This store has the lowest prices anywhere. Ive traveled all throughout the south-east and Ive never been to a vape store with lower prices. You can find disposable pods here for a great price. My favorite is the yovo watermelon ice. This is helping me not smoke so many cigarettes. If youve never been here, stop in, check this place out. Save some money.

There guys are amazing! Love Danny, Grant, and the other guys that work there! They’re pretty knowledgeable and also you can’t beat those prices. There’s a reason why they’ve been in the game for so long!

Products carried are numerous and of good variety. Everything has been great in price for the entire area, and the people are knowledgeable about what they sell. We have never had a bad experience with them and will continue to return.They are well-stocked, and their in-stock items are listed on the walls - along with all the information on them. This makes the shopping experience quick and informed, much easier than trying to decide from a disorganized wall of thousands of things like other vape shops.We highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their products and it has always been a good experience!

Without a doubt, this is the best establishment I have found in the midlands area. I have visited many places. The selection, quality, and prices of the carts, disposables, and edibles available here is unmatched. Other places dont even come close. The staff is very friendly and informative. It is definitely worth the drive from Columbia. Depending on what you buy, the trip will probably pay for itself.

Originally I was having some problems with an Atmos transporter vaporizer. After talking with the owner, he did me a huge solid and helped me out. This store by far has the best prices, and largest juice selection in the area. Ive been to all the other ones so I know. They are constantly getting the newest products out. They also Try to fix mods if people put the batteries in backwards or drop them hard etc. My fiancé got a mod from a online store that just stopped working for no reason and they were willing to take a look at it. There is junk thats out there that will break regardless where you buy it from so do your research on what your interested in before you buy it. Youtube is awesome to find reviews on products. Also FYI if you run your coils at the incorrect tempature you will burn them up constantly. Juice can effect that as well if its a very thick juice. This is honestly the best store I have found! I highly recommend them!

A new loyal customer! I’ve been to this place 5 times now, and every time had a great experience. Yes, they have great products and awesome prices, but I really love the people here. The staff is great, informative, and very friendly, unlike many other local places I’ve tried. A recommendation on juice from one of the staff quickly became my new favorite! They’re very honest and informative with each of my questions and purchases. And today I came expecting to have to purchase a new tank, when instead he fixed my old one within a minute. Im not a smoker and I dont vape but my mom does. She stopped smoking cigarettes, after smoking two packs a day since she was 14 (nearly 50 years). They were so patient with her and answered all her questions. Even though she asked one question 10 different ways. They mad3 recommendations and didnt try to trick her I to getting something super expensive or difficult to work. I would recommend going to them for all your needs. The store was clean and so was the parking lot. Handicap accessible. Super nice employees.

Store is amazing! There is a cashier who is a female with glasses. She’s rude and unprofessional. After showing her how the product was not completely full. I expressed how I was not comfortable paying for the product that was not full. The employee grabbed both products and left without any explanation on if she would be assisting me or not! Voicing your concern after being told that’s what you need to do if it is not completely full, just to be treated like an inconvenience. I left very upset. I am a regular here and both times I’ve dealt with that employee have been nasty. The eightysix brand is awesome and I highly recommend! They will refund the business any cartridges that are not completely full.

We will be told that the girl that does the ordering will be placing an order. We will check back after several days and these items will still be out of stock, and that The girl that handles placing orders will be placing an order is said to us again. At this point, this is becoming the situation over and over again.Whoever the girl is that is responsible for ordering stock, is not doing so obviously, because we can go to a different Vape store and can get our normal juices and disposable mods in stock.I really hope that Palmetto Vapors can correct this situation with the girl that is responsible for placing orders. We really like Palmetto Vapors and have been loyal customers for years, but stocking the items your customers use and buy is important. It cant be a supplier issue when other stores are getting the same products no problem. It is the lack of placing the orders by the individual that is responsible for placing orders. Hopefully this issue will be addressed with the girl that is supposed to be handling the ordering. Otherwise, we will be forced to shop somewhere that doesnt have someone running their customers off by slacking and not placing orders.

Bought an “indestructible” vape from here which broke in two days. Just stopped charging. They say bring it in just to tell me they can’t do anything. 90$ down the drain. So I purchased the same vape again get home set it up and the button fires 30% of the time so I’m forced to just continuously press it and just pray it hits. Been shopping here since the store opened 10+ years. So I wasn’t to upset because I knew I could stop by and they’d get me right. I stop in less than a week later and they denied me again. Saying it’s used now and can’t do anything. Thinking there’s no way Rhys could be right I message the store on Facebook and the owner said come in agaiand bring both vapes and if I buy another I can get a discount. After I just spent 200 on two broken vapes and now useless accepted. The same owner who id see every week working the store with his kids I evevn grew up with. Nowafars. You’ll never see them in the dtkfe. I never post reviews but this was different considering They all got big and up and left. And forgot where they came from and who was there before all this. Do better Mr Madden.

Had terrible service today usually the two gentlemen up there that are always running things do great but the fatter gentleman today with the younger girl at the counter wereextremely rude and then followed me out the store after leaving out and commenting how rude they were to ignore me. I decided to no longer make a purchase due to their rude customer service would not come back again while those two are up there. also those two were very uninformative about their products unlike the other gentlemen. Obviously there just for the money

Let me start by saying Ive never had an issue. The older gentleman that was helping me today was wonderful. He explained everything to me very well. He let me hold the vapes in the display and take them apart to see how they worked. I bought two of the same vape but wanted different colors. He accidentally handed me the same color. I realized this when I got out to my car. No big deal right? Went back in to switch them out. The older gentleman is now helping someone new so I went to the other guy (Danny) to swap. They didnt have the color I wanted unopened so Danny starts to take the one off the display to put in the box.I explained Id just get a different color, I didnt want that one. I dont want one thats been touched all over by other people. He explained they wipe them down. Cool, I still dont want that one. Danny was not nice about this. He very reluctantly gave me the one I asked for. Keep in mind I stepped out maybe 30 seconds. I know for a fact the vape that I touched all over still had my fingerprints all over it. Danny asked me what I thought they did when they ran out below the counter top (he was insinuating that the displays would be used).I dont appreciate the attitude I was given by Danny for this very simple request that I had. Gotta work on that professionalism Danny! 😉 To the older gentleman that helped me, thank you!

Had a weird experience the other day when I had 6 or so vapes fail to work. I was given a free one and a working one before I left (was also offered a refund).

Great experience. Went in there as a non-smoker looking for something for my wife. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I very much like that they didnt try to sell me something I didnt need or something very expensive. I told them my wifes smoking habits and they pointed me to a reasonably priced starter kit. My wife has been using the vape for a week and loves it. I highly recommend this place.

Good products and prices but poor service, every time I go in there they are just talking to their buddies hanging out and will take forever to get to you. A few times that I had to wait I was given the wrong product and of course I didnt notice till I left because I was already in there way to long and had to go, so part my fault but I would have noticed if I had been helped in a timely manner.

I went into the store to pick up a new device & my first device at that I regret going here. I told the clerk I was new to vaping & wanted something easy & very basic for a beginner, he showed me several devices so I picked one out I ended up paying 110 for my device which was way more then what I wanted for my first device, getting it home I read the book several times I can’t figure it out, I called to ask if they could refund it or exchange for a more beginner user friendly device, wasn’t an option. So if your new to vaping & very unsure of you’re self as I was stay away from here the staff Will sell you some thing you don’t want & they don’t offer a refund or any exchanges.

Super disappointed with the customer service here I’ve been here a lot and this was usual place but yesterday I bought a disposable that was defective and they won’t switch it out or give me my money back. It died just hours after we bought it and it was $17.00. When I first hit it it spit juice in my mouth but the employee working assured me that it would work it’s self out. When I called today to explain the situation they told us the employee should’ve switched out the product, and then told us we should’ve bought another brand. But they can’t do anything for us now. Not really sure how I was suppose to know that. I’ve bought $5.00 disposables before that have lasted me an entire day if not longer.

The cheapest spot in town and the staff are very friendly. I will go out of my way every time to get my supplies from here

So far so good, I had the small model that came out years ago and it finally crapped out on me. So I have smoked a long time, and finally I cant stand the cigarette smoke anymore so I wanted to try something new. I just moved back home after 12 years being gone being military. And this was the 1st shop to pop up, and highest rating. I walked in and the guys up front were very kind and friendly. Meanwhile Im clueless as hell, but I told him what I wanted and what I had previously. He asked my price range and if I had a certain color, all the stuff I wasnt expecting. So I asked what he recommended, he picked it out, I said the color, and he walked me through it step by step. Along with flavors. Meanwhile once I got home I noticed my tank was still leaking, I called the shop asked for the guy I had when I was there steve and he told me the same thing I did...I tightened it a little more and that seemed to fit it. So good to know I was on the right track and he said if that didnt work come back in and they would fix it. No problem at all... They do by far have the best prices and a VERY clean shop. My OCD and anxiety would sky rocket if I walked into a place where it wasnt. Ill definitely be getting my stuff from here from now on...

Good service and good juice prices. My favorite juice is 7 dollars cheaper here versus my normal place so thats a plus. Employees seem pretty knowledgeable regarding products, so if your new to vaping they can help you figure out what you want.

Freindly and welcoming environment. Staff is very knowledgeable on the juices they have on hand. Gargantous flavor choices available for testing and purchasing. They have coils for most tanks even the out dated ones. Due to the fact that they average on one to two hundred customers on a good day cheaper prices are much more possible. Best little vape shop in the midlands area. Ive been to several shops and NONE have the selection they do! They range from your starter ego style to high end cartel box mods. As great as the selection is the staff is even better. Super helpful and well informed on everything they carry. Well worth the drive and will certainly be my go to vape shop. Well first off lets get to the business they are quick to respond to your entrance and very welcoming as if they where working for moes we all know their famous slogan, the employees are very friendly and supportive so with that I love coming here for my materials and hardware they have a very very large variety to choose from and reasonable prices as well so with that things work out very smooth here I always walk out happier than I was when I walked in cause they always know if something is wrong and will help make it a little better cause they know were only human and things will happen in our lives that we so much dont always appreciate so this is my main store not because its closest but because they are the best business in the state

As promised I went back to palmetto vapors and am rewriting my review. The first time I will admit I hated my experience but after visiting the store one more time I dealt with two completely different individuals who made my trip very enjoyable as soon as I was ready they served me and while I was out the door with no problem.

They have by far the best prices. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I drive a extra 40 minutes to go to this store.

Been meaning to post my review I seem to keep forgetting. But I have went to them for quite a few years always had great customer service and has always looked at the employees as friends and they e looked at me as a friend also. Every time there was an issue with a product I’ve purchased they’ve fixed or replaced whatever the problem was free of charge. Despite my friends and past coworkers distaste of palmetto vapors I continue to come back because I know what they’re about and know they have good quality products. And some how mr Madden always seems to amaze me with some badass new product that they have in stock. I’m a sucker for vapes and the products have always been so good that I’ve spent plenty of money in their shop alone. I’ve been to plenty of vape shops and honestly none seem to compare In my opinion. I don’t currently own a vape due to lack of funds but I do know where I’ll be going to purchase my next vape. I hope to see their buisness grow. I’d give more stars but that’s all I can give.

I went in a few weeks ago to get coils for my Smok Vape Pen V2. Employee said they only have 4 of the coils left cause they are discontinuing the pen. That isnt true. Plus the coils he gave me are single coil 0.3ohm. The pen I have uses mesh 0.15ohm or DC 0.6ohm. The old Vape Pen 22, which the V2 is a step up from could use the single coils, mesh, or strip. So now with the wrong coil it is burning the cotton faster, so a nasty taste after a few days. And I did get Mesh coils from them about a month or two ago but two of the five coils were defective. So Im just gonna stick to ordering my coils from online. But they have great prices on e-juices and do not seem to experience shortages like my local vape store.

This is the only reputable vape shop that I will go to. These guys know there stuff! If you want quality juice, products or superior customer service this is the brick and motor you want! I travel all the way from Augusta for all my vape needs. I promise you wont be disappointed.

I go to this store for all my vaping needs. They have almost everything, free samples of all the juice to try, CBD products, gummies, candies, vape additives ect. Their mods, tanks, coils, cotton and juices are seriously the cheapest around. Absolutely love this store. The only issue is traffic trying to get in. They typically go 60 and Ive almost been rear ended several times when I gave plenty of notice.

Everything ive ever bought from this place broke right after the warranty expired and they refused to help me. most of the time they are rude and give me the wrong items that i dont notice until i get home then refuse to help me after i bring it back in for an exchange. the entire place is one big pile of rip off garbage! ill NEVER go back there again after spending several hundred dollars on their crap. i hate everyone there.

I took one of the Delta 8 gummies for anxiety & I was a zombie for 5 hours. I could not get out of my chair. I could not concentrate on anything. If I had tried to drive I’m sure I would have wrecked my car so beware. It was 20mg. It gave me more anxiety than I have ever had cause I had no control

I was driving through the area so I called a bunch of shops looking for a very specific coil for my subtank. The employee (Im assuming owner) swore up and down that he had the nickel coils I was looking for. So I drove about 20 minutes out of my way to stop at the store and pick them up. When I got there to pick up the coils I noticed they werent the ni200 coils but actually the .2ohm kanthal coils. After asking again if he knew about them being the kanthal coils the same employee tried to still sell me the coils claiming them to be the nickel coils. Im giving them a 2 star still because the shop seemed very nice and organized but just make sure you know your information before trusting theirs.

I had a horrible experience with them. I called and placed an order on the phone on a Wednesday then called back the next day to check on the order and they told me that they would get back with me and they never did. Then I called again and he told me that they dont do order over the phone. I told him I didnt have any juice and he told me that wasnt his problem and hung up on me.

Fantastic customer service but be careful with what you purchase. A mod was purchased as a birthday gift only to find out it was a clone being passed off as a genuine SMOK.

Used to go to palmetto vapors but after buying so many tanks and haveing leaking problems went to essential vapors and bought a voopoo drag and falcon tank from them no leaking problems at all better service and will no longer set foot in palmetto vapors
