The Osprey Night Club

5 summers ago I met met my (now) husband on the dance floor of the Osprey. This past weekend we got married and had our after party in the boom boom room. It was the perfect ending to an amazing day, as we didn’t want the party to end. Dave and Lauren could not have been more helpful in helping us pull it off. Highly recommend for any of your party needs - it’s a guaranteed good time!!

Me and my friends rented out the Boom Boom room for our 24th Birthday recently and it was so much fun! The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful while planning. And the night of the staff did amazing behind the bar, dj, and running the event! Dave and Anthony were so helpful and made sure our night was one to remember. 100/10 recommend having a private event here and 100/10 would do again!!Thank you all so much!!

Had my 22nd Birthday party here with 3 other ladies. Rented out the Boom Boom Room for the event and it was an amazing evening. The bartending staff was very attentive and accommodating and the DJ was playing all of the birthday girls’ requests. 10/10 Highly recommend for private parties and will be returning for the live bands this summer!

I lost my wallet there on 4th of July weekend and The Osprey was very quick to get back to me. Theyre only open on the weekends but I called on a Monday afternoon and someone got back to me within an hour of calling them. I must have left my wallet there because I was having such a good time 🤪long live The Osprey

The iconic Osprey is back!! THE best place to party at the Jersey Shore! Two huge rooms to play in; the Rock Room stage features local bands and the famous BoomBoom Room has the DJ jamming out all night. Check out the new and improved Osprey Night Club, with drink specials and prize raffles every Saturday night.

Great venue for bands, dancing and overall fun. Obviously we were there for daytime old people entertainment but know the younger generation love it

If you are are planning a party in South Jersey you have to check out the Osprey in Manasquan NJ. What a great venue . We just did a class reunion for Seton Hall University . The staff and venue were so accommodating. Venue was clean and top rate . I would highly recommend you check this place out .

Had our 40th (ouch) Reunion on Saturday night. The staff and ownership could not have been more accommodating. They helped us secure a band and gave us a great deal.

Mid. 20 dollar cover per person. 9 dollars for a shot of vodka. Was pretty dead on a Saturday night till 11. The DJ was good but not worth the money.

There’s no place I’d rather spend my Friday nights than Osprey. I went for the first time last summer and never get tired of the place. You get the best of both worlds with the live music and the boom boom room. The staff is super friendly and eager to serve you as well as have good conversations. They always take suggestions and it’s great how they give out merch and other goodies for their customers. I plan on going here for the rest of my life!PS…don’t forget to snag a few hot dogs on your way out for a late night snack

Wish I could rate this place a zero. Horrible staff, staff will steal from you, definitely not coming back and telling all my friends and family in the area to steer clear of this place. Not even lit either. Disgusting bathrooms too.

Waste of time. Bouncers and staff can’t get off their high horse either. Rude, touchy, violent. Stay away. Go to a frat party at Rutgers for the same experience for half the price.

Horrible place, do not attend. So many better places to go to. Leggetts right next door is a far superior option. Save yourself the $20 at the door and go elsewhere

My experience at the Osprey would be considered generationally the same as my father. We both talk about our experiences and they line up perfectly. The band. The dj room. Great little club came down for the Southern Cross Bands 50th anniversary reunion show. Could have more seating for all us old folk.

This bar is one of the most friendly bars I’ve ever been to. I waited on line for a short time and all the employees were really nice. Every time I needed a drink the bartenders were there. And to top it all off manasquan is one of the most nice and friendly towns I’ve been to down the shore.

Legendary staple of the Manasquan experience. From the live band to the “Boom Boom” room there is music for all tastes. Bartenders are exceptional and the overall amazing staff make for an outstanding fun time every visit!

Bring back the old boom boom room! Turn off the TV’s it’s not a Miami club, people loved the boom boom because it was dark and fun. Way too many lights now and blinding TVs kinda ruined the best spot at the shore, it’s never crowded in there anymore like it used to be

Cool place. I like how they have the live music on one side and the band on the other so you get the best of both worlds. It’s also in a very nice upscale area of the Shore.

Don’t bother bringing your teens here! Find something else to do! A Complete waste of time driving there & money! The kids are packed in like sardines & it’s hot in there! My teens & their group of friends decided to leave after a half hour! Terrible! And so disappointing! Plus it’s a fire hazard to have that many people crammed in like that.

Place is not as good as the other bars at the shore. Go to Djais or Bar A. They charge $3 for a cup of water!!!! They are broke!!!!

Me and my girls have a Shore House in Manasquan and Osprey is our go to. We can dance our as**s off, drink for a reasonable price and have met so many new friends here. WE

The most gritty nasty sleazy place (I understand why they won’t let you in with sandals - there’s like an inch of standing beer on the floor plus bottles and crushed cans, you might contract something), but that’s the appeal. I LOVE it, it’s unapologetically a loud crusty jersey shore club. The live music is laughably bad but it’s the ideal spot to go if you want to get absolutely lost in a crowd and just dance to EDM. Especially when it’s crowded the entire dance floor is just a hive mind, you can barely hear or see anyone else in the dark with the flashing lights and the music is so loud you can physically feel it. Everyone gets so hyped up and it’s hard to tell where you end and other people begin. Not exactly the venue for conversation and high quality beverages, but if you just want to drink room temp $8 twisted tea, lose your hearing, make out with strangers, and lose your body weight in sweat this is the place to do so. Go to Gigi’s across the street after close, their chicken fingers are an absolutely spiritual experience.

HORRIBLE PLACE. i was there for a teen night event and the staff was rude, loud, and physical. i am a MINOR and female myself and i was grabbed by my wrists and shoved to leave without any warning or reasoning a older door man was standing in between my friend and quite literally in my face SCREAMING at me to leave and cursing after i told him to get his hands off me. super unprofessional and disgusting they have no respect or regards for women and are so lucky they haven’t been sued yet.

It’s not summer until you visit this shore destination! One of the best places to catch live bands and dance the night away! Always a good time at the Osprey!

Place is an armpit. $20 to get in, steaming hot inside, they won’t even give you a cup of water. $3 bottled water. If you come pack a cooler. Went for the EDM music. I’ll never buy a drink there for what they charge. You’re better off going to Jenks club or Parker house.

The bouncers at the door are extremely abusive especially to older women. One of them cursed at me (dropping the f-bomb) while I was standing on line but I didnt do anything wrong. I suspect he chose to humiliate me because I was older. He was obviously on a power trip and I guess felt like a big man by verbally abusing a woman. This is not how customers should be treated. They are very lucky that no one has sued them. Next time they might not be so lucky if someone is filming them.I will never go back there again to be verbally assaulted by a doorman.

Osprey doesn’t care about women being harrased and men that defend them. My friend was being harassed and instead of the perpetrator being kicked out, they decided to kick us out. Once again Osprey chooses to defend the wrong people and not stand for what is right . I understand you have to defend the bar but apparently standing up for the right thing is wrong in their eyes. They don’t care about women and that’s concerning. I will never patronize them again

Be prepared on saturdays and major holidays. Lines are 100 miles long. No flipflop or sandals, only shoes. prices are bit high but worth it for the vibe you get. Place is great.

The Bouncers are abusive, mistreating especially young girls 1/3 their size. Throwing sober people out, pushing people down stepping on my friend at one point. They even started cursing and swearing claiming the door with an exit sign above it was not an exit. They even yell when we calmly ask them to stop pushing us down. They really need to get their stuff together before they see me there.

Best bar in the jersy shore. Two great bars under the same roof. Good setup and better vibes. Cant recommend enough.
