Post-massage from this location, and Im definitely coming back. I have no question about it. So beautiful inside, and I felt so welcomed, coming out relaxed and stress free. Me and my mom had a gift certificate, and we both got the 45-minute signature massage like half an hour ago. My massage therapists name was Heaven, and she did not disappoint. This was also my first time getting a massage, professionally done, so I am so grateful I experienced it here!

This is based on a single experience. I scheduled a mani pedi, arrived on time for my appointment, had to wait over 20mins. I was barely greeted, no acknowledgement of lateness and unfriendly service. The amount of dry skin and gunk left under my nails was amazing. Apparently this place has a policy to specifically avoid cleaning up anything other than the nail itself. I wish this was explicitly made clear as this is not what I want from a manicure. Mani means hand in French, not just the nail. The front desk did extend a discount.

This is the type of “day spa” I have been looking for in Los Angeles!I’m a spa junk. I travel all over the world to try spas and I have to say the Milk + Honey is a great spot to hit when in L.A if you want a spa experience outside of the cookie cutter hotel spas.The staff is friendly and inviting. They will escort you through the spa so your know the layout. The locker rooms are clean and elegant. They offer a steam shower which I recommend arriving 15 minutes before your massage to loosen your muscles. Make sure you shampoo and conditioner with the Virtue products that they have in the shower. I loved the shower steam so much it took a lot to get myself out of there.I had a 75 minute massage and warm oil scalp massage followed by a facial. I recommend you get both. I started my services at 11:45am and it’s now 3:30pm.Take your time to enjoy and relax at Milk + Honey. Your beauty, body and mind will thank you for it!

My husband got me the Lux Retreat package to relax and I was excited to try the spa. I decided to plan my appointment on a Saturday as a spa day and booked my appointment via a phone call. The robes were so comfy and the spa was really clean which I appreciated. They also have a few snacks in the waiting area which was comfortable and cute. My signature massage was done by Ariel and it was amazing. It was really relaxing and the oils smelled heavenly. I definitely want to go back for this service. Ariel took her time and my massage was so relaxing. I get massages quite often and this was one of the best ones I’ve had. I don’t remember who did my facial but the esthetician did a great job. My face looked great and I definitely felt like it was needed since I don’t do much to my skin. I would recommend the 90 minute facial.I had a lux manicure and lux pedicure. I have had better mani pedis. They do dry mani pedis so they use spray bottles. While I enjoyed the warm towels, I like soaking my feet in water. The person who worked on me did a good job. She took her time and did file my nails well. I didn’t realize that the lux mani pedi did not include gel polish. When I found out, I tried to upgrade my polish to gel but I couldn’t. I wish I had been told about this when booking the service since I did it on the phone. I waited for 15 minutes and then the manicurist checked my nails and said they were dry. I went to change and apparently one of my nails was not dry. It got messed up. I asked someone at the front desk if it could be fixed before I left. She asked if I was ok with waiting almost 40 minutes to fix one nail. After about 5 minutes she asked if she could get the clear top coat and fix it. I said sure. She got the polish and handed it to me to fix my own nail. I fixed it and waited for it to dry. I got the manicure on Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday it had already started chipping. I think it’s crazy to charge $55 for a manicure and have them fix a screw up and also I don’t think the pedicure was worth $80 either. I was annoyed by how the woman at the front desk treated me because the manicurist checked my nails and told me they were dry. Asking her to take a minute out of her day to fix one nail should not have been a big deal but the woman at the front desk acted like it was. I’m used to better service especially since they charge luxury prices.To sum this up, massages and facials amazing but I would skip the mani pedi. This place would be perfect for a spa day with a girlfriend or significant other too.

I booked this spa for my birthday, and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was soothing and welcoming. I booked a facial with Nardine, and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended products that would suit my skin needs. I also indulged in a massage with Chelle, and it was pure bliss. Her technique was perfect, and she was very insightful. She was attentive to my preferences and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the session.

Had the best signature massage by Darrel and he was amazing! His hands were gliding so wonderfully across my body and I felt so relaxed. He was super nice and treated me with one of the best massages I’ve had at milk honey and I go every 3 months. By far the best!

I had an amazing deep tissue massage session with Madeline, and I cant recommend her enough! Her technique was impeccable, and she clearly knows what shes doing. Madeline expertly targeted all my problem areas, providing much-needed relief from tension and stress. She consistently takes the time to carefully assess my skin and listens attentively to my concerns, tailoring each treatment to meet my specific needs. Moreover, Roxanna always offers valuable skincare advice to help maintain the results at home. I wholeheartedly recommend Roxanna to anyone in search of a skilled and knowledgeable esthetician.

Wow this place is truly magical. I took my friend here for her birthday to get our nails done & it was fantastic. You check in at the front desk and then they guide you to the bathroom/lockers where you can store your items. From there they took me to this beautiful sitting room where I waited for my friend to get there. Once she arrived, they guided us to the nail room.I did the classic M + H pedicure and my friend did the gel manicure. The pedicure is waterless which is definitely unordinary. I felt that my manicurist really took her time making my nails perfectly shaped and clean. I loved the polish color that my manicurist recommended. It was a pearly white that was the perfect neutral, yet fun color. I do prefer a pedicure with water, massage chairs and a massage. Those were three key things that I love to help me relax during a pedicure and missed here. This place is very pricey. You pay for the ambiance not necessarily the most amazing experience.

I had the most amazing experience with Melanie. I Am a new mom and have not had any filler or Botox in a long time. She did such an amazing job. I feel like I look so rested and rejuvenated which is the pick me up I needed. I highly recommend her and truely trust her with my face!Thank you so much

Recently visited this spa and got an ultimate facial and added an extra 15 gua sha bonus. The total price was really expensive so I had high hopes, but was overall very disappointed with the service and results. My service ended 15-20 minutes before it should have and esthetician only used the gua sha on my face for 3-5 minutes (plus my skin was not properly hydrated for this step so I could really feel the tool dragging in an unpleasant way).My skin got worse for 3 days after the treatment and then returned to a normal state. I never saw any improvements from the baseline skin I went in with.Dont waste your money, there are many other spas in LA that can offer the same/better treatment at a much more affordable price.

One of the best massages I’ve experienced in a while. The front desk ladies were extremely kind and accommodating. This was my first time at this location so unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the masseuse, but he was amazing. He was patient and assuring. He exceeded my expectations. It’s been at least five years since I last dozed off on a table in the care of a masseuse. The waiting suite is stocked with refreshments while you wait, which is another plus. Lastly, the aesthetics of milk + honey adds to the deluxe experience that you will not find anywhere else. Wait no longer, pay them a visit! I will definitely be returning.

Facial 10/10. Front desk 4/10. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase me a gc for a LuxHYDRAFACIAL over the weekend. I showed the girl a screenshot of what I wanted and she said she can put it on a GC. She asked if he wanted to pay for gratuity on the GC. He said yes, 20%. She said great we have you down for the LuxHydrafacial on Tuesday at 10:15, I will go ahead and put the GC info on your account let me get your email. Well, they called the morning of to reschedule. I call back to reschedule and ask to maybe change to the LuxFacial since it was my first time and the girl said, well we have you down for the LuxHydrafacial so you can decide the day of. So I went in today and when checking out, the girl (different than who helped up on the weekend, and was very helpful) told me I owed money and the GC amount was for a LuxFacial. I am confused, mind you, they offered 20% off because they canceled my appointment the day of and I took time off work. So, me going in thinking I am being treated by my boyfriend to a facial, ends up paying out of pocket almost $60 for services that should have been originally charged. Also, they could not find the GC amount because the email was incorrect. The bottom line is, the girl who helped on Saturday did not have my email down correctly, so had I received the email with the GC amount and day of facial maybe I could have crossed reference beforehand. The front of the house is who the customer first sees and deals with and they need to be on it because that is the first part of the whole experience. I am not happy about having to pay out of pocket when in my mind, I am being treated to a self-care day. All that being said, I am indifferent about going back. My facial with Susie was fantastic and I loved every minute of it. The scheduling of an appointment as first-time customer was a nightmare.

It has been years since Ive gotten a facial and my experience at Milk & Honey did not disappoint! My aesthetician Nardine was wonderful from start to finish. I wanted to get extractions done around my nose and chin area that were having some breakouts and congestion, and I was worried it would be quite painful. Nardine was gentle and detail-oriented and I was so pleased with how clean my skin felt and looked afterwards. Their lounge and lobby area is also wonderful and makes the whole experience feel so luxurious. Im already looking forward to my next visit and will be spreading the word with all of my LA friends.

I had the best facial done by Nardine! She was so attentive, kind, and accommodating to my requests, which is something I really appreciated. I left feeling very relaxed and glowing!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. A clean, relaxing day spa with beautiful accommodations and a fantastic staff. The robes were super soft and comfortable and there was a nice selection of snacks and drinks in the spa waiting room. My massage therapist, Madeleine, was excellent - she made sure I was completely comfortable and I asked for medium pressure, which she delivered. I could have spent the whole day there if I had the time! Will definitely be going back.

What a great experience!Trying botox with someone new is always scary! Yet Melanie was very focused on my hopeful outcome ~ having asked me many questions & answered all my concerns as well! Melanie is very detailed in her approach & clearly takes pride in her work knowing I will literally be walking around with it in my face! I got “the ultimate” massage with Will. What a fantastic experience! He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am a marathon runner in the midst of training and his sports knowledge and experience of doing similar activities really helped guide the experience to achieve exactly what I was hoping for. This is more 3.5 starsI dont really know much about the spa because I walked in and whisked immediately to get my pedicure. Are the amenities? I have no idea since I didnt even learn about the spa itself.I knew parking would be tough, they send an email letting you know that it will suck. However, I did not expect to have to park 1/4 of a mile away and spend 30 minutes trying to find that spot on a Friday morning at 7.30 am.I didnt love the dry pedicure and wouldnt do it again.I also didnt love my facial. I didnt feel like it did much for me. However, I DID love the Osea product she recommended.Its hard for me to choose this in the future over Burke Williams which I just feel is a better experience.

Melanie is wonderful for all your MedSpa needs. I had a BBL + Moxi with her and was very impressed by her knowledge, training, listening to my needs, and the thoroughness of the treatment. She spent a lot of time on my treatment doing multiple passes and changing settings so I could get the best results, and fortunately Milk and Honey has nice long appointment blocks, so it allows providers to give the best treatment possible. Also was able to hang out in the spa waiting room and have tea while numbing, which was a lovely experience. Usually when I go to check out after med spa treatments, I think to myself “that was very expensive, not sure if it’s worth it, but hope it works,” but in this case I was happy to pay, and it definitely feels like the treatment and results are worth the price they are charging. I’ll be back again to have BBL+Moxi done on a regular basis, and hope to also check out the spa services soon!

Horrible customer service. I was a regular at Culver City, until I visited the Brentwood location yesterday. My appointment was 5:00 for a 60-min massage.1. They were reluctant to help me out as I was running late - I agreed to pay for 60 min and receive a 30 min massage.I was able to get an additional 30 min only because my friend insisted they suggest me something. Once again, I’ve been a client for at least 6 months and I tip well. But who cares? 🤷‍♀️And before arriving, as I was driving, it was 5:14, someone from the front desk called me and said that if I don’t arrive in 1 min, they’ll give me only a 15-min massage. I didn’t get it.2. Front desk technicians were extremely rude and stressed me out every time I reached out - not the quality of service you expect in a “luxury” spa.3. I was refused the promo code that I always used in a different location. However, the web-site does accept the promo code.4. I was almost tricked with the tip amount. 🤷‍♀️Not a relaxing experience. I left even more stressed than I had arrived. And once again - I kept apologizing all the way, because I felt it was totally my fault to be late. But it’s not my job to treat regular clients well, even if they’re late (for the first time ever).I wrote up a complaint to their email, and all I got is a voice mail saying “this promo code is just 1 time”. That’s it!So choose wisely

My first time at Milk + Honey didnt disappoint. During check in we realized my appointment was actually for the next day, but thankfully they were able to fit me in. The team at the check in desk were kind and accommodating. I went in for a massage because I tweaked my neck while sleeping and was in a fair amount of pain. Nate, the massage therapist who worked on me, was skilled and able to dedicate a significant amount of time to my neck area to help relieve some of my pain. I left feeling a lot better, my pain decreased and I was so relaxed. Ill definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience!

I got a deep tissue massage with Hiro this morning, and I cannot speak highly enough about her! She is so knowledgable and it was so relaxing. I give that experience 5 stars.This is such a nice facility, however it’s so disappointing that they don’t have a lot of amenities. No sauna, steam room, or whirlpool? Also the steam shower function was broken today so I couldn’t even enjoy that amenity It takes so much away from the day spa experience in my opinion. The locations are convenient, but the lack of amenities make me want to go back to Burke Williams.

Just came in for my first ever treatment at Milk + Honey. Melanie Torres NP-C did my Botox injections and I must say this was one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a Medspa. Melanie is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very personable. She made my day and I will definitely highly recommend Melanie and Milk + Honey to friends!

Went here on Easter Day because I kept having a hard time booking at my massage spot that I have a membership. The prenatal massage was wonderful. I did an hour and a half. They have the belly wedges that make it a lot more comfortable to her a massage.

Gorgeous facility full of soft tones, eucalyptus, crystals, and calming energy! I had a signature massage with Amanda (I went with the nourishing/moisturizing oil and the scent was divine) and she was amazing! I do a lot of boxing workouts which lead to very sore/stiff muscles and Amanda really took the time to focus on my needs; she had me leaving renewed and feeling 100x better than when I came in! The hot tea and steam shower after were icing on top of a great experience! I’ve recommended to all of my friends!!!

I purchased a massage package for my fiancé and she experienced one of the best massages she has ever received. The therapist is knowledgeable, professional, and able to create a wonderful environment. I would describe this as a luxury massage salon. Definitely recommend.

As someone who was going to Botox for first time, Alice was very educational and kind and eased my concerns. I trust her as an injector because of her PA background, and 17 years of injecting experience. I wont be going to anyone else! She was the absolute best.

My treatments with Melanie have been great. The results look natural and she has a gentle touch, no bruises. She is really nice too! Def recommend.

The spa was nice and clean. I was offered a robe and slippers before I received my wax. The bottle of water I was given, had hair in it, which took me by surprise. I immediately threw it in the trash. Completely grossed out by that! The staff was really friendly though. This was my worst waxing experience ever. I literally felt like my skin was going to be ripped off along with my hair. I kept stopping the lady, and let me say I have a high threshold for pain but this hurt like hell. I was sweating everywhere, even behind my knees. It felt like the woman who gave me the wax, wasnt that experienced. I was praying the whole time, for it to be over. Waxing in general isnt fun, but this took the cake. She had to go over a lot of spots, per my request, because there was hair left. For $95 I expected to be completely bald and I wasnt when I left. Im not saying, I wouldnt go back for another service, but I wouldnt go back for a wax.

Just got an absolutely wonderful deep tissue massage from Heather. Her pressure was exceptional and she was very thoughtful about how she approached and then focused on certain problem areas. Also loved the opportunity to pick oil from a selection of (all great) scents or unscented. The spa itself has such a bright, airy feel that lifts your energy, including the soothing and earthy waiting room. Love the M+H quality of the experience in Austin where Im based, and this new Brentwood location was no exception.

I don’t think gel removal should be extra $$. With the 60$ charge for a gel manicure, and the 60 minute block allotted for this service, that seems like enough time and money for a gel removal to be included, if it’s needed.

OMG this was one of the best experiences of my life. Cierra gave the best facial ever. I brought my mom and I to get a massage and facial for Mother’s Day and we both really enjoyed this experience and we will be returning. From the atmosphere to the workers, it was amazing! I love it and I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. My skin looks so amazing😍

I had a facial, a massage and a brow wax. All three services were very good. However, even though their website says residential street parking available, it is not on Thursday or Fridays mornings bcus of street cleaning! I arrived at the location 10 mins before my appointment time but ended up being 25 mins late looking for parking, cutting my massage short. They say they have a small lot behind, it has two spaces and the employees probably park there. If you plan to stay more than an hour, which is the limit of the meter parking, make sure you bring lots of change so they can feed the meter for you or plan to go non street cleaning days.

I visited this location for a 1 hour massage with Steve. It was amazing! Steve was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend Steve if you are looking for ultimate relaxation!

The receptionist was really welcoming and sweet . My esthetician was Roxanna and she was amazing and detailed . The treatment felt very rejuvenating and detailed . I left with a glowing and clean face and super stress free . The spa is very clean , zen and warm . Absolutely recommend this place and Roxanna for your facial needs 😍

Excellent facilities, staff and service. I cant give 5 stars because of their astronomically high prices - and I truly understand the axiom that you get what you pay for. With that said, theyre still charging too much IMO. Still, a great experience if you are feeling like splurging.

This place is a booking nightmare with rude managment. I booked an appointment online only to have them reschedule the appointment without consulting me first. I only received an email notification that this change was made-I was not called and asked if I could make the new appointment time. When I called in to see when my appointment now was, I was on hold for a longer period only to speak with someone who wasn’t even in their spa but in some other location. Then, I was put on hold again to talk to the manager of the location where my appointment was. The manager I then spoke to was defensive and insisted that they do call to change appointment times despite the fact that this did not happen in my case. I then received an email from her doubling down on this stance and insisting this was their computer system’s error (with a screen shot), and therefore, not their’s. Whether you personally changed my appointment time or your computer did it, it was your business’s mistake and not mine. Take responsibility, fix the problem, and treat the client who brought this to your attention with respect and gratitude. This was a waste of my time and I wish I had not booked an appointment here.

Absolutely amazing spa salon. Had hydro facial which was spectacular and my skin feels rejuvenated. Highly recommend any laser treatments there. They have great experts.

This place is amazing! What I love the most is that it is open until 10 pm so I can come here after work and its also not busy during certain hours which is perfect of you want peace and quiet.
