Lock 34 Bar & Grill

Stopped in to Lock 34 after our bike trip from Niagara to Lockport. What a pleasant surprise. First of all the service was outstanding; genuine, friendly, efficient and professional. They were very accommodating and made a drink that was not on the menu and it was fantastic. The prices were great! The food was excellent. The side Caesar salad was huge! The wings and the asparagus were very good. You could choose to eat inside or outside, and both were lovely. The parking was easy and free. I would absolutely return to this restaurant.

Cool place. Biggest disco ball Ive ever seen was hanging above the bar. Bills game was on. Outdoor seating was packed, indoor seating was pretty empty.Food was top notch. You very much get what you pay for, and more. The CBLT they brought out had the biggest piece of chicken Ive ever seen put on a bun. The B. Holly burger was both huge and delicious, and the grilled salmon was again, the biggest piece of salmon Ive personally seen served at a restaurant.

We Had the pot roast, salmon, barbecue nachos, and Greek salad. The salad was extremely delicious with fresh veggies, lettuce, And the chicken was very tender. The pot roast melted in your mouth with Rich flavors. Salmon was very tender and flavorful. Barbecue nachos were delicious as well. Morgan was a phenomenal server. We didn’t have to ask for refills, She was prompt and very knowledgeable of the menu we met the chef Colton, who is also pleasurable to speak with and Very nice man

Went there the other night after a long time away.So glad we decided to give it a try again & WOW has it greatly improved with the food.We also went at happy hour( which we didnt know so...Bonus!)Drinks were great. Our bartender was awesome and we even got to meet the chef and compliments were highly given.Pizza here used to be a downgrade, but DAMN they got it spot on now. Homemade dough, homemade sauce that tastes like the tomatoes were just picked fresh from a garden. PLEASE DONT EVER CHANGE THE PIZZA!We got the brick oven Livingston Place pizza -Tomato sauce, pepperoni andmozzarella cheese. YUM!We ordered the Bavarian Pretzel Sticks served with cheese sauce and honey mustard too. I needed both ;)I also asked for a side of the pizza sauce to dip. Its that good. Even though the keep the sauce chilled for making the pizza it was worth every bite.Cannot wait to go back!

I had the salmon salad, my husband had Parmesan crusted cod. Our friend had a blue cheese burger with bacon. We all had a nice draft beer too. Food is excellent and came out together. Couple service errors that were fixed like a request for no bacon and it came with bacon and no asparagus that came anyway but overall very tasty and fun!

We are visiting from Phoenix, AZ. The food here is outstanding and the service is even better than the food.We enjoyed the pot roast sandwich, the rodeo burger, grilled salmon, and an order of calamari. All were delicious and cooked to perfection. Kudos to all of the team at Lock34!!!

The pot roast sandwich was the best ever! The fries and deep fried appetizer was awful. They need to change the oil in the deep fryer. The chicken quesadilla had burnt chicken and peppers inside. Definitely will not get that again. We have been there a few times, but today was a disappointment.

Very much enjoyed eating outside. The food was incredible and the kids meals were Adult size. They even made a mocktail for 1 of the kids. Good prices and yummy food.

The food was ok, nothing really special about bar food, honestly. The service lacked, considering the place only had one other couple in the whole place. It was dark and cold, and I dont mean the air. Its a bar for sure and not inviting, really. My husband had the beef on weck, he said was good, I had chicken fingers, which were good. We also ordered a salad with steak, the steak was cooked to our request, and an order of onion rings. We also had to change to a different table, 4 times, the tables all were rocky and uneven, I didnt feel like wearing my drink cutting into my food, if ya know you know.I say, try this place, it could be right up your alley. Just because it wasnt our cup of tea doesnt mean you wouldnt like it.

Fairly average looking suburban restaurant inside with the soundtrack to match, but excellent food, super friendly service and a really cool covered patio. Has some fantastic vegetarian options as well and the food/cocktails wont break the bank.

I did not know burgers until I ate from here! I ordered the lock burger. Best burger i have had in my life. I cannot express how good it was. My wife ordered the Swiss burger and felt the same. We will be coming back here for years to come.It was our first visit and we ordered take out ahead of time. We wanted to scope the place out and get a feel for the place. We had been to other bars in town and didn’t feel comfortable. This place felt so welcoming and looks amazing on the inside.Cant wait to go back

The service was my first impression and I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. Our waiter didnt ask if we were ready to order for a while. Once she dropped off the drinks we had our menus down ready to give our order and she said she had to run food and shed be back for the order. Well we waited a while. Once our order went in the food came out efficiently. Drink refills happened in a rush and she didnt clear the empty glasses. We were already placed at a table for two with three people in our party so it was frustrating. Plus they give you water glasses to start wether you ask for it or not. So with one refill each we had nine glasses at our table. I got the rodeo burger cooked medium temp. Bravo cooks :) it was cooked perfectly. The flavor of the BBQ, caramelized onions, cheese, and meat was sweet and savory. I got onion rings on the side. They are perfect too. Crunchy and just the right size. My fiance got the pulled pork nachos. He said the pulled pork was super sweet and delicious. Dont plan to get this meal in takeout though. It wont taste the same. You have to eat it after it was prepared. My daughter got medium boneless wings. She wasnt as happy about her meal. The wings has almost no sauce and medium is more like mild. I blame myself for this one. We should have asked for extra sauce on the side and about the heart of the wings.

Good food, great service. Good location. A little dark and gray, but we all work with what life gave us. You want to eat here.

Went here with my daughter for lunch for our first time. Friendly staff greeted us and offered us seating choices. We elected to eat outside on the patio. I had the cblt and my daughter had the anchor wrap. Got both with the fries which was a great choice. Both meals were very tasty and good portions. Fries were I think battered and crunchy outside and creamy inside. Well done to the chef! Usually I will have something negative to add but there was nothing bad that I can add. From the great waiter to wonderful food. Go there and hope you have a wonderful experience also!

Very nice place. First time there. I had a fish fry (cod) and hubby had beef on week with gravy. Fish was good. Only came with fries and small side of Cole slaw and tartar sauce. Beef was very tender. Gravy was au just only. Bartender was very pleasant (we sat at the bar. Lots of room. Well go back next time were in Lockport.

I had my daughters baby shower here and also my bridal shower. Food was amazing but times and service was great! I highly recommend this venue!!

We were looking for new place to eat that was casual but nice. We were pleasantly surprised at our choice. The staff, including the hostess to the waitresses, were so kind accommodating and patient.Our food was tasty, and came to us hot. The finished plates were removed promptly.The only reason I didnt give this place a 5 star rating was some of the prices. We ordered the jalapeno poppers for an appetizer to share before our entrees. There were only three on a dish. The price....$12! Theres a pic of them covered in cheese. They were ok..a little hard, maybe undercooked? No breading..just cheese and baked. But to each there own. Not for us. Pricey!Our dinners were good. Average to tasty.The restrooms were very clean. Good sign.We might go here again.

2-16-22 @630pm.First time at Lock 34. Very friendly staff. Each bartender took time to say hello and welcome to Lock 34. I ordered the French Dip sandwich. It was excellent. Perfect portion with standard bar potatoe chips. Never had to ask for refill on drinks...excellent service considering Bar was busy. Will be back to try other menu options.

Really good food and service. I work nearby and have wanted to try it for a while and I’m glad I did. Got a Rodeo burger and quesadilla. Fantastic. Worth a stop by if you can.

What an amazing experience from the hostess greeting us to the prompt attention, and the great service by Kayla and Jordan. The food was amazing and the dessert phenomenal.

I was going to mention how fabulous the Sweet & Spicy Wings taste, but that might be neglecting all the other fantastic items on their menu! Besides the great menu there is a spacious bar area, lots of seating for dining, an enclosed patio with a bar and an outdoor bar and dining space. Great place to meet up with friends or host a private event.

Great find in Lockport! Delicious food and great service downtown. The soups are amazing. Some of the best French onion soup that I ever had!

First of all, our waiter, Jordan, was very nice and accommodating to our needs 😁my husband and I split the reuben sandwich which was the best weve had in a long time😋 I ordered the onion rings and he got the french fries very good Jordan is the best 👍😁

Had a awesome dinner here before seeing a show at the Lockport Palace theatre! Great service excellent food and cocktails!

We made reservations for 16 people but actually needed a table for 19. They were very accommodating for our added people! Food was surprisingly fast for our large order! The pizza was fantastic! Everyone enjoyed their food and didnt have any complaints! Loved their grape salad dressing as well!

Excellent food, excellent service and reasonable prices. Loved our meals and staff was attentive and outgoing. They anticipated our drink refills and were awesome.

We went to their banquet facility next door for a surprise birthday party and it was great! The service, food, and atmosphere were all fantastic! I highly recommend them!

We had a large group come in with short notice. Stephanie was amazing. She was organized and calm. All food (35 meals) came out within 30 minutes of ordering hot and delicious!

Loved Lock 34. I dont drink anymore but even though they dont have the widest selection of brand liquors everyone seemed very pleased with their drinks. We all ordered dinner salads which were fresh and well presented. Two of us ordered brick oven pizzas. The chicken, bacon ranch I did not have but our diner said it was great. I ordered the white pizza with chicken which also was delicious. We both would order them again (especially loved the crust -that can make or break a pizza regardless of the toppings). One of our diners had the French Dip sandwich which looked great and we were informed was delicious. Our last diner ordered the B. Holly burger and raved about it. Dont worry about the secret fire sauce. Its very tasty but not exceedingly hot. Some may not like that but I think think flavor in some cases can exceed heat. Anyway loved the place. The service was very good, the atmosphere is industrial chic (so may get loud when very busy) but cant wait to go back for lunch to try the smoked Gouda Mac and cheese. Sounds fantastic (its just a lunch item although the waitress said sometimes if its not too late or too busy the cooks may relent and make it for dinner.

Went around 1pm, upscale bar atmosphere with really tasty food. We had the pulled pork nachos as an app and I had French onion soup- both were amazing. My husband had a wrap and he said it was “ok” but didn’t complain lol. We were out all day in the sun so we drank a lot. Our waiter was very attentive.

Our server was terrific. I tried one of the specials and it was good, just wasnt something Id order again. The pulled pork nacho app was excellent and the hard cider on tap was excellent, too. Packed a punch but our server let me know it would so that I could drink responsibly.

This one of the greatest spots in the Port. Food is good and the service. Steak Arugula Pizza is phenomenal there. Highly recommend this spot!

What a great place for lunch. We sat at the bar which is wide with comfortable chairs. My friend had the tugboat beef sandwich which he said was delicious. I had the carved turkey special on sour dough bread with melted cheddar cheese and sweet grilled onions. The sandwich was generous and served with homemade chips. The draft beer was nice and cold. Our bartender was friendly and the service quick and efficient. The restaurant itself is beautiful with dark wood and tall ceilings which muted the noise from other patrons. We parked on Main street but there is ample parking off street on the other side. Definitely would go again.

Had a reservation. Very slow service. It took over a 1/2 hour to get our drinks and place our order and way over an hour to get our food. As we were going to a play we had to rush through our meal and take our food with us. Food was good but most if us had to eat it the next day.

I went to dinner here the other night and it was much more than expected. The beers, food and service was amazing and I would definitely come back. Colton made sure that everything was perfect for our entire visit. Give them a try.

We had the sampler platter. It was very good. We tried their shrimp corn chowder which was good also. I look forward to going back and trying something different.

We had a birthday celebration for my brothers 75th birthday. Everything was nicely done, the food was great and the atmosphere was warming. We enjoyed every thing very much.

Overall a good experience! Food was delicious (they even split a salad for us into two bowls) and the BBQ pork pizza was amazing! I asked the bartender to surprise me and make me a girly drink and it was delicious! Our service was fantastic as well, always kept the waters topped off and very polite.The only downfall was atmosphere was def a bar - nothing too special about it.

Came here for dinner. Order sampler platter as appetizer and it was standard. My mixed drink was good. Dinner came out fast, and that was the problem. Both of our burgers with bacon were not safe to eat. The burgers were raw in the middle and the bacon was still very chewy. They remade mine, forget to give it to me, so I got it to go. Opened up at home with the same issue. Will not return.

Extremely disappointed in our experience last night. We had a large party in town for a reunion and felt as though we were an inconvenience to the staff. They were hesitant to put a food order into the kitchen at 7pm when our party began to arrive. When our food came out (fried food only trying to be polite to the staff) it was extremely overdone. Our drinks were very inconsistently poured. And the staff began clearing patio furniture and giving us annoyed looks as we were finishing our meals and drinks. Have been a semi regular customer for several years and have never had this experience before which made it even more disappointing since we had out of town guests among us. On a side note one of the bartenders at the outside bar was very friendly. Kudos to her for her hospitality. It was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic food. Had the pesto chicken pizza A++ and husband had a rodeo burger very yummy! Dan was our server and was very personable. Enjoyed our dinner here and would definitely recommend! And husband said the beer was very good.

Im not sure about the rest of the menu but I can tell you that their mushroom Swiss burger is awesome! I get it every time. This Fall was great because they had Octoberfest on tap. Summertime they lack a good dark beer other than Guinness. Still a thumbs up.

This place never disappoints. Very welcoming and great food. Just had drinks at the outside bar this time but have been here for lunch a number of times.

This place is AMAZING! I visited the area from Ohio and stumbled upon this hidden gem! The food was delicious and the staff couldn’t have been any better! I would give 10 stars if that were an option! Dining and Hospitality done right! Standard Setting even!

This place was great. I found online since meeting friends in Lockport that were coming from OH by boat. The patio was fabulous and the food and service were equally as good. The burgers were great and beef on weck had ample amount of beef. I live in Hamburg and my wife said we need to come to Lockport more often.

The only reason I gave service 4 stars is that informed the server that the drink turned my stomach and it was still on my bill. I took, maybe, 3 sips and could not physically drink anymore.

Really enjoyed the salads and entrees. My chicken bacon pizza was very good. Bar could use a little bigger selection on gins, but thats pretty minor.

Nice little hang, draft list could be a little better imo. But the food was excellent. I had the Shrimp Po Boy and my mom had the Reuben which was fantastic. The corned beef literally melts in your mouth its so tender.

Nice atmosphere however service and food not the greatest. Well my salad was awesome but the wings we ordered “cajun dry rub” tasted like a pound of salt and way too seasoned. When we told the bartender he came out with new wings that were not seasoned and left our old chewed up wing on plate. Did not even put the new wings on a new plate lol. He also did not even ask us how the wings were that he brought out for the second time, which were not the greatest and very blah! Sucks coming from another country and spending so much money to get this!

Fantastic food as well as the service.

I had a surprise birthday party for my husband on 6/12/21. I have never thrown a party like this before so let me tell you how kind and accommodating Brian and the rest of his staff was. We asked plenty of questions and we were always promptly responded to in a kind and professional manner. Anything we asked for was provided without hesitation. Once the day finally came I can say I could not be happier. The food was amazing and there was plenty of it that’s for sure. All of my guests raved about the food and atmosphere. Needless to say it was really a great time. The staff was so helpful doing almost everything without being asked from cutting the cake for me, getting the extra food in to go boxes without me even asking and if they saw me trying to do anything I was told to to go have fun they would take care of it. I definitely recommend Lock 34 for any event or party.

We were looking to go to a steakhouse, but so glad we found this place instead . The pizzas were good even the next day as leftovers. The fries and onion rings are worth going back for alone. A small menu selection, but prepared well. The servers were pleasant and attentive.

Great food and nice decor. Easy access in Lockport and lots of outdoor seating. Our service was excellent initially and then our server seemed to disappear? Break time? Reasonable prices and would definitely recommend.

Summer salad was good, had to absorb a significant upcharge for a substitute as chicken option was marinated in garlic no plain available for individuals who have allergy .

Stopped here after cycling from Buffalo along the Empire State Trail. The rueben sandwich was amazing! Beer was cold! Highly recommend. Our waitress was courteous, talkative and helpful. Highly recommend making a stop.

Server was very good, but service was slow. Took forever for drinks/food to get to us. We had the lake perch (regular fish fry not avail to order for 30 mins??). Fish was cooked too hard for us, otherwise dinner was good. Every one else with us enjoyed their food. Would try again

Great place to go for St. Patricks Day. Irish music, decorations and added to the menu corn beef and cabbage. Our server was great and the food was delicious

Service and food was good. We enjoyed both the burger and roast beef on kimmelweck. The house made chips were only ok & without much flavor. This place has more of a bar/ bistro vive with its dimly lit black interior and over- sized bar with seating on 3 sides; but it was easy to carry on a conversation during our meal. There are steps to go up once inside the door, but there are regular height tables and chairs which were comfortable. Parking is available in back in a surface lot or in front on Main St.

Saturday September 24, 2022 excellent lunch for three people. Lots of great choices, fresh food, wonderful service. We enjoyed the reuben , salmon sandwich and chicken sandwich. The potato chips housemade were crispy not greasy . The reuben had plenty of lean corned beef and the the server noted this is house favorite. We upgraded for $1.99 for asparagus one of our favorites. Add the enjoyment of local microbrewery Woodcock IPA.

Delicious food, good service, very good prices. We ate there last night and one of the pizzas we ordered got screwed up so it took a few extra minutes to come out. They comped 3 of our drinks and gave us a free appetizer just for making us wait a few extra minutes for our meal. We love the place and will definitely come back soon!

Great food and service. Really great restaurant in Lockport. I also really like that they let there team make specials and use there names. Its nice to see the team work a.d shows everyone being innovative.

Nice establishment. The food and service were excellent. Plenty of parking. Choice of inside or outside dining. Within walking distance of the Erie Canal lock museum.

Saved us in a downpour. Very accommodating of us and our bikes on their covered outdoor patio and filled us up when we were super hungry. 1 star down for the food - wilted/old arugula on the plate, stale chips, and off-putting coleslaw left something to be desired. We also did not like the single-use plastics drinks were served in. We did really like the salmon burgers!

This is our go-to place. Food has great presentation with a very reasonable price. The patio is now open, and I love sitting outside. This equals or beats many Buffalo restaurants. Its a must go to when youre in lockport, and definitely worth the drive. If you go to the NY Beer project, you can travel four more minutes to Lock 34.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon after a round of golf at Gothic Hill. We were promptly greeted, the food was decent, but what really turned me off was the staff. There was a good 3 or 4 employees sitting at the bar eating, drinking high noons, and talking about how another employee didn’t show up for work. The service was just way too casual for me. Eat your lunch in the kitchen, don’t drink on the job, and don’t talk badly about coworkers in front of patrons.

Ive eaten here many times and Ive never had a bad meal once!! The steak and arugula pizza is my favorite and is to die for!! Their wings are always perfectly cooked! Service is top notch as well (Highly recommend Dan he was awesome)! Definitely one of the best places to eat in Lockport with a great atmosphere!

The food is amazing. Always comes out hot and perfectly cooked. Drinks are on point especially if Dan makes them. I am from the city. Lived there all my life and now i live in Buffalo and i have never had an experience dining like i did here.

My husband and I stopped in on 9/10/21. Brooke our waitress sat us down at a 2 top. Took our drink and food order. We ordered dinner salads and fish frys. The drinks came out in an ok time. She disappeared for over 20 minutes and our salads came out in 25 minutes which seems long for salads. When the fish came out the plate itself was HOT. The fries were warm, soft, not crispy. The fish was warm, soft, almost mushy on the inside. We got the impression that everything got made at the same time and the fish was placed under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. Not once during our meal were we asked how everything was or if we needed anything else. The only time that was asked was when we were done. My husband had to ask for another drink because he wasnt going to be asked. During our visit we also noticed that a customer brought her dog in and sat at the bar, not sure why dogs are allowed in a food establishment. There was no tag or vest on the dog indicating that it is a service dog or emotional support animal.

My wife & I spent the entire day in Lockport. Tho we went on the locks cruise and checked out the cave, our best part of the day was the excellent experience we had at Lock 34 Bar & Grill. Our very beautiful waitress “Hattie” was very helpful and attentive to us. The steak and salmon we had were exquisite. as well. This restaurant has an elegant setting, yet their staff works like quick reacting fast food employees.Very impressed! Thank you!

First time to Lockport and to Lock 34 Bar and Grill. Good atmosphere, great food and friendly staff. Beer and beverage selection were also very good.Seems like a good place to either bring the family, meet friends, stop in alone or have a date night. Worth a stop and try it out.

We love having our weekly after work drinks here. The staff is friendly and pleasant, food and drinks are always delicious. Waiter Joe Dana is a sweetie who always goes above and beyond.

Clean atmosphere, food presentation was outstanding, attentive waiter (sorry dont remember his name) and a lovely evening. There Were Ten of us ladies and everyone was very pleased.

Ordered the Beef on weck with homemade chips, exalant, all the food that passed by me looked amazing well plated. Chef seems to really care for his work.If you havent been there go you wont be disappointed.

At the time I went I just got drinks with my friends. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is extremely friendly. There are a decent mix of attractive single women and men that are extremely friendly. This is the best bar to go to in the Lockport area if you are looking for a higher class atmosphere with higher class people.

Used Uber eats. Was very disappointing. Ordered wings and fingers around 12:30 for delivery between 4-4:30. Was delivered right on time @ 4:15. Food was old and barely warm. Wings were chewy from sitting so long. Fingers & fries were soggy. They obviously made them much sooner than necessary and had them sitting for a long time. Made for a very unenjoyable dinner. Wasnt pleased.

I like this establishment. It is clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and Courteous. Prices are reasonable. I am sure I will be there many times again.

Good food. Good service. Ordered a burger medium well and thats exactly what I go. The fries were fresh cut and tasted like my moms home cooked fries. The bun on the burger was fresh. Overall good food for a good price.

Sam, our server was wonderful. It was our daughter’s birthday and she came out with ice cream and sang to her - it made her night! I worked in restaurants for years and always appreciate quality service, which Sam provided from the moment we sat down.

Went there for the first time. Employees are super friendly and the food was excellent. Prices are very reasonable especially for drinks. We were there with friends who own their own restaurant and they loved it too. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely go there again.

Every time Ive been to Lock 34 Ive had a great time. All of the staff have been accommodating and friendly. The service has always been quick and the food is great. Especially the fish and chicken finger meals.I like to watch TV.

1.5 hour wait after ordering, with a seating for 5 with a reservation. Manager apologized for a glitch with the order placement computer system and comped our dinner, more than necessary. Great service and even better Fruday fish fry!

I rate on service not food. Im also a early eater so its not always their busiest time. Great sports bar. Food is awesome. Our company always has our Christmas party dinner here.Im also not one for the night life but i would have to say this place is awesome. In the summer they have live music in their covered outside bar area.

The waiter was friendly.and very attentive. The food was amazing..drinks were fantastic.

We were a group of five. Three meals were great and two of us ordered the large strip steaks, medium rare. Unfortunately they came medium well. Let our waitress know and she offered to send them back. We didnt want to wait and have them waste the steaks. When the bill came there was no adjustment. I had to ask the waitress to see if she or the manager would make an adjustment. My wife and I each had two glasses of wine with our dinner. The manager compted one glass of wine each. He did offer a free dessert and we declined.Three dinners were the most expensive entres on the menu and a $10 discount from a bill just under $200 isnt enough to bring me back in.

Stopped by lock 34 on a slower evening and got to talking with the friendly staff. Eventually it was recommended that I try one of the chefs specialty pizzas. On a whim I went for it and I couldnt have been happier. The chef delivered a chicken bacon ranch supreme that knocked our entire tables socks off. Kudos to the chef Eric. If theyre not already planning to have it on the menu, I strongly recommend they do.

I ordered the Rodeo Burger and my wife had the Pittsburgh Salad. Both were excellent and made to order. Friendly wait staff and nice cozy atmosphere. Dress casual and come ready to eat.

Quite possibly the best bar and grill known to man kind. Just go. If your deciding where to go for beer and a meal, forget everything else. Forget it. Pure excellence in the mouth. Get burgers, get pizzas, get fries, get some O rings. Get it ALL.

Definitely not what i was expecting...even though im not entirely sure what it was that i was expecting. very nice, open atmosphere, with two outdoor eating areas. inside, it feels trendy without being pretentious, which i really appreciated. somehow it managed to feel like a local bar, complete with team-specific neon and multiple sporting events playing on multiple tvs; at the same time, we werent drowned out with noise or anything of that sort, even though our table was closest to the bar area. My wife and i went for an early dinner on a Thursday. it was fairly steady, but not so busy as to being felt overcrowded. Definitely someplace i plan on visiting again.

A Wed afternoon - Great food, friendly staff and Guinness on tap. Summer salad was filling, Tugboat was fresh and a great experience was had by all. Kudos to the unsung staff in the kitchen and Allison in the room.

Really good food service was real slow it seemed like our server just had to many tables to take care of she was serving inside and outside tables so the food was a Luke warm when served, she came back to to see if we wanted another which we did but that took at least 10 minutes to get the drink. nice atmosphere I would go back

Only have been there about 3 times. Every single time though, your bar tenders only seem to care about flirting with groups of young girls, rather than serving paying customers. Maybe get better bartenders that know what customer service and an empty glass is, rather than entertaining themselves? Was there two hours one night and could hardly get 2 drinks even though I was at the bar with 4 of my friends.

Great food, drinks and service. This place has been around for awhile and still going strong. Wednesday night was trivia night and there was a nice crowd for it. Add to this the outside bar for when the weather is nice and the outside enclosed bar and its a win win.

All 3 entrees very good. We liked our burger and roast beef on weck. Wish there was a quality lager on draft. Staff was super friendly. Helpful server with good recommendations.

Me and my wife have been coming here recently and have made lots of new friends here. the Saturday night bartenders are awesome and they compliment eachother well. the one guy is super fast and friendly and the girl is the biggest sweet heart. we moved here recently and this has become our new regular bar. the drinks are always good. my wife gets the specialty cocktails and I get something from their draft menu which is amazing and always changing. Great whiskey and scotch selection, probably the best in lockport. this would be a five star review, but if you stay here later at night you have to deal with the bouncer who is rude and inconsiderate. we thought he maybe was having a bad day the first time we were in but after this weekend we noticed its more of a regular thing, that being said once you are in the door its fantastic. we recommend coming in on Friday or Saturday night for dinner. the dinner specials are great, food is always on point (chef is great! even stopped at the bar and asked how our meal was!) simon and conrad are awesome. probably the best bar and grill in town!

Found this place while visiting from out of town...some of the best food weve had in Buffalo. Our waiter was awesome and answered all our questions. I hope to go again in the future.

Really good chicken pesto brick oven pizza

We just moved to lockport 5 months ago . We really dont eat out much because were so busy with work but last night we decided to look for resturants in the area. We seen the reviews for lock34 and decided to try it. As soon as we walked up to the place it was inviting . They have a outside bar which is perfect for the summer. We had seated our selves outside on the patio for dinner. Our waitress Sheri was so nice. We ordered the fried pickels for appetizers they were AMAZING! My hub ordered the lock burger with fresh cut fries . He said it was the best hamburger he has ever had and honestly he is really picky. I had the lock wrap with a salad everything on my plate was amazing the chef actually brought it out his self and was very polite. The food amazing the atmosphere amazing the people amazing . After we ate dinner we decided to hop to the outside bar . The bartender was super nice so energetic . I will for sure go back here . Were actually going tonight for the live music . If your looking for a relaxing dinner or a night out this is the place for you ;)

You know when you crave a really good burger and then you get it and your disappointed because it wasnt what you hoped? Well the holly burger at lock 34 was the best burger I have ever had. Juicy and cooked to perfection with really tasty toppings. My husband said the same about the rodeo burger. 10 star burgers at lock 34 for sure!

I come here all the time and its great. The only reason I didnt leave 5 stars was because of the older woman whos a hostess. She has no idea how to great or interact with people. I came in on a Friday at 6, which is obviously going to be busy so I expected a wait. When I approached her and asked for a table for two she replied I dont have anything for you. So I asked what does that mean?.. I had to argue with her to figure out that there was only a 45 minute wait, which is pretty normal for a Friday at 6:00pm. I ended up going somewhere else. She did not make me feel welcome.

The food is excellent!! The time between ordering our food and getting it was really fast. Our waitress was very pleasant too. All in all great job!!

Im glad this wasnt our first time at Lock 34 because if it was, we would never return. Friday we had the worst waitress possible. She never brought us our pretzels, messed up my husbands drink (she blamed it on a new bartender), forgot to bring another drink, forgot to bring me a box for my food, then took my food from one end of the restaurant to the other to put it in a container and then forgot to bring it back to me. Not sure if I want to eat my leftovers now. On the positive side, the food was great as always.

Lock 34 is a good spot. We went for lunch. Good selection of beers on tap. Wide variety of sandwiches, burgers, and appetizers. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a bite at a modern sports(ish) American style bar

When we arrived we waited 10 mins to be seated Not a big deal except we watched 5 employees at the bar talking We ate inside We placed an order for an appetizer and 2 entrees The waitress did not come back for 35 mins We asked about when our appetizer would be ready and she told us soon 10 mins later our entrees came out and she said sorry they are still making the appetizer My husband asked for a water and another beer She took his current beer that was still 1/3 full That upset my husband since he didn’t finish it yet and 12 mins later still neither drinks brought to him We watched the bartenders doing shots behind the bar (we were here at 5pm on a Saturday) My husband waited 5 more mins and walked up to the bar and pointed to the beer that was poured and has been sitting there and asked for it. Then the waitress came over and said sorry that they had many orders at the bar Even though my husbands beer sat there poured for over 10 mins We were both done with our entrees and asked for the check Still no appetizer We had to ask for it to be taken off the bill as we were ready to leave and still no appetizer I only ordered water and finished it before my meal arrived and she never offered to refill the water!

The bar and grill is very nice. The food was delicious and serviced hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family and I had a wonderful experience.

First time there to meet Cashay. It was awesome. Had such a great time. The Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza was the best I have ever had.

Other than that I do not know how you got my number! You are nothing but trash! You seen I had a ring on my finger! You are bipolar and sick like you say you are! Took a ride from Williamsville on my Harley on a Saturday only two be faced with a sign on the door that said Closed for lunch today for a private event.Would have been nice if they had posted it in their web page.

This is an absolutely stunning Bar and Grill, both their food and drinks are to die for. The staff and bartenders are also extremely polite and attentive. I highly recommend Lock 34 to anyone passing through or visiting Lockport. Grab a drink and sit on their outdoor Courtyard patio its quite beautiful and relaxing!

Absolutely best food iv had in a long time!!!!!! Excellent!!!!!! Waited for out appetizer for 42 minutes, didnt like that!! But food came out at perfect timing. Would definitely recommend!!!!

We sat for longer than we should have but no one was rude to us, in fact it gave us the pleasure of meeting our busser Brent. He kindly asked us if he could clear the table and stayed to talk for a minute. Hes probably the funniest person I met while in Lockport. Truly the highlight of our visit. Such a gentlemen. Keep this young man around, whatever it takes. Also tell him to undo a couple buttons on his polo.

Good bar and food place, they hold partys and wedding receptions in back at times. I go during the holidays to bar hop.Many selection if beers and drinks here with 3 mega TVs on brick wall. Bands sometimes play there too.

I love Lock 34. Especially in the Summer. The food is very good for a Bar and they don’t just have all fried food, they have wood fire pizzas, steaks, and pasta dishes. They have great names for a lot of their food incorporating the city of Lockport.

Was here a year ago during lunch & it was nice. Stars based on trying all night (10- 1:00) to get service at the bar. Five different parties waving money in the air trying to get attention to buy drinks !!!

Walked in got 2 drinks $9 about an hour later went back to bar to get refills $6.50 a drink said something to bar tender he said yeah drinks went up..yes there was a band playing but the band was already playing when we ordered first drinks...band sucked so i am assuming we had to pay for it since there was not a very big crowd?! 3-2-19

Tonights big bar theres a good patio area its right off that Central square in Lockport they have a pretty good beer menu good wine menu they can make all sorts of mixed drinks the food is pretty good they have good wings and they have good salads the salads are huge they come in a giant bowl it can get kind of crowded on popular nights sometimes they have music outside.

If youre in lockport... theres not many other places to hang out. Whether you want a nice meal or a tasty cocktail. They got you covered. I have been going here for a couple years and couldnt be happier.

We LOVE going to lock 34. They have the friendliest staff who are so much fun! The food is delicious. You can’t go wrong at lock!
