I used the same LMT for 24 years. Her behavior began changing and her work that was once amazing, declined and was not worth the time or money. She began treating me like trash.I stopped by on a whim and made an appointment with Lam.She was amazing and I already feel so much better. She is truly a professional and does amazing work. I feel good about my decision to leave my former LMT. Lam is awesome!

I had a full body massage by Aliceson Renea. I have gone to many therapist while visiting places and I have never experienced a massage like her.She has a touch that is definitely God given. Trust me you will never want to go to anyone else. I wish I lived here.Thank You Aliceson for making my day special by giving me the most calming, perfect pressure , positive, relaxing massage I needed.

This was by far one of the best massages Ive had in a very long time. I was able to tell her what issues I was having and she was able to work on those areas. The spa was very clean and relaxing. Apparently this spa has been there for 20 years and the people who work here enjoy what they do. It definitely shows after the services that I received. Also the prices were very reasonable for the services. You can use the app Vagaro to make your appointments for the services that you want. It was super easy to use. Ill definitely be going back.

Alisa is the best!! Relaxing but also very therapeutic. There are foo foo massages and there is the real thing from a professional that can get into the muscles slowly and get the pain out. Thank you Alisa!!

I just had my first massage of my life at Novah! It was a prenatal massage too, which was so intimidating. It was amazing. I was immediately put at ease and had such an incredible experience. I felt totally comfortable and I left so so relaxed. The staff was friendly and lovely. Go, make an appointment! You’ll love it.

This is the BEST massage place in Little Rock!I have been to many and can firmly say so .It is amazing to retreat to one of their caves and come out rejuvenated after a massage session .Amber is the best masseuse hands down.She is consistently wonderful at dealing with all kinds of aches and pains . I would usually ask for deep tissue massage and she would make sure no matter what pain I had I get healed after the massage .Missing Amber so much now! As I had to move out of little rock :(-all the people who work their are passionate abt their work and are really focused on healing the mind and body .Would recommend to anyone looking for some serious relief , it beats all the other fancy places out there .

Simply amazing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been in pain for years and they have been working diligently to help me. I feel better than I have in months. Best group of people, and so caring. Absolutely love going there!

Visited for my first time last week. I purchased a spa package..and it was AMAZING. Jacuzzi bath, massage, facial, and hand treatment. Sooooo relaxing. Ive been seeing chiropractor on a regular basis lately and in tons of pain..but since my visit last week I feel 1,000 times better. Will definitely go back and get the same package!
