Man where do I start. Amazing juices. Amazing mods. Most importantly AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Star employee in my opinion would have to be Joshua Toland. He’s very customer oriented. When josh is behind the counter just know the service will be 5 stars. Awesome service From Josh every single time I’m in the shop. Never fails.

My hubby and I stopped by today for the first time. We have been faithful customers of another well established store before today. The customer service was outstanding and the product is a billion times better at Vape Depot!!

Huge selection! Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner is awesome! Its not like some other vapor shops, where its almost like theyre angry you came in the door. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed....

Went for the 1st time to see if they carry my juice and the second my husband opened the door the overwhelming smell of marijuana hits you. Husband had to leave after not even a minute of being in the store because it was so strong and I made my purchase as quick as possible. I understand people smoke “different” things but I don’t want to get a contact high just by walking into a store. Not a shop I will ever go back to.

They always keep uncommon items in stock which is awesome (0 nicotine products and such) and the store is always spotless. The costumer service is on point as well. They will talk to you like they’ve known you for years!

This is one of the best vape shops I’ve been to. I’m a truck driver and I’ve been to multiple vape shops across the county, from California to New York and no one else had as good of a selection, prices, and customer service. This shop really steps up its game in terms of what they do here over the rest.

Great customer service always welcomes you when you come in the door. Treats you like family as well. Great stock and great selection of juices to choose from. If you are in the area I highly recommend going to this shop.

I stopped into this cozy establishment with a slight coil problem. Now I had to walk over a mile to get there. I walk in all hot n sweaty. And the nice young man fixed me right up. Let me repair my snow wolf, and get right back to vaping. Ill will be back. Thank you for the great service.

Been to a lot of vapes shops and this is hands down the best, huge selection great prices and the best employees around ask for Austin he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to the products they have in the shop, definitely stop by for all your vaping needs.

The selection here is decent, but everything is WAY over priced!! Im not comparing to online sites either, but other B&M stores within walking distance from here. I wouldnt buy here unless youre desperate or its just your last resort...

I used to love this place until today just now I came in to purchase a new smok vape pen 22 the guy at counter put my pen together primed it and all I left noticed it was leaking and came bak 5min or less because I noticed my glass was cracked and all the guy could do was put black wire tape around the crack so basically I purched a pen wit a cracked glass he stated there was nothing he could do and tht his manager wuld only tell me the same this same guy cracked my glass b4 but was very helpful with replacing it because management was there but at tht time I seen it crack as he was putting it together Im jus highly disappointed tht I came to spend my money here and was unable to get a glass replacement for my pen very pissed right now

The only vape store I go to. Im always pleasantly greeted when I visit, and am kept up to date on everything new thats come in since the last I stopped by.

The staff is great here helped me out when I had an issue. The owner really truly cares about his customers. That is rare these days.
