Vapor 100

Used to be my favorite vape store but now need to find somewhere else due they never have anything Im looking for due to their new selection of trash glass! What a joke u were better off without your gas station pipes. JS

Yo the emo guy with the cool hair was awesome. I’ve never got a reusable vape and he set it up and explained it step by step!!! He amazing definitely deserves a raise.

Terrible service!! I have bought 4 different vapes from this place and they all quit working then I tried to return this one because the button turns on by it self without you even touching the vape it leaks everywhere and my juice was brown in less then a week.. so with that being said I tried to return it and the guy said I couldn’t even tho I was in the 14 day return policy… he said it has to be a factory default but it obviously is if it’s messing up and leaking and I had to change the top in less then 5 days obviously it’s factory but he said it wasn’t a risk he’s willing to take and I said so basically every vape I get is hit or miss and I can’t return it and he said basically I will not be going to either location anymore

I will not purchase another item from this place. I purchased a $20 vape they make you try it before you leave the store. Work fine. 3 days later it tastes like burning cigarette butt .took it back to the store. They said there was nothing they can do about it I even had the receipt . so I lose $20 bucks. They wouldnt even make an exchange .

If you want to support a business that will knowingly sell you faulty products and will not work with the consumer in replacing their faulty product then this is a great place for you.Esco bars do not sell as fast here as they do we’re I’m from, however I still want to buy the Esco instead of trying another brand. I found that Vape 100 had them for about $3 cheaper than other places, and when moneys tight you save where you can. I’ve bought my last 4 escos here, I always try them before leaving because sometimes they’re burnt and I understand that once the vape leaves the store there is nothing they can do.Wrong.The employees there told me that the Escos have been burning on everyone lately.I spoke with the manager this morning because yet again I was sold a burnt vape (this is my second because my first was completely burnt) and he said there’s nothing he can do.You can’t offer me a discount on a new one? You can send back the vapes that are burnt to their manufacturer and they refund it. Why would I want to give my business to a company who doesn’t care.I’d gladly pay about $1-$3more, knowing my business matters.

Nothing but wonderful people here. Very helpful, explained the difference between all the vape types. Very clean store. Just wish they would stop rearranging everything.

Upon moving here I quickly discovered this vape store and thought I found a great place. I purchased a few new vapes there and when I had problems with 2 of the 3 new units they refused to return, exchange or offer any compensation of any kind. They were very stand offish when I asked if they could do anything for me. I will never do business with them again!!!

When I started vaping, I came here all the time. They were always friendly, and super quick. Their points system was pretty awesome too. They helped me quit smoking with their accessible and cheap disposable vapes. I wish I could rate them 10 stars!

Came back from overseas and needed vape supplies badly, saw how close they are to post, friendly staff, great prices, and always having the juices I smoke was the biggest plus ever. Been a regular since October last year and will continue to shop here.

Absolute service here, The man on tonights shift was Patrick hes a great person and will help you with what you need to his best extent. He introduced me to a new line of juice thatll match the flavor profiles I enjoy while being a bit easier on my coils. 10/10 hands down, its not even a question whether or not Ill continue business here or not this place is great.

My wife went to get my supplies - they carded her.. no problem there shes 37 - my wife asked me a question on the phone about the coils and the clerk refused to sell to her. That was very stupid and poor customer service. I will never be returning there.

Nice staff. They are very helpful. Usually, I have coils juice and mods that I need. I go the Vapor 100 on cache and Sheridan.

They have a wonderful selection of juices, mods and other supplies. The employees are friendly and helpful. I spend a LOT of time here. They have comfy couches and space to hang out and chat with friends. They also have air hockey and some other kind of game but I cant remember which one it is. Also cant beat free soda every time you come in!Side note...I have actually had food delivered to me while I was hanging out there a couple times.

Bought a mod from them, asked for two packs of coils for the mod I bought and they gave me the wrong ones. When I went back to exchange them for the correct ones they wouldn’t do anything with the ones that had been opened even though the whole mix up was their fault. It’s a shame because they’re generally good folks there but at this point I can get exactly what I need online with less hassle.

There was a lady there today she helped me and was Great! Took the time to explain the products and just made it a pleasant experience! I didnt get her name sorry but you should know your awesome and my husband and I really appreciated your helpfulness. Thanks! 9/4/2019 around 4ish.

A second or subsequent violation constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per offense.

Cheapest vape shop Ive seen. Staff is always super friendly when I come In, their selection is just extensive, so many juices, disposables, mods. And everything is fairly priced. Im like a kid in a candy shop lol.

Absolutely horrible. Went to pick up a disposable first time in the shop, didnt see the micro printed policy sign about exchange and cashier didnt think to mention it before watching me stand in front of the door and hit a disgustingly burnt vape. Completely understand the policy but couldnt you have said that as you rang me up? Wheres the customer service?

Over priced and shelf pricing does not reflect whats in their system. The only thing keep that place open is the few good staff they have an the location. Broken Coil out on Lee is 10 times better.

I dont like it there at all.. The staff not very personable and kind of snobby. I went there 3 times in less than a year and it was the same experience every time. I have since brought my business elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there and will never go there again.

I went in to grab a new device and some pods/liquid. Im new to it, but whatever. Before i was even helped the attendant was rude abd short with the customer ahead of me. Her bad attitude is overwhelming. When it was my turn she was curt, short and I just left without buying anything. You may want to get employees who dont mind doing their jobs

Excellent and friendly service! Stopped by here on a whim while visiting family. This place has terrible store policy. Im 40 years old and cant pick up a vape for my wife because I mentioned purchasing for her in addition to myself. This isnt mmj, nor alcohol and I was purchasing 0% nicotine!!! What a joke. I will steer clear of any of these stores in the future.

By US policy you cannot deny a person that has a US workers permit ID that is a US this company is asking for a federal lawsuit no federal laws before management opens their mouth and deny people

I was so happy they had parts for my vape. I used to order online but now they charge for adult signatures that are mandatory. Glad its just down the road now, for much cheaper!

I just called to ask them about a vape they carry and his response was “he’s not allowed to disclose it over the phone”I’m not driving over 20mins just to come into the store for you to tell me you don’t have what I want. way to lose business :)

We’ve been loyal customers of this vape store since PCSING here in 2017, and haven’t gone anywhere else due to the quality of care we’ve received there. Unfortunately, Joe, the kid with glasses, is nothing but rude, nasty and inattentive every time he’s working. He acts as though we’re inconveniencing his time with his friends by walking in. I doubt I’ll be back at this point.

I purchased an inexpensive Vape and pods because they did not have the brand that I was looking for. I found what I was looking for and return my purchase in about 30 minutes and they would not refund my money. Nothing was ever said to me about all purchases or final the packages are closed sealed in perfect order

Wish they had a larger selection of menthols and 70/30 or 80/20 juice. I had to buy a lower powered mod because most of the selection is 50/50. Workers are friendly and generally knowledgeable.

BEWARE!!!Both Lawton locations will sale u juice that has passed it shelf life, open ur boxes before paying for ur products, they will sale u juice that has been on shelf and is Brown in color and will not refund or exchange for intended product, I would not consider this a WHITE AMERICA why of operating business, Id suggest either quitting or spending ur hard earned money else where

I bought a juice there yesterday at Vapor Maven and for some reason its making it hard to breathe after using it. I took it back up to the store to try to return it and told them what was going on and they didnt seem to care. So now Im stuck with an over priced ($30) bottle of vapor I cant even use. Dont shop at this place, go to you suck vapes bc the house juice is good, its cheaper, and people there are so much cooler. Thanks for read my rant.

Never have I walked into a vape store and not been helped. This store had the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We asked the 2 gentlemen in the store what the difference in the mods was and his response was 1 has batteries and 1 doesnt rude ass.

Vape 100 will not receive anymore of my business. They never have the same vape juice twice. I went there today for a coil the young lady sold me the wrong size. I took the coil back to exchange it but nope had to pay for another coil. In most businesss when you get the wrong size you can exchange it... Not at vape 100...

Neck tattoo/ponytail asked what I needed when I walked in, then proceeded to cut me off mid response to ask for my ID and instinctually blammed the rudeness on my serious demeanor. Then he fumbled the sale by grabbing the wrong products; the other accociates stepped in with what i asked for as he exited demaning himself and his own intelligence outwardly to the room.

Ok Im not paid for this but I can definitely say this is the only place in Oklahoma that Im comfortable buying vape products from. Staff is knowledgeable, selection is wide AF, and its even a chill place to hang out and chat.

We are casual vapors (need nicotine). Destiny was 120% amazing informative employee! Wasnt stoned off her mind and communicated information very well, lol. Upsold us a new device on top of the juice we wanted.

So I been coming here for months and recently went from having a cdl to a regular license and with new state procedures they now issue a paper id and mail out the hard copy I was turned away because of this so something beyond my control I was turned away I’m beyond upset and confused I was going every two weeks well what I can control is where I take my business I get having to id and making sure not selling to minors but I have my id I’m almost 40

Prices are marked up 75-100%. Probably due to Lawton being a military city. They need more stand alone Mods. Staff was polite and helpful though. Plenty of juice to choose from.

I go here for juice and new mods and the customer service is usually spot on but the last few time I went it was sub par at best not sure but they were more interested in talking with the buddies instead of helping customers which is a shame
