I was playing on Monday around noon on lunchbreak I won a jackpot of $2,500.00 well here it is Friday 2pm still havent been payed. the only thing they told me was we will call you sometime within 3-4 business days. there is no way it should take this long to pay out winnings. do yourself a favor go play somewhere else

Yes, I did test it. When I hit the vape it stayed on and blew up the inside of the vape and leaked the juice all over. I came back the next day with the vape. The least you can do is offer a discount. I have a fairly good amount of transactions for proof at your establishment. I’ll change the review too

Candy made my experience here amazing. I’ve never had a problem shopping here, but specifically she was very helpful with explaining the different vape flavors that were not explicitly obvious (e.g. power, energize). Great customer service!

Went in bout a week ago to have my good friend accused of stealing a 5 dollar cigarette case which she actually purchased along with a zippo lighter both items I can give clear detail on what was purchased who the clerk was all the details was told someone was going to reach out and clear it all up haven’t heard from them yet if your cameras cannot depict someone picking a few cases out looking at them putting them back and then purchasing one then a ur cameras need upgraded b ur clerks need to b paying more attention to their counters and c if they can’t manage that hire some ppl and pay them what they are worth will not be taking my post down til it’s resolved to wrongfully accused first of second off to be told I was going to be reached out to to fix the whole ordeal if ur cashier didn’t ring up the item not my problem we handed her the goods she filled the zippo showed us it worked we paid then left

I usually dont leave reviews but the customer service in wicked smoke was off the chain! Haley helped me with many of my questions and helped me pick out the dopest water pipe!! I also met the owner Mellissa she also was very knowledgeable and helpful, plus very upbeat and spunky! Ill definitely be back. Thanks for your help ladies!!!!

I would rather stop smoking than walk into this store again! They raised the price on the particular items I buy, but never changed the sign. When called out on it they wouldnt make it right. That was 2 days ago, I called today and they wouldnt take a complaint over the phone at first. The first employee was rude but figured the manager would actually be apologetic for the incident. I figured wrong! She was just as rude! I will never step foot in this place again.I must thank them though, you guys are going to save me a ton of money by ordering my stuff overseas now.Update: Response to the owner... the night before when I came in the price was different from what you saw when I called. Maybe check your cameras and watch your employees change the price after they were called out on it. You ask what you could have done, honor the price that was listed when I came in the store. Taking a small cut one time and keeping the customer coming back at the higher rate after that would have been much more profitable for you in the long run.Like I said though, your saving me a ton of money, so thank you.

They have a decent selection of products but they are absolutely price gouging you! These guys sold me a vaporizer for $115. I trusted what they were telling me was true and the product I was buying was extremely high quality. After buying it and doing some research on its functions, everywhere else sells the exact same vaporizer for $35-40. I will never spend another dime at this place with the owners being that greedy. I get a markup to make money but there’s definitely a line you cross when it’s just taking advantage of customer knowledge or lack there of.

Dont go here unless it is just for a pack of cigarettes.. the staff knows nothing about the glass they sell I asked for a 18mm bowl and was handed a 14mm. Went back and exchanged it for the correct size and noticed the bowl Lisa handed me was neither a 14mm or 18mm in fact it was a 17mm and she charged me the difference. Now I have no use for this bowl and they refuse a refund even though their negligence caused me multiple trips and 30 dollars. Find somewhere else to buy your glass!

I moved to Lincoln 6 months ago. So glad I found wicked smoke. People gave me recommendations on where to go and the manager at wicked smoke made up my mind the first time I walked in. It is so nice to walk in and they remember me from week to week. Thank you and I will continue to do business there.

They sell products that break immediately then cant stand behind them. When you call to say something about it they put you on hold and just set the phone down and not return. Then after calling back multiple times they answer only to get loud, not give you the owners information and hang up on you! After trying to call back they just let it ring and ring and ring! They have the worst customer service i have ever experienced!

In the past that bought beer and smokes here for pretty cheap. On this one occasion I went in for a silicone piece that was very high-priced but the store was in my neighborhood so I purchased it. After I got in my car I had buyers remorse and ended up buying the same for $40 cheaper somewhere else. Needless to say I tried to return the high-priced one..the sales clerk rudely lnformed me that they had signs everywhere that said that they had no refund and no exchange policy. Not one point during my purchase did I see a sign or was I advised that they did not accept returns, nor did the receipt state the policy (I checked before my second purchase at the other store). It was 30 minutes between purchases. They will not see another dollar from me and I will tell everyone that I know about my experience.

Worst customer service and treatment I have ever gotten from any store period. Highly recommend checking at other shops before coming to this one. I have been into Wicked Smoke SEVERAL times, I have never had any issues with the service at all, As for the comment about the ID thing, Do you know how many people come in that store a day?? It is not the employees job to remember every person that comes in no matter how often you are in there. Also the front of the store there is a sign and another when you walk in that says WE CARD EVERY TIME! So it is not their fault that you forgot your ID. I think the customer service is great, the people that work there i feel are incredibly friendly and very helpful. I think Wicked Smoke is not just a hole in the wall Smoke shop, it is a classy shop where you can find almost anything you need at very low prices. I will continue to give them my business.

Not sure if I was a ghost when I went In or just plain ignored. But after being looked at like oh was sopposed to just grab what I need. And Anothor employe just walked right by me and my wife to get there pizzia. I decided to go to a diffrent place to give them my funds I planned on spending at this place. Walked in to buy beer and on the way to the cooler this punk behind the counter with his attitude told me he has to scan my ID even if Im just browsing, wasnt in the store even 5 minutes, I told him Im buying beer not browsing. There was actually other customers in there browsing the non beer items, he never once said anything to them. Yeah I have long hair and a beard but I wont stand for a disrespectful punk to stereotype me like that. I have bought from this store several times, not again.

Go in to buy certain product ..and your sold out and no one could even tell me when youll get it in again?! Wow very simple knowledge yet no one knows deliveries?? Im done waiting my time and money there!!

I went in today and the lady working made me feel very downgraded not only did she make me feel down graded and talk down to me but also to my cousin and the lady had made me feel very bad about myself it was so bad my service animal has to help calm me down because I felt very downgraded and like a piece of trash u might want to think about getting new employees in your store

Never again. Been there about 20 times and maybe once had good customer service. They dont greet you, dont thank you, and act like youre putting them out while tending to you. Terrible.

I was stopping through from out of town and running out of juice .If you vape, dont get juice from here. Not sure what vg/pg ratio is but juice is thin and tastes like cough syrup. Now I need to stop somewhere else for juice that will have better favor.

Wicked smoke requires your ID to be scanned to enter. Dont willing hand over your right to shop and purchase anonymously, there are plenty of other places in Lincoln that dont REQUIRE your identification card to be scanned. What is the purpose of documenting your visit on a computer database???
