I saw Nikita. She did an amazing job. The spa is clean and relaxing. I felt very safe and comfortable. Nikita checked in with me too which was great. She was gentle and thorough while still applying deep pressure. Normally I am very sore and sometimes even in pain after a deep tissue massage. But I feel great. She also uses a body oil that is dry and not greasy. The aromatherapy is a wonderful touch. I will definitely be going back.

I have had upwards of 10 massages from Emerald Rose Massage. Mostly I have been impressed with her ability to quickly identify the needs of the moment and then the patience to work them out. She will spend some time on the spot, move around to the general work and return to check in on the area needing attention. She has the ability to work deep tissue and if you are more of a nuance person, she can actually accomplish the same effect without the force. Easing the muscles into happy relaxation. I always end up feeling way better after a massage. Time to schedule the next round!

I had my first session with Nikida over the weekend, she also does sessions at the Holistic shop downtown {Creatures of Whim}. By far the most AMAZING experience I’ve ever had in my years of receiving a massage!! Not only does she take her time but she ACTUALLY LISTENS to your story of how your pain & tension has progressed, offers you techniques to try at home while taking great care of you! She’s a Reiki healer & made my entire experience comfortable and she’s very friendly and relatable, not to mention talks you through everything and explains her techniques as she goes through the motions. Most importantly, unlike other masseuses she TAKES HER TIME & gets to the ROOT of your pain!! I loved everything about it and will be booking with her again very soon!
