I really look forward to my sessions with Tammy. She is such a professional. She asks me about how I am doing and if there are any specific areas that need more attention. She can get all my kinks and knots out and gives me helpful tips on certain stretches and exercises. I walk out of there feeling wonderful. I look forward to every appointment. Vital Health is a very warm and welcoming environment. Simply the Best!😊

I have now visited Nick multiple times, and can honestly say that he is the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. I have had chronic pain since 2015 that includes permanent nerve damage, a torn hip, etc. that I have gone through years of therapy, treatment, chiropractor care, and massage for. Nicks care has vastly improved my life.Recently, Nicks communication and knowledge saved me from months of pain after a big home move. He is skilled enough to intuitively know where my pain is stemming from and release pressure and tension that I didnt even know I had, but make a huge difference in my chronic pain. This is why Im a loyal client!

Great place to get a massage. Friendly staff, very accommodating of even last minute requests. You have to make an appointment beforehand though so walk ins arent advised. The owner, Chancee Nolan, is very cool. Atmosphere is very relaxed.

I highly recommend Vital Health Massage Therapy! If you have any aches, pain or need scar tissue removed, this is the place to go. I had my scar from a hip replacement worked on and you can hardly see it now. You wont be disappointed and feel great after your massage.
