She did such an incredible trigger point massage on me. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and truly focuses in on that. I am so grateful to have found such a skillful person in Lexington.

Shallon is another level in massage. My experiences with other places have been good, but but basically just a nice rub. Shallon understands the musculoskeletal system and customized the massage to my needs. She also gave me tips on how to prevent strains I was causing in my everyday movements. Im looking forward to my next visit!

You will not find a better massage therapist in the entire country! As a dentist, my neck and back are constantly in need of work, and Shallon has been helping me for five years now. Shallon is not only amazing at therapeutic massage, but she is also extremely smart and knowledgeable about the many different muscles and how to effectively release them while pampering you the entire time. In addition to getting a medical-grade massage, her studio is very relaxing and is a place I look forward to going to after a long day. She truly wants the best for her clients. Shallon is amazing. In my adult life I have had lots of massages. However, until I received a massage from Shallon, at Soma Massage, I didnt know I was not getting the massage I needed. She truly loves what she does, shows a caring attitude and is very knowledgeable in her profession.

I started seeing Shallon to (hopefully) release scar tissue that formed following a knee replacement. Shallon has the strongest hands of anyone I know, her thumbs should be registered as deadly weapons! :)Her therapy sessions were amazing and all though many of them were super painful, the desired results have been achieved. The scar tissue has been released and Im on the way to achieving the full range of motion I expected. I highly recommend SOMA Body Works and Shallon for serious massage. Pain never felt so good.
