EDIT #2; 5 Star still after returning to Chicago, I commented on their prices being unmatched anywhere else Ive been too (between here and Florida) and he told me he would even PRICE MATCH any other stores that beat theirs. But thats not needed because Ive never come across lower prices. Theyre a high volume store so they can afford to have lower prices.They also have the NEW CALIBURN A2 pods which are 5x better than the original, theyre 1.2 ohms and fill in the side opposed to the top which allows more vape juice per fill and they leak way less with the new design. Highly recommend trying them out.The BEST PRICES, SELECTION, CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRODUCTS. This place is not what it seems. I told them multiple times where I get the vapes for 2 for 30 and they never reasoned with me about matching any price, they just ignored me. THEN I bought one vape for it to die THE SAME EXACT DAY!! After they told me that they work there and they can try all the vapes they want, did they sell me a broke vape, like I have bought this brand several times it’s NEVER stopped working after 1 day!! Go here a couple times a week. Well did. Went yesterday and bought the product at a lower price. Different person helped me today so i ask if the same item was a price, same as yesterday, which I was told was yes. Great so I increased my order cause I was happy with the price. When I went to pay the price is off so I question it. I was told the price was higher than agreed to. But we agreed to a price? Live up to your word. But no instead of that I was told Im sorry. I paid the extra because I knew this would be the last sale for me from here. You seem to give your word to some customers but not all of them. 101 in sales is every loyal customer will always come back. But burn a loyal customer and burn a bridge to riches. Being the best isnt important enough. Earning the right to stay the best is. You just made your competition stronger. That is not what the best does. Shame

Bought tons of stuff here and regularly buy the Posh XL here! Prices are great some of the best Ive seen in the area and the staff is extremely honest and friendly! One occasion I bought my usual posh and noticed the seal didnt look right on the packaging, which Im sure was a manufacturer error! And the man working behind the counter immediately replaced the device free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience! Great shop will continue to support highly recommended!

So they sell me a caliburn and it breaks in a week. I come back in they tell me oh you dont have a the box or warranty card so all we can do is give you 30% off a new one so i bought and paid for the new one. Guess what in a week it stops working so now i bring in the device, the box, the receipt and warranty card and now they say we dont do returns 100% dishonest business model. They just make every excuse to not stand behind their products. But i still remained 100% proffessional just to have buddy yell as i walk out we dont even need customers like you to be honest!Its also pretty obvious they are doing something to have multiple 1 star reviews but still have a 5.0 star rating.Wise Guys Vapes a mile down roosevelt has the same products cheaper and will warranty. Came Across this smoke shop from the puffco website they are authorized retailers spoke to a nice young lady named amber great customer service she answered all my questions even the stupid ones she guided me she was a great help ther was also a nice young man who was great to I was a dollar short on my purchase and he pulled a dollar from his pocket not to send me out to the car I did not accept but what a nice gesture I also met the owner very nice guy tough negotiator I’m one of the greats and he had me on my heals lol but in the end made me a great package deal spent over $600 but was happy with the purchase best prices for vaporizers hands down they have everything Probably the coolest store I’ve been to and also backs up his products I felt Comfortable spending my money here and that’s a big deal if you are making a big purchase I recommend them Highly

Dr. Smoke is a really nice spot, but on my last two visits I was sold defective products. I purchased Mr. Fog vapes and on both occasions the devices were defective, they had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. On my last visit I attempted to refund or have the defective product exchange and was told that they dont do refunds or exchanges. So, basically I was sold defective not functioning properly products and had no recourse to correct the problem. Times are way to hard to just throw money away! Buyers Beware !!! Their Mr. Fog vapes are defective right out the box. Purchase at your own risk.
