My boyfriend and I recently enjoyed a fantastic couples massage at Zero Gravity Massage in Louisville, KY, and we can’t stop raving about our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The facility was impeccably clean and easily accessible, allowing us to relax right from the start.What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service we received. The staff was welcoming, and the customer service agent went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed. We even arrived 30 minutes early, and they graciously accommodated us without any hesitation.The massage itself was pure bliss! The feeling of being massaged in multiple areas at once was unmatched. We left feeling rejuvenated, completely pampered, and well rested because we definitely took a snooze!Overall, our visit to Zero Gravity Massage was nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience. We’ll definitely be returning as soon as possible!

This was such a relaxing experience. They work with you over the phone to get setup, they were really friendly. Then the chair takes over the experience. I don’t really like strangers touching me so this was perfect! My husband and I really enjoyed the entire experience. We are already planning our next visit. Edit: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I left my rings in the room and went out of their way to make sure I got them back. I really appreciated it!

Came to the address that’s listed. No one answered the door so I called the phone number. The gentleman on the phone was very evasive about giving a suite number for me to check the place out to see if it was something I wanted to schedule for before I schedule it. Something just seems a little sketch about the whole conversation. He never would give me the suite number and said there’s no one there and “the chairs can’t answer”.

Unique massage experience! Unlike those ordinary massage chairs in airports or nail salons. Zero Gravity massage is very effective at treating all the body aches & pains, especially the feet and lower legs as these areas get attention throughout the entire session.

This is perfect to get your body back in relax mode! Private room, two gravity massage chairs, calm lighting with lights projected on ceiling also. Relaxing music so when you close your eyes, you literally only focused on the waves of the oceans or the crackle of the fire wood sound along with your body being massaged and stretched all at the same time. The check-in process is easy! It is upstairs in a building with other business but you have a private room. The staff is super friendly and very responsive and always has great deals to offer! COVID friendly business!

Very relaxing experience! We went for a couples massage. This was perfect for our date night. I absolutely love the chairs and the full body massage. I recommend 10/10 and will definitely be back!

I was skeptical, but this is a great massage. Its a good alternative for those who struggle with traditional massage. The Thai Extended massage includes some nice stretching. Next time I go, I would bring my own earbuds and eye cover for sensory deprivation - I did find the sound of the chairs a little distracting. It left me feeling loose and relaxed, Ill definitely do it again.

I made an appointment for my husband and I. He was less than thrilled about it. After the massage he was sold. He has even asked about going back again.

So freaking cool. As a person who struggles with traditional massage for a lot of reasons, this was truly a relaxing experience. So many features so many options to adjust. No people to bother you 😂. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a no contact massage experience.
