I walked in to buy a gift card for my wife. Im just a husband trying to do something nice for our 5th anniversary, so I decided to get her a gift card. As I entered, the lady at the counter greeted me, though not in a very friendly way—she had a rather rude tone. (I assume its because I looked a bit disheveled; I work from home and dont always tidy up well, haha.)Anyway, I told her I wanted to buy a gift card, and she asked, How much? I explained that Id never done this before, buying a gift card, and was hoping for a bit of guidance, you know, just a guy whos not used to this sort of thing. After a long pause, I finally had to ask her how it all works. She briefly explained the options but wasnt very detailed about it. It seemed like she just wanted to get me out of there. At that point, I didnt feel like asking any more questions, so I simply asked for a gift card equivalent to the cost of three sessions, which totaled $325. I left with the gift card feeling a bit disappointed in the service. I hope my wife receives better treatment than I did!

I have been a member at Massage Envy for several years, but today was my first experience of having a facial with Emily and I was completely blown away by her professionalism, exceptional service, and genuine love for her work as well as her clients. After our initial consultation (which was extremely thorough - she gave me a very detailed step by step explanation of what she was going to do, what product she was going to be using, etc), she made sure I didn’t have any other questions, needs, concerns, and so forth before moving forward with our session. It is so apparent that she takes a lot of pride in what she does and it shows! I felt SO AMAZING after my session! Thank you for your exceptional service and personalized recommendations afterwards on how to keep my skin feeling and looking so radiant and healthy, Emily! 5 out of 5 ⭐️!

Unfortunately, the therapists will suffer from this review because the front desk service is so inept. Therapists are great but front desk will overcharge you because they are poorly trained and do not understand the system. So beware! When you bring it to their attention, its too late and the response is a manager will call you and you are out the money. I havecancelled my membership. Worse experience ever.

Chris was an amazing massage therapist. He was professional and very polite. He definitely earned kudos from me. I will definitely select Chris every time. I left the room feeling amazing and so relaxed. Select Chris if you have lots of stress. You will not leave the same! He is honestly great!

I would like to file a complaint, I dont drink, but after the Massage, I was drunk as I got up😅 🤣 😜 🤪 😂 😆 😅 🤣 😜 🤪....I had to sit down for a bit....No, seriously, Id do 20 stars, but, you dont go that high. OMG! Ive been meaning to make an appointment for a while now. Im so glad that I hadnt, I would have gone somewhere else and would have missed out on Kameron.If I had a hundred tongues, I couldnt say Thank you enough for this first impression of Massage Envy. I am now turning my neck in full range and that sharp pain in my right shoulder blade is gone.However, I think I was tensing up, I do apologize if I was, I know better. Emily is beyond amazing for her facials. I only recently started facials and wasn’t sure I would continue until I had Emily. Her knowledge of skin biology and products increased my confidence in her skills but also the care and relaxing massage techniques with which she applies the products. This is my favorite location because it has my favorite therapist.That could be a full stop statement. I dont like doing reviews. I have declined to fill one of these out so many times, but I feel like my massage therapist deserves the recognition so...I tried three locations around here before I settled on this one, and within my various visits I tried almost a dozen massage therapists. This was in part because our family schedule requires a lot of flexibility, so Im just used to scheduling with whoever is available when I finally get the chance to schedule something, but mostly it was because historically its been a challenge for me to find someone who can get the firm pressure Im looking for and actually make my muscles feel better and my body more relaxed, so again I just try whoever is available. At this location I found Derek, and he is awesome! From the first visit he got everything right, I was comfortable the whole time, the massage was amazing, and I left feeling relief and relaxed. Thats been my experience every time since, and hes friendly and has a cool personality to boot. He is ultimately why I chose this location and he pretty much immediately became my go to therapist. I kind of hate hyping him up because I dont want it to become harder to book with him, but as I said he totally deserves the recognition.The rest of the staff here has been friendly, professional, and pleasant to interact with. I just dont feel that I can elaborate on them, because, Ive only had minimal check in/check out interactions with them, but my overall experience has been great.

I booked a 90 minute appointment with Derek because I was wanting a firmer massage. He did a great job, was very kind and polite, and made sure everything was comfortable and an overall great experience! The front desk was also very courteous and made me feel welcomed!

Needed a massage and couldnt get in to see Jamie. I thought I would try Wendy and she was fantastic. Gosh, I love both of them and want to go to both as they are the best. Will probably alternate. I just cant say enough about both of them. The front desk personnel are super friendly. Love my massages.

Derek was perfect! I am usually very sensitive to a certain pressure due to previous back and neck surgeries, but Derek exceeded my expectations. He did perfect!

Vellzee is the best. If you want a deep tissue massage she is the best I have had. She is the reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately this may have been my last visit, only because there is the possibility of me relocating. There is a Massage Envy where I’m moving but not another Mrs. V.

I have been to a lot of Massage Envy’s around the country and things far has been my favorite. Amazing and friendly front staff, not pushy at all with their products, helped me check in super quick, and Derek was awesome! Will definitely be returning.

Emily was great with my chemical peel! She went through all the things to expect, be aware of, the benefits, and told me about specials they were having on their products. I would 100% recommend Emily for any facial treatment!

I have been going to see the massage therapist here for about four months now and Derek has by far been the best. He really was able to hit the right spot it just the right pressure for me.!!! Are usually don’t even feel obligated to leave a tip but for him I did I really appreciated the focus on the areas I needed special attention due to working in the yard the week before!!!!

Horrible service, they said my appointment was booked and after I reached the place, they gave all bullshit reasons and said my appt was cancelled

Emily did my facial. She was amazing! She was informative without being pushy and offered lots of good suggestions. My face is glowing today.

Suzanne did a fantastic job on my 60 minute massage. She focused on my problem areas (head, neck, and upper back) just as I requested. I wanted firm pressure, and she delivered. Also checked in with me periodically to make sure the pressure was okay, and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be visiting Suzanne again.

We had been rescheduled from our scheduled appointment 2 weeks ago to today. The last appointment was rescheduled because one of the therapist called in sick. Today we got to the office and was greeted and told there was only one appointment on the schedule and the other didn’t exist. There was nothing done to try & correct this. She just shrugged her shoulders to say she didn’t care about our inconvenience or the fact that we had planned our Saturday around this trip to Little Rock. The lady at the desk was one of the ladies I had talked to, to reschedule time the person decided not to show for his shift. This was a terrible experience for my husband and I. When we were rescheduled 2 weeks ago. We were scheduled for today. Together at the same time.I cannot stress to you how inconvenient this is. I will not reschedule with your facility again.I would like to say that each time I have spoke to the lady at the front desk. She has been put out with questions and having to look for open dates to match my schedule.A overall very bad experience

Chris is a therapist who specializes in relieving muscle tension and pain through therapeutic massage. My recovery time from sports related injuries has been significantly reduced.

I really enjoyed my section with Vellzee. She was professional, friendly, polite and paid extra attention to the areas I was having trouble with in my neck and back. I would certainly recommend her for anyone of my friends and family. I’m hoping I can do this again real soon.

The receptionist Joshua was so helpful , polite , and kind. My massage therapist Shane was very accommodating and had great customer service as well as Emily she was super helpful too with great customer service . Everyone I just mentioned was super knowledgeable as well. Great team.

I understand Ms Sophia wasn’t feeling well… I also felt I didn’t receive the full hour of treatment. $125 dollars is a lot of money for a short light touch message. I discussed this with the front desk and I was discounted $20. The message appointment should have been rescheduled if she could not deliver her best. The front desk should have offered another massage on another day and Ms Sophia should in the future let her co-workers know she wasn’t feeling well and to cancel her appointments. I hope this helps, no harm meant.

Mrs. Helen was amazing. My 1st time getting a facial. Cant wait to book again. Very clean, welcoming atmosphere. She very knowledgeable about your skin type and needs.

Emily was very kind. I had an excellent back facial. I normally have a dry and itchy back but after Emilys treatment, my back was soft and moisturized. I left feeling relaxed and very satisfied.

Derek at massage envy in little rock, has magic hands. I had a 60 minute massage and I added an additional $10 service. He talked about how long he has been doing his job, his family, and explained how my triggers spots needed weekly massages because I completely knotted up and right. I definitely recommend him.

I wanted to go have microdermabrasion done. And I have found that massage envy is located in several different towns. This is great for when traveling. It doesnt matter which store I go to the services are always great and the estheticians know exactly what theyre doing.

Jamie is amazing! He knows exactly how to make you feel better with the different techniques he uses to work out the kinks in your neck and back.

Chris is a great representative of Massage Envy. He is always professional respectful of my time, provides a great service and is worthy of a five-star rating.However, I am a little disappointed to have walked out of a great massage to find new management of 4 months telling me hes unable to reschedule me stating Youre already over your limit. I have not had this problem in over 13 years of my membership.When I started with ME in 2010 the monthly membership made sense. Since then tolerating multiple price increases do not seem to coordinate with any appreciation of the continuation of membership.As someone who has banked several credits it has been not wanting to lose them for reasonings of continuation.I really believe that as I have maintained my membership that in this circumstance and have earned the privilege to be engaged with absolutely rather than no you cant

Ive tried other massage businesses in the past, and I wasnt very impressed. As a welder by trade for the past 7 years Im often in a ton of pain at the end of the day.My wife told me about massage envy and I figured I would give it a shot. WOW. This place blew me away. They go above and beyond at every level and completely destroy any competition. The woman who helped me that day was Deborah and I have to say, the employees are better than I could have ever dreamed of. Deborah was extremely courteous and understood that I was self conscious about the scarring on my skin from previous surgeries. She took the time to explain everything she did and made sure it was okay to proceed anytime she could tell i was feeling slightly uneasy. Deborah made me feel welcome and relaxed in an environment that I wasnt used to and honestly I cant thank her enough. For the first time in years my back feels so much better and my muscles are finally relaxed. I know I put that poor woman through torture with as messed up as my back is but she smiled and made me feel at home the entire time. Massage envy has gained a lifetime customer. Thank you Massage Envy! You guys rock!

My opinion of this location has completely changed since this location has undergone new management: 5 stars!!!!! I highly recommend Chris, hes hands down the best massage therapist in the area. The atmosphere is great, front desk staff is usually pleasant, and the facility itself is very clean. I wish there were more incentives for regulars (bring back a bday month gift! Lol) but other than that, I have zero complaints. If you are lucky enough to get a session with Chris, you wont be disappointed!!!

I went in for a massage last night after and had a not so great experience, only to be enhanced by the poor management. To start, the massage scheduled for 8:45 started at 8:55, and then ended at 9:37. 40 minutes when I paid for a 60 minute massage? The therapist was very nice, but the massage was one of the worst Ive had. There was no technique, and it felt like someone just rubbing lotion around with a little pressure. Everything was very rushed and made me feel anxious during the treatment. The front desk person asked me my focus areas before the massage, and so did the therapist. I said my shoulders, lower back and calves and the therapist didnt even work on my back at all. She sat down the entire massage, so it really was only what she could get to from sitting down. She also had a fan on, and as she rolled around the room, she would unplug the fan and it take it with her. As soon as I left, she handed me a card to do a google review because she wanted to beat the young therapist. Everything just felt very rushed and I felt agitated when I was done. I told the front desk about my experience, and literally all she said was Im so sorry. I asked if she could ask the manager to call me today. As of this afternoon, I had not heard from them and called to speak with Glenda. the front desk person put me on hold and then came back to tell me that Glenda was on a conference call but she slipped her a note saying they would give me a free enhancement on my next service?? Not even a she will call you afterwards. I let her know that based on my experience I wouldnt come back for another massage, and now after management didnt even seem to care about my experience, I really have no interest in going back-- all she said was Im sorry, so I just hung up. Sad that you spend money at a place after it being recommended to you, and they dont even have the decency to talk to you about it. Literally not one person cared. Such a weird experience! Wouldnt recommend this place to one person after this.

Deborah is a God send! Ive suffered from terrible migraines that effect my vision. She is so kind and courteous and honestly I couldnt see myself going to anyone else. She truly is a once in a lifetime employee. Im so glad I live close enough to see her regularly from now on. Not to mention the location is so clean and inviting. I wish I could give 10 stats to massage envy and 30 stars yo Deborah. Give that woman a raise!

I save up to get 2 hour massages with Anthony. He is the best! The other staff there are polite, professional, and so helpful. For an extra treat, I also occasionally get a facial with Helen. She is also amazing. Whatever you need to treat yourself, the staff at Massage Envy will help!

The receptionist is incredibly rude and clearly does not enjoy her job. She was inconvenienced by the fact and made it known that my husband made an appointment for me and the appointment was not under my name. I did not feel welcome when I walked in as a first time client and I almost turned around and left. The aesthetician did a wonderful job on my facial, that is why I am giving 4 stars.

I would love to give less than one star. I have been battling this location for over a year. I have filled out cancellation forms. I’ve called and been told my subscription was canceled at least 4-5 times and they are still changing me!!! Poor business practice. Poor communication and hundreds of my dollars have been taken even though I have followed every step they required. This place of business is truly beyond poor. They are a scam of a business and I hate to leave a review like this but at this point they won’t return my calls or emails. So hopefully this saves someone else from spending their money at a place like this.

I really enjoy the environment and staff at this location! Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. Due to my occupation I am not able to schedule far out in advance, when I call they always find time for me very quickly. The location is super clean and comfortable as well.I have also gotten a couple of talkative therapists but I just knew not to ask for them again. They were very good at what they do, they just wanted to engage more than I was willing. Other than this, I have very much enjoyed my time here. The receptionist, Gloria Byrd, was extremely rude and unprofessional! My mother gifted me a massage and paid in advance and Gloria obviously didn’t know how to deal with that or she just didn’t want to and charged me for it again!! I will be talking to management and making a formal complaint against her! I will NEVER go back to that location as long as she is there! Which is a shame because the massage therapist, Kaili, was absolutely amazing and I was going to buy a monthly membership to keep seeing her!! Everytime I come to massage envy the employees are nice and the place gives off a calm vibe and the person who did my massage her name is Patricia she did an excellent job she was nice and gentle.

I love going here. You can get massage therapy at your comfort level. So you want feel good light stuff, they do that. You want deep tissue working out some issues stuff, they do that too. Wendy and Derek are my faves.

Helen is the best! I can not explain how wonderful! My skin feels on my face! I look forward to seeing her every two weeks! Helen has a great personality and sweet spirit.

I hate to say that I was very disappointed in my massage August 14, 2020. I won’t repeat the therapist name as I know he works hard however the services he provided did not match what I needed. I wanted to relax and work out some areas. His touch was hard, sparatic and his flow was inconsistent. No targeted areas and I wasn’t relaxed. I’m a esthetician and I once worked at this location when Tina and David owned it. So I came back thinking I would get great service however that wasn’t the case. The front desk saw that I wasn’t happy but did not offer any resolution other than they would discuss his technique with him. I gave gratuity because it was a 90 minute massage and I stayed for the massage hoping it would get better, there was some good techniques done but no consistency. However I can’t in good conscious recommend this place with my experience. I was supposed to receive a call from the Assistant Manager but no communication yet. I am disappointed as I really needed to relax and I decided to support a place that I once called employer.

My husband bought me a facial and massage back in December for Christmas on a gift card I go to pay and was told the gift card wasnt valid. I was made to be a theif basically trying to use card twice. They wanted his credit card number,date he purchased card and the amount. First of all we have multiple credit cards and it was at Christmas time. They were trying to make me pay for it over again. I told them I wasnt paying for it. We called credit card company and got information.The manager here is beyond ignorant! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DOUBLE PAY FOR THE SERVICE.

Helen was a really great! She took me step by step through my first chemical peel & was very attentive to my needs! Great energy. I’ll be returning to see her!

I had a membership but could not go very often because of my schedule and had to drop it. I have many outstanding visits and they worked with me to get them in even after my contact expired. They were so nice and helpful and the massage therapist was wonderful. What a lovely place- I plan on visiting again soon.

Estacian was very good, my facial was awesome but she also massaged my arms and hands. Did a special treatment on hands due to using so much hand sanitizer while working in a hospital. Used something special on the lips due to lips drying out from wearing the mask. Signed up for their yearly membership.

I am an employee of Massage Envy and have worked for many locations for a total of 6 years. I have visited many clinics. The clinics in Little Rock have been by far the most disappointing. I am not one to post complaints, because typically I receive a survey to fill out and can talk with a manager, but surveys aren’t even sent out. I have tried reaching the manager in other ways, but have not been successful. To say the customer service is sub par would be an understatement. I tried the Chenal location and was disappointed. Hence me going to the midtowne location thinking the experience would be different. Unfortunately, it was the same. I’m a big believer in Massage Envy and am very passionate about what I do, so I am not only disappointed, but I know what’s expected. But because this has been my experience twice now, I can imagine I’m not the only one who feels this way. Your therapists are what save your business I believe. Both therapists at the Chenal and Midtowne locations were wonderful. Sessions were customized, consult was professional and thorough, and massage was executed as expected. The customer service of the FDA Is enough to completely ruin the experience.

I had my first massage today at this location. The employees were very friendly and made me feel welcome, but the massage itself was very painful. I left with a headache and a very sore neck. I cant hardly turn my neck to either side. Im not one to complain so I didnt say anything during the massage. I regret it. I never thought I would be in so much pain after a supposedly relaxing massage.

We had an amazing time as usual!! I scheduled a couples massage for myself and my mom. She did the hot stone massage with Deborah, and I did a full body relaxation massage with some deep tissue on focused areas with Breanna. It was the most amazing 90 minute session ever! We were both “wet noodles” by the time they were finished. It was exactly what our minds, bodies, and souls needed! Deborah and Breanna are AMAZING!!

I went in today for my 3rd or 4th visit. Devin (young man) did an amazing job ofDeep tissue massage! He worked with the rapid tension relief and focused on problem areas I have. He had a quiet calming voice and was totally down to earth never once made me feel uncomfortable as the first time using a guy. I will definitely be going back and requesting Devin’s services. Massage Envy Midtowne has always worked with any scheduling conflicts that have arisen that were beyond my control. I’ve spoke with Ms. Glenda the director of operations there many times and she is very accommodating and sensitive to my unique circumstances. I’m totally satisfied and these guys will be the only massage team I will use. They are skills and professional! Kuddos to U guys!!!!

The massage therapist Breanna is amazing. Very professional and kind, and she is able to do anything from a relaxing massage to a more deep tissue massage to work out the tight muscles. It is true that all are extra friendly until one becomes a member. I have been a member for greater than two years and have had at least 5 others become members. Today, I scheduled a 90 minute massage at 1:00 pm. I fractured my Humerus 4 months ago which has required Physical Therapy 3 times weekly. My Physical Therapist telephoned less than 10 minutes after booking my massage and informed me of her personal situation and asked me to come today at 4:00pm for a PT session. After talking to her, I immediately telephoned ME to cancel the massage and was told that regardless if the appointment was made 15-20 minutes prior, I would be charged half-price because I cancelled the same day. I question the so-called caring, compassionate and supportive environment. I want to change my membership from this location to the location on Chenal.Karen Goree An extremely disappointed individual. I have put up with inexperienced Massage Therapist, excessive talkative therapist who do not understand quiet leads to relaxation, therapist who told me that since I was five minutes late that my session would be shortened although countless times I have had to wait greater than 15 minutes after my scheduled time without the session time being extended.

Sophia was warm and welcoming, made sure I was comfortable. She set a very relaxing atmosphere.

Had a facial with Helen. She was fantastic. Very gentle and did a great job explaining each step along the way. My skin felt great when I left.

I bought a gift certificate for a granddaughter for Christmas for $65...However, when she called to book they stated the massage would be $115 because she had been there before and the $65 is ONLY for first time customers. This was not communicated AT ALL when I purchased the certificate. When I called to see what could be done, the only resolution they offered was to pay the additional $50. Not a good way to get repeat customers. I will re-gift the certificate to someone who has not been there and will get my granddaughter another massage from a different business.

I had my appointment for couples massage for 2 weeks. Called me an hour before to reschedule. Didnt offer anything except to allow 1 person to get a massage. Didnt try to make up for the problem, didnt seemed worried that I had to get a babysitter or that it was for my husbands birthday. Once upon a time companies would go the extra mile, no longer the standard. Escp with this place

My massages have always been great. Julianna is the best! However, When I became a member, I was told that I would never lose pre-paid massages. I cancelled my membership in May with 3 remaining pre-paid massages. I asked the staff if I could save those massages for a specific event in December. I was told that I could and did not read the cancellation policy for myself (MISTAKE!) because the staff told me that I could save the massages for December. When I called to schedule, I was told that the massages had expired and there isnt anything that can be done. Ive now lost $180 because of misinformed staff. Thats a lot of money! Im very disappointed in the situation. If you become a member, do not trust that the staff is well informed...read everything for yourself and speak with the manager directly before signing up or canceling. You will lose money!

Ive suffered with acne since I was an adolescent. Over the years, I tried just about everything (dermatology, pro active, etc.) A few years ago, I started getting facials with Helen at least once a month. I immediately noticed drastic improvements with my skin, and I no longer battle with acne. Helen is hands down the best esthetician!

I have always received excellent service from the staff at Massage Envy Midtowne. I usually schedule my massages with Chris B; hes the best! His therapeutic massages have saved me from chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. I highly recommend his services at Massage Envy Midtowne.

Called to cancel my subscription due to Medical issues and the Person on the phone was very rude & unprofessional. I let them know last month that i possible wouldn’t be back due to my results & they still continue to try and charge my card. So i locked my card, and the chick had the nerves to ask if i will still be paying even tho i can not use it.

The place is awesome. They have friendly staff, licensed massage therapists. I was having trouble with one of my muscles in my neck and the therapist here helped me with the pain and also gave me helpful tips on how to do workout to relax that specific muscle. I go here once every month. I highly recommend this place.

Patricia was very knowledgeable and helped relieve the pain in my shoulder and back. I will certainly book with her again.

I am very sore from the Massage and my experience was horrible I had the store manager and employee whispering about me and my husband due to certain circumstances over the phone and very unprofessional instead of trying to make the customer (Me) happy and trying to work with me and my husband the store manager preceded to argue with me and I will never come back to this place for nothing in the World. Nice environment true enough but very unprofessional and harsh on the Massage need to lighten up just a little because I and my husband woke the next day very sore from these massages.

I Tried Message Envy for The first time ever today. It was to die for. Never and I mean Never have I ever gotten a massage that was better than this place. The staff was very nice and friendly. I was very comfortable here and will be a repeat customer for years to come.

My first encounter with Spa Envy was and an okay experience, but after my experience on Saturday with the staff was a complete big FAT zero. The way I operate I dont have to beg anyone to appreciate my service and I never go anywhere, where I am nor my daughter is not appreciated it. I had my daughter to rescheduled our appointment, because during the ice/snow last week I wrecked my car, on a Wednesday and I knew that I wouldnt have transportation to get their office so I called early enough to rescheduled. I get a call on Saturday morning asking for my 17 year old daughter, and I let it be known that I am mom and I even explained our situation why we couldnt make it in .... NOT ONCE, did the young lady asked me was I or even the other party that was involved in the wreck okay, it was more about $$$$, business, and the heck with well my being. I am going to be honest I have NEVER dealt with a company that was as insensitive. I will NEVER go back to that facility at the University location. Work on your empathy and sympathy skills, because that is part of good or even great customer service. I am not happy with Spa Envy, because at the call I was told that their policy consist of paying I believe 25%, in spite of my circumstance. Its not like we over slept, I had, had an accident. I am going to continue to voice my opinion until I am satisfied. The last time we showed up my daughter was ill and when I mentioned on it on the phone they said she still needed to show up and once we got there and noticed how ill my baby was they didnt bill me the 25% it was waived. So, I do know policies can be tweaked. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO YOUR OFFICE.

First, my massage was cancelled and I never received a phone call or any sort of notification about it. I understand people get sick and people call in, but they had my phone number and I drove all the way there and the massage my husband had planned didn’t happen. I didn’t get my 90 min massage and it wasn’t by the person I wanted, a female. I should have gotten a call to inform me of everything instead of being told when I arrived that I would probably not be getting the massage at all. I was offered after being told this a spot that had JUST cancelled and it was that or re-schedule which I could re-schedule due to my medical issues for weeks after this appointment which was why this appointment was important and supposed to be a special day for me.Second, as you could read on a lot of this facilities reviews, that I have now read, is that they do short time. My facial started at 12:10 which was fine because we spoke but ended at 12:50. That isn’t 60 mins. but close so I wasn’t worried about it. BUT then I was sent to go wait for my 1:15 massage. I went and 1:15 came and gone. Then 1:17 came and gone. Then 1:20 came and gone. Finally at 1:24 the person giving my massage came to get me. We went back and spoke for 6 minutes. Then I had to dress down and wait for him to come back in. The massage began and then ended at 2:09. As anyone that can tell time would know, that is most certainly not 60 mins of massage time, it was only 39 mins of massage time. My husband scheduled 90 mins, I actually got 39 mins, and he paid for 60 mins. I even took screenshots of my phone to verify times and text my husband when I was dressing down and then as I was getting dressed. He was very upset that he tried to plan this amazing day and that is how it was going.The ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the people were very nice and the treatment they did do was good. BUT client’s time should matter and be appreciated if your establishment is where they have decided to spend their money. I was disappointed and won’t be back and honestly I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends because there are other establishments that I feel are more considerate, stick to times that people have paid for better, and have a better spa feel.

I have suffered from migraines for years and would get one a week which would last two to three days. I started going to Massage Envy and I can’t begin to tell you how much Chris has helped me. He is GREAT!!!

I really should have specified I didnt want someone young and with boney fingers but I didnt want to sound hateful. Having worked in the service industry I can say I appreciate the idea of giving gratuity. However, the fact that I am paying at least $50 for one hour I dont think I should really be expected to give $20-25 gratuity as is suggested on the multiple signs at the front. Furthermore, asking someone aloud to give gratuity is rude and presumptuous particularly in light of signs being clearly visible suggesting a gratuity. I realize the business takes some money off of that $50 but $20 for gratuity -really? Unless I walk away feeling like jello that will never happen. I have a masters degree and a person giving me a massage shouldnt make more money than I do unless it is simply exceptional. You should be able to indicate on the receipt the amount of gratuity. The suggestive selling of future services was good but my experience had me saying no multiple times. My neck hurts more than it did when I went in.
