Tes always makes me feel welcome whenever I enter the store. Her recommendations open my eyes to different options. The crew here has an absolutely amazing attitude. Always a joy coming here.

Clean store, friendly, fast customer service. And, they have a great selection of products and the prices are decent.

So this store is an hour away from me and I travel to it but unfortunately I think that is now going to change. I asked for a 0% nicotine vape and that is not what I got. I trusted the staff got what was asked for and what they said they were getting and didn’t even look at it till I got home, which of course was after the store had closed and the hour drive. So I called the next day and since it’s not the same day there is nothing they could do, they just offered an apology. Partially my fault for not double checking before leaving but can’t help but feel that it’s ridiculous customers have to do that. It’s fine and I’ll deal but wanted to alert the store since that could be a big issue for someone who has completely quit nicotine. So this whole thing just left a really bad taste in my mouth and due to that, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunate but I tend to support businesses who take care of their loyal customers. Loyalty goes both ways… or should.

After a long day of work, running around for graduation and birthday supplies Im greeted by 2 employees who at first seem to be friendly, as the expectation was set for me to walk all the way across the building to provide my ID to the employee instead of the employee walking to meet me so I can pursue for the item needed. As I asked him that I mentioned customer service, and was met with you know what Im not gonna serve you, the other employee made eye contact and said no words... I said thank you and walked away. Lost money for the company for expecting decent customer service from its employees, sad!

One employee was rude, so sorry you had to get up and work. The other was not very helpful at all and had no clue about the products they had. Both employees dropped the F bomb more than once. You might need to send someone to train the two that were working when we were there. Wont be going back!

I literally have no words for the experience I had today…after all the other great experiences I’ve had in the past today was the worst. So I have made the decision to not use them ever again. Only one sweet lady was as helpful as she could be and and I thank her for that..as for the manager not so much…….and that’s that.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They ran out of my normal disposable vape pen that I get and the women who helped me pointed me to another product and told me it isnt the exact same but should be similar enough that I will still like it. She was right, it was nearly identical. Great work you guys! Keep up the good work and helpful demeanor and attitude. I appreciate you!

Well I guess some how my secret is out. The employees were to helpful to tell I was there and got everything I needed. So how do you know, my favorite, is the best on west side of town?

Came home to a new mod today that my wife bought for me. The mod is not the one I wanted so we drove down there to exchange it for the other one. I was told No because all sales are final. I get that a no return policy but I was not trying to return the product. I wanted to exchange it. Plus they sold her a display mod that was not in the wrapper so why not just put it back on display and sale me the one I want, no harm no foul. Bottom line horrible customer service. I will never be going to any vape 100 or any of there sister stores ever again. 😤

The friendliest, professional, most helpful people Ive ever met since moving here this summer!! The environment is so comfortable, especially someone who has anxiety about new places. The young woman, manager, is top notch!! Ive worked executive management and trust me, shes one of the Best..Dont lose her!! Prices on juices & accessories are fair, vapes are a bit high though, but customer service cant be beat!!

Christina and Kayla are awesome! They are always so friendly. I go in to buy Disposables and its like walking in to talk to friends. They are so knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend this store to anyone who asks me about vaping products. They really are the best!

The staff at vapor 100lawton # 2 makes the experience better and knowledgeable or willing to learn or find out the answer. Or if the store dont have what ya need the staff will send you the right place.

I went here for a friend that was immobile at this time to replace her vapor. We were video chatting so she could see what they had. Instead of asking me what I was doing they told me to leave stating that its against a law to sell to a third party like door Dash which I am not. When asked the name of the law, they couldnt name it and kept switching between it being a state law and federal law. Then they tried to ban me from another store using their false information. Good customer service does require you to listen to your customer before assuming.

Phenomenal store! Friendly, professional staff and great selection of juice. It’s a great place to just hang out at and converse with the clerks. The management cares about each and every customer and all of the clerks, especially Avery, are so knowledgeable about everything in the store.

On two separate occasions this place sold me expired juice. I let it go the first time, the second time I went back on the same day to exchange it. The bottles I bought were 6 months past BB date, and absolutely disgusting. Waited 20 minutes for them to call the manager, and even after explaining what happened directly to him they wouldnt take it back. He even tried to say that BB date means the date it was manufactured like I was born yesterday. He decided he would rather lose a customer than exchange 30 dollars of defective product. Theres much better places in town, dont go here.

I came in with a friend and just looked. I went back the next day to get my new vape. The manger was able to give advice and answer questions I had. She is simply amazing. I love this store. So clean, open and friendly. I would 100% recommend this store

Kayla was amazing and very helpful!!! She explained so much to my friends and I who knew nothing about vaping. I would definitely recommend her and the staff at Vapor 100.

They sell what they say. Stuff is usually pretty nifty. Downside, they have an abysmal selection of coils and glass. Otherwise, all the vape juice you could want, as long as your coil isnt burnt cause theres a decent probability they dont carry it or its glass.

I went into the store on Friday July 31st to get juice. I had a mod that was seriously leaking due to a manufacturers defect. They ate the cost of an atomizer to fix the vape and explained how to get the original one replaced. They went above and beyond amazing customer service. Definitely will not be going back to Chickasha Vape 100. Grateful for all their help!!

Very pleased with my expirence at both vapor 100 locations Good selection of juice, mods, and smaller vaping devices, proffessional staff who arnt afraid to develop a good costomer/retailer relationship. Very nice lounge style sitting area, beverages on the house. Staff are very willing to assist those new to vaping. Store is well managed and clean. Recommend this location above all competing vape retail locations.

DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE.This place is a joke. They are a big franchise but wont take returns if your missing a box. I bought a slim vape pen here. Was told not to worry about a receipt it would be in the system. I said ok cool. Come back in 3 days after purchase and explain its not working. Was told since I had no box he couldnt take it. Although I had the vape, battery, charger, etc. Just no box. Like they are gonna put it back on a shelf in a box to sell it again anyway?????? None the less I have spent hundreds here, never had 1 problem. Then when I finally do this is how they do people. Wont ever do buisness here again and I will make sure I spread the word about this place to everyone and everywhere on social media. Words to the wise. Dont give these people your hard earned money.

AND COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS A LIE! THEY NEVER PUT THE $43. BACK IN MY ACCOUNT,IN WHICH CAUSED ME TO OVER DRAFT 4DIFFERENT TIMES SO MY ACCOUNT WENT NEGATIVE PLUS MADE ME OWE THE BANK 100.IN OVERDRAFT FEES. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THDM NUMERUS TIMES, MISSED WORK TO PROVE TO THEM WHAT THEY HAVE DONE AND I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED EVEN DROVE OVER 2HOURS OUT OF MY WAY. STILL TO THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK.! THEY HAVE STOLEN, LIED AND CHEATED ME. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE KIDS SCAMMING YOU. Best place in this town, but honestly thats not saying a whole lot. Not much of a vape flavor selection in Lawton, but this place definitely has the best.

Had a problem with a defective mod and Krystal the district manager was able to resolve my problem very professionally and quickly. Would highly recommend going to any location under her management.
