From the second I walked through the door I was greeted and welcomed by the sweetest staff. The salon is absolutely beautiful and super relaxing. They offer so many services and their prices are incredible. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the services they are doing. I definitely plan on coming back for more services and I highly recommend this spa to everyone.

Service from the nail tech is great.But they really lost business because they couldnt redeem my Groupon.Even though I bought the Groupon before (Aug 2018) they wont allow me to use another Groupon which Groupon allows you to buy after 90 days & even when I got it as a gift the manager wouldnt accept it. Amazing! They do everything nails, hair, massages, lashes, eyebrows and more, the best part...they do it right! Staff is great, it is really a great experience. Ive always had acne problems and now Im on treatments. I get monthly facials and the results have been amazing. Beatriz is patient, friendly and a great support. Thank you Bella’s Beauty and Beatriz for making a great experience every time I go there!! You guys rock!

I have been couple of times at this spa. I take my daughter for some facials and I can only say that Beatriz is great. She explains to my daughter and to me the whole detailed process. She takes her time with my daughter and makes her feel comfortable. This is not only her job, but her passion... she shows how much she cares about my daughters progress. I have never had to wait and her team is super attentive and very helpful. Also, the pedicure and hair stylist are great. Coffee, water, juice are always ready upon our arrival.I recommend this place 100%.

This is the best spa to be at! All the staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. I have been to other spa’s to receive facials before and never really noticed a difference, until I came here. Beatriz is so knowledgeable about different skin types and what products work best for you. I have referred all my friends here because this place is a game changer!

Amazing place, every single services is amazing: Jessy made the best manicure and pedicure ever my nails are long and healthy now thanks to her advices and delicate way to treat my nails. Beatriz do my facials and massages her knowledge about skin and Beaty treatment are amazing and obviously great job every single time. The place is super super clean, modern and cozy, plenty parking spaces on street. Every body work hear love there jobs and always care about the service they make and yourself.

Excellent SalonOwner and Stylists are excellent. Very professional and caring for their customers. Beatriz the owner is amazing so knowledgeable, very attentive to details facial, mani & pedi, massage are amazing and I wouldnt let anybody else touch my eyebrows which I get compliments all the time. The salon itself is super clean. Great vibe and the convenience of being a one stop shop makes my 45minutes drive there so worth it! They Go the extra mile to be sure you are completely satisfied. Well trained and courteous. Cant say enough good things about this place. And not to mention the prices are super affordable:)

Love the manicure and pedicure. They are very thorough and dont rush you. Prices are reasonable and they provide an array of other services. I went for a massage with Rose and did not care for the experience. Instead of an hour massage I got a 45 min oil rub. I felt worse coming out of the room with knots that were not removed. Felt like an amateur doing it. Do not recommend the massage and will not be returning.

Highly recommend this salon. Purchased a groupon for two gel manicures and pedicures and besides for it being an amazing deal, Eliana our technician was super friendly, sweet, and did an amazing job. Also, the salon is very clean, nice relaxing mediation music, not too crowded, and overall my mom and I left feeling very happy. Definitely will be going back :)

Went back for my second massage today. It was definitely worth it. The location has undergone some redesign and it looks even better than before.From service to cleanliness this place is five stars. The customer service is spot on. People are polite and professional. Definitely worth a try!

The salon is clean and beautiful! The owner is lovely as well. However, I was rushed during my last visit for being 10 minutes late. Although, the previous time I waited 30 min before I was seen when I had an appointment. She rushed through my nails and her next client didnt even arrive by the time she was finished! I liked the salon up until that point. There are better ways of handling a client thats a few minutes late than reminding them every 10 minutes you have to be done in time for your next client. We all pay for a service, and if I can wait 30 minutes to be seen, I dont think I need a constant reminder that I was late 10 min.

Amazing experience!! I had my mani and pedi done, it looks amazing. The best part my eyebrows were done by Beatriz, all I have to say she is super friendly and she know eyebrows. It very hard to find someone that knows eyebrows. This place is the place for everything, hair, nails, facials, massages, and make up. I just love it. all the girls are friendly and very respectful.❤

This place is clean and the staff is very professional. I have been coming here for 2 years and I have gone to other places for facial and There no place or esthetician like Beatriz.. I have a very sensitive skin and my skin look great and glow since she has been doing it.I also take my daughter to Beatriz. And my daughter skin has improve a lot with her severe acne.. I love to come here. Is always a great and pleasant visit.

For my Wifes birthday, I wanted her to have a ladies weekend and so I made an appointment for her and her girlfriends to do all the works (Hair, Mani, Pedi, and a massage)....I have to say this place is by far such a beautiful place to go to. Great Staff, Great Parking, and overall AMAZING Customer Service. My wife already booked an appointment with her friends for there touch ups! Special Thanks to Beatriz and Eliana for making it all go so smooth, you guys over achieved my expectations!!

I went to this salon two weeks ago for my post op massage for the first time and I had a great experience! The girl was gentle yet firm in the right places. I’m looking forward to getting my massage again this week. Thank you for such great service and making me feel welcomed.

Came here for gel mani & regular pedi. Arrived for my appointment, no long wait at all. Service was good and it was very clean. I was very happy with my nails until I realized the gel polish was lifting - the same day I got them done. It may have been the gel lamp or polish - wanted to go back and have it fixed but I’m not close by. Not sure if I’d return.

Bad experience. Would not suggest for nails. I bought an online voucher, called to make my appointment and had to repeat myself 3 times what I was calling for. They told me they were getting someone and I heard yelling in Spanish then they hung up on me. Figured I would go in person and they told me They couldnt do my nails until the following week. What nail salon makes you book a week in advance ?? They only had one client in the whole salon when I walked in. Now have to figure out how to get refunded. I highly suggest the salon next door though ;) they watched the experience and took me right away! And after I was done getting my nails done next door, I walked past the salon and all the lights were off in the nail section- 1.5 hours before listed closing. She clearly didnt want to do our nails to close early.

Horrible!I have went to Bellas on a couple occasions. The atmosphere is awesome and Beatrice the masseuse is amazing. However, I will never go back again. They have recently been under new management, and since this gentleman has took over as the new owner the customer service has went down the drain. He has raised his voice, hung up on me and even threatened to cancel my appointment. The blatant disrespect and lack of appreciation for Bellas customers is completely disrespectful. For that reason, I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Bought a groupon here for a massage. And it was great! I then went back for a facial with Beatriz. And she was absolutely amazing! And really cares about her clients and improving their skin. Highly recommend!!

I went there twice and both times were a pleasant experience. The last time I was there the owners husband convinced me to let his wife do my eyebrows. Now talk about picky. I havent let anyone touch my eyebrows in over a year just because everytime I do they mess them up. So I resulted to just doing them on my own. She will definitely be my brow lady! She did such an awesome job and her husband was right, you can tell she has a passion for it.

I got the best mani and pedi service today. The girls took there time and were very thorough. They are professional and most importantly clean. This is a great place to unwind and get pampered. Highly recommend!

Bought a groupon for my mother and customer service is THE WORST here. First, she arrived early and let them know that she needed to step out for a few mins, only for them to tell her that she needed to be back in 4 mins because the technician had other clients after. This was not the case. Second, I bought 2 gel mani/pedis for her and she was told that she needed to use them within a 30 day window, even though that was not stated in the fine print. So, they are making their own rules as they go. Third, their salon is very difficult to find as their signage is not great and hidden.There are SO many other nail salons in the area, you’d be better off going to any of these places other than Bella. Don’t get the groupon if you are considering it. I don’t understand why they would offer groupons if their business can’t handle it (they only have one technician. Bottom line, STAY AWAY.

The best beauty Salon in the area. I have found the perfect guy for color and cut. You cant go wrong with Juan Camilo he is the best stylist. If you want the best facial you have to see Beatris to pampered yourself with a nice facial or makeup and all your beauty needs. The salon is very clean and the staff very professional.

Best place to go to for any beauty service. I always go there to do my eyebrows and my hair and never leave disappointed. I would highly recommend going here, they are affordable, reliable and caring. Not to mention the best customer service around. 10/10 will be going back again.

Its more of a hair salon. Theyre not equipped thoroughly for a nail and pedicure salon unfortunately. They have one chair to do pedicures and three customers will be sitting there. The staff is nice enough but unfortunately in order for them to become more of a nail salon they need to drastically put at least two or three more Pedicure Chairs and a couple of more tables to do nails until they improve that I wouldnt plan on going back to have any nail work done because even though you have an appointment if you want a pedicure and manicure youre there for a minimum of two and a half hours which it shouldnt be its unfortunate because it is a nice salon

So I was feeling down because a lot was happening so I said let me go get my hair done. The Groupon stated an amount that I thought was reasonable. And I read the fine print that if your hair is longer that it would cost extra. $20 extra on top of 5.00 for using your credit card on top of the tip. So I was like what is the point of Groupon??? This is odd you have long hair your going to trim it anyway but they get you by saying if you have long hair it cost more even though your gonna get a trim your paying for the trim anyway. Felt the same as I walked in and out. Oh well learned my lesson.

Ive finally found a place where they have gone above and beyond my expectations. Cant say enough good things about the staff at this place. From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed which makes for a great experience. And...if you are in need of a facial you will definitely need to see Beatriz, you will not be disappointed.

I have been searching for a salon for the longest and tried so many different places BUT today I went to Bellas Beauty Salon and had ny hair done....I had a cut and blow out and had my eye brows done. DIANA is my girl now...she did such an amazing job. My head feels so rejuvenated I love it!

I normally dont leave reviews but I had a bad experience here and didnt even make it to the salon before cancelling. I called to schedule an appointment and mentioned my Groupon and the lady on the phone changed her demeanor immediately. Almost annoyed that I was calling. I requested an appointment for after five and she told me she had one appt available at 1pm. I asked her if she had any appointments at all for after five and with a deadpan response said no. I asked her if they have any appts ever, after 5pm.. it doesnt need to be for today. She said no. Mind you they dont close until 7pm. It was very strange. Needless to say, I said ok I will just request a refund for my Groupon, she chanted OK and hung up on me. I guess their business is blooming so much they dont even care for new customers.

Beware. Not a very friendly place. You qould think that when you see the owner she would say hello or offer to see whats going on when the worker you are speaking to cannot understand what you are saying. Majority of the workers barely speak English. One of the hair dressers cant stop laughing while she does your hair as she comments how bad the previous person did your hair and how the color you have is not good. Also, she is so rough while blowdrying and washing your hair you feel like you are going to have a brain aneurysm.

My daughter had a treatment on her hair to make it more curly. They did a great job and explained to her how to handle at home. my daughter was happy about the new appearance.

I might not be made out of money but I didnt just gain a fairly cheap back massage for a whole HOUR which anyone should be grateful for I feel like I made some kind of family I connected with the person I worked with Highly Educated that knows what shes doing and equally does the staff and they will go above and beyond to make sure they have you feeling content I even said I might have been hungry and I was offered food water and just really great hospitality that is missing in todays world I went into get pampered for the first time in years and I walked out with a touch of humanity kindness new friends and a great experience so I recommend this place to everyone and shout out to Beatrice for being a really sweet woman and good mom thank you for everything see you for my facial

Excellent service! Everyone who works there makes you feel special. They care about you and are attentive. I had a facial, manicure, pedicure, haircut and my eyebrows. Laydi did my manicure and she was very professional.I cut my hair and they put a toner on it. I was very satisfied with the work of Juan Camilo, an excellent professional.My eyebrows and my facial were done by Beatriz, the owner, and I wouldnt change her for anyone.Super recommended!
