Absolutely amazing! Great staff, great atmosphere, great service! Ive come twice in a week, and Im hooked! Enjoyed a couples massage, and then one after work today. Both times, I got the 30 minute Deep Tissue. My back has never felt so good and relaxed! Dont listen to the negative reviews. According to a staff member, Its possible they are coming from people who wanted happy endings but didnt get one, and then threatened to not pay and give bad reviews. Try it out for yourself. Relax, let them do their thing, and I assure you, youll leave feeling SO much better.

Wow! What an incredible experience at this massage place! Emily truly has a gift for relieving tension and knots. Opting for the walking back massage and hot stones was a game-changer, I’ve had it done before – if you haven’t I would highly recommend it for the deepest tissue massage! From now on, this is now my go-to spot for massages in Little Rock.

I received one of my very best massages here on Tuesday afternoon. I walked in nearly in tears hurting so badly. When I walked out I had gone from a 10+ on pain to a 3/4, by the time I went to bed that night I was 100% pain free and had full mobility again in my neck, shoulders and back. I am looking forward to making this my new spa location.

Basic mall massage. They wrap you up tight like a mummy and then just push on your back in different spots. For the $75 was expecting a more enjoyable relaxing massage. Then after youre done they demand that you give them a 15 to 20% tip. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. make sure to check CC they will try to charge you after the fact. Very disappointed will ever be back.

My husband and I visit this spa for a massage pretty consistently. Probably once a month. In the past, the service was really good. Anna and Emily are both fantastic therapists. For some reason, they arent there regularly anymore, and the lady at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude and lacks any sort of massage technique. My most recent massage was the worst experience I have EVER had, and to make matters worse, she argued with my husband and tried to dictate how much we should tip! She actually rang up our bill with a $30 tip without our permission. I have never had this type of experience before, and needless to say, we wont be back!

I do not recommend this place to anyone the front desk receptionist was very rude and I felt she was very prejudice as a black educated man she judge me and my mom before we can give her this black dollar I hardly do not recommend this place and nobody they rude and a very rushey then she recommended us to go down the street like she didn’t want us in her establishment poor customer service

Awesome service, CoCo and Vicky were the best, they have to be careful with the conversation upon entering the room but everything else was superb!! I definitely recommend to have a 1 hour massage at least once a month. This was my first time and I will definitely be going back.

This is the absolute best place to get a massage! I live in Conway and will drive 40 minutes to go here, they are amazing. The environment is always calm and relaxing, the prices are very reasonable, and the employees are always super kind and accommodating. I got an hour massage today, and Suri gave me my massage- best massage Ive had in my life, hands down.

I have had a weekly massage for the last 27 years. I feel that they have kept healthy and active. A year and a half ago my daughter suggested that I try Dream Spa. They are simply the very best. I gave them a five star rating but they deserve a hundred stars. They are the VERY BEST!!!!!!!

Great place for a deep tissue massage! I had an injury a while back and was recently prescribed steroids for my muscle tension. My doctor also recommended a massage, so I went here. They made a same day appointment and the masseuse focused on my problem areas. I felt so much relief after!

My husband and I have received many massages throughout our 11 years of marriage. This was by far the best experience we both have had. They were able to schedule us the same day and put us both in the same room even though we hadn’t requested it. They were very communicative and attentive to the type of massage we each needed. While we’ve been accustomed to “luxury” massages, their approach was direct and to the point, which we appreciated! The entire place held a peaceful atmosphere and the bathroom was the cleanest I’d ever seen!

One of the best massages I have ever received! I was pleasantly surprised. The owner is extremely nice and inviting. He truly wants every customer to have a good experience. I got the 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was worth every penny. I needed some work done since I workout 6 days a week and she got into the right spots to relieve soreness and pain. Very friendly customer service, clean, and quiet. The prices are competitive with other places. Maybe $10 more but honestly you get what you pay for. Ill definitely be back.

My daughter and I have been getting massages at the Dream Spa since she was 12, and we love it! Weve been going consistently for about 5 years now. The massages and service have always been excellant quality and professional. And, the cost is more than reasonable. I highly recommend to others routinely. Thank you.

I like Dream Spa, they can do deep tissue, my favorite is Cindy, she just came back, but they are all good, if you booked 60 minutes, they never waste any minute on your money. Room very clean, the music put me in sleep all the time, recommend here.

Loved the massage! My mom, sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our massages in honor of Mothers day…however I don’t agree with tipping situation and telling me what I should tip. Other than that..great place, nice and clean and top notch massage and massage therapists!!

My boyfriend and I get a couples massage here every once in a while. The first time was great, second time ok and this time not good. They did not do the questionnaire of where you want the most attention to begin with, during the massage someone came in the room and at a normal speaking volume asked if the masseuse would be available at 4 (in the middle of our massage) to do another one. Not very calming. They did not really work out the knots in his back, instead focusing on fingers, toes, scalp and arms. No deep tissue- just rolling arm thing. Then at the end we tipped and the cashier let us know we needed to tip 10 more. Thought that was kind of rude. We probably won’t be back.

Went for a couples massage. The massage was good but did not get a warning on when she was going to pull my underpants down half off my behind. When we where paying we did not put the tip on the card we where going to give cash and once the lady seen zero by tip she asked are we going to leave a $10 tip because the ladies did so good. At that point I didn’t want to leave a tip and was walking out and she started grunting on out way out the door. I will never go back

Bought a 90 minute massage for a whopping $105 for my best friend for her birthday. A few days later she went in to use it and when the massage was over the lady pointed at 20-30% appreciated sign they have posted as soon as you walk in, which is not good business. They honored the $105 gift card but when she went to give the lady a $10 bill she was furious and kept pointing at the sign acting like she wasnt going to take the $10 tip. This would total $115 for the company for 90 minutes of work which is PLENTY enough, especially when the massage was mediocre compared to other places with lower prices.

By far the most relaxing experience. You cant beat the price! The therapists are true professionals and know exactly what to do. They do not have one strength like most massage places. Our girls had a soft, medium and hard pressures. I am a petite female so the soft was absolutely perfect. My husband received in between a medium and deep tissue. We got the 1 hour couples massage for $140 plus tips. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Go here for all your massage and spa needs!

I have searched long and hard and finely found the best massage in Little Rock. This Spa is Clean, professional, and a friendly staff. I enjoyed a 90 minute deep tissue this time, but will bring my wife along for a same room couples massage next time. Appointments are welcome they said ,but I just stopped in and got right in. The prices are very fair for a spa like this. 5 Star +Doug

It doesnt look like much from the outside, but dont judge a book by its cover. My parents gave my sister and I a gift card to go here. This was my first ever massage and I loved it. The room was a very relaxing atmosphere and the ladies were very kind. I have anxiety so I always have tension in my upper back, but they were able to help relieve a little bit of the tension. The business is very clean. The only thing my sister and I didnt quite like is that the two ladies kept whispering to each other and snapping to get the other ones attention - this was slightly distracting and uncomfortable. Other than that we had a fantastic time. Thank you all at Dream Spa!

It was a great 1 hour massage. I handed the lady a 100.00 and she insisted she got to keep all of it. I let her keep it but I wont be back. People expect way to much these days. So if you go there I would not hand them anymore than what you are going to give them.

Wow! Best massage I’ve ever had! The lady busted her ass for an hour and a half to make sure I felt better and could tell that was her number one concern. There was no dragging around or stalling, this lady was working the whole time. I have ALOT of tension in my back so to even remotely feel better I have to have a therapist that will put some work in. 30% tip left!

The rude lady at the front desk told me that I was going to pay a 15 dollar tip after my massage. After telling her that I would decide what I would tip, she rang me up for only the price of the massage. The massage was not relaxing because I could hear the people in the lobby talking and when the masseuse moved around it was loud. The masseuse put a sheet over me to massage me until I told her to use oil. Go to a better place to get a relaxing massage.

My husband and I went there today for a couples massage. I wasnt expecting the hot stone treatment but wow what a great experience! Massage therapists were professional, courteous, and well-trained. They were able to fix the ailments we came in with and we will definitely be going back!

Honestly worse service ever. They service was rude, as soon as we walked in, off vibe. Not to complain but I took my mother for a massage she had a wonderful time with the lady that walked in and out while giving my mom her massage, trying to pick up calls because she didnt have a receptionist. (My mom was ok with it because he just was looking forward her massage) at the end she loved her massage, she said that the massage made up her rude attitude and off and on service (tiny lady). Me on the other hand, the lady that, I got me gave me such a horrible time, literally crushed my whole body, she was so rough I felt touched in a way because she was so unprofessional while touching my upper leg which Ive never been touched before (without before hand notice). I at least said could you be soft so many times.... I gave up I couldnt leave my mom in the room by herself I knew it would ruin her mom/daughter time. I was so dissatisfied with the service and I forgot to ask both of their names. So now Im gonna leave this...I have done my massages in Hot springs at Thai-Me spa which is 100x better. Such a friendly staff, nice vibe, professional at all the times. I personally love their Swedish massage which is AMAZING, pricr might be a little high (75$ for 50min) but definetly worth it!!! This spa is a no go for me nor my mom she deserves better. I couldnt reserve appointments at the Thai-me so I gave a try to this one but it was by far my most horrible experience.

Im in Little Rock for business and chose Dream Spa and Massage because of all the great reviews so I scheduled a 90 min. hot stone/deep tissue (specifically asked for deep tissue) Everything started out well. The manager was sweet and took interest in my work and visit to Little Rock, and showed me to my room.Heres when things got awkward... I undress and get on the table under the sheet and wait for the therapist to come in. When she does, she doesnt introduce herself, she doesnt ask me if there were any trouble areas, she basically didnt speak to me. So when she started, I told her that I was having a lot of pain in my neck, shoulder and under my scapula. She said she would work on them. Which she does. I asked her to increase pressure and she kind of did. She would work a part of my body and when she was done, she would leave the area uncovered causing me to become cold (Ive never had a therapist do that). The strangest part is she left me in the room UNCOVERED 3 TIMES to get more stones.... I get massages on a regular basis, when you get a hot stone, the stones are usually in a warmer in the SAME ROOM.Finally the session is over and I look at the clock and the session did not go for a full 90 minutes. I arrived at 11:55am and she started at 12:10pm and finished at 1:25pm. When I went to pay, I had to ask the manager what my massage therapists name was because when she finished she said, ok were done. and left.

Wow!!!My husband and I came for the 90 min couples massage to celebrate my birthday and it was AMAZING! I choose to have the Swedish massage and it was so relaxing! My husband had the Deep Tissue massage and he enjoyed it very much. The place is clean and relaxing.Highly recommend!

I rarely have ever given such a poor rating but this experience was unbelievably bad. Lady at the front desk was nice and polite on the way in but after that it was bad. There’s no way the masseuse had any training whatsoever. Painful at times and just rubbing the same area of my back watching the clock and checking her phone. I finally said I was ready to go. Total waste of $75.

This was my first professional massage, but the business itself wasnt professional. My husband and I were receiving a couples massage. There was miscommunication on our scheduling. My masseuse was way too rough, and the last 10 minutes, she complained about how hard she worked and how tired she is. I just believe they need to work on customer relations.

Cindy did a great job with the massage. I felt $70 for an hr was a great price! I didnt leave feeling covered in lotion either, she wiped it off with a hot towel after the massage was done. It was a nice touch!

Massage and stones were great. Only things I would recommend changing are... 1. larger sheets to cover client (my sheet was small and only covered half my body), 2. keeping stones inside massage room (stones are kept warm in a separate area, the lady kept leaving to get more stones...very disturbing to the relaxation process), 3. covering each area after done rubbing. I was left uncovered after each area was rubbed and while she left the room to get more stones. Other than that. Great massage!

Best massage ever and Ive had them in Dallas and many other places!!! They do full body and make you feel wonderful. Be prepared, however, for about ten minutes of unusual stretching, not normal for a regilar massage, but GOOD.

The front desk lady or receptionist is very rude! I don’t recommend this place at all! Massage was rushed.. The whole entire time she was talking on the phone. Your a receptionist for a reason. Then had the audacity to ask to tip 15%. Funny thing about it is that my girlfriend and I felt like our money wasn’t good enough. It’s god awful hot in there!! WE WILL NEVER RETURN!

I am someone who has gotten many massages but have not had opportunity to get done one lately. I had the best massage today by Amy at Dream Spa in Little Rock. She used multiple techniques to relieve my tension. I felt the price was worth the quality of massage that I received. Sadly I am just for a visit AK so cannot be back regularly but highly recommend this place with Amy. I like deep tissue massage

My husband and I are staying at the Children’s Hospital with our daughter. Hospital policy is that one or the other of us needs to be in her room at all times. My husband called to schedule our appointments, staggered, so I would receive my massage, come back to the hospital and then he would go. This was agreed upon over the phone and then confirmed again when I arrived & then again when I left my appointment. As we are unfamiliar with this city, we asked how long of a drive from the Children’s Hospital the massage center it is. We were told 10 minutes. It is 20.The therapist started my appointment 15 minutes late. She acknowledged this a few times. The drive is 20 minutes longer round trip than what they told us. So even though I came right back to the hospital and he left to get his massage immediately, he was still late, through no fault of our own. But, this was all understood and agreed upon beforehand. Between the extra drive time and her starting on me late, by the time my husband got there they told him they could only work on him for 20 minutes , even though he was scheduled for an hour. I’m doubly angry because he had an appointment time but when I was in the waiting room a walk in came in and they squeezed in a couples’ appointment, double booking over my husband’s.This is frustration we did not need while here in Little Rock.

Excellent massage! Did a 90 minute couples massage with my husband and we plan to come back as a regular treat. Both Surri and Jing were extraordinary. We left relaxed and refreshed. It was great to be in the same room for the couples massage too. We have not found that elsewhere in Little Rock. Highly recommend!

So great. The lady who worked on me found out that the left side of my neck was stiff. She gave it lots of extra attention. It was much better when I left.I was also amazed how much pressure this petite Asian woman could apply She worked incredibly hard for the whole hour. I cant wait to go back.

I ran my 1st Half Marathon on Saturday and my body had NEVER FELT SUCH PAIN!! Tightness and pulled muscles all over my body!! I knew I needed some help in the form of a massage to help loosen up all the dibilitating tightness all over my body. I called around and every place was booked last minute then I read the reviews about Dream Spa and Massage and decided to give it a try. I got someone right away and asked for a 90min massage, they had an opening THAT DAY! I went and was given Amy. I told her my painful touch points and she paid attention to each place, while asking if the pressure was too light or heavy. Very sweet and kind and also gave advice on some stretching techniques I could do on my own to help my sore touchpoints! AMY WAS FANTASTIC!! My only 2 complaints and what warranted my minus 5star rating is that the sheets to cover you with were to short and when Amy needed a hot towel or stone she left out the room to get it (usually that is in the room your in), the other item being the ambiance and warmness of the greeter, could have been a bit more nicer and serine, BUT not that bad at all. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for the convenience and price, define try ask for Amy and I WILL BE back!

My mom and I were looking for a place last minute to get a massage. LR dream spa got us in no problem! The experience itself was the best massage we had ever had. I will use this place everything I want a spa service and will recommend it to all my friends and family!

This was one of the very best massages I have ever had. Suri really knows how to use her elbows. If you have deep tissue soreness she is the lady to ask for. Book 90 min. and you will feel great after :)

My wife and I get massages fairly frequently. Being a holiday weekend our normal spas were closed. My wife is 39 Weeks pregnant and needed a massage. BEST MASSAGE we’ve BOTH ever had. Both therepists worked the areas we mentioned (after they asked us where to work) and did so very skillfully. I’ve never had a therapist be so attentative to how my muscles reacted to her touch. My wife also had an amazing prenatal massage - even falling asleep a couple times she said. We have DEFINATELY found our new favorite spa!

I just had the best massage Ive ever had! What a find! Dream Spa and Massage is a dream. My back was in terrible shape and I got right in with Suri. I feel sooooo much better after my deep tissue massage. Already made a second appointment. As soon as people discover this place you wont be able to just walk in any more.

The Spa always works out my kinks. I am a Healthcare worker and I work alot of hours. When I come down to the spa. They release all the tension that I have in my shoulders and back. Helps me to relax and get fueled for another 6 months of working long and hard!!!!

The couples massage is grand and so relaxing. Its a bit pricey, though, be forewarned. $200 for a 90-minute couples massage, but I will admit, that 90 minutes will zip on by before you know it.
