Had a great salon experience minus my highlights. Everyone working there is very sweet and the salon is beautiful. I came in for a haircut and highlights and this is what I got. Unfortunately, I didn’t see an issue with the color at the time, but I now realize how bad they are. I hate to be negative as I truly did have a lovely experience and the stylist was understanding regarding the situation, but I just wanted to put it out there for anyone considering getting their hair colored here.

Grace gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She was professional and took the time to ask me questions before we started and paid attention to the places I asked her to work on. She was very sweet and brought a calming energy to the room:)

It may feel & smell like a spa but do yourself a favor…don’t get your hair dyed here. I got my hair dyed blonde & now it’s breaking & so dry that I can’t even straighten it. Not only did she destroy my hair but it ended up costing over $500. I went back 4 times to. 4 different people to try & get them to fix it & spending almost $1000 in total & my hair is still as brittle as hell. They charge so much but their stylists are horrible. Save yourself & your hair & go somewhere else

The spa atmosphere is very nice. The lockers, robe, welcome room, and sauna to relax before and after treatment.I had a deep tissue with TERRY, and let me tell you she was fabulous!! I have had many massages and she really knows her craft. She made sure to tailor the massage to my specific needs and I was just so impressed by the level of her work and thoughtfulness. I left feeling so good. Shes a gem and I would definitely recommend booking with her. Thanks again Terry.

I had a bunch of gift cards from my birthday, & I planned a full day of services during my spring break staycation. Everything was so great, and the last service was hair highlights with John. My hair has honestly never looked better. I get compliments everywhere I go! I found my new local hairdresser. Thank you to everyone at Nilagro for an amazing experience!

Had a great Hydrafacial with Maryann. She was very nice and explained each step along the way. Sometimes I find at spas the person points out things you didn’t even know were wrong with you & you leave with new things to be worried about but this wasn’t the case at all. I will definitely be back!

Lois is the best! She takes her time and listens to what you want. She’s gentle and does the best blow out hands down.

Had a massage with Terry she was amazing !!! I told her all my problem areas and she listened and really was a true professional . It’s obvious all her experience and how she takes pride in her job !! I told her I was always on my feet and she really made them feel a million dollars . Thanks for a great massage and experience . Interesting experience. I’ve never had a massage where they only rub your back for a total of 10 minutes and then rub your arms and legs for 40 minutes. Was one of the worst massages I’ve ever received.Also their massage tables are extremely uncomfortable. They are small and hard. Wouldn’t come back.

Recently moved to the area and needed a new salon. Their pictures on Instagram looked great so I decided to give them a shot. Everyone was very friendly and I was serviced with urgency. Only thing is, I left feeling like the hairdresser did a hack job on me! Not once was my hair sectioned off (it’s long and thick and this is the usual protocol for my hair) and the layers are uneven and do not blend at all. She did not do what I had asked for and it just looks bad overall. This is the reason I have trust issues with hair salons. Should have taken the hour commute and gone to my old salon. I will not be back.

Had an 80 minute massage yesterday with Kali and she was phenomenal. Irene always does my pedicures and shes the absolute best!

Very nice spa with very high prices. The massage was fabulous, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I do recommend going but again,not cheap

Very nice waiting area. Staff was friendly but not overly so. I had a facial and a massage. I thought the massage was average (may be my fault as I just got a regular massage and I’m used to deep tissue massages) but my skin was radiant after the facial. There were specials, but it is slightly pricy.

The prices they give over the phone are not true! Brought my 11 year old daughter to get a haircut and a “face frame” highlights. I called the day before and was quoted $110 (reasonable) for the COLOR and $45 (reasonable) short hair cut because she already has short hair. APPARENTLY THE COLOR DOES NOT INCLUDE ACTUAL COLOR(TONER) They bleached” her hair and the “glaze” or color(toner) is an additional $50! I get they strip the dark hair but color should of been included!!!!! So it was actually $160 for 3 highlights and a face frame! This is what gives salons a bad name and now this one does it. They did a great job on the highlights and the haircut and we tipped all 3 girls a total of $40. But you certainly NEVER get repeat customers with crazy add ons that were not quoted by phone and not until my daughter was sitting in the chair. NEVER AGAIN AND BEWARE OF THEIR ADD ONS AFTER YOU GET THERE. ITS DECEPTIVE AT BEST.

I had the BEST facial experience today!! I booked a facial because I was losing hope on how to help my dry and sensitive skin. AnnMarie rescued me! She recommended the 30 minute hydra facial. After I detailed all my concerns and issues, she addressed everyone one of them and put me at ease. I had the absolute best experience I could possibly ask for. She made my skin feel so good—(especially with the light therapy) and explained every step so I knew what was going on. I never really write reviews but I have never had such a positive facial experience. I can’t wait to go back and book the hour hydra facial. I am also very trusting of this staff after they addressed my concerns and guided me to the right treatment.

I had a massage in Red Bank. I specifically asked NOT to get Jodi for a massage. I had her once and she was not good. It was like she was just rubbing oil on me without working on the areas that needed attention. She worked on areas for a long period of time and neglected other areas completely. Unfortunately I went back for an 80 min massage and got her again after asking for someone else. Ugh waste of money.

Have you ever been asked prior to getting a French pedicure if you have nice feet ? Well go here if you’d like to be humiliated. Because apparently if you don’t have nice feet a French won’t work. Also while leaving if you want even more of a treat make sure you see Karen, she’ll make sure to tell you everything you’ve been told when you purchased your spa membership is false. Don’t recommend at all.

Amazing spa.So polite and helpful.Ive gone for over a decade when I can afford it. 🌝I send my wife there for holiday gifts.Highly recommended

I have been going to this spa for years (nails, facials, massages, hair, waxing etc) and since it is part of the Atlantic Club it is convenient. They always do a great job. I usually receive the manicure and pedicure packages as Christmas gifts and I really enjoy them. Their nail salon is superior to any other spa in the area.

Rachele was my masseuse and I am more than pleased with her service. She has healing hands. I found the atmosphere very peaceful and relaxing. It’s unfortunate that due to COVID the sauna was unavailable but their relaxation room prior to my treatment was great!

The manager Rita was incredibly understanding and accommodating to my needs. My massage therapist, Jeanine, was lovely and did a fantastic job during the entire 80 minute massage. Such a clean and calming facility. Highly recommend.

The 5 stars are for Chandra. She was excellent. I took a friend on Fathers Day as a surprise. He loved it. When the massage was over and I went to the front desk to put a tip in the envelope for Chandra. I asked for her and was told by Susan she was gone for the day. A few minutes later out walks Chandra. I should have asked for the envelope back and handed it to Chandra myself. I know this is tacky to say but I put a $20 dollar tip in the envelope for Chandra and I have a feeling she may not get the exact amount I left. If you are reading this Chandra I hope you received what you rightfully deserve. And the same goes for Charlotte who took care of my friend.You were the Best!!

The best experience you will have at a SPA. I absolutely love the ambiance. The cozy warm robes and slippers plus the treats available while you wait and experience the sounds and smells of relaxation. I also especially love the sauna. The facials and massages are divine!

I expected a bit more from an upscale spa...everyone was extremely nice, my masseuse was a bit chatty. Under normal circumstances I would love to talk but I just wanted to relax, not only that, but the massage was sub par. I also had a facial which was much more relaxing than the massage.

Spa day package was amazing.Massage , facial , manicure, pedicure will make you feel so relaxed and special.Very clean, all of the women were so nice. Never felt uncomfortable. Will definitely return.

Extremely disappointed with the experience I endured at this salon with a hair stylist named Phyllis. This hair stylist was unprofessional and rude.I showed her pictures of how I wanted my hair cut and she completely disregarded my request. She barely looked at the pictures, and she proceeded to cut my hair and left me with a terrible hair cut. She did an absolutely terrible job. I walked out of the salon in shock, and I am now saddened and angry. The only saving grace is that hair grows back.

I enjoyed a relaxing massage with Jutta, and she helped with good tips for dealing with arthritis. However when I booked massage was under the impression that was $79 for 50 minutes because was what was on my email for price. I told person price then, but was charged $95, a $ 16 difference. At front desk was told lower price only if a member of Milagra spa. I am a member of Atlantic club which is why I got spa emails.

Return. Appt that someone did not put on the schedule, so my girlfriend & I left & went to another facility. Seems like no one is held responsible for the job that they were hired for. You would think @ an upscale salon they would have competent employees who just answer the phone & make appointments. We were told they would speak to the manager, just do your job. The attitude was extremely poor.

I have been a Milagro client for about 17 years. I love the work that Hannah does on my fingernails (LCN) and toes. Although I have a standing LCN appointment every three weeks with Hannah, I have absolutely no qualms going to one of the other nail techs if she is not available. I have had several different nail techs for pedicures over the years. Many of them have been longtime Milagro employees! Although other area salons offer their services at lower prices, I always say....you get what you pay for .....so I will remain a Milagro client so that I may continue to receive quality services.

I received a Dennis Gross facial with Rebecca, I was in such need of a good facial and relaxing experience, and Rebecca did not disappoint. She was patient and kind answering all of my questions, and recommended me the best quality take home care for my skin. I feel so pretty leaving and ready to take on my day. Grateful for my esthetician 💛

Excellent salon well managed, peaceful and relaxing ambiance, wide variety of services and products. Every procedure Ive had there- from massage to hair cut/color/style, from mani-pedi (my favorite is the dazzle dry), from waxing to tanning, done by skilles and caring professionals. Great for bridal parties too.

Unreliable service. Ruined our Mothers Day plans by cancelling my mothers massage a 1/2 hour before her appointment. We were just about to walk out the door. They also confirmed her appointment via text at 9:04 am and still didnt cancel when I called at 9:26 am to prepay for our massages. Shame on you Milagro for not having a backup. They should be giving my mother a free spa treatment for this inconvenience on Mothers Day. They have been know for cancelling appointments over the years with never being able to fit you in in another time slot. I only booked here because it was close to my moms house.

Major price increases for lesser service. I know everything has increased in price and thats just a sign of the times,but at least give same type of service.

OMG had an amazing massage from Rachel. She got all the spots I was experiencing tightness and pain. Feeling very relaxed and loosened up right now. Thanks!!

I have been seeing Cherie for a few months to help with my recovery from rotator cuff surgery. Each visit I get more and more relief from the tightness in my neck and shoulder. Cant wait for my next visit

Super nice staff great atmosphere super convenient. Member pricing is still too high so I pay for a membership at hand and stone and the services are the same if not better. Nail salon is sub par. Eyelash extensions are hit or miss depending on who you get

Three of us went for massages and were so pleased. The place is very clean, calming and Mary, Donna, and Ann made us very relaxed.

Had a gelish manicure with Irene. It was flawless as usual. She always does a great job. Just call early because she books up fast!

I have always enjoyed my previous spa experiences, however, this time I felt it was 15 minutes of wasted time to promote Babor products. I never did care for the big sell, especially when I need a relaxing experience,

The couples massage was great, everything was very clean and we were very relaxed when we left. We’ve been back many times since our first visit.

My wife and I had an appointment today on the books for well over two weeks. We drove a half an hour to get here and we’re told they have been closed for the weekend and are closed through Tuesday. There was a large storm yesterday but the least this business could have done would have been to notify the customers of canceled appointments. Instead now I have to pay for a babysitter and we had to have an hour on the road for no reason whatsoever.

A Gentlemans Pedicure w Irene is highly recommended.

Teresinha is the EXTRACTION QUEEN. She also is the only person I trust to wax my eyebrows. Im sure the other people are good too. The place is overpriced though.

Am a member, but used a group on for facial. massage. Heavenly Staff is always accommodating .Relaxation room first rate .Shout or to Tatiana and Ginny.
