The staff is always very nice and helpful with any questions and very knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of vape products and willing to take the time to make sure you have what you need and know how it works.

I came here on a recommendation from a co worker and my experience was well above amd beyond what i was expecting. Needed a new mod and the staff member was able to not only find what i needed. But color matched it. Answered all my questions, had a few mins to banter about things. 100% recommend them.Tl,dr: Came in for a new mod, left with coils batteries and a color matched mod to my tank.

They were super helpful in helping me find the mod and tank that I wanted. They didnt have the color in shop so they ordered it for me. It took less than a week. They also have a pretty good selection of juices and coils. What one store doesnt have the one in Bristol will most likely. My fiance and I wont go anywhere else.

I always have a good time coming here. The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help with any issues I may be having with my personal device. Kristin made me feel very at home at this store, as I just moved to the area. Sometimes it’s hard to find a store where you feel welcome, but when I’m here, I get a great experience. The salesman Michael was very helpful also in helping me determine what would be a good flavor to try for my flavor profile

This was the first vape store that I went to six years ago to quit smoking! Ken and Kristin and extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The employees are also very helpful!

Excellent customer service. They now have me as a returning customer and will definitely be happy to refer any other vapors in need of juice and supplies! First impressions really count and my expectation were exceeded here! Clean appearance, great conversation, and nice flow of the shop.

The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and hands on with their approach to helping you every step of the way. They helpful, very cordial even with difficult customers who cant make-up their minds. Trust me. I am the most indecisive person alive. They are genuine social butterflies.

Best damn vape shop Ive ever had the pleasure of being in, let alone in the area. The staff are very knowlegable and friendly to new and returning customers alike. Michael is especially knowledgeable in regards to building your own coils and running then in a safe manner. They also actually stock hardware in their inventory rather than just juice as some other local places seem to do (since profits mainly come from juice sales). When people ask me why Im sometimes willing to spend a few extra bucks to buy stuff at a local brick and mortar store instead of just buying everything cheaper online, places such as this are the reason I give.Support your local store, especially if they are as awesome as the staff is here.

If you are looking for a friendly staff that will not make you feel like you are doing them a favor by walking into the store this is your shop. The tasting bar is awesome. Friendly and informative. They can talk vape for days.

This was my first time in this vapor stop. The lady Kristen was very helpful. I’ve been to other places an by far I like the how friendly fog city is. I just purchased one of the regular customers favorited the reds apple watermelon and it taste just like what it is.

I have to say that this vape shop was fantastic! Employee Stevie was extremely knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. WOW! I cant say enough about this place - definetly the best vape shop Ive ever been to!

I bought coils here tonight and couldnt get my tank to work. They refunded my could and I bought a new tank and was given 10% off. Very nice people and very helpful. Great customer service.

Most friendly, welcoming and helpful vape shop. Erin, Ryan, and Chris are some of the nicest people. Ryan spent 45 helping my girlfriend and I with a tank that I messed up, and got us straightened out.

This place is awesome! The husband and wife who works there are very helpful and showed me everything I need to know about my new vape. I went to a place in Morrisville and that dude didnt show me anything except my total on his register. I highly recommend this place if youre new to vaping or just need more stuff because they have everything plus a tasting bar

Fog city was a clean organized vape shop in the Levittown area which offers a variety of vaping products and juices. The owner was a very nice lady who had bumped into me outside the business and recommended it to me . The house juice I purchased was good tasting juice and their loyality program is better then most local vape shops. OVERALL , A GREAT experience and I am debating making this my normal go to shop . I would recommend to anyone for all your vaping needs !!

Had a problem with my mod. Smok mag 225w TC was saying I had no atomizer. Tried replacing coils and checking every point of connection and still couldnt find the problemTook my vape in and they found the problem. I had a pack of bad coils(first time ever). Swapped out coils and it worked. Great staff and great help. Thanks Kristin!

I am trucker from Virginia, I stoped at fog city vapor, RAyan was so helpful and so gentility with me and with my wife online ( messenger ) he was taking care of us and the others customers, almost I gave him 5$ for cafe, he didn’t accept it, he says he do that for love thank you Ryan see you when I come back again to this area

I got the cbd freeze roll on and it’s the best one I have tried to date! The staff there is also very friendly and efficiently answer your questions.
