Video Exchange

I left due to this dude with the fro thats crazy (worker) banging on peoples door like a gorilla in the jungle (Im not calling him that because hes part black, but because of how literally loud he was banging. (Not knocking loudly, but banging.)) Because I took over some other dudes booth (by myself) that still had some time left THAT I ADDED MONEY TOO. He didnt even check the system before he was banging and trying to call people out.You need more time to yourself to relieve that much tension. Just a thought.

(I meant to submit this a while back ago but better late...;-) I visited back in in the fall around my birthday and as I usually do when I go to any store of this nature, Id asked the associate for some assistance with regard to questions Id had about some of the newer items that they gotten in since I had last been there. I do this in an effort to to reduce the likelihood that I may be disappointed like Ive found myself at times before when Ive mistakenly bought a product thinking that it was going to be different than it actually turned out being and of course not before having spent a small fortune on it... Lea was polite, friendly, and enthusiastic, and she was also very professional, offering helpful advice and making valuable suggestions helping me decide what to get. Ive never had a negative experience at this location. The staff there have been accommodating, but I will say that on this specific occasion I greatly appreciated her for being extra attentive to my questions, and Im thankful for the excellent service!

I came in one day and it was my first time. Lea was such a great help! I ended up buying something that I didn’t even think I needed but Lea was such an amazing help and very knowledgeable about the selection! If anyone is in the area just stop by and say hello, she will make your day!

I don’t usually roll in there but when I do I look forward to seeing Lea working. She’s a doll(nice on the eyes too)but yeah she always has a great attitude, shes’s very friendly and knowledgeable..All around good experience!

I just want to say I had the best experience there at your store because the wonderful girl Lea she was so helpful that she made me laugh when I was having a bad day also, she even sold me something I didn’t come there for I bought it because she made me feel so comfortable there. It was my first time. now I use that every day.

Smallish place with good cross-section of stuff at good prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. They put batteries in everything for you before you buy it. The video booths in the way back are pretty popular. Not cheap but, good quality.
