The owner and employees have given me discounts and even free items from time to time to show appreciation for the business. They will even order things for you that they might not carry. Best smoke shop I found in the area. Very helpful employees they take time to find the right product. Very patient and knowledgeable. I always come here for my BREEZES (best price around )and hookah flavours . I also bought a hookah from them at a very reasonable price. Woul definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quality product at less price.

Been coming here for a few weeks now for their Stiiizzy brand cartridges. Great deal for sure, best prices I have seen in all of Illinois for these cartridges. They are Delta 8but theyre like $20 bucks, great deal!

Owner is a so nice guy, Learned that “HQD” brand popular is popular worldwide. Cannot help to try it. Get one lemon passion fruit , it’s amazing, very smooth, and good flavor, . there’s no doubt that it’s an international brand. I like it so much. Long lasting around 10 days. I will buy again.

Once This establishment got its new ownership some years back, it has done nothing but improve. This store went from your every-day shop to a hub for all things smoking. The store is very clean, and everything is neatly organized. Featuring everything from glass at all price ranges, to hookah, to vapes (and of course a massive selection of disposables), and anything you could imagine in between. The staff is always extremely friendly and personable, and the prices are extremely competitive. Going in when the owner is in is always a special treat.

Excellent customer service!Here’s the story; it was 11:30 on a Sunday night; I accidentally dropped and broke the quartz tip of my Lookah Seahorse Pro and wanted(needed!) to quickly replace it before work tomorrow. Of course a quick Google search told me this shop is OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT EVERY NIGHT! However it was the friendly gentleman who answered the phone who reassured me that not only did they sell the piece I needed to replace; but they would kindly be willing to keep the lights on long enough for me to make a 25 minute to get to the only smoke shop open till midnight on a Sunday in my “area”. I showed up with 10 minutes to spare; both employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, and that’s the reason I keep coming here!

Bought boxes of vapes at a time that were dupes. Lots of money spent that never worked. I went to another vape shop and they showed me the official seal from the brand and none of the broken boxes I received from here had. When I brought it to their attention several times, they said oh sorry, no replacement offered. Will not be going back.

In my experience shopping here, I found it to be far more helpful in terms of the staff and the questions they ask, the concern they show and the interest in customer satisfaction. They were far more helpful than the surrounding smoke shops.Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is due to the vape selection. It leaves alot to be desired. They have exclusive vape products I havent heard of or seen in other shops but there could be a little more variety and larger selection.All in all, I dig it. Keep up the good work guys! 👍

I stopped by on black Friday and Kam was working.... My very first time here and he welcomed me like he knew me! first thing I look for is a greeting when I walk into any establishment. I needed quite a few things he had them all... Very reasonable prices and very clean environment satisfied with my purchase for sure! Nice location and nice staff, just skip if you’re sensitive to strong smells. There is a dense mildew-y smell covered by incense. I got paper cones, but unfortunately I realized too late they all smell strongly like the store and had to throw them out when I got home.

$1 for 4 screens? Smokes has 5 for 15 cents, these guys always try to overcharge if you don’t ask for price, no consistency, some day things are more expensive, some days they’re cheaper.
