This vape n smoke shop is fantastic!!! Went in for the first time, only had the flavor, an idea of what the brand name was, and a vague visual of the vape component I was looking for ... The sales guy did a great job directing me where to look. Found it quickly with his help.Then I decided to look at tobacco papers and he was so kind and knowledgeable with those as well. A very good experience. Ill be shopping here from now on for sure!!!

I have been a customer of Chris at the Empire in Buckingham for years. I have gotten a chance to get out to the new location a couple of times and its just beautiful inside with all the glass. 9/10 they have some ridiculous deal running on some item in the shop as well as the best prices of even without the discounts. I will admit, if you they come to like you they’ll work out incredible prices or even send you away with a little gift. This place is amazing and Chris is a great guy! Got this piece of glass for the low last time I was in there.

It is 930 pm on New Years Day and I promised my other half Id get her to a shop by days end. So now Im scrambling to locate a shop that might be open still. I Google shops and BAM it says less than 1/2 mile away and open til 10 pm. We swung by Empire and immediately we are greeted by Glen, even though he was currently assisting someone else. We get to chatting and Im really impressed with his demeanor and genuine approach to customer service. Being in retail management for nearly 30 yrs it was refreshing to see a young entrepreneur be so immersed into some old school relationship building within his trade. This place gets it and most definitely has a bright future.

Online experience was not great. I have no doubt that the store in person is fantastic, with a wide selection of cool glass and accessories to offer. The lack of communication online over the past few months were enough for me to give the three stars. Besides that, all of their products are cool, and I recommend pretty much just seeing them in person.

I have been visiting this shop prior to it being bought by Empire. Up until today I have not had an issue. I have made many purchases before and came in today to purchase something I have previously. Prior to coming in to make my purchase I asked the price of the item in a message. I go to the store after waiting patiently and to my surprise I am told my item was $10 more then I was quoted. I tell them I was quoted a different cost and the gentleman brushed me off and made it seem like his price change and what I was quoted were no biggie. With that being said, I have a concern now as to if my business is worth traveling to them. As a customer of over 4+ years, it is disheartening to feel taken advantage of so quickly in front of other customers.

Excellent customer service from the owner and employee on staff tonight. They only buy products they can personally recommend which is a necessity these days. With so many scammy companies trying to cash in with garbage quality products it’s nice to be reassured you weren’t ripped off. Also they spent as much time as you need explaining products if you have questions. I will definitely return here and was very happy with my whole experience.

My favorite smoke shop and store to go to by far. Empire has anything any smoker ever desires from pipes to vapes to accessories they have it all. Empire also has affordable reliable products that you know you can trust. The store itself is a very nice environment and the workers are by far one of the best parts of the experience because they always try to make you feel welcomed and they do a great job at recommending and helping you pick out good products.

Today was my first time at this shop. I was impressed by the huge and varied selection, as well as the customer service. A guy named Doug was working. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ll definitely be back.

The edibles that they sell are definitely laced, I went through a psychosis episode twice on them and two of my friends ended up vomiting until they passed out after taking them. Would not recommend.

I have been going to empire vapes and tobacco in Levittown now for well over a year. The service there is incredible everyone is supper friendly from the owner to the employees it’s a great shop. They have hundreds and hundreds of different vapes and tons of incredible deals on the highest quality pieces. I normally go in for a vape and find myself in there for a half hour at a time just looking around. Also to end this the employees are amazing all of them I’ve made good friends with most of them it’s a great conversation every time I am there. Find myself in there for awhile at a time just talking to the guys. Great place and a great experience all the time more companies should be ran as empire vapes and Tobacco is ran!!!!

I’ve coming to this shop since when they first opened under Chris. They have been the most friendly and welcoming. They always make sure to have the best product and show you how everything works from new devices to new mods the day it comes in they can give you a full explanation on how to use it so you get the best experience.
