I usually don’t post on here but This past week I was celebrating my 35th anniversary with my Edward, he’s a cigar smoker. I’ve never been in one of these places but it was 2 fine gentlemen who helped and guided me get the perfect gift which he enjoyed. Thank You, Thank You.

Tried to come shop glass at this place. I was going to drop serious money on a new dab rig and hoped this would be the place.Anyone who has tried to buy a glass piece knows it takes time to pick out the right piece.I also ride a very expensive electric bike. I keep it clean. Its stored inside. It never gets wet. I always lock it up, no matter what. Or I bring it inside if a place doesnt have a bike rack. (Which this place doesnt)Knowing all this, I tried to bring my bike inside. But even before I could assure the staff that its clean, Im here to shop, no need to worry, I was SCREAMED at to leave. No asking of information, no customer service. Just screaming.Forget this place. Theyre terrible.

I love coming to this store always helpfull, plus I have a disability and I call them and they serve me at my truck rain or shine thanks guys your awesome.

I recently started back on my endless cigar journey with me being back in my home state. I tried out this spot after going to BJs and ill have to say the cigar specials, greatly stocked with my favorite cigars and the hidden jewel smoking lounge plus the atmosphere this has to be one of the best cigar places around.

Always friendly , fast service with a smile. Kayla is a joy to talk to. Kayla and the others always make my experience in there store pleasant! I go out of way to stop in this location.

I really just moved to Madison Heights from Downtown. I usually go to some smoke shops on the east side. When I went to this store they were so helpful and knowledgeable about my needs (Vapes/ papers) I never seen more different choices in the things I need. Thank You staff

RJ & Ron are the Best !!! I drive out my way to visit their humidor, BEST selection of cigars in the area. 5 Star service.

Another one!?! What is the deal with this excuse that the $5 price difference for the Mr Vapor Flex, Breeze, and almost everything else between this location and a few other ones (Sylvan Lake on Orchard Lake Rd), and the rest of the locations where the prices are less, where Im told the price differences are because there must be another vape store theyre competing with. Nope. THEYRE FRANCHISES! Thats why they use some lame excuse to blame the corporate parent company for their higher prices 🤭🙄. Lame. Ill drive 5 minutes to the other locations every time. Are you guys gonna try surge pricing next? Jeez Louise

Awesome smoke shop! They have a wide selection of cigars at great prices (the buy one get one free is amazing!), the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; and they have an awesome lounge to smoke, hang out, and watch TV in.

I love Wild Bills. Theyve saved my Bacon more then once when Ive left the house with out a smoke. Nice selection of cigars at slightly discounted prices and 2 for 1 specials. And although they dont have the largest or nicest selection of Pipe tobaccos, their loose cut House blends are not bad. I love their English blends as well as the Black Cordial and the Rum Maple. Each store is a little different and my favorites are the ones with the lounges where you can sit and strike up a conversation and smoke your worries away. Over all, I love em.

How can you not love this place? As me being a cigar aficionado this is the only cigar place that the whole staff is knowledgeable about cigars. Great atmosphere, I always suggest my out of town friends to go there when in town IF they want quality.

Quite frankly… I could write an essay about my experience but I’ll keep it short and sweet!I’ve been shopping at this location for a few years now on and off. My experience at surrounding vape shops and the like hasn’t even come close. Why?- Staff treat customers as “long lived friends” and transcend being simply transactional.- Prices across the board are less than the local surrounding competition.- RJ, Ron & Kayla are all incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the majority of what’s sold at their location and know most of the product lines incredibly well.- Location incredibly well stocked and up-kept.All of these points are genuine and come from a random customer that just happened to stumble upon this location / chain in general after just coming back from the West Coast for over a decade. It’s often very difficult to find a vape shop that you can dependably, frequent and not run into things chronically being out of stock due to an ever-changing industry. This Wild Bills delivers on all fronts. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that the majority of what has brought me back can easily be attributed to the three staff members. I mentioned above in this review. I have visited a few other locations since being in Michigan. Why all the inventory is the same for the most part, you can’t replace an organically functional human customer service experience.Thank you 🙏 for being awesome!!Addendum:It’s typical that these overly glowing reviews are simply derived from the business themselves, but I am happy to demonstrate the authenticity of this one however one finds sufficient, if necessary!

Went in there to get cigarettes, and a case of vaps for my wife when I grabbed 2 half boxes of the vaps and the employee grab them out of my had and was very rude stating that he had a box in the back for one thing when a customer has something in there hand dont take it from them with a aditude I wont bring my 300 a week back to that store !!!!! Well I emailed you and no response so that was my last time at a wild bills !!!!!!

This is the official store for our cigar club - PF Cigar Club Association of Oakland County, They are the leaders on getting the Surrogate brand and Liga Pravdas. Wild Bill associates at store are very helpful with cigars & cigar accessories. An A+ store.

Austin and Justin and some other guy working at this location where the best Wild Bill’s employees I’ve ever came in contact with. On point with everything they were selling. Very knowledgeable on products. They sold me a product that I have been looking for a very long time that goes with non nicotine juice. I will be returning to this store again and also sending customers. Thanks guys! Great job!

I travel all around the state of Michigan and deal with multiple wild bills. Im sure all wild Bills policies are no returns on glass. Yet the employees here lie to get their sales and then shake their head when you walk in the door for the return.They wouldnt even budge on in-store credit. This store works off the mentality of ( say whatever you can now to get the sale & let the receipt talk) I cant imagine the amount of small claims court cases you have.There is a reason why big cigar manufacturers & distributer will not work with wild bills.

Every visit to the 12 mile and John r location has always been pleasant. The crew is always happy and very very knowledgeable. They make it easy to ask a question so you are not left feeling dumb for asking. Always a great visit.

This Wild Bills can be a pain sometimes. Ive been there every 2 weeks for the past 4 years and they still ask me for my ID. The staff doesnt have a lot of knowledge on their product which I think is important for a smoke shop. I personally prefer to shop at the one near 13 and Ryan.

Went yesterday to pick up a few sticks which they had. I also had a look for must tries. They not only had them, but the staff was helpful in helping me locate them. He also told about specials and sales they have weekly. Definitely my go to cigar place from now on.

They have helped me picked out great items for my herbs rather it’s glass or wraps.

The staff was very helpful with their product knowledge. Gave some good advice for my budget as well as what has the most longevity. Didnt take long at all, I was in and out. Ill be visiting again soon.

I bought some products for dry smoke because Im a heart patient ,no papers. I Tried it I didnt like it, so I tried to return it. It is not posted that you can Not try vape or any other machines or pipes and then return them.I spent 100.00 on store personnels recommendations I didnt like it, tried to return/exchange it,then the Policy was told to me. Bad policy!! But Manager understood and allowed me to get something that I liked! Kudos to personnel!! SHAME ON WILD BILLS POLICY!!! LOYAL CUSTOMER

Started going there because my husband stopped smoking cigarettes and got into Juuls. Huge variety of cartridges. Knowledgeable staff, decent prices, parking can be a little difficult but not terrible.

Great selection and service as always EXCEPT... and its a BIGGY to me... Management decided to CLOSE both the lounge AND the RESTROOMS to the public! Thats a YUGE NO NO!! GOOD RESTROOM is WHY I decided to stop in and grab some extra juice!! SO if you count on using their LOVELY restroom or lounge as part of the experience, let MANAGEMENT Know thats an IMPORTANT part of what makes the experience work for you, like it does for me!!

The staff was alright, this is more towards corporate and the policies they enforce on their stores. I bought a vape pen from this location, and the first night I charged the pen according to directions, and it held a charge for about 20 minutes, then died. When I tried to charge it, the charger broke (lights stopped working and wouldn’t connect) and I was unable to charge the pen. The next day from this same location I bought a replacement universal charger thinking this might fix the problem, and charged it almost all night, only to find out the next day that it held a charge for about 5 minutes. Tried one last time to charge it for another 3 hours, and it held a charge again for about 5 minutes. The receipt from this store literally says, “Exchanges on defective E cig products must have receipt & be returned within 14 days in original packaging” so I attempted to bring the entire pen, along with broken charger, back to the store, where the guy told me that I could come in on a certain day soon where they would be selling replacement batteries on sale, and that he could not replace the product because it had been used by me. So... my question is, how am I able to figure out a product is broken, without using it...? So now I have spent over $40 with a product that does not work, and I have to spend more money on possibly more faulty parts, but not from this location.

Young girl in there had these two meth / heroin head ladies that were super annoying and ultra methy. She handled them well, felt bad for her. The guy helping us was really nice, very professional. The store is clean and well setup. Back to those meth ladies, they were complaining about the tobacco not being fruity enough. Like Jesus Christ, you basically shoot drain-o into your veins , Im sure your sophisticated tastes can chill out a bit. Thanks for the help, appreciate the professionalism.

Nice selection. Trouble buying anything I needed for bho in this store the dude and the blonde both clueless trying to sell me the wrong attachments. Had to go to the one in hp. They have a real nice selection at the 12 mile store but I kept asking about a chamber they kept trying to sell me chambers to burn a different type of oil like I dunno what I need. Staff at this location frustratingly unknowledgeable. Dont go there for specialty items.

I was in the store looking around I’m not from the state. I’m currently looking to move here and will never come back to this location. I was accused of stealing when I left. Then when I came back in and dumped my pockets and wa dumping my fiancé’s purse they claimed they didn’t accuse me of stealing they “were just checking”

DO NOT GO HERE. PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM. BOUGHT 100$ worth of vape equipment broke it all broke within the first 30 days and they only warranty for 7 days. RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF RUDE MANAGEMENT. MONEY HUNGRY!!!! Do not care about customers or how much money you spend. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. TRUST ME!!!!!!! I will boycott this place until Im blue in the face. Ive spent SOOOOOOO much money here and they refuse to help you when their products malfunction!!!!

Very bad customer service I bought this vape pen called MYLE a month ago the owner never told me the liquid drips inside the vape pen!!! I had went back to tell him what has been happening to my vape pen & first thing he says I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT KICK ROCKS! Very terrible customer service if I could rate this place a 0 I would. I do not recommend anyone going in this store to purchase anything!!!!!

I am from Toledo and I stop in to smoke one and the clerk name ether showed me around.. This guy know his stuff.......I bought a lighter that looks like (men in Black movie memory eraser)..xikar and a couple of new flavor cigars....really enjoyed my visit, will be back!!!!!!!
