Went to a Friday night show of metal! Bands were amazing. We reserved a table in the venue, service in the venue was spot on. Our server never missed a beat checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed. Beers never ran out at our table. She made sure everyone was taken care of. Awesome job guys! Cant wait for future shows, since its not that far from home. Check them out!🤘🤘🤘

Brauer House is a biker bar with great food (especially the jalapeno poppers, tater tots, and any burger with chips). The bartenders are usually pretty hot, plus they have a game room in the back with a pool table and at least 4-5 pinball tables. Vibes are edgy punk rock, which can be a good thing or bad thing depending on how you feel about that kind of stuff.

Live shows at the held at location of Bauer House continue under the new management. The place is now called the Humo Smokehouse. It is still a great way to see popular bands, while enjoying food and drinks with friends. One thing that has changed is a wider selection of food on the menu. I highly recommend the wings.I just saw an incredible line up of three bands at the venue stage.The group that I was with had an excellent time and we plan to return again. Another thing that changed if you pay to see a venue show and another show is going on other stage, you can only be in venue area. If you want to see the other area, then its an additional cover charge to the other band on the other stage. A member of my group did pay the additional charge to see some of acts on the other stage and said it was worth it.The Humo Smokehouse has a Facebook page. It seems to be the place to find out all the details on what bands are playing at this venue. There are also open mic nights and other special events.

We love this place. We found out about it through our hearse club who hosts their big annual hearse show here every year. I love the psychobilly atmosphere and great food so much I insisted my husband take me there for lunch on my birthday. Where else can you have a zombie burger next to a Rat Fink painting, have great drinks, play an Elvira pin ball machine and attend an oddities show! It feels like home away from home.

Great front bar with good burgers and tasty menu. Try to check out the Live music nights. Owner has always supported live music, which is super cool Many free shows just check website . Lots of parking. Right off 355 , easy to get to !!!

I went to the Thursday cruise night. Only about 60 cars showed up with a few more trickling in and out. A DJ played oldies music. Didnt go in the restaurant, but there was a lot of people there. Hopefully next time there will be more cars. Still a fun place to check out.

This is a great bar for getting your music fix. Just recently I went to watch DIC (Dead In Chicago), great sound and very entertaining, original band. Tons of bands come here, they have recently expanded the facilities, now a multi-room footprint. They have all kinds of different gigs, from music performances, classics cars shows, motorcycle shows, food extravaganzas, all kinds of weird and taboo gatherings and great entertainment. Currently RockFight Battle Of The Bands is going on, sign up and get your groove on. If you want to be entertained come to the Brauer House, awesome food and drinks, great staff and wonderful entertainment.

UPDATE: It was sold & the new owners took over at the beginning of the year, renamed it to Humos Smoke House & didnt want our Bingo groups business on Monday nights anymore. Oh well, thats their loss. 🤷‍♂️They didnt even bother opening on Mondays anymore after that because how else can you get business from a group of anywhere from 20 to 50 people on a Monday night? More when there were free live bands playing. 😂But now its closed, either temporarily or permanently, until someone who likes to make money buys it.Its so sad to see what happened to this place this year. So many great memories, awesome shows & fun times were had, every Monday night and on the weekends, with lots of great people. 😔Below is my old review from when it was the Brauer House:I go here every Monday Night for Punk & Metal Bingo presented by Rebel Radio, They have excellent servers who feel more like good friends as opposed to just servers or employees.Havent tried the food, but heard its good. They have half off on Burgers on Monday and their burgers are all double patties.They also set the pool tables to free play on Mondays - Thursdays.Also acts as a music venue where they often have live bands playing, sometimes 2 shows, one in the smaller front dining area and another in a bigger room in the back.Both areas have a bar, a stage and dining tables but Ive never been to a show in the backroom, only seen it when it wasnt in use.Love this place & will continue coming every Monday Night and attend shows that interest me. Its worth the 45-60 minute drive in my opinion.

I actually went here for a birthday party. The event venue was just right. Good seating, good bar areas, stage, and great sound system. Ill go again.

I used to come to the Brauer House for a VERY long time. At least 15 years. Loved it. The food was good, the atmosphere was good, the prices were good. Not any more. There are new owners and they turned this place to GARBAGE. a) Food. The portions got MUCH smaller, the selection is MUCH smaller. The prices are almost 50% higher. Before for $13 you got yourself a half pound burger with fries and coleslaw. Now it costs $18 dollars and the burger is about 2/3 of the size it was. WHAT A RIP OFF.b) Atmosphere. Brauer House was unique, with posters from the old shows, flags, the painted panther on the wall. It was UNIQUE. Now it is bland. It is just another bar and grill, a copy cat of just about every other bar and grill. Bland and BORING. THe place lost its identity.c) New owners fired ALL the old servers. All servers are new. The service is meh... The servers do not care that someone is watching the show, or recording, they make ZERO effort to accommodate the event goers. Today on the show a black waitress with two bon bons on her head kept walking into EVERYONES picture who was filming the show. She made NO effort to even CONSIDER the fact that people are filming. Even when she was walking without food or drinks she made NO effort to avoid being the the shot.Basically this place is just another bar. Lost its identity, lost its unique atmosphere. It is just another bar and grill. Overpriced and with small portions at that.THe place used to be 5 stars, now it is another McDonalds pretty much. Looks like every other bar/gril, except smaller portions and bigger costs. STAY AWAY.

Ive been there multiple times.Then last weekend I went there on Saturday night and couldnt believe the pice of one beer and one drink.The drink was vodka not any call vodka or top shelf, just cheap vodka. I was charged $22.00 then add your tip I was shocked 😳The music is always good people are friendly I like it.

I really want to give this venue 5 stars, but it seems that no matter WHO owns this building they are completely out of touch and don’t know how to run a business. owning a business does not mean you know how to run it. whether the venue is telling people they can’t do “ins and outs” but also reprimanding them for consuming cannabis in the inner courtyard, or the upper management is telling promoters to remove bands from any given lineup, absolutely piss poor management and honestly it’s just pathetic. no matter what the context is, it seems the upper management at Brauerhouse is committed to treating grown adults like they’re children. to any metal promoters/fests looking for a hosting venue, Brauerhouse is NOT the move at all and you would find better hosts at a basement show

Went here for Fools House concert but arrived earlier to eat dinner. Its a small and cramped dining area. Its first come first serve so you have to stand around and pretty much stalk people that look like they are almost done to get your table. The way they made it this way is uncomfortable for everyone except for the servers who dont help much. Aside from this, the service was decent and the food was good.The stage area is set up well with a 2nd level bar area but you have to reserve tables to get one. I would have given more stars but the way they handle first come first serve at a restaurant that have a very limited amount of seating isnt for everyone.

They ruined that fantastic burger menu.. wings had a sauce that was non grata. Went for the burgers left...gonna stay left...Ive never been there for a band so cant give any input on that .. Rosemarys Baby not on the menu....BOOO

First time visiting and loved everything about it. Food was excellent, service is great, and the drinks were tasty. Only complaint was we went during open mic night and it started almost 1 and half after it was supposed to but overall super cool dive like bar.

Great venue for a concert! Parking is decent, location is easy to get to and so much fun. Be prepared for concert pricing on drinks! Pre-game for sure.

Interesting venue. Eating area and bar with stage for music bands. If you walk to the back it opens up into a very large area with full bar no food a stage. I saw think Floyd here. Was awesome.

A stale tortilla filled with dry chicken was like eating a plastic wrapped cardboard. Thank god that I paid the extra 33 cents per toping to add the cilantro, tomatoes and jalapeños to add some taste. Although the jalapeños were mostly MIA. Maybe the burgers are good.... I hope so. Service was not good. Only reason why gave 2 stars was the beer selection was ok. Otherwise stay away.

Food was delicious, employee’s were all in good spirits & both bands had great lighting and sound.

Went to midget wrestling last night. Show was running late by an hour. Went to get food and drinks, was told menu limited. Server,who was really nice, told us sorry menu she gave us wasnt right. No pizza tonight. Ok we made an order for wings only for her to come back and say sorry kitchen is closed. But theres a mcdonalds and jimmy johns near by. So, we had to go get food then wait an hour for a show that was supposed to start at 8. We paid for VIP for the midget wrestling which in the AD said we can get in hour early, have our own micro server, and get photos with cast during the one hour early access. None.of.that.happened. We paid 80 bucks a person to get in at the same time as everyone else, and sit in a corner. No server micro or not came by us. The show was long and drawn out. It was a complete rip off from walking in door. Hour delay was so that wrestlers can get ready which in reality seemed like a ploy to sell more beer and liquor in the venue. First match was normal sized wrestlers then talking and talking. It was a complete train wreck. Hard pass to ever coming back here for a show or anything. Shout out to the server who said she found out she was preggo yesterday. Yep, she told us that. Good luck.

Very nice selection of beer and a fun atmosphere. Plenty of parking which is great if you are seeing a concert here. The concert hall was great and setup very well with easy access to the bar. Will be back here again for sure.

Stayed at the hotel across the street for work, dropped in a few nights for dinner and drinks. We were pleasantly surprised by the live music on Friday night, they were very good! Burgers were fantastic, good grilled cheese and quesadillas as well, salads were not bad!Great beer selection, and the cheap American beers are actually cheap!

The place is a great gastro pub with nice decor and variety of booths, bars and tables. Food is really good and burgers worth every penny! They have a good imagination and service is fun & witty. Alone or a big party - this place is for you!

Best burger Ive ever had in my life!!! Home made chips! Yum!!!Update on venue itself. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy balcony seats if you intend on watching the band you paid to see. It wont happen unless you get there early to claim your section of wall. Several couches available to sit on, but they face the wall not the stage. Worst balcony set up Ive ever seen. Would be better to let the bands hangout here. Will never waste money for these vip seats again.

Had such a fun night for the Adam Calhoun 202. No restrictions. Fun little cozy concert spot hopefully will see more concerts there soon

Staff is great. Good venue without the city traffic. Have been to a few shows here . Always a great experience. Never had a bad time , or seen any trouble. Food is really good . They the wraps !!

Great music venue; crowds are always pretty cool. I have a great time whenever Im there. The servers and bartenders are awesome as well. They consistently book well-known acts here, and the local bands are awesome too. One of my favorite suburban music venues.

I really like going to see bands at the Brauer House. Great service. Very large venue. The bands all have been excellent. FREE PARKING!New name Humo. Theyre still advertising as the Brauer House or former, but the new name is HUMO. I read that this venue is now closed, so make sure to call before you go.

Great burgers! I enjoy the bar atmosphere more than the dinning room, but the place in general is great. Check out the concert venue next door. You dont even need to leave the restaurant!

Burgers cooked the way I asked. Jalapeno poppers where the best and really good tater tot nachos. Price is not bad compared to the quality of food served.

Crazy night. Bike night was amazing. Man what a missed opportunity with all the people in the parking lot. Need to do something to sell beer in the parking lot and food on these night. The permit would be worth it

Surprisingly big, gearhead themed restaurant, bar and performace venue with friendly, professional, no-attitude staff who dont push drinks - unless you want em. Eclectic programming too - glad I finally got here!

Havent been here since they expanded next door. The BLive room is a nice experience to catch a band. They did a nice job expanding. The original front section is still tight when crowded but expected for a bar crowd. The arcade room between areas is another cool addition. Nice local burbs place to go for a night out.

If youre looking for a decent dive bar in a pretty good neighborhood, this is the place! Live music, good food, fun people, and great service, what more can you ask for?! This place used to be super tiny, but theyve expanded and its gorgeous. Grab your friends and check this place out. You wont be disappointed! Not our first time visiting and definitely wont be our last! See you all next time!

Nice atmosphere. Went for lunch so almost no one was there, but have driven past at night and it seems to be busy.The food was just OK. Its not terrible and reasonable for the price. The chili is overpriced and no crackers/bread given on the side.The one food item which was very good though...the BH fries! They are well seasoned but not crunchy, so more like soft potatoes with delicious seasoning, but I still found them very good!While I do not plan to return, the place seems good for the alcoholic beverage folks.

Went to see 7th Heaven play a 10:30 show it Braur House Live. It was awesome. The band was great and the sound system was excellent. Lots of people having a great time.

Excellent entertainment venue! Food was surprisingly good. Bartenders and staff were friendly and on the ball filling our drinks quickly and with a smile.

Im guessing it wasnt cleaned up the night before and checked the next day before the show. Mentioned it and they cleaned it up eventually. Just grossed me out.

Came here for an early supper. Fun place, good music, good vibe. Food is average; burgers are only cooked one way- medium well. Seasoned tator tots were excellent.

Was there for new years show and paid $250 for a balcony table. Stage was completely blocked by chandelier. Server got us forst round of drinks but since we were down on thw floor so we can see and only up in balcony during intermission never came back to us and noone cleared our table of beer cans or glasses/cups. Not impressed.

We went to see Whitey Morgan and got a quick bite to eat before the shows..Wow the artists were great Myron Elkins and Whitey Morgan... and wow have never been in the large back stage and bar room.. awesome and totally perfect for this venue. We will watch for more upcoming shows.

New owners took over last month. New name is Hugo Steakhouse. Theyve made a few modifications, including the menu. Their fish sandwich, which was not normally on the menu {special for a Friday in Lent}, was fabulous!

OK place went to hear a band and there was a $20 cover charge for a band you can hear for free anywhere else. Drinks were ok but not a place I will be rushing back too. Band was good.

Creative menu and burgers, but received my burger very overcooked, maybe order it undercooked? Great beers on tap and great atmosphere. Service was a little slow, but id say its definitely worth trying out this place.

Bartender named Christina ruined my night out with friends. She gave us the incorrect drinks and then acted as if we were the rude ones for asking for replacements. The entire night we got attitude l from her, she was either drunk or high and not like any bartenders I’ve ever experienced at Brauer house in the past. To say a place I’ve spent years enjoying shows at has dropped their staffing standards is an understatement with this one. I am hoping next time our group comes out the service will be better

First timer here ... visited last night for a show in the back of the bar. The place has a bit of dive bar feel, nothing glitzy, but reasonably clean.I ordered a burger. The burger was dry and the fries were semi cold.My friends wanted a Manhatten, but no vermouth. They offered an old fashioned, but it would be made with a Sugar cube. For a bar, the alcohol selection was limited.Still managed to have a good time.

The pistachio pesto chicken sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I ever had. Cant believe I got it from a bar. So big that I split it with someone and it filled us both up too. Also, great atmosphere/set up for live music. Good times here for sure! Excellent service too!

This place rocks. It has everything. Delicious food, great music and good people. Owner is super friendly and inviting. Went once with my kids for lunch and we felt like we were welcome. It was like hanging out in our uncles basement....but with better food and music. Update: B-House Live is a great place to see live bands. Food available at tables and bar. Saw owner hard at work; I did not want to interrupt. Next time.

Brauer House is an awesome venue! The food and spirits are more than worth the trip. Anna, the bartender, is second to none with her service and her innate ability to make everyone feel welcomed! One of my absolute favorite places!

Went to see some bands play. Not a huge crowd on the Saturday night. Atmosphere was good . I was a little dissapointed with the bar food that evening, but am sure it was an off night. Have to go again .

Pricing of food was outrageous. When they brought one of the burgers, they said they had run out of french fries and gave tater tots...When I pulled out the receipt the next day I noticed they charged $3 for the tater tots. Four people to eat, no alcohol. $130.Could have raved about the dive bar atmosphere with live music... But was so put off by an $18 burger with plastic utensils.

I was here to see Elvis meet the Beetles show. I would go back to see other performances.

Wow, this place got big! Saw a Muay Thai tourney here and was really impressed with their expansion. The food here has always been better than you assume, and they actually clean their tap lines! Its a killer place to see a cool event in the burbs and very laid back for a punk rock bar.

Great place to catch a concert! Surprisingly good table service during the concert. One hour into the concert, they were out of Jalapeño Poppers, had the cheese curds, they were just okay.

Seen a 3 day Metal Fest here. The prices of food and drinks were very fare. Staff were awesome and friendly. The music hall was perfect for style of show and sound quality was easy 9.5 to 10. The neighborhood seemed nice and from what I seen low crime. I would definitely return for a show or just to grab a drink. We need more clubs throughout the country like this one.

This is a pretty good venue, but they charged our card an extra $53. Its been 4 days and the charge is still pending.We visited Chicago for a vacation, and cant really afford to have a $53 charge pending and tying up our money for days and days.

Very nice on tap be selection and great live music! Love starting our motorcycle ride from here. There a huge parking lot and lots of space to spread out. Next time I might try their food, since the wings my friend got looked super good. Also had a very strong margarita at the bar!

Drinks are ok, no menu .waitress was attentive, venue provides a more intimate and close ambiance for cudtomers. 2 stages the larger one In the back and small one near the front bar.. prices are awesome for a great experience with music

It sucked! The food was awful! The chicken had a foul taste. The server was not around to tell about the nasty food, and the food came out in stages, not as a meal! Oh, your fries are ready, umm ok?? they are supposed to come with my meal well they are warm do you want them? 🤦‍♀️Yeah, never going back!

This place is totally awesome. The rock/punk theme totally fits the family friendly place. The servers and bartenders are attentive and remember who you are if you are a regular. They are knowledgeable about the food they serve and never had a recommendation go wrong. The food taste great. Is it a rough around the edges ... yes! Are there lots of tattoos and piercings.. yes! It totally fits the theme... Is there greeters at the door... no! It is a seat yourself style eatery/bar. Check out their website for a weekly and dailey events. The foods I recommend are the Zombie burger with an egg gets a thumbs up. Try the Chips Nachos and of course the wings ( No longer Serving)... all in all it is a great place to eat and have a beer.Edit: I took away 2 Stars away because the wings are what made this place ( at least to me) and They took them off the menu.

Great service and ambience but not a big fan of the burger I had. Got the zombie burger which is one of their more popular items. It wasn’t great.

This place had great food and awesome bands. They do charge a cover to get into the large part of the venue but it wasnt bad. I think it was $10 the time I went and there were three bands that night. Sometimes they also have live music on the smaller stage in the restaurant, but I dont know if they charge a cover for them. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I thought the acoustics in the large venue could have been much better. Im not an expert, but I felt like there was a lot of echoing. Mind you, Ive been listening to loud music most of my 56 years, so it could all be me. I recommend giving this place a try, though! I think youll be happy you did. And by the way, the appetizers were huge, so I would start out assuming you wont need as many as you think. The service was good, so it shouldnt take too long if you want to order more.

Slow slow service and food was mediocre at best. Will not be eating here again. The county line dancing was fun though!

We went 12/1 for the Rehab show. The venue was nice. The show was great. Id return for shows. The restaurant/bar was the worst though. There were only 2 tables. We waited 15-20 min to be seated. Could see many employees in the kitchen. They saw us. No one was cooking at the time. No one bothered to come out. We decided to go to the bar. 2 bartenders. They wouldnt acknowledge us. Too busy with the most obnoxious customers weve ever witnessed. They were clearly regulars. We finally got seated. We got a couple of appetizers. Quesadillas were ok. Eggrolls were undercooked. We were given plastic silverware. Weird. We only stayed because of the show. If we return, we will definitely not eat there. Very unfriendly (except server), unprofessional staff. I definitely do not recommend this place. Had the venue not been ok, I would have given zero stars.

I just happened upon this place and I am so glad that I did. Maybe the best happy hour I have ever been to. I liked it so much I actually went here 4 days in one week for dinner each day. Looking forward to frequenting with family and friends. The burgers were incredible, meatloaf Wednesday was phenomenal.

I just attended their Margarita & Taco Fest yesterday, April 3, 2021. My husband & I purchased the VIP tickets. We got there when it started at 3:00. We had a really great time there with friends until we were ready to leave. I was the designated driver. My husband went up to the bar to get me a glass of water & they said only $4.00 bottles of water. That is insane! We just spend over $100.00 there. I don’t know any bar that would charge for water. It’s not even a money issue. It’s the principle. I went up to the bar because I was furious!!! Asked to speak to the manager. She said the same thing. I told her you will be getting a bad review. Her response, “Go ahead”. I was speechless. How is this good customer service. It’s pitiful & disappointing. Their wristbands say, “drink responsibly”. What a joke. This place left a terrible taste in my mouth

Brauer House is great! Tots are fantastic. Burgers are good, but they use to be out of the world! When they were bigger and not smash burger thry had better flavor . Miss those bring them back. It worked for years, why change it

Great bar w/stage. Pretty good food as well. The real gem is B House Live - the concert hall next door. I have seen several different types of bands (like actual national acts that you would recognize) as well as cover bands, local bands, and weird acts. My kids also played a School of Rock show here. Nice place. Grew up in area for years and been here just a handful of times for a beer. Today I tried the food and it was excellent. The bartender Kelly was really cool. Packed at lunch time with working professionals which was a little shocking because it has that biker bar / punk rock look and feel. I highly recommend this place for food, drinks, or entertainment!

Tasty cheeseburger and sides. The band in front room was mediocre the night we were in. We enjoyed a few games of free pool after dinner and drinks.

Love the food and drinks...but it’s been many MANY months that only one stall out of the two in the women’s bathroom actually locks. Seems like an easy fix, not sure why the bathroom is so neglected.

Great atmosphere. Waitress was awesome. Food was out of this world and huge portions. Prices are a little on the higher side but the food was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whos hungry and looking for an incredible meal in the Lombard Illinois area. 5 ☆

The atmosphere in this place made me so nostalgic for my late 80s mosh pit days! Service was solid gold with easy going helpful attitude, attention to drink status and great food and drink suggestions. I wish I knew the two young women who served our party because Id love to give them a shout out! Food was delicious and their beer list is long and well curated. I will go back...Hopefully to catch some live music to add to an already great experience. (prices absolutely reasonable for serving size and quality)

One of the coolest bars/venue Ive ever been to. Edm on one side and metal band on the other... both were GETTIN IT!! Bartenders were on their game too, was busy but never had to wait for drinks. 10/10 recommend for a friend.

Nice waitress, good music and atmosphere. Good tasting water... But, we just had to leave after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes for the waitress to tell us she had no idea what happened to our food. (The table next to us placed an order, got their food in less than 20 minutes...)

If you’re looking for great food and good atmosphere this is the right place, their pizzas are delicious and the rose Mary chicken sandwich is to die for. However, if you’re looking for good service this is not the place for you. We came to Brauer House to have dinner and celebrate a friend’s birthday, it became a very u emítanle night due to the fact that we were ignored and neglected the entire time we were there, our server acted as if she was being forced to serve us, first our drinks took quite a while to come to the table to the point that one of the other girls came to ask us if we had been helped, our server never came around to ask if we needed a refill or if we needed silverware (which we never got at all), when we asked for some condiments they were thrown at our table (again, as if she was being forced to serve us) and even after thanking her for every little thing she did for us she never changed her attitude and behavior, we were so unattended that we had to walk up to the bar to ask for the check. It’s such a let down because we’ve come here multiple times before (specially when live bands play) and every time it just seems like their customer service declines more and more.Good customer service costs less than bad customer service!

Burger was good. 11.00 is a little too much though. Wings were good but could have been cooked a little more but they sat in the window a while before getting to us 5 feet away. Was told they were understaffed and that was very obvious with the service. No door one of the stalls in the mens bathroom and toilet was full and couldnt flush in the other stall with a door that had no lock. Not impressed. Place needs work and be better staffed. Tickets way to high priced for the bands too. Can see better for free or half the cost.

Very easy to get to, plenty of parking, but what impressed me the most was the free water they supplied during this heatwave at CDF. Definitely appreciated and did not go unnoticed

Great burgers, hand cut fries and good food overall. Wings are tasty - I like to mix the sauces to make a buffalo Q. Cant help to like a place that has loaded tots on the menu - and perfectly cooked. Atmosphere is like a dive bar, but cleaner. Good selection of beers on tap. Very good service. Retro games and pinball in the room between the restaurant and Live. I dig this place a bunch.

Went to see Fool House. Good show in the back venue. Bathrooms kind of gross but what you would not be surprised to see at a bar/concert.

Fun place, great atmosphere. The music got a bit too loud for conversation as the night wore on.

Got to see Sebastian Bach in this small little venue, not too small, just amazing!!! However, there was 0% air conditioning which sucked, also, it was truly hard to locate the location.

Recommended. Cool events and good music. Ales a bit pricey ($8 single two heart ale) and my to-go burger was undercooked. Had to reheat when got home, but i would def go again: for the cool and or unusual or spooky events, friendly people, good music and decent service.

Honestly I was shocked this place got such rave reviews on the burgers. My burger was one of the worst Ive ever had. The meat was about 2.5-3 thick in the middle of dry, hard, totally flavorless meat. The toppings were decent, I ordered Rosemarys baby but it was supposed to come on a pretzel bun and it definitely was not a pretzel bun. I had about 4 bites and couldnt force anymore of it. Our waitress was nice but seemed inexperienced. Forgot a lot of things and then seemed to be rushing us off as soon as we were done eating. We stayed and chatted for a few more hours but meanwhile she came and took every piece of silverware, napkins, dishes off the table but left our empty water glasses there. She also seemed to be rushing the bill, so my cousin asked if she was in a hurry to end her shift and she replied that she was there for a while longer so it made no sense. They were not busy either. The decor and vibe is cool but food and service wont get a return visit from me. Maybe we just went on a bad night with a new cook.

Ive been coming here every Thursday for four months now and this place is amazing. The servers are very nice, and do their best to get to everyone efficiently. Shout out to Alyssa and her trainee. The people there are also very nice. Pool room is the best place in the house, unless live music is playing. The food is also amazing, cant go wrong with any of the burgers or pizza.

It’s a decent suburban bar the only issue I have is drinks are expensive more do than Chicago! Think about this for sec $10 for a can of beer think about it can not bottle! Bottle usually taste better!!! Otherwise decent food so far haven’t tried much so can’t give more details on how good the food is! Overall not a bad place!

Service was prompt and regular. No complaints.Food was overcooked, old, or sat in the heat lamp too long. My burger was ordered medium rare but came out dry and grey in the center. Edible but average.The atmosphere was superb. Unfortunately I dont care about atmosphere

Overall had a great night. Food was good, bands were amazing. Id go again for sure. Downside took 10 minutes to be able to talk to any server and to find a table and even longer to get menus.

Wasnt sure what to expect. Its more on the dive bar side. Drink selections were good, wait staff and bartender were very friendly. I was happy they had burgers cooked to order, but disappointed that my ordered medium rare came out well done and bland as hell. I ordered a beer off the menu that was listed as 16oz and $8. What I got was clearly a 12oz glass but when I got the bill it was only $3. Was ready to give 2 star review but wifes food was good, beer and liquor decently priced and friendly staff makes it 4 stars. A bit of salt and pepper on burger that was cooked as ordered would have made it 5 stars.

Ive enjoyed the Brauer House a few years now. They serve great food! Personally, Im a big fan of their burgers and their homemade fries and chips. Although the interior design might be a little too-much for some, it truly has a great atmosphere. Dont let it dissuade you! The only thing I would suggest to improve is the availability of beer. The selection is decent, but they almost never have the beers I order. Not sure if they are just that popular to run out, or if they should increase deliveries... Overall, I would most definitely recommend!

Pub gate in the gothic German heavy metal atmosphere. Very memorable. Food better than average but two of my friends ask for medium rare burgers and they were well done. Staff is great the shift needs training

They have really good custom burgers. I also enjoy the atmosphere here they had live music and an arcade and over all was just a great place to hang. I also really like the bike nights on Thursday because I ride a motorcycle too. Overall great place.

The Sound system is great. The server staff is attentive and effective. The food is top notch. The bartenders know how to mix a great drink. There is a massive selection of beer and liquor. The management is very helpful. I love the layout of the place. Pool tables and pinball machines plus a digital jukebox. Not much more you can ask for! I love me some BrauerHouse!

I went to Brauerhouse for the first time last night. You couldnt ask for better service, friendly staff, amazing food and a kick ass atmosphere. The owner Steve is so nice and accommodating. He makes you feel right at home. Awesome place to check out if you are in the area. I cant wait to get back there and see another concert!

I have been going there for years every Thursday with a group of friends.The wait staff service has been in constant decline since 2021. The bar tenders are good but the wait staff, not so much. The food quality this past year has declined.

Food was good! Drinks were good but they were pushing us out because of the live music coming.so plan accordingly if you want to eat an drink and talk a bit make sure you check. We had to rush as no finish as we werent there for the music. There to drink and laugh with my friends. Had to go else where for our evening

First time here and will certainly not be the last. A great space perfect for enjoying their fantastic wings and fries like mom used to make. Fun, engaging staff as well. Im already looking forward to my next visit.

Second concert Ive seen at this venue, BHOUSE LIVE, come early if you want to sit down. Its a loud room as there is little sound damping material utilized. Brauer House is the smaller bar / restaurant in the front that serves up pretty good food. Ive grazed and watered there a few times and would definitely recommend it.

We saw 3 bands play here. Very large area for shows. It was a pretty busy night!Staff we encountered were all attentive. Restroom was clean. It had a fenced in smoking area. Both stages had bands playing. Great price for a fun night out! Will definitely be back to try the food! They have a game room with 5 pinball games including a Iron Madien one and Metallica! Plus a pool table.

The size and layout would be more suitable for less energetic music acts. Bar is easy enough to get to, and we didnt have problems with service.I would not recommend this if you are looking for a place to hold a conversation with companions. Would love to get some bigger acts here.

Ive seen some really good shows here, but its still very much the bad kind of biker bar. The owner is known for racist Facebook rants. Also, they have 30+ taps, but last time I went they were 100% IPAs; I asked the bartender do you have anything thats not an IPA? and the answer was PBR.
