costume, possibly batman?

The first time I went in the staff was super friendly and they acted like they wanted my business so I was excited that I had finally found a store that had my favorite flavor juice but when I went in the other day it was way different the staff that was there acted cold and made me feel very unwelcomed also I asked for cotton candy flavor juice but got something that is much more like bubble gum flavor and since I live out of town I now get to use a flavor Im not fond of chances are I wont be back

UPDATE...while I am still not happy about the service I received from the employee I dealt with originally...the manager was extremely nice & more than willing to straighten out the situation & the guy who helped me when I went back in was polite & helpful... he even checked my new device to make sure it worked before I left the storeId been to this store one other time & the service i received was amazing so when i needed a new e-cig this was where i came...after letting it charge for 3hrs it didnt work...I called & the guy who answered was the one who sold it to me...after I told him i had just been in there 3hrs earlier & what Id purchased he said he remembered the transaction & our conversation went like this...Me...I let it charge for 3hrs & it doesnt work...Him...well that model has no warranty so theres really was nothing we can do about it...Me....OK...I get theres no warranty...BUT...I JUST bought it 3hrs ago & it hasnt been used even once because it doesnt work...Him....yea...I dont recommend that model because of this...but theres nothing we can do about it...Me...so what youre telling me is...even though I JUST bought it & it hasnt been used because it doesnt work since it doesnt have a warranty Im just out of luck?!?...Him...basically...yea...WOW!!!...hopefully a conversation with someone in management turns out better
Great prices and employeesUpdate: Went in today to get a bottle replaced from this weekend that was messed up and the rude attendant told me he couldnt and that I couldnt talk to the General Manager that was in the back (I could see him)! This is the second mess up in the last two months. Been going here for the last two months since moving to Lawton. I was sold 3 disposable vapes for 40$ total, each was supposed to be 2200+ puffs, all three died on me within days of purchase. I was told they couldnt hel p me because their policy is any failure within 1 hour. Unfortunately Ill have to find a new shop

I’ve always purchased my coils from here, and also purchased a new tank from here. Very knowledgeable and professional, I gave this 3 stars because I recently purchased some vape juice from them and it was horrible. Smelled like nothing, tasted like I was smoking dirty water, and I know they don’t do returns so I just stuck it in my draw, where it’s been sitting for awhile. I would recommend them for their products, just not for their vape juice.

Ive been going to You Suck way back when they first bought out the store I used to go to, Tast-E-Vapes. Their house juices are always consistent, they pay attention to the recipe and nicotine content (if any), and theyre always friendly. They have a points system where you can save up enough points to either get vape juice for a penny or a good discount on your purchase.Ive been vaping for years and have never needed to go anywhere else.
Low stock, its almost a ghost town in there. Your website is half assed put together to be frank. Vaping in my eyes as well as a lot of the community is supposed to be inviting. Kinda like a warm hug of sorts. I get the total opposite when I walk into your store. The most appealling attraction is the pool table it seems like. Although, Tyler I believe his name was, is very attentive. No trouble or problems with the other staff but, I try to catch Tyler when hes on shift. If youre taking constructive criticism from your customers, update your website and keep stock a little higher. Itd be more welcoming and higher commission may follow suit. But then again, Im just one guy. Enjoy your day guys.

This is the only vape store I go to, Morgan is the gal to see! Shes the best! Love this store and they have the best juice and products.
Recently went into this vape shop to buy a new mod. Ended up buying one for about 100 dollars total. The next day, the mod breaks and states to check atomizer and is unusable. The mod does this even when the mod does not have the tank attached. Meaning the mod is faulty and it has broken in the first day of use. I go to check the receipt and it says all sales are final. Fantastic.They sold me a faulty off the shelf model and im out of 100 dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They dont even give you the fair warning that all sales are final before purchasing the product. If i would have known that all sales were final I would have gone elsewhere, to a respectable vape shop in the area.Bottom line, dont go here. They sell faulty, broken products.Unlike the owner states, Ive bought plenty of other vape products from China, and most of them work just fine like Smok products and they never break as fast as the products sold from this shop. They took this SnowWolf product off the shelf and gave it to me, knowing it was a faulty product. Again, dont trust this location.

Hard to find parking because people just sit around in there and take up spots. The guy at the counter was not friendly and did not really help me. I suggest going to You Suck Vapes west the girl there is much nicer and parking is better.

I came in looking for an RDA(having little to no knowledge on RDA’s). The clerk was very informative on what I need to know before I buy an RDA. However, I asked to sample vape juice and he told me to stick out my finger and he put a drop on my finger to taste it? How come you guys don’t have a sample vape for tasting ejuice?
