Very good massage for one hour. Emma is great. She works on the back and it helps. Wish i could go every week. I have been there 12 times already in a year.

Very bad massage, My gf and I went here for a couples massage for 45 minutes and ended up getting a 15 minute max massage, felt like they were just rubbing oil on me the whole time. The only good part about the whole process was the hot rags they put on you. They would talk and whisper throughout the entire session and occasionally laughing at things. The girls would constantly walk away or stop what they’re doing it was overall an unpleasant time. When we got to the register to pay they were very adamant about a tip. I will not be coming back to this unsanitary, greedy business. My cat could give a better massage than the people here.

My massage therapist was amazing. Gave a great deep tissue massage and was able to work out a few knots in my calfs. I wish I couldve remembered her name. I will definitely be back soon.

If you want to be in pain and talked down to then this is your place. I had been here dozens of times before and massages were great and girls friendly. I have a free massage and havent been there in about 8 months so I decided to go. BIG mistake.1- the girl didnt massage she just rubbed her hands back and fourth over a sheet2- I asked her massage my neck she elbowed my neck and I told her it hurt several times not so hard and she continued anyway and popped something in my neck (12 hours later I now cant move my head up or down, my fingers are numb and I have a headache that wont go away)3- when I gave my free massage card they tried refusing it (mind you I had to spend $60 -10x to get the free one) then the girl accepted it and DEMANDED a $20+ dollar tip as she stared me up and down saying something4- she left the room several times during massage to help other customers and answer phone then her and the other girl were making fun or me and my bf during massage laughing so hard that the girl fell onto my backIncredibly rude and horrible massage that caused pain. Will NEVER go back. The old girls were nice and good at massage these new girls are disgustingly rude and lazy

I went there one other time they were great. This time not so much. First she kept disappearing and talking a lot like alot which who can relax during that I get it if you have to say something but not a whole conversation. I got a two hour which normally one person can do I didn’t ask for two nor did anyone say they had to do two nor do I no for a fact their was two girls in the room because I don’t. When I went to go pay I gave alittle over 20 percent tip which i though was good exp for me not being 100 percent happy and I no dam well I didn’t get a full 2 hour from her kept walking away. They had the nerve to to get upset and ask for more tip to my face. That is def not customer service never did I ever go somewhere that asked for more tip. Who ever owns this should be ashamed of their employees. I was there on 1/29/23 around 10:00 a.m. I will never go back now which sucks they had good hours I wish I could report them somehow.

The first couple of time I’ve been here the massages were great but as of recently have been terrible. Me and my boyfriend go for a couples massage 60 mins. 2nd to last time I got about a 20 min massage with how much my lady was walking in and out and disappearing for 10-15 mins at a time. The last time I was here which was last night, we again did 60 min couple massage.. I got the full 60 mins, but no massage. All I got was a lady that felt like she was just putting on oil and lotion back to back. Absolutely not acceptable. And then the kicker, when I went to pay, I gave my tip in cash, and they proceeded to ask for more of a tip placed on my card. That’s legit ridiculous. I thought your rule was to not ask for tips. I could understand if I didn’t give them a good cash tip, but I did. Extremely disappointed with the services the last couple of times.

The staff and owner here are cheating, they dont know how to do massages and will never come back.

I have a sprained shoulder. I was in so much pain, and after just one time going, I feel so much better. You can bet I’ll go again next week and that will become my favorite place to go. The women are professional and well versed in Chinese massage. I recommend this place!

My wife and I went for a couples massage. It was great for the two of us. We called and were able to get in 1/2 hour later.

Have been to this place twice. I was looking for a place for regular massage maintenance. I myself have 15+ years of experience as a professional massage therapist. I do not expect the the same service as I would at an American spa however I do expect SOME basic professionalism, communication and integrity from ANY business and this was highly disappointing.My first time me and my husband came here for a 2 hour massages. Over the phone, prior to our session we asked if I could get 1 hr Ashiatsu massage (back walking) and 1 hour Thai (stretching) and my husband wanted 1hr Thai and 1 hr deep tissue massage. When we got there we had to again confirm our services. Our appointments started 30 min late. I ended up getting 90 min deep tissue and 30 min Ashiatsu and my husband had 2 hour deep tissue. Semantics or not, we both are in massage Industry and know quite well the difference in technique and benefits of each massage. This was disappointing. On top of the completely wrong massages the ladies kept talking and walking in and out of our session to answer the phone and greet other walk in customers. That obviously interrupted the session causing us to loose time and focus.The only posetive from the session was the pressure the ladies were able to apply. If anyone likes a real deep tissue massage, this will work well enough. Just dont expect them to do ANY focus work even if asked as most of them speak little to no English.However, after speaking to the owner post session on our way out the owner reassured us that they absolutely do Thai TABLE massage (traditional Thai is done on a Thai mat). Which is why I reconsidered and was willing to come back and try to get either 90 min just Thai or 90 min just Ashiatsu. That way there is no confusion due to language barrier.Today I called in ahead and asked if they had time for a 90 min Ashiatsu massage. They confirmed and said yes. When I came in on time once again I was asked to wait. Upon waiting for 15 min one of the girls took me back. To confirm my session I asked if she was going to do an Ashiatsu massage. She said she doesnt know how to and than walked in to another room with session in progress. Once she walked out she asked me if I could come back in a little. I said no problem I will come back in 45 min. She said thats fine.When I came back I asked the women if she spoke English as I didnt see the own who seemed to be the only person who spoke English. She answered little. I wanted to make SURE that I would be paying for a session I scheduled so I pointed to the Ashi bars and asked is we were gonna do 90 min Ashiatsu. She than said no 60 min, they were very busy. Once again, disappointing but I was already there and after waiting for an hour I was like fine ill take what I can get. I once again asked ok so we are doing 60 min Ashiatsu ONLY right? She than goes NO, its too long. She will do 30 min Ashiatsu on back and the rest deep tissue. I was baffled. So now not only you make me waist an hour waiting for you after I have called ahead and specifically asked for the services YOU advertise but you cut my time and tell me you cant even do a full hour of one type of service???? Ok!!???I just said no thank you and walked out. If you cant do 1 hr Ashiatsu than why even advertise for it??? Ridiculous. If you only offer one type of service than just advertise on that stop leading your customers on. Also, might want to hire a receptionist and learn some basic massage spa etiquette. No wonder why your shared next door space was shut down for funny business by the city. You have untrained therapists who dont speak English working at your establishment. Which means most likely they are unlicensed and are undocumented.

Duo to work reason, i come to this area often and sometime i will reward myself with a massage, i came to this massage place for a few time now, and i have been enjoying it very much. i come here when i had a long flight and want to relax my muscle, and every time i come here they have done the job right. they focuses on the right spot and the pressure on the muscle and nerve spots on the body are perfect. Ive never felt more relaxed. They are very knowledgeable and give me advice and some tips on how to massage myself when i am away. it is not pricey at all, and you get the best massage, it is totally recommend. I have been to both of their location and both of them are good, of cause the new location place look better, because it is new, haha. will bring my wife there next time when she travel with me.

Great place very clean and the Women are respectful the best massage I ever got I didn’t get the woman’s name that massaged me but I’ll be looking for her when I go back. Feel like a new person.

I had made an appointment for 10:30 am for two individuals, foot and body massage, and arrived at the location to be told that they can only take 1 person. The women at the location didn’t seem to understand what I was saying and I didn’t understand what they were trying to communicate back to me. So we said forget it and found a different location near by. Drove 25 mins to this location for no good.

Great atmosphere! A well needed massage and I will definitely be returning. Reasonably priced and the massage was simply amazing!

Rude , careless. I made an appointment, drove 30 minutes and arrived on time just for them to tell me that they took other people for my spot and I should come in one hour. Also, the place looks quite cheap and unsanitary.

I got a deep tissue massage for my shoulders and back. Felt alot better, but still a little sore. The place was clean and relaxing. The staff was very friendly even though I had a bit of a hard time conversing with them. Will def go back though.

Massage was ok...but they beg, and beg, and harassed me for “extra tips” and I go there twice a week...the women tried to tell me my feet stank (which was completely false) so that would garner her more of a tip. Clean facility and ok massage but the harassment was frustrating. Im going to contact the owner.

CiCi is back! Ive been going here every week or so since I had my hip replaced this past spring. Very professional, clean and accommodating. Ive seen many women getting there feet and back done ther too. Ive seen a few different women, all above par, but CiCi is a gifted masseuse . Give them a try, you wont be dissapointed.

I have been to this location twice. The messages have been good, but today however the masseuse was not happy with the tip I was giving and the other lady was telling me to give her more. I will not be returning.

They really worked me over and found all of the knots. They could use a little better lighting and better linens (they were clean - just not very comfortable). Worth the visit.
