Tranquility 3 Spa & Salt Cave

This place definitely provides what you need. I received a firm massage, had access to a salt room during the massage, and experienced the most intensive foot massage Ive ever had. While the massage was excellent for relieving built-up tension and stress, I was looking for something more relaxing. Despite my efforts to ask for less pressure, the massage therapist maintained a very firm touch. Additionally, as someone sensitive to smells, I wasnt a fan of the salt rooms scent; it wasnt unpleasant, but it lacked aromatherapy, which I prefer.They offer a wide range of services, so Im sure they can cater to most peoples preferences. If you prefer a less intense massage, I recommend mentioning this to the hostess before your session. Overall, despite some minor qualms, it was a great experience for deep tissue relief.

They managed to fit me in for a last minute appointment and my appointment was on time. My massage therapist was wonderful. She seemed to know where my aches were. My right shoulder has been bothering me and she was very gentle with that area and my shoulder feels better after the massage. Will definitely be back.

I got a full body massage and facial. The massage was okay, definitely not the best I had but she was attentive to my needs. The facial was definitely not like the facials I had in the past but it was relaxing enough. When I got home, my eye was red and inflamed along with my throat. It went away after a few hours and I didn’t think anything of it until the next morning when I woke up with a crazy allergic rash all over my face/neck. Typically I never really had sensitive skin, I have gotten many facials in the past and I have never experienced this. Now I have full blown contact dermatitis and leaving on vacation in few days 😡. I don’t know what products they use but it’s def not good quality.

I’ve had a few massages but don’t go nearly as often as I would like to. Tranquility was amazing! Mia did a great job and I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire hour. I do have a sensitive (painful) area on my lower back and she felt me tense up and from that point on was extreme light while in that area. I will be back for sure 💕

Everytime I come to tranquility spa I have received amazing service. The massuses are so good, every single one who has given me a massage does amazing. I am so happy to find a place I can go regularly and known that will alleviate any aches or pains I am having in my back. My mother also has asthma and visited the salt caves and we found it to be very therapeutic as well. Additionally when I call to reschedule or set up an appointment the ladies on the phone as so kind and sweet. I would rate this establishment 10/10!

Unprofessional, disrespectful, scammers. Never have I had such an experience. Felt completely taken advantage of. Dont be fooled by their automatic responses to their bad reviews. On top of them overcharging for things that were not discussed, other workers kept coming in and out of the room completely disrupting whatever peace i should have had, the ladies doing the massage were laughing about my discomfort I expressed to them. And the owner/manager on my way out refused to listen to how unfair that extra charge for oil was & to top off the cake, responded with That seems like a you problem. Worst massage place I have ever been to in my life. Worst business management as well.

My first time going here for a massage and salt cave session. Anna did my massage and was excellent! I went into the salt cave after for a relaxing 45 minutes. The location is clean and everyone was nice! I will definitely be back :)

This is a pleasant surprise right around the block from the house! The owners are very nice, and the place is wonderfully decorated! The 2 salt rooms are amazing! The rooms are very private and the staff are all very nice. The 90-minute massage was very good and very reasonable 👌 Would definitely go back again!

This place is the BESTTTTT!! Hands down best value for your money at any spa place on LI. The prices are so reasonable and they go above and beyond. I had Lisa for my most recent massage and she was incredible! Had a 75 min foot massage and she still massaged my shoulders, backs, arms, hands, etc. The headphones make the experience even better, not having to listen to any background noises. This is my new favorite spa, don’t walk RUN to tranquility spa & salt cave!!!

Nice atmosphere the extras are very nice but not a good experience. The woman only massaged my feet for a few minutes mostly my legs.I should have said something.She was very very rough and the front desk isn’t the friendliest a little snobby to me,you cant even understand her. I just don’t like their vibe at all. Never again. I feel bad leaving a review but this time I am really annoyed.One more thing I don’t want to feel like an airline pilot with headphones on either.

First of all, don’t even bother booking online because the prices are wrong, the available times are wrong, and they don’t list the names or whether they are female or male. I booked a 1 hour massage that was supposed to be $50. At some point during the middle of the massage, the woman stopped to show me these products and I had NO IDEA what she said or what she was asking me. Apparently, it is extra money to use their products because when I went to check out, the woman at the desk asked if I used product A or product B, and I had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. She went in the back to ask the masseuse and THEN came back to ring me up. It was supposed to be $50, but she charged me $60. All this only occurred to me after I left. On top of ALL that, the tip is NOT included in the price, which is ridiculous given the circumstances. I did not originally leave a tip thinking the jump in price for no reason WAS the tip. The woman at that desk actually TOLD me I HAD to tip. What if I had a horrible experience?? You’re going to force me to put a tip?? That’s absurd. Horrible place. Will never return again. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

I never leave bad reviews despite how disappointed i am. But this situation warrants it. I booked a couple massage ($110) for an anniversary gift to my partner. Started off okay. We got settled into the room and it was a bit chilly which at first i did not mind because its been quite hot out. The massage started with the women massaging us over a blanket. After about 15 minutes i asked if we would be getting a skin to skin oil massage because thats what i was expecting. And thats where it all went downhill. She then pulled out the oil and said its an extra $10 each. I was not the happiest about that but still was okay. The oil had peppermint which mixed with the AC was extra freezing. I tried to push through but it became too intensely cold. I asked at least 5 times if they could turn the AC off and instead of getting an answer she put like 5 blankets on me. She offered to get hot stones which i felt the need to make sure wasnt more money. She then took warm wet cloth and rubbed it over my skin. Wet + cold = freezing. I finally with 20 minutes left in the massage couldnt handle it anymore. I was freezing and super uncomfortable. I heard the girls laugh which made me more uncomfortable. The owner was very rude when i tried to explain the situation. And she also informed me it would have been no charge for regular oil which i was not made aware that was an option. I should have done this first but i now went through the bad reviews and many people have had the same experience in the sense that they were overcharged without their knowledge that the products they use are more money. This place is full of scammers. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. It was a miserable experienced. Instead of feeling relaxed, i felt uncomfortable, freezing, disappointed, and taken advantage of.

Went in for a couples massage — great experience from beginning to end. Very clean and calming facility. Masseuse did a great job of checking in every now and then to make sure pressure was good. My partner mentioned her masseuse could have been a bit more heavy handed but we believe her petite figure caused him to maybe be a bit more gentle. Overall great experience — will be back.

I’ve had a few massages here, the massage is usually very good but overall the place is completely no frills. The table is very plain, no heated, not adjustable. Disposable sheet, and barely there blanket.

The place looks very clean. The massage was very relaxing and helped relieve my pain. The best part was the eye mask, heated neck wrap and the relaxing headphones. Very nice experience.

3 stars because I was very dissatisfied with my full body part of my 90 mins combo. 30 min foot 60 min massage never did my front legs, hips, went out the room so many times it affect was supposed to be an hour massage was really 30 mins. My first experience was the best, 2nd time was also amazing. But 3 time total disappointment, it had some point of good massage but overalls got dipped on time then I was rushed out saying was busy but no one was there. Also I wanted to pay by credit card they gave me attitude because I didn’t pay in cash. Sadly last experience put bad taste doubt I will ever return.

I go for 1 1 hour Swedish massage. I suffer from a stiff neck and come away from the massage pain free and relaxed. The price for the 1 hour massage very reasonable. I fully recommend Tranwuility Spa

Had a wonderful relaxing experience here! It is a very modern, clean and peaceful environment. The 60 min massage was heavenly. I had never been in a salt room before and really enjoyed that. Id recommend doing that after the massage.

Tried this place out for the first time in a pinch. I’ve gotten massages in many places all over the world. And this was by far the most STRESSFUL massage I ever received.The masseuse I had refused to listen to me when I asked her to slow down the massage several times. She did her job in asking if the pressure was good(which was good) several times but DID NOT listen to me when I asked and told her to slow down the massage, she was going too fast. It felt like a rabbit was hopping from place to place without rest all over my body. Like she was in a hurry to get this job done and be some place else.She also kept stopping to talk to the employee behind the curtain which was annoying.My body tensed rather than being relaxed. When I gave this feedback to the lady at the front desk, she said next time I call to to request the massage I’d like. Who calls and asks for a masseuse that doesn’t rush a massage? Pressure I understand. But rushing? NO ONE.That said im willing to try this out again with a different masseuse because I see how great the other reviews are. But customer service and training needs to be improved. Will be back with another review.

Went in at opening without appointment due to have a slept wrong, completely stiff neck and couldn’t turn much without pain. They accommodated me and it helped so much. Place was well lit. Open spacious rooms. Smelled nice. Workers spoke English well enough. No funny business. Reasonable price. Would repeat and recommended to my wife who came later the same day and she had a good experience as well.

Foot spa is good, but dont try to book online. It says there are appointments available for booking that arent available at all. If i hadnt opened a random text message I would of showed up to the spa for the appointment that was booked that I got an email confirmation for.

After reading google reviews, Me and hubby went to this spa with high hopes, unfortunately our massage therapists lack of skills and the facial is not recommended. I was so nervous not knowing what they putting on my face, she just keeps rubbing random lotion and water on my face. Too bad, the space itself beautifully design though

The staff was very attentive and the services are great. The only suggesting for them is to have the massage specialist informed about the pain thresholds of the individual before the massage therapy. We found them to be a bit rough which I love but some people may not be able to handle. Also, I would suggest not making a sale in the middle of the massage—if you want to sale creams/oils etc that should be done before the session is initiated. We will definitely be coming back.

If I could give 0 I would. This was by far the worst experience my fiancé and I had. We had a Groupon in which we paid $15 over the regular price for 2 60 min massages. Now this was our second time there. When we got there they took us back and then when we were done and ready to pay , they tried to tell us that because we got a couples massage it had to be $10 more than what we ALREADY paid ($120). So we said ok and paid and were already so frustrated and decided not to leave a tip. When we walked outside to the car, we were followed by the 2 masseuses begging us to leave a tip to which we felt was not necessary. They then kept saying “we work hard,” please leave on card. We’re paying customers who have now paid $130. … never going back there period.

I purchased a couples massage for a really great price. The masseuse that had us were good. They did total body. The tables are side by side with curtains, so no totally private rooms, but for the price its worth it.

My husband booked us a couples massage for Christmas. I would overall give this place 5 stars but some things need to be tweeked a bit. He originally signed up with two women. When they walked in I had a gentleman and he had a woman. I was a but uncomfortable with that due to being told otherwise. The gentleman did a fantastic job but the woman with my husband went way too hard and my husband hurts pretty bad now. Another thing is I get it their language is different but they asked if we wanted cbd oil and they didnt understand what my husband was asking about it. Due to him working for the state he couldnt have anything with hemp and they seemed very confused by the question. They also seemed to disappear from the room without a word and we werent sure whether to get up or not. They did this three times and we just waited. And lastly but most importantly... they didnt ask about any medical issues. Which is a huge concern. Ive been to massages they ask in detail your medical history. My husband has a vp shunt in his head and the woman started to massage his head. He was so relaxed he forget to tell her. Overall great place but def need to change some things.

I came here with a friend to relax in the salt cave. It was an awful experience. I have been to other salt caves before and never experienced this. My friend and I went In the salt cave which was also being used as a waiting room for people that were there for massages. People were in and out. Staff kept asking us if we were getting a massage. They would come get the guests that were waiting which every minute the door was opening an slamming. The people using the cave as a wiring area were talking and on their phones. Typically at other caves its a set time by group you pay for and there are no interruptions. It was the most unrelating experience ever. I brought it up to the front desk and she said I can pay more and have a private experience. I said it shouldve been private to that time slot how is more money going to keep people from waiting in there and not cause a disturbance. She was rude and unapologetic. I did not ask for money back or a discount which I should have I just wanted her to acknowledge things are run poorly there and should appreciate the feedback because we will def not be going back and I guarantee this happened to others. The salt cave should not be used as a waiting area and if youre going to refer to yourself as a spa it should be peaceful and it was quite the opposite. Plenty of better salt caves with zero interruptions and kind staff. I tried this one out because it was super close but super not worth it! Go somewhere else!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!I booked two 90-minute massages for myself and my friend. I received a text to confirm the appointment. When I booked the appointment and in response to the text I said specifically that we wanted deep tissue massages and asked if they had people that were very strong. They assured me that we would get a deep massage and that they had strong people.We arrived on time. I had to wait 15-minutes before they took me in and my friend had to wait 45 minutes. My time is valuable. I dont understand why a massage business cant operate efficiently. Massages are timed. When they make a reservation they know when the previous massage should begin and end. They should be able to start the massage at the scheduled time.I have had hundreds of massages over the past 40 years in this country and across 5 continents and my friend and I can say, without reservation, without hesitation and without hyperbole: THIS WAS THE WORST MASSAGE WE HAVE EVER HAD.They just could not grasp the concept of a deep tissue massage. We both told our masseuses multiple times during the session to go harder, go deeper. They would put more pressure for about 30 seconds and then go back to this soft useless pressure.Besides that, there was no flow. A massage has a progression. You start in a certain area, determine the status of the muscles, focus on what the body needs, and increase the strength as you progress and the muscles start to relax. These masseuses did none of that. In fact they were all over the body jumping from area to area.A completely useless experience.I was more tense and aggravated after I finished the massage than when I went in.And to add insult to injury, they charged me an extra $10 because they used essential oil. I didnt ask for anything extra and was not told I was going to be charged extra if they used this oil.Stay away from this place.A complete waste of money and time.

I’ve never been to a salt cave, and this was one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had. I took my sister in law here for a massage in the sale cave for her birthday and it was a beautiful and mesmerizing experience. We decided to come here once a month for self care. October is booked !

I went with my husband couple massages. One of lady who gave me massage I told her to not use oil maybe 20 time and I gave her my cream but she show me another oil (lavender) she insisted because she told me your cream is not good…. And I said I always use my cream I am allergic to massage oil. She insisted all massage time she talked and talked. I said okay to lavender oil but she also used another regular oil too. I went hospital couple days ago and today also will go dermatologist. This is unacceptable I already told her 20 times use my cream!!!!!!!

The foot massages are awesome. It’s a clean, and quiet atmosphere perfect for this type of service! The chairs you lay on are very comfortable and they give you a warm neck roll with head phones to relax even more. Love this place. I’ve been there at least 10 times already.

Takes wonderful care of their guests. Great service for great prices. And after my body and foot massage combo, while I put my shoes on after I got ANOTHER neck rub. She twisted my back and it cracked pretty loud and it made us laugh. Staff was very caring from start to finish. They know what they’re doing over there!

From the moment I walked in I was met with exceptional customer service. The entire space was very tranquil and serene. My massage therapist was kind and had such a comforting energy and aura. The massage itself was great as well, the perfect amount of pressure in every spot, it felt longer than an hour. I finished my time here in the salt cave which was a refreshing experience and definitely made me feel better.

I bought a Groupon for a couples massage in a salt cave for my boyfriend and myself. It was amazing! The massage therapists had strong hands, which we loved since we’re both nurses. Our backs felt great after the massage! It started as a Swedish massage and they incorporated hot stones and essential oils. The salt cave was so cozy! Salt bricks and rocks lined the walls of the salt cave and the twinkling lights on the ceiling were a nice touch. I felt like we were getting a massage under the stars. I highly recommend Tranquility 3 Spa & Salt Cave.

My partner and I visited today and had an awesome time. We were booked for a couple’s massage only and decided to try out the salt cave after. It was a great decision. It’s extremely relaxing and you get so much for your money. Everyone is so sweet and professional and the spa is very clean and relaxing. Definitely try it out!

I usually go to the Franklin square shop and it’s always great. Came to their Levittown shop for the first time and was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I called beforehand and said I was coming for a 30 minute massage with the medicated oil because my hip flexor was in pain.When the masseuse entered the room she refused to massage my injured area and said “only massage here” implying I wanted something else. Not sure if it was my skin color or what but this is unacceptable. I wasted driving here 25 mins. I was passing by the area here but Should’ve just went to the Franklin square shop.

The staff was very nice and the facility was very clean. I really enjoyed my foot massage. The head phones with the calming music playing was a wonderful addition to the heated neck wrap. I will be making another appointment soon.

So many good reviews my wife wanted to try and she was not disappointed definitely coming back

I would have given a 10 but I had to get up and move after my feet was wet to let a pair of two people have my seat.

I recently heard of this new spa opening up near me, so I decided to try it. I did the 60 minute massage and the 30 minute foot massage, which were both wonderful! The prices are very reasonable for all that they do. The place is so clean and very nice looking. I cant wait to go back!

The atmosphere was wonderful and the massage was amazing. The staff was polite. They did shortened our salt cave time. We didn’t get as long as the other ladies in there but over all is it was nice.

Not happy or relaxed. Booked a 60min couples massage in the salt cave online. Called prior to appt to confirm it was in the salt cave. Arrived to a packed lobby, ppl complaining they had been waiting for 30+ min. We were shown to the salt cave when I mentioned that we booked a massage in the salt cave, not a salt cave session. I was told I misunderstood when I booked. 15 min into the salt session, the receptionist opened the door and let in 3 other customers. All were laughing and loud and late. The salt cave door should not be opened once a session has started. After the 45min salt session, we were asked to wait in the waiting room for 15 min because the massage was backed up. That is the most unrelaxing thing to ask patrons to do. Especially if you are charging $250+ I showed the receptionist my booking, which was for a couples massage in the salt cave. She said, Oh well, I made a mistake. We purchased over $200 in gift cards during the holiday here and will not be returning. They overbook and gaslight customers.

My massage and foot massage were fantastic and very relaxing. The salt cave was an added bonus to my relaxation. The prices are extremely reasonable. I plan on making monthly visits to pamper myself and bring friends and family as well.

This place was incredible. Super clean, warm and friendly. Relaxing atmosphere and incredible masseuse. Seriously the best massage I ever had and such an incredible place. Highly recommend especially if you are a first timer.

You get so much for the value. Loved the body massage. Loved the hot stones and the oil. Foot massage was exceptional. Loved the hot neck warmer the raindrops and weighted eye cover. Great gift for anyone. Its affordable to do every month. Wiould like try the salt cave.

This new professional spa just opened so I decided to visit. I had a body and foot massage combo. It was close to the best massage I ever had. The therapist was wonderful. The spa was nicely decorated and created a relaxing environment.I plan on trying one of their salt treatments next.

Wife and I were interested so we walked up. Angelia gave us a tour of the place and needless to say we will def be back. Good prices and the rooms are very relaxing.UPDATE: we went back and tried the salt cave, DEFINITELY worth it. Hope this spot gets the recognition it deserves soon!

Had an amazing massage once again given by my regular therapist Lily. Shes so good, she can actually read my mind. Shell look at my body reaction and know exactly where my pain is! If I was able to get a massage from her everyday, I would!Tā shì zuì bàng de.

Just got a desperately needed 1 hour foot and 1 hour body massage here at tranquility 3 spa and salt cave in Levittown and now I get 45 mins after to just relax in the salt cave.... Awesome experience and I highly recommend this place as it is clean and professional and the massages were excellent as well & there is even a Groupon. Its also right across the street from my fav Chinese buffet global buffet
