Mr. Smoke Vape Shop

Best smoke shop in the Rock hands down. They got everything you need for combustable smoking and all kinds of vapes. Theres so many vapes I actually spend a lot of time looking, too much time, but the selection is fire. I usually just smoke disposable nicotine vapes but their refillable juice selection looks really good as well. The glass they have is top tier and reasonably priced, even saw a good selection of Grav Labs products. As far as Δ8 products the selection is vast and aplenty, thats all Im saying on that.The staff is also very nice and very patient, they always have great recommendations and know their stuff very well. To note I also sometimes go to their NLR location which is really nice as well, but I have to give it to the bowman location on size and selection.Update (2024-03-31): Added photo. They carry the Lost Mary Cosmic Edition in all flavors. Its 🔥Update (2024-05-04): Its star wars day. Anyway, this update had to happen. Someone who isnt me recommended they carry the Koi 5G disposable vapes. Needless to say a couple days later, not even a week later, they got the Koi 5G vapes. NOT TO MENTION a text was sent that notified said person that the vapes were in stock. Be this coincidence or if the advice was taken, it doesnt matter. They at the very least listen to their customers, notify them of new products, and carry the widest assortment of the highest quality vape products Ive seen in the city. My gawd Mr. Smoke is the bees knees.Update 2024-05-23:I recently got a Juice Wrld poster from the shop and I was looking for a Lil Peep poster but didnt find one. On the off chance, I made a request and the person that helped me gladly accepted it and was also a Lil Peep fan. It was a great encounter as always, and I wish I wouldve gotten her name. But I see her all the time and shes always super friendly. Ill have to ask next time. Ive always hab great encounters with everyone there. I also saw this cool Geek Bar vape on the streets and sure enough Mr. Smoke had them in stock. As well as a cart for swim.Needless the say, I love this place. I love the staff. And I love their inventory. What more could a fella ask for in a smoke shop? ☺️✌️

Bought a Delta 8 vape for $40 hoping that it would hit as well as the ones that I buy in Fayetteville. NOT THE CASE. This vape is practically the same as hitting air in terms of how it hits. I’m very displeased with this product, and the fact that it was recommended by one of the staff members.Delta 8 is always a hit or miss, but the odds of it being a miss are higher at this store!

Cool place and lots of cool stuff, but my only complaint was I was told I couldnt buy a whole box of cigars even though Im helping your company buy purchasing the whole 15pk box. I even drove over an hour to go to this location because of their selections, but i was greeted with disappointment.

This combination head shop and vape store opened a few months ago.Their starting inventory was incredible. Their inventory now is even more fleshed out.Amir and Bea will be order anything you need, and do so with amazing attitudes.This is currently my favorite shop in Little Rock; otherwise I would have to drive to Conway.Stop in. I LOVE this store. The manager Katie and the other girl (I call her friend) that works here are literally the best. Every person who is in retail should be trained by those two! Im impressed! The owner and his wife, are great people! Both have a huge heart and want nothing but to please their customers and provide for the community through their shop. The selection here is vast, and they actively seek products requested by their customers. I highly recommend making this shop your go-to due to this. The consumer is their priority and the product is next in mind. I stopped in just to buy a few things and I immediately noticed the price of their bottles! The best smoke shop in LR. One of my favorite stores overall. Always have exclusive everything. The staff here is fantastic and are all down to earth cool people. Andrew is always there to answer questions and introduce me to new products. No other shop can beat these guys. 5 stars across the board.

Its fine as long as you get one of the ladies to help you. One guy got all up in my personal space to reach over the counter to get something without saying excuse me, he could have gone around since he works there. Theres another guy that will rush to the register to get a sale anytime you just ask to look at something, and theyve told me I dont know multiple times when Ive had questions about something theyre selling. They were giving out discounts for leaving a 5 star google review last time I was there if that says anything.

After telling the store about my experience at another head shop, the guy from Michigan and a nice lady made sure I had a great experience, definitely was confident when speaking on products and demonstrated how to use them. Overall great service with lots of quality products for good prices, shout outs to the team on Bowman.

I bought a vape from here today and I tried it out in the store and it seemed to function. However when I went home, the vape started malfunctioning like staying lit and making a fizzing sound after I would puff it. I went back in the store to tell them what happened and they said because I took the vape out of the store they would only give me a 10% discount on a new one. I feel like it’s stealing in a way because they sold me a product that didn’t work right!!!!

So I had been waiting for some juice and it is my favorite kind. Well MR SMOKE SAID THEY WOULD GET IT. and they ACTUALLY GOT IT. AND THEY CALLED ME!!! THEY ACTUALLY CALLED ME. they have a great system especially for getting what u ask for and pricing is great! They will NOT over charge.

I’m an out of state traveler and bought a vape for $25. Opened it in the store yet didnt use it until i was 5 steps out the door and realized it was auto-hitting. No refund but was offered a discount on the next purchase. The fact no one said it was a close door policy and the product malfunctioned while still on the business property is insane. If you run a business make sure your products work and are reliable before selling to consumers or offer a refund instead of asking them to spend more money on something that didnt work in the first place. Do better 0/5

If youre going here to buy coils for a vape , make SURE that you know exactly what you need because these people will sell you anything regardless of whether it fits your device or not. I get home with the wrong coils about 75% of the time when shopping here, and they wont take them back. Its pathetic!

Came in for the very first time the other day for a hookah, a vape, and delta. Nathan was super helpful and had great recommendations! He helped me find a great tasting disposable vape for a great price, he hooked me up with an awesome hookah and the accessories I needed, and he recommended a 5.5 gram delta king disposable that works and tastes fantastic! 10/10 customer service and atmosphere, highly recommend making it your go-to smoke shop because I now am thanks to Nathan!

This is my favorite place to go and get my vapes! They’re always running some kind of special and all of the staff is patient everytime I go in to find a new vape. I’m definitely a happy customer, always!

I used to come in the shop all the time and had great service. Today when I came in, there was a young man who apparently felt he needed to harass the young lady that was trying to help me and kind of had an attitude so I finished up and left. I got in the car and was a good distance away and realized that the vape I bought doesn’t work. That guy answered the phone and he kind of snickered at me and was like “well it’s on you you didn’t try it out”. I said “had I known that was the case I would have”. His reply was “hey I said some thing but you probably didn’t hear it” to which I said “no if you had said something I would’ve tried it before I left”. Will not be returning to Mr. smoke, which is sad because I really like the shop but I can’t do business with somebody that sells me a product that is not functional and then basically makes it my fault that it’s not functional and laughs at me.

Usually come here for all my vapes and wraps but definitely switching locations.I finally decided to buy one of the more expensive vapes from there because I usually buy the discounted ones. Didn’t even leave the parking lot when I took my hit and my vape was EMPTY. I went back inside and asked for an exchange and they said they don’t do it unless the device is defective. Which technically it is ! Literally spent money on something that didn’t work and they don’t even refund or exchange. Save your money and go somewhere elseEdit: went up there again to try another one & it was the SAME THING ! Their disposables are TRASHHH!

Purchased disposable vape 12/30/22, $25 vape. Try it in the store, is misfiring. I tell the clerk, who appears to not believe me. She goes to the back and comes back, I can only assume she tried it herself. She then proceeds to tell me to try it again, while who I assume to be the owner is watching her from the back doorway. Not really stoked to be vaping after someone, much less someone I dont know. I try it, same thing. I finally get the replacement which appears to work. Flash forward 12 hours, the vape is backfiring even worse than the previous. After a quick phone call with the less than enthused employee Im offered 10% off my purchase. This is coming from a regular customer, who has spent a considerable amount there. Needless to say I wont be back.

I bought an item that was broke yesterday 11/8/22. My first time opening was today 11/9/22. Called the store, spoke to Tony, they said they can give a 20-30% discount. Not fair and won’t purchase anything high tech anymore.

With today in mind, Id give a lower review if not for my positive previous experiences, numbering around 5. I simply bought a battery for a medical cartridge for a family member who has cancer. I brought said battery back when it failed to accomplish its marketed purpose.I asked for an exchange and said i wanted to put the difference towards more instead of wanting a refund. I was told the battery could not be returned, since it was shown to work. I guess my business isnt valued here for a simple exchange. Thanks a lot Mr. Smoke, ill make sure to tell them they should just realize its a dog eat dog world and to suffer with the rest.

I had an experience last time where I hadn’t wanted to go back. It seemed like I was annoying the gentleman assisting me. I took another visit in and Mike totally made me feel at ease and I’m so glad I have my vape shop back again!! Thanks Mike!

Best vape shop in LR as far as I’m concerned. Good selection, fair prices. All of the employees are helpful with whom I’ve spoken with. Has some of my favorite e liquids and they don’t have a super crazy mark up either. I definitely recommend this place.

On Thursday March 17th I purchased multiple items from this establishment. Before then, I regularly purchase items from this particular establishment. Only problem I’ve had is from the employees rushing me out the store. However, that was not an issue to criticize this establishment. My job required me to travel for that Friday March 18th. I was not able to test the products out until I returned on March 20th. While testing the products, I noticed one of the products I bought was defective. As soon as a noticed the product was defective, I immediately took the product back to the store to either fix the product or replace it. Amir explained to me that his policy is a 48 hours return policy. In which I totally agree with the policy, but as a business owner, I never want to make a customer unhappy because of a manufactures defect. He did offer me a discount on a new product, but I choose to decline the discount. I declined the discount because the defect was not at my fought. I told Amir he could keep the product and he can deal with the manufacture as he already does(not the consumer), and i hope he gets a new product in return. Clearly there was a racial discrimination, because previously my wife( who is white) bought a product from this establishment, and returned the product a week later and received a new product. Because I was an black man with a particular hairstyle. I was labeled as a thug in which he called me as i walked out the door. I personally will never return, and i hope whoever is reading this review will never visit, nor return.

Amir and Katie were super informative! I went in for some juice and my wife pointed out the new Aegis X. She talked me into upgrading my Legend and Amir and Katie were very helpful deciding which one to get along with which tank Id be most happy with. If you havent gone here yet, I highly recommend checking them out! Also, if you havent used the Zeus tank, you are missing out! I upgraded from a Crown 4 and will not go back. Went in there not knowing really what I wanted and Mr. Luke has by far some of the best service and insight into what I was looking for. My experience at Mr. Smoke was I would have to say above perfect. I went in to purchase a couple of coils for our vapes and expected to be in/out and uneventful. But how boring would that have been? Long story short , Katie is the bomb-diggity! She managed to make me not feel bad I had to be in money saving mood, knew every product in the store, made sure I received every discount possible and got tickets for a Mega cool drawing. And not to sound corny... I left feeling like I had made a new friend. Go visit Mr. Smoke and buy some quality merchandise and tell the amazing Katie I said hello!

I absolutely love this place, we travel 3 hours down for doctors everything two weeks and it’s worth it! These folks are the nicest you’ll ever meet and no one I know around can beat their prices! I have bulging disc, Spurs in my neck causing a lot of nerve and bone pain and literally can’t sleep starting using CBD tincture along with gummies and salve and the 1000mg was ok I ordered offline, so asked these guys and bought their 2500mg bottle I literally only take a 1/8 of a dropper every night and it’s allows to to eventually pass out and get some rest!

This is by far the best best smoke shop and vape shop I have ever been to all in one store! If Mr Smoke doesnt have what you want(which is unlikely), they will more than gladly order it for you. After my favorite vape store close, I decided to give this store a try. The prices are unbeatable and the staff is always super friendly. They have a dizzying selection of CBD products (flower, gummies, hemp cigars, vape juice) and an even more impressive selection of vape juice. The pricing on their vape gear is definitely the most fair in Little Rock. Most of the staff seems pretty knowledgeable and although I dont know their names, I like seeing the same faces consistently. I havent needed to use another vape store in almost a year!

Avoid this place at all costs! They sell defective items and refuse to exchange them if they are not “completely” defective. Semi-defective still means defective, but they can’t seem to understand that. Save yourself a headache and your money… go somewhere else!!!!

Purchased 5 vapes in past month and all have gone out less than 30 minutes after leaving store and they just tell you to buy new one. Quit selling defective products or come up with better policy for handling It. Why would I wanna buy a new one less than hour after buying what is supposed to be a new one.

Soooo, my sister and I stopped in Mr. Smoke for the first time today and I can for sure say it won’t be our last. The variety of products and knowledge Amir, as well as his wife, had was fulfilling. I went to buy glass screens for my first visit and they had cheap glass screens that mostly broke before I could use them. Then I decided to give them another chance...I bought an aluminum grinder for 21.99 and I expected decent quality (not the best of course). I’m not lying but the grinder was letting off metal shavings of aluminum which is harmful. I decided I would clean it out and rinse before use. I open up the Grindr and realize the screen is loose. I call them to ask if I could EXCHANGE it and they never called me back with a response like they said they would. I went down University and they had plenty of better smokeshops with much more options than this one. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you value your money.

I purchased a Mr. Fog Max pro, barely puffed on it over a 2 day period. And it quit working. contacted the store and they said they will not do a replacement. offered me a small discount on my next purchase. I will not return Because even a small tobacco shop has done a replacement on a faulty vape for me before.

A great experience and atmosphere for new and experienced vapors. Amire is friendly, professional, and all around an amazing store owner! Cant wait to see these popping up around Arkansas!

Amir and his assistants are by far the most professional, helpful, and informative people i’ve ever met in the smoking industry. The store is clean and modern, offering a very welcoming experience for both first timers and veterans. When i need vaping or smoking products, i don’t go anywhere else in town.I go to Mr Smoke.

So helpful! They make great recommendations to suit your taste and they have a great inventory of eliquid and devices. If you are into CBD products they have everything you could imagine! Definitely one of my favorite vape stores I have been in over the years.

I’ve been to like a million vape shops & this one TOPS them all! Luke is super super awesome & really works with you to make sure you are into what you’re about to buy! Not to mention the products are some of the best! I’m a little over an hour away, but I will for sure be making a trip back before long!

Friendly, very professional, clean, well kept shop. I bought a vape that ended up not working with my cartridge. I went back and asked for an exchange/refund. The clerk was very helpful. She guided me towards a universal vape that fits all sized cartridges. I absolutely love my YoCan! By the way; there was nothing wrong with the pen that I bought originally. It was a nice ooze pen/charger it was just not compatible with my vape liquid container. Anyways just great quality people/place.

This was my first time coming here, one of the workers helped me out with my hookah set. She was very nice, helpful and very professional as well !! I have been to quite a few vape shops. A few were very good helpful ones so i thought. I have never been to a vape shop or any business for that matter like this. The owner spent two hours explaining to me every single question i could think of. I even managed to hit him with a question he surprisingly didnt know. He stopped everything and figured it out for me. I will not ever go to another vape shop for anything i need. I actually believe i have a chance if quitting cigarettes because of this store. Hands down the best customer appreciation i have ever felt by a business! Very knowledgeable staff that worked with me on what i could spend. They have a great selection of everything you could imagine. They have more cbd products than i have seen anywhere else. Oh and there was a fluffy sweet dog so thats a plus...

Stop in, the staff is super friendly, the prices are very reasonable, the selection is outstanding. they were able to order something (dripwich) i never see at any of the shops, its the small things a company can do that shows you they truly are focused on the customers needs and expectations.

Mr smoke more like what a joke buyer beware they do not stand behind the products they sell would not give refund on item they soldme wrong coils for vape i tried to return unopened with receipt keep in mind I took old coil in and sold me 3 coils that wouldnt work got home wrong coils they wouldnt take the 2 unopened coils back this was second issue I had here I went back to rogue at least they stand behind their products may cost a little more but Id rather pay more for customer service and rogue has never hassled me over a return not once
