People go here because they are addicted to something. That is the only reason, and the owner knows this well.The people who run these shops hate their clientele. The guy makes it obvious any time Ive been in here. This for your wife?Husband? Boyfriend? That was like the 3rd time...If youve ever been to a liquor store in DC, you know the sour, judgmental face usually coming from a Somali man selling to the hobos. They will sell the homeless alcoholics there anything but treat them like straight dirt. This is no different.I cant remember ever seeing an actual Muslim young man or adult ever go in any of these stores, ever.Do not shop where they openly hate you. Go support grandma at the gas station instead. Not this guy and all his poison he cant wait to sell you.

I expect a certain level of customer service. I understand being busy at times but you take customers in the order they come in NOT your buddies first especially when I was standing there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. The guy was rude and disrespectful. I usually drop 20-30 bucks a week with larger purchases for devices. I will drive 30 minutes out of the way if my business means so little. I know nicotine is probably less profit than the Delta 8/mushrooms or edibles they sell but its buisness.

This store has so much to offer and staff is always so nice and courteous. Definitely better than any other shop I’ve been in.

Bought a torch lighter two days and it was defective. The torch handle would get hot when igniting making it unbearable to hold. So I brought it back to the store to see whether I can get a refund and the clerk said we could only exchange it for another, which I said no because I was worried that the torch was not going to be effective. I just wanted my money back. Then the clerk started accusing me on the defect and called someone for me to speak to and all that person kept telling me that there is no return. I asked for the return policy and he would not show me just kept saying No return, sorry my brother. In addition, they would not give me a reason why they do not give refunds. The clerk at the store said that I messed up the torch myself. All I asked for was my money back since it was $39.99 which I probably will not get back. I am upset because both gentlemen kept brushing my off and not listening. The clerk kept saying the torch was fine but he refilled the torch with butane like 3 times to show that it worked. If it was not defective then why did he refill it multiple times? The icing on the cake was when the man on phone started cussing at me and told me he does not want customers like me. I am very upset and will take this up to management once I find out who owns this business. Both men were very rude to me and my wife. Not coming to this place ever again.

Buyers Beware! Was sold a bad torch that burned my finger on the ignition button. I’ve had excellent torches before so I know it was defective. Owner says they do not give receipts, refunds or store credit. I explained my concern to Ahmed who did not care to listen. This store is over priced and unreasonable to their loyal customers. Do not shop here! You will get scammed!

The guys that work there have always been nice and are friendly. Right now they have a bunch of items that are good for gifts and still have great prices!

Selection, stock and cleanliness are excellent. Prices are on the high side in all classes of products. Vape juices were well above average. 60ml for $20 that cost $14-16 elsewhere and $8-10 online. Good for a stop but not a stock up.

Went to go buy vape juice for my other half and this dude charged me twice as much as he should half! I went to buy a pack of vape juice that had Two bottles and he charged me for each one. Clearly if they are sitting there charging per bottle per package they are frigging desperate. Never going back there again. Just make sure you clearly hear the total thats being mumbled.

Every time I come in they always have what I need. Let’s me know if new products, and hooks me up. Never had an issue finding new vapes and flavors. Recommend for your vape needs.

Great shop with a huge selection, guys inside are no-nonsense and havent tried to overcharge me compared to some other stores. Worth the stop.

I love this store! Since its opening it has been a convenience as nothing like it within 20mi. There are always good and fair prices to be had. Also, the staff are fun and friendly.

Awful customer service literally the only place I get charged more than any gas station tobacco world around and the old guy is the most rude person I’ve ever met that was the last time I will ever go to that shop EVER I used to shop there multiple times a week but the guy got more rude and creepy bc I wouldn’t purchase the stuff he would show me and it was always the sex honey and delta 8 stuff

This is THE go-to tobacco/smoke shop!! They actually speak English here!! They are knowledgeable about their inventory, they can give you recommendations and explain the differences between everything! It’s so ridiculous when you go into these tobacco huts or whatever and the guys working can’t even talk to you and it’s just awkward. When cannabis is for sale these other places are not gonna be able to compete. I love these guys, always willing to give you the best price. Clean store, lots to choose from and great staff.

Refund please??I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am super annoyed. I’m from out of state and bought a vape at this store. When I opened it, it was covered in a sticky sap-like substance. I had to drive back to the store to exchange it. They did apologize and took out another one to show me it worked. The employee got a couple puffs out of it but I struggled to - you have to press the button like 5 times, idk I haven’t figured it out. When I said “I don’t want something this complicated, and I already drove out here once to get a dud, so is there something easier?” the one guy basically ignored what I was saying and ushered me out the door 😳. I’m now back in my home state and the one they gave me doesn’t freaking work either. $50 down the drain and nothing I can do cuz I’m 10 hours away.

Ive been visiting these guys almost at least once a week since they opened. The owners always greet us with excitement and politeness and their stock is both impressive and unique. Some days I even just pop in to say hello and browse, and im greeted with a smile and a Hey buddy! Which ill never get tired of. Highly would recommend if your a vaper in our local area.

This place is the best tobacco shop in/around Fredericksburg Locust Grove area. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful and they have a huge selection of products! They also always have opportunities for deals and sales. So happy such a great shop is right across the street!!
